In one embodiment of the invention, one end of the position-limiting fixed cylinder 212 is provided with a retaining ring 214, and the position-limiting fixed cylinder 212 is connected with the second support plate 132 through the retaining ring 214.
In an embodiment of the present invention, an arc central angle of the arc connecting hole 322 is 80 degrees, so that in a rotation process of the bracket 3, the positioning bolt 24 moves to a connection position between one axial limiting hole 321 and the arc connecting hole 322 along one end of the axial limiting hole 321 by pressing the button support 22, then the bracket 3 is rotated, so that the positioning bolt 24 moves in the arc connecting hole 322, until the rotation is 80 degrees, the positioning bolt 24 moves to a connection position between the arc connecting hole 322 and the other axial limiting hole 321, at this time, the button support 22 is loosened, the button support 22 is driven to rebound under the action of the second spring 23, the positioning bolt 24 is driven to move to the other end of the axial limiting hole 321 along the axial limiting hole 321, at this time, the bracket 3 cannot rotate around the limiting fixing cylinder 212 any more through a limiting effect between the positioning bolt 24 and the axial limiting hole 321, and positioning is achieved.
In an embodiment of the invention, the outer parts of the two ends of the limiting fixing cylinder 212 are sleeved with the O-shaped rubber rings 215, the two O-shaped rubber rings 215 are connected with the inner surface of the side wall of the rotating sleeve 31, and the damping is increased by the connection between the two O-shaped rubber rings 215 and the rotating sleeve 31, so that the hand feeling is better during rotation.
Referring to fig. 11 to 19, in an embodiment of the present invention, the up-down and front-back adjusting mechanism 5 is provided with a first fixing block 51 and a second fixing block 52 which are oppositely arranged, the angle fine-adjusting mechanism 4 includes a hexagonal positioning bolt 41 installed between the first fixing block 51 and the second fixing block 52, one end of the hexagonal positioning bolt 41 passes through the second fixing block 52 and then is installed with a butterfly nut 42, and the butterfly nut 42 is used for fixing the hexagonal positioning bolt 41 to prevent the rotation thereof;
in addition, a positioning cylinder 33 is arranged at one end of the bracket 3, which is far away from the rotating sleeve 31, the hexagonal positioning bolt 41 comprises a square column 412, two ends of the square column 412 are respectively connected with a cylinder 411 and a connecting column 413, the cylinder 411 is arranged on a hexagonal head, an external thread is arranged on the outer surface of the side wall of one end of the connecting column 413, the butterfly nut 42 is fixed on the connecting column 413 through threaded connection, the bottom of the positioning cylinder 33 is sleeved on the cylinder 411 and can rotate around the cylinder 411, and the positioning cylinder 33 is located between the first fixing block 51 and the second fixing block 52; in detail, the bottom of the positioning cylinder 33 is provided with a rotation hole, and the positioning cylinder 33 is sleeved on the column 411 through the rotation hole.
In an embodiment of the invention, an angle fine-tuning assembly 43 is sleeved on the hexagonal positioning bolt 41, an octagonal tube structure 34 is arranged in one end of the positioning cylinder 33 far away from the cylinder bottom, the angle fine-tuning assembly 43 comprises an octagonal disc 431 and pressing discs 432 arranged on two sides of the octagonal disc 431, the two pressing discs 432 are fixedly connected, rubber pressing pads 434 are fixed on end faces of the two pressing discs 432, the rubber pressing pads 434 are in pressing connection with side walls of the octagonal disc 431, the octagonal disc 431 and the pressing discs 432 are sleeved on the square column 412, the octagonal disc 431 is matched with the octagonal tube structure 34 and is not connected with the square column 412, square holes 433 matched with the square column 412 are formed in the middle parts of the end faces of the two pressing discs 432, the two pressing discs 432 are not connected with inner walls of the positioning cylinder 33, when the hexagonal positioning bolt 41 rotates, the pressing discs 432 are driven to rotate in the positioning cylinder 33 through the square column 412, and when the hexagonal positioning bolt 41 rotates slowly, and the hexagonal damping effect is achieved by the effect that the rubber pressing pads 434 are slowly rotated due to the pressing pads 434 and the rubber pressing discs 434 are connected with the side walls of the octagonal disc 432.
In another embodiment of the present invention, the first wave ball screw 35 is fixed on the sidewall of the positioning cylinder 33, and the steel ball of the first wave ball screw 35 is connected to a side surface of the octagonal plate 431, so as to generate a certain resistance to the rotation of the octagonal plate 431, so that the octagonal plate 431 and the positioning cylinder 33 are relatively fixed and cannot rotate in the positioning cylinder 33.
In another embodiment of the present invention, a position-limiting square tube 46 matched with the octagonal tube structure 34 is sleeved at one end of the positioning cylinder 33, a cover plate 47 is fixed at one end of the position-limiting square tube 46, the hexagonal positioning bolt 41 penetrates through the cover plate 47, the end surface side of the cover plate 47 is connected with the end surface of the positioning cylinder 33, a first fixture block 471 is arranged on the cover plate 47, a first position-limiting slot 331 is formed in the end surface of the positioning cylinder 33, the first fixture block 471 is clamped in the first position-limiting slot 331 for limiting the position between the position-limiting square tube 46 and the positioning cylinder 33, so that when the first fixing block 51 and the second fixing block 52 rotate, under the limiting effect between the first fixture block 471 and the first position-limiting slot 331, the cover plate 47 cannot rotate relative to the positioning cylinder 33, meanwhile, a first arc-shaped slot 472 concentrically arranged with the positioning cylinder 33 is formed in the end surface of the cover plate 47, a second bead screw 44 is installed on the second fixing block 52, one end of the second bead screw 44 is inserted in the first arc-shaped slot 472 for limiting the angle of the second fixing block 52 rotating relative to the positioning cylinder 33.
In another embodiment of the present invention, a second arc-shaped groove 332 concentric with the positioning cylinder 33 is formed on the outer surface of the cylinder bottom of the positioning cylinder 33, the first fixing block 51 is mounted with a third ball screw 45, one end of the third ball screw 45 is inserted into the second arc-shaped groove 332 for limiting the rotation angle of the positioning cylinder 33, and the second fixing block 52 and the first positioning block 51 are respectively limited by the second ball screw 44 and the third ball screw 45, so that the rotation angle is fixed when the second fixing block 52 and the first positioning block 51 rotate simultaneously.
In addition, it should be noted that two ends of the hexagonal positioning bolt 41 are respectively sleeved with a gasket 48, the bottom of the positioning cylinder 33 is connected with the first fixing block 51 through one gasket 48, and the cover plate 47 is connected with the second fixing block 52 through the other gasket 48.
Referring to fig. 20 to 21, in an embodiment of the present invention, the up-down and front-back adjusting mechanism 5 includes a fixing frame 53, two support plates 54 are vertically fixed on left and right side surfaces of the fixing frame 53, the top ends of the two support plates 54 are vertically fixed with a connecting plate 55, a screw 56 is disposed between front and back sides of the fixing frame 53, a fixing assembly 57 is mounted on the screw 56, the fixing assembly 57 is driven by the screw 56 to move back and forth along the fixing frame 53, the head display mechanism is mounted on the fixing assembly 57, the connecting plate 55 is provided with a mouth-shaped frame 58 capable of moving up and down along the support plates 54, wherein the first fixing block 51 and the second fixing block 52 are vertically fixed on both sides of the top surface of the mouth-shaped frame 58.
In detail, the fixing component 57 includes a sliding plate 571, the top of the sliding plate 571 is vertically fixed to be installed on the screw rod 56 through a threaded sleeve, the bottom of the sliding plate 571 is fixed to be installed with a fixing plate 572, the top end surface is installed and fixed with a supporting bar 573, the head display mechanism is installed on the fixing plate 572, two sides of the supporting bar 573 are respectively connected to the left and right sides of the fixing frame 53, the sliding plate 571 is prevented from being driven to rotate by the rotation of the screw rod 56, the sliding plate 571 can only move along the screw rod 56 through the limiting action of the left and right sides of the fixing frame 53, the head display mechanism is driven to move through the movement of the sliding plate 571, and meanwhile, the whole up-down and front-back adjusting mechanism 5 is moved through the relative movement between the opening frame 58 and the connecting plate 55, thereby adjusting the position of the head display mechanism.
In one embodiment of the invention, the left side and the right side of the surface of the connecting plate 55 are respectively provided with a sliding clamping groove 551 extending to one side, the two sliding clamping grooves 551 are separated by a partition 552, push rods 553 are clamped in the two sliding clamping grooves 551, adjacent ends of the two push rods 553 are respectively fixed with a locking block 554, one side wall of the locking block 554 is provided with a guide groove, a third spring 555 is arranged in the guide groove, one end of the third spring 555 is connected with the partition 552, the other side wall of the locking block 554 is provided with a plurality of first meshing teeth 556, and the first meshing teeth 556 and the third spring 555 are positioned on two opposite side walls of the locking block 554; the opposite side walls of the left and right sides of the mouth-shaped frame 58 are provided with a plurality of second meshing teeth 581, the second meshing teeth 581 are meshed with the first meshing teeth 556, the push rods 553 at the two sides press the locking blocks 554 tightly on the left and right sides of the mouth-shaped frame 58 through the elastic action of the third spring 555, and the first meshing teeth 556 are meshed with the second meshing teeth 581, so that the mouth-shaped frame 58 is locked between the two locking blocks 554, meanwhile, the fixing plate 59 is fixed between the two supporting plates 54, the mouth-shaped frame 58 is positioned between the fixing plate 59 and the connecting plate 55, and the mouth-shaped frame 58 can be effectively prevented from being disengaged from the connecting plate 55 through the limiting and fixing action of the fixing plate 59 and the connecting plate 55; in the adjusting process, the push rod 553 is pushed to compress the third spring 555, so that the first meshing teeth 556 and the second meshing teeth 581 are far away from each other, meshing is released, then the fixing frame 53 is moved upwards or downwards to realize the up-and-down movement of the head display mechanism, after the fixing frame is moved to a certain position, the pushing force applied to the push rod 553 is loosened, the push rod 553 moves towards two sides under the elastic force action of the third spring 555 until the first meshing teeth 556 and the second meshing teeth 581 are meshed to realize the fixing of the mouth-shaped frame 58 to the connecting plate 55, and further the fixing of the position of the head display mechanism is realized.

Claims (10)

1. A tip lorry used on a helmet is characterized by comprising a fixed connecting mechanism, a rotary lifting mechanism, a bracket, an angle fine-adjustment mechanism and an up-down and front-back adjustment mechanism;
the fixed connecting mechanism is arranged on the helmet;
the rotary lifting mechanism is arranged between the fixed connecting mechanism and one end of the bracket and is used for driving the bracket to rotate on the fixed connecting mechanism in a large angle;
the angle fine adjustment mechanism is arranged between the other end of the bracket and the up-down and front-back adjustment mechanisms and is used for driving the up-down and front-back adjustment mechanisms to rotate at one end of the bracket in a small range;
the head display mechanism is arranged on the up-down and front-back adjusting mechanism and drives the head display mechanism to move up and down and back and forth through the up-down and front-back adjusting mechanism.
2. The tip lorry of claim 1, wherein said fixed connection means comprises a base, said base being mounted on the helmet;
the base is detachably provided with a connecting support plate, and a mounting seat for mounting the rotary lifting mechanism is fixed on the connecting support plate.

The tip lorry according to claim 2, wherein the fixed connection mechanism further comprises a push plate, the surface of the base is fixed with a first clamping platform and a second clamping platform which are oppositely arranged, and the middle parts of the side walls of the first clamping platform and the second clamping platform at the opposite sides are respectively provided with a first locking groove and a second locking groove;
a first boss is fixed on one side wall of the connecting support plate and clamped in the first locking groove;
the middle part of the surface of the connecting support plate is provided with a mounting hole extending to one side, the mounting hole and the first boss are respectively positioned at two opposite sides of the connecting support plate, and the push plate is positioned in the mounting hole;
a second boss is fixed on one side wall of the push plate, the second boss is clamped in a second locking groove, a first spring is arranged on the other side wall, opposite to the push plate, of the push plate, and one end of the first spring is connected with the side wall of the hole of the mounting hole.
4. The tip lorry according to claim 3, wherein the connecting support plate has a first sliding slot formed in a middle portion of a side wall thereof opposite to the first boss, and a sliding U-plate capable of moving along the first sliding slot is engaged with the first sliding slot;
two second set screws are arranged on two sides of the surface of the connecting support plate, two parallel linear grooves are formed in the sliding U plate, and the two second set screws are respectively inserted into the two linear grooves;
the push plate is provided with a first set screw, the sliding U plate is provided with an inclined line groove, the inclined line groove is obliquely arranged relative to the linear groove, and the first set screw is inserted in the inclined line groove.
5. The tip lorry according to claim 2, wherein the mounting seat comprises a mounting plate fixedly mounted on the surface of the connecting support plate, and a first support plate and a second support plate which are oppositely arranged are vertically fixed on the surface of the mounting plate;
