In order to make the buffer portion 23 slide better, the buffer portion 23 is provided with a guide hole 232 therethrough, a guide rod 24 is provided in the buffer chamber 22, and both ends of the guide rod 24 abut against the chamber wall of the buffer chamber 22. The diameter of the guide hole 232 is matched with the diameter of the guide rod 24, and the guide hole 232 of the buffer part 23 slides along the guide rod 24 arranged in the buffer cavity 22.
