Under the condition that the inner diameter of the underground sleeve is fixed, the wall thickness of the clamping seat is thinner and the size of the internal channel of the clamping seat is larger due to the fact that the cone structure is removed. The well fluid is convenient to flow, the well fluid is favorable for flowback, and the efficiency of flowback of the impurities in the fracturing fluid or the well is high. Simultaneously, the plugging section of the plugging body can be thickened, the plugging body is improved, and the integrated joint hoop supporting capacity is improved.

Example 1
The embodiment provides a plugging body, referring to fig. 3 to 5, which includes a plugging section 9, a supporting section 91 is disposed on the plugging section 9, the supporting section 91 is a hollow structure having a closed end, an outer wall of the supporting section 91 is a conical surface, the closed end is located at a small end of a cone formed by the conical surface, and the outer wall of the supporting section 91 is adapted to an inner wall of the ball seat.
The plugging body is used for fracturing the internal channel of the ball seat, and can adopt a soluble component or an insoluble component. When a soluble member is used, the plug needs to be dissolved when forming a full bore wellbore. When the insoluble component is adopted, the plugging body needs to be drilled and ground when the full-bore shaft is formed, so that the plugging body is drilled and ground into slag, and the slag is removed from the shaft through the backflow of well fluid. By adopting the plugging body, the supporting section 91 of the plugging body is of a hollow structure, so that the time for forming a full-bore shaft can be reduced, the delay of the production time of an oil well is avoided, and a channel meeting the production requirement can be provided for the oil and gas well earlier. This example illustrates a soluble block. See, in particular, FIGS. 3-5. The blocking body comprises a right blocking section 9 and a left straight cylindrical section 10. The straight cylinder section 10 is used for limiting the trend of the plugging body in the process of entering the sleeve and plugging the ball seat, avoiding the phenomena of overturning, shifting and the like of the plugging body in the sleeve in the pit, improving the plugging safety of the plugging body and avoiding the failure of the plugging body in plugging the ball seat. In this embodiment, the plugging section 9 and the left straight section 10 are larger than the inner diameter of the casing to be plugged. For example, in a downhole casing with a casing diameter of 127 mm, the total length of the plugging section 9 and the left straight section 10 is set to 140 mm, ensuring that the plugging body does not turn over and shift inside the casing. The plugging section 9 comprises a supporting section 91 and a guiding section 92 connected to the right end of the supporting section 91, the straight cylinder section 10 is arranged at one end of the guiding section 92 far away from the plugging section 9, the guiding section 92 is of a solid structure, and the supporting section 91 is of a hollow structure. That is, the inside of the supporting section 91 has a cavity, and the internal cavity of the straight cylinder section 10 is communicated with the internal cavity of the supporting section 91, so that the storage space of the blocking body carrying the medicine or the sensor can be increased. The internal cavity of the straight cylinder section 10 may or may not be closed after communicating with the internal cavity of the support section 91. When closed, as shown in fig. 5, an end cover 101 is used to block the opening at the left end of the straight cylinder section 10. The end cap 101 may be used to block the opening at the left end of the supporting section 91, so as to close only the inner cavity of the supporting section 91, which is not shown in the figure. The closed cavity may be used for storing a container for placing sensors or chemicals, such as: the closed cavity carries chemical agents to go down the well together, which is helpful for accelerating the dissolution of the plugging system in the well or controlling the dissolution time of the plugging body, wherein the chemical agents comprise solid acidic chemicals such as citric acid, oxalic acid or sulfamic acid. Or the plugging body is carried with a temperature sensor to be put into the well, so that the actual temperature of the plugging position of the ball seat can be collected, and the dissolution time of the plugging body at the position in the well can be estimated conveniently. When the cavity of the supporting section 91 is not closed after being communicated with the cavity of the straight cylinder section 10, as shown in fig. 4, the area of the plugging body contacting well fluid can be increased, and the dissolution rate of the plugging body is increased. Meanwhile, well fluid enters the hollow structure of the plugging body, the plugging body can support the ball seat from the inner wall of the ball seat and plug the internal channel of the ball seat, the pressure bearing capacity of the ball seat in the well can be improved, and the plugging effect of the plugging body on the ball seat is improved.
The outer wall of the support section 91 is tapered as shown in fig. 3. Indicate its external diameter along the axial from a left side to a right side and reduce gradually, the outer wall adaptation butt of the support section 91 of being convenient for in the inner wall of ball seat makes the shutoff body can support the inner passage of ball seat and shutoff ball seat from the inner wall of ball seat, can improve the bearing capacity of ball seat in the well to improve the shutoff effect of shutoff body to the ball seat. And the outer wall of support section 91 is equipped with at least one recess 911 along the circumference setting, and the inside recess 911 is used for the adaptation to set up sealing washer or sealing band 21. In the embodiment, taking the sealing strip 21 as an example, two grooves 911 are formed in the outer wall of the support section 91, and one sealing strip 21 is disposed in each groove 911, as shown in fig. 7, the sealing strip 21 plays a role in assisting sealing. The outer wall of the guide section 92 is a conical surface, the plugging section of the support section 91 is connected with the guide section 92, and the gradient of the outer wall of the guide section 92 along the axial direction is greater than or equal to the gradient of the outer wall of the support section 91 along the axial direction. The guide section 92 is of a solid structure and can gather the center of gravity of the plugging body on the central axis of the plugging body. The gravity center of the plugging body is gathered at the guide section 92 of the plugging body, and the conical guide section 92 can better resist medium resistance, so that the plugging body can be guided and inserted into the ball seat conveniently. In a preferred embodiment, the straight tube section 10 and the plugging section 9 are an integral member, that is, the plugging body is an integral member, in this embodiment, the plugging body is an integrally formed member. The integrated forming member enables the integrity of the plugging body to be better, the strength is higher, the bearing capacity of the plugging body can be improved, the plugging body can conveniently plug the ball seat in the underground sleeve, and the plugging quality of the underground plugging system is improved.
Example 2
The present embodiment provides a downhole plugging system, see fig. 3-10, comprising a cartridge and a plugging body as in embodiment 1;
the cassette includes that integral type festival hoop 23, integral type festival hoop 23 can form sealed and anchoring in sleeve inner wall in the pit with sleeve inner wall in the pit, and integral type festival hoop 23 is equipped with the passageway along the axial, and the shape and the size of integral type festival hoop 23 inner wall adapt to respectively in the shape and the size of support section 91 outer wall.
Wherein the integral joint hoop 23 has a sealing function and an anchoring function, and can form a seal with the inner wall of the downhole sleeve and can be anchored on the inner wall of the downhole sleeve. The inner wall of the integral joint hoop is a conical surface, which means that the inner diameter of the integral joint hoop is gradually reduced from one end of the integral joint hoop 23 far away from the lower joint 4 to the other end, so that the plugging section 9 can be conveniently supported and plugged from the inside of the integral joint hoop 23. The integral joint band 23 is a plastically deformable member. The plastic deformation component can keep the shape without springback after being subjected to stress expansion deformation, the inner wall of the plastic deformation component is a conical surface, the outer wall of the plastic deformation component is provided with slip teeth 32, and the two ends of the plastic deformation component are extruded by matching the setting tool with the lower joint 4 of the clamping seat. The setting tool is provided with a conical member which can extend into the plastic deformation member for supporting, and the plastic deformation member can be limited to expand and deform outwards along the radial direction, so that sealing is realized. And meanwhile, the slip teeth 32 anchor the integrated joint hoop 23 on the inner wall of the sleeve to realize setting. Wherein the setting tool can adopt a recoverable expansion cone as shown in figures 11-12.
In this embodiment, referring to fig. 8-10, the integral joint hoop 23 includes a sealing ring 2 and a slip 3, the slip 3 includes a slip seat 31 and a plurality of slip teeth 32, wherein the slip teeth 32 are disposed in grooves of the slip teeth 32 on the outer wall of the slip seat 31, both the slip seat 31 and the sealing ring 2 are plastic deformation members, the slip seat 31 and the sealing ring 2 are integral members, and in this embodiment, the integral members are formed by integral molding. The slip bowl 31 is located between the sealing ring 2 and the lower joint 4. Specifically, the lower joint 4 is also provided with an internal channel along the axial direction, and the internal channel of the lower joint 4 is communicated with the internal channel of the integrated joint hoop 23. The left end of the lower joint 4 is provided with a protrusion which can be snapped into the internal channel of the integral joint hoop 23. The left end surface of the lower joint 4 is in contact with the right end surface of the slip seat 31 in a fitting manner. The plastic deformation component can keep the shape without springback after expansion deformation, and ensures that the integrated joint hoop 23 can keep stable sealing with the inner wall of the sleeve. Along with two terminal surfaces of integral type festival hoop 23 receive relative action extrusion, sealing ring 2 and slip seat 31 all can receive extrusion expansion deformation, make the outer wall of sealing ring 2 can paste tight sleeve inner wall in the pit, realize integral type festival hoop 23's sealed function. And meanwhile, the slip teeth 32 of the slips 3 anchor the integrated joint hoop 23 on the inner wall of the underground sleeve to finish setting. In a preferred embodiment, at least one ring of sealing ring or sealing tape 21 is provided on the sealing ring 2, and both the sealing ring and the sealing tape 21 are used for auxiliary sealing, and in this embodiment, the sealing tape 21 is taken as an illustration.
Wherein, the lower joint 4, the sealing ring 2, the slip seat 31 and the plugging body can all adopt soluble materials. Alternatively, the lower joint 4, the sealing ring 2, the slip bowl 31 and the blocking body are all made of an insoluble material or an insoluble composite material. In the process of forming the full-bore shaft after the clamping seat is set and then is blocked by the blocking body: when the cartridge and the blocking body are both made of soluble materials, the cartridge has a shorter dissolution time and less residue because the structural members of the cartridge are less compared to those of the ball seats of the prior art. When the cassette adopts insoluble material or insoluble combined material to make, the cassette need be bored and worn away, and the structure that because of the cassette compares in prior art ball seat structure still less, the cassette bores and grinds the time faster, and salvages or the reverse drainage time is shorter in following the well, is convenient for clear away in the well.
Specifically, the present embodiment exemplifies a soluble cartridge and a soluble block. In this embodiment, the lower joint 4 and the plugging body of the card seat are both made of soluble metal. Such as: the aluminum alloy or the magnesium alloy is adopted, and can be metal which can be dissolved in liquid with corresponding degree of mineralization, and can also be other soluble non-metallic materials. Wherein, the seal ring 2 and the slip seat 31 are both members with the elongation percentage between 14 percent and 40 percent. The material comprises a metal component, a nonmetal component or a composite component, and can meet the plastic deformation of the sealing ring 2 and the slip seat 31, and ensure that the sealing ring 2 does not rebound after deformation. And ensures that the slips 3 are able to anchor the seal ring 2 in a given position. Such as a member made of a high elongation metal. In this embodiment, the slip bowl 31 and the seal ring 2 are both plastically deformable magnesium alloy members or other soluble metals that can achieve an elongation in the range of 14% to 40%. Soluble metal means a metal that is soluble in a liquid of the corresponding degree of mineralization.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 6 to 10, the right end of the slip bowl 31 has 8 tooth plates 311, each tooth plate 311 is provided with 3 slip tooth grooves, all slip tooth grooves on each tooth plate 311 are axially arranged along the slip bowl 31, the three slip tooth grooves are arranged in a triangular shape, and one slip tooth 32 is arranged inside each slip tooth groove. The slip teeth 32 are of a columnar structure, and the included angle between the outer end faces of the slip teeth 32 and the axis of the slip seat 31 is 10-60 degrees. The outer end face of the slip teeth 32 faces away from the end of the slip bowl 31 where the toothed plate 311 is located. The outer end surface is the surface of the slip tooth 32 opposite the groove bottom surface of the slip spline. The surface has an inclined angle with the axis of the slip bowl 31 to form an inclined surface, which reduces the contact area between the slip teeth 32 and the sleeve, enhances the ability of the slip teeth 32 to squeeze into the sleeve, and makes the anchoring ability of the soluble integral slip 3 better. Of course, the number of slip teeth 32 may vary depending on the force and design requirements. The slip tooth grooves are uniformly formed in the toothed plate 311, namely the slip teeth 32 are uniformly formed in the toothed plate 311, when the toothed plate 311 is stressed to be opened, the slip teeth 32 are anchored into the sleeve well, and the anchoring effect of the slip 3 is good.
A gap 33 is formed between two adjacent tooth plates 311, and the gap 33 is arranged along the axial direction of the slip bowl 31. Meanwhile, the integral joint hoop 23 can be matched with a plugging body to realize the plugging function of the underground plugging system, as shown in fig. 6-7, when the plugging body is used for plugging the integral joint hoop 23, the integral joint hoop is the same as the existing ball seat in the plugging embodiment 1. The support section 91 of the plugging body is of a hollow structure, so that the time for forming a full-bore shaft can be reduced, the delay of the production time of an oil well is avoided, and a channel meeting the production requirement can be provided for the oil and gas well earlier. And the shutoff body looks like the fracturing ball of prior art, and its inside that can get into integral type festival hoop 23's inner passage carries out the shutoff, has realized the face shutoff, and the shutoff effect is better. The blocking body can support the integral type festival hoop 23 and the inner channel of shutoff integral type festival hoop 23 from the inner wall of integral type festival hoop 23, can improve the bearing capacity of integral type festival hoop 23 in the well to improve the blocking effect of the blocking body to integral type festival hoop 23.
Compared with the existing underground plugging, the clamping seat structure has fewer parts, namely, the plugging system has fewer structures, and is convenient to process. Meanwhile, the plugging system has fewer structures, so that the plugging system is more convenient to operate to plug the sleeve during plugging, and the safety and the reliability are higher. After the plugging is completed, the structure left in the underground sleeve is less, so that a full-drift-diameter shaft is convenient to form, and a channel meeting the production requirement is provided for the oil-gas well earlier. Because the material of the clamping seat is not limited, if the soluble clamping seat is adopted, the plugging system is convenient to dissolve, and the dissolving time of the underground plugging system can be reduced. When the insoluble clamping seat is adopted, the plugging system can be conveniently removed from the well after drilling and grinding. Further, delay of the production time of the oil well is avoided, construction cost is saved, residues in the well can be reduced, and blockage of the sleeve is avoided. Under the certain circumstances of sleeve internal diameter in the pit, because remove the cone structure, the wall thickness of cassette is thinner, and the size of the inside passage of cassette is bigger, is convenient for well liquid to flow and does benefit to well liquid and flowback, makes fracturing fluid or well impurity flowback efficient. Meanwhile, the plugging section 9 of the plugging body can be thickened, the supporting capacity of the plugging body on the integrated joint hoop 23 is improved, and the plugging safety of the plugging system is improved.
Example 3
The present embodiment provides a method of plugging, see fig. 3-12, comprising employing a downhole plugging system as in embodiment 2; the method comprises the steps of setting and plugging:
specifically, the clamping seat is assembled at first, and the assembled clamping seat is as shown in fig. 8, so that the assembly time of the clamping seat can be saved and the construction time can be saved due to fewer structural members of the clamping seat.
And then executing a setting step, wherein the setting step comprises a recyclable expansion cone used for setting a clamping seat of the underground plugging system, the recyclable expansion cone comprises a push cylinder 5, one end of the push cylinder 5 is connected with a setting cylinder 8, the outer wall of one end, far away from the push cylinder 5, of the setting cylinder 8 is used for adapting to the inner wall of the butt integral joint hoop 23, an adapting joint 6 and a releasing rod 7 are arranged in the push cylinder 5 along the axial direction, and one end of the releasing rod 7 is connected with one end of the adapting joint 6, and the other end of the releasing rod is used for connecting the lower joint 4 of the clamping seat.
Specifically, the steps are executed firstly: the recyclable expansion cone is assembled, and the assembled recyclable expansion cone is shown in fig. 11.
