the washing and drying air outlet of the outer barrel (1) is communicated with the washing and drying air cavity (13-2) through a washing and circulating pipeline (10-1), the washing and drying air cavity (13-2) is communicated with the inlet of the washing and drying condenser (12-2) through the washing and circulating pipeline (10-1), the outlet of the washing and drying condenser (12-2) is communicated with the inlet of the washing and drying heater (11-2) through the washing and circulating pipeline (10-1), and the outlet of the washing and drying heater (11-2) is communicated with the washing and drying air inlet of the outer barrel (1) through the washing and circulating pipeline (10-1).
