Detailed Description
Reference will now be made in detail to embodiments of the present invention, examples of which are illustrated in the accompanying drawings, wherein like or similar reference numerals refer to the same or similar elements or elements having the same or similar function throughout. The embodiments described below with reference to the accompanying drawings are illustrative only for the purpose of explaining the present invention, and are not to be construed as limiting the present invention.
A liquid shortage control method of the home appliance 1 according to the embodiment of the present invention is described below with reference to the drawings.
As shown in fig. 1-3, a method for controlling a liquid shortage of a household appliance 1 according to an embodiment of the present invention is specifically described, specifically taking the household appliance 1 as a clothes treatment device as an example, for example, the clothes treatment device may be a washing machine; of course, the household appliance 1 can also be a dishwasher or other appliance using a liquid treatment agent; and liquid treatment agents such as detergent or softener are stored in the liquid storage container 100, and the pumping device 100 can deliver the liquid treatment agents into the detection container 400.
For example, the household appliance 1 is provided with a liquid storage container 100 and a pumping device 600, the bottom of the liquid storage container 100 is connected to the detection container 400 through a liquid conveying pipe, the pumping device 600 is used for pumping the washing liquid in the liquid storage container 100 to the detection container 400 through the liquid conveying pipe and then to the washing tub 300 of the household appliance 1, the detection container 400 is provided with the liquid shortage detection device 200, and the liquid shortage detection device 200 is used for detecting whether the detection container 400 is in a liquid shortage state.
Therefore, whether the detection container 400 is lack of liquid or not is detected through the liquid lack detection device 200, so that when the household appliance 1 is lack of liquid, a user can supplement the washing liquid in time. The washing liquid in the liquid storage container 100 is pumped to the detection container 400 by the pumping device 600, so that the accuracy and reliability of liquid shortage detection can be improved, then the washing liquid is pumped into the washing barrel 300, the washing of the clothes in the washing barrel 300 by the washing liquid is facilitated, and the washing effect of the household appliance 1 is improved.
Specifically, in some embodiments, the starvation control method includes the steps of:
the process of controlling the household appliance 1 is started. For example, the user selects a washing program such as quick washing, cotton and linen washing, and the like. It is to be understood here that "the process program of controlling the household appliance 1 is started" may mean that only the household appliance 1 is energized, without starting to perform any specific operation. Before acquiring the detection information, the household appliance 1 can make preparation works such as self-checking, so that after the detection information is acquired, the household appliance 1 can be controlled to smoothly perform subsequent work according to the detection information, the work continuity and convenience of the household appliance 1 are improved, the work reliability and stability of the household appliance 1 are improved, and the work efficiency of the household appliance 1 is improved.
Acquiring detection information of the liquid shortage detection device 200 of the detection container 400;
determining that the household appliance 1 is short of liquid currently according to the detection information, controlling the pumping device 600 of the household appliance 1 to start to deliver the liquid from the liquid storage container 100 to the detection container 400, continuing to acquire the detection information, and controlling the household appliance 1 to work according to the continuously acquired detection information.
It should be understood that the detection information of the fluid shortage detection device 200 of the detection container 400 is obtained, whether the detection container 400 is currently in fluid shortage is determined according to the detection information, and if the detection container 400 is currently in fluid shortage, the pumping device 600 of the household appliance 1 is controlled to be started to deliver the fluid from the fluid storage container 100 to the detection container 400; and continues to acquire the second detection information of the liquid shortage detection device 200, and if the second detection indicates that the detection container 400 is not short of liquid currently, the household appliance 1 is controlled to work normally, for example, the household appliance 1 is controlled to execute the processing program; if the second detection indicates that the container 400 is still empty, indicating that the container 100 is empty, the user is required to replenish the container 100 with the washing solution. Of course, when it is determined whether the detection container 400 is presently out of liquid based on the first detection information, if it is detected that the detection container 400 is presently out of liquid, the home appliance 1 may be directly controlled to normally operate, such as controlling the home appliance 1 to execute a processing program.
For example, the bottom of the liquid storage container 100 is connected to the detection container 400 through a liquid transport tube, and the detection container 400 and the liquid shortage detection device 200 are limited in the arrangement position in the household appliance 1, so that the liquid shortage detection device 200 has limitations in detection. For example, when the detection container 400 is disposed at a higher position relative to the liquid storage container 100 or when the detection container 400 is disposed at a distance from the liquid storage container 100, even if a certain amount of washing liquid is stored in the liquid storage container 100, no liquid shortage occurs, however, when the detection container 400 is detected by the liquid shortage detection device 200, a liquid shortage in the detection container 400 may be detected, and a detection result of liquid shortage of the household appliance 1 may be obtained. This affects the accuracy and reliability of the detection of the fluid-starved detection device 200, and affects the user experience.
According to the method for detecting the lack of liquid in the household appliance 1 of the embodiment of the present invention, when the lack of liquid in the detection container 400 is detected by the lack of liquid detection device 200, the pumping device 600 is controlled to start pumping operation to deliver liquid from the liquid storage container 100 to the detection container 400, and during the pumping operation of the pumping device 600, whether the detection container 400 is lack of liquid is continuously detected by the lack of liquid detection device 200. Therefore, when the liquid storage container 100 stores the washing liquid, the pumping device 600 can convey the washing liquid in the liquid storage container 100 to the detection container 400, so that the air in the detection container 400 is exhausted, and the liquid shortage detection device 200 can detect that the washing liquid is in the detection container 400, so that the liquid storage states of the detection container 400 and the liquid storage container 100 can be correctly sensed, and the household appliance 1 can be controlled to execute the normal processing program.
When the liquid shortage does occur in the liquid storage container 100, the liquid shortage detection device 200 continues to acquire detection information, and still detects that the detection container 400 is short of liquid, and at this time, the household appliance 1 can be controlled to send out the liquid shortage prompt information, so that a user can conveniently and timely supplement washing liquid to the liquid storage container 100, and the household appliance 1 can conveniently realize a subsequent washing process.
From this, can improve scarce liquid detection device 200's detection accuracy and reliability, when avoiding storing sufficient washing liquid in stock solution container 100, lack liquid detection device 200 and send out wrong scarce liquid detection information to can avoid the user to carry out meaningless fluid infusion operation, the domestic appliance 1 of being convenient for carries out normal washing flow, improves domestic appliance 1's work efficiency, improves user's use convenience and travelling comfort.
Therefore, the method for detecting the liquid shortage of the household appliance 1 according to the embodiment of the present invention has the advantages of being capable of accurately detecting whether the liquid is in shortage, high in detection reliability, and the like.
In some embodiments, controlling the pumping device 600 to start to deliver the liquid from the reservoir 100 to the test container 400 comprises controlling the pumping device 600 to start and maintain for less than or equal to a first predetermined time. The working time of the pumping device 600 can be controlled, so that not only can the pumping device 600 be prevented from carrying out meaningless pumping work, but also the situation that the detection container 400 is overflowed due to too much washing liquid can be avoided, the pumping device 600 and the detection container 400 are protected conveniently, and the working reliability of the household appliance 1 is improved.
For example, the first preset time may be 10s, 20s or 30s, and may be set according to the liquid storage volume of the detection container 400.
Specifically, the detection information continues to be acquired, including once every second preset time, where the second preset time is less than or equal to the time for starting and maintaining the pumping device 600. In a possible embodiment, the second predetermined time is less than or equal to the first predetermined time. From this, liquid shortage detection device 200 can carry out the liquid shortage detection to detecting container 400 once more after pumping device 600 work second preset time to can judge more accurately whether detecting container 400 is the liquid shortage, and can judge accurately from this whether stock solution container 100 is the liquid shortage, be convenient for improve liquid shortage detection device 200's detection accuracy and reliability.
In some examples, first detection information of the starvation detection device 200 of the detection container 400 is obtained, and if it is determined that the household appliance 1 is currently starved, the pumping device 600 of the household appliance 1 is controlled to start to deliver liquid from the liquid storage container 100 to the detection container 400 according to the first detection information, and the second detection information is continuously obtained. After the pumping device 600 is started and maintained for the second preset time, whether the container 400 is short of liquid or not can be continuously detected through the liquid shortage detection device 200, if the detection container 400 is continuously detected for the second time to be short of liquid, the liquid shortage of the liquid storage container 100 or the liquid shortage of the liquid storage container is indicated, the pumping device 600 can be selected to continuously work, after the pumping device 600 continuously works for the second preset time again, whether the household appliance 1 is short of liquid or not can be continuously detected through the liquid shortage detection device 200 for the third time, and the liquid shortage detection device 200 is repeatedly controlled to detect.
For example, the second preset time may be 50ms, 100ms or 200ms, which may be selected according to actual situations.
That is, after the pumping device 600 is started, the detection information of the liquid shortage detection device 200 may be acquired once every second preset time, that is, whether the detection container 400 is short of liquid may be continuously detected by the liquid shortage detection device 200 for a plurality of times. From this, liquid shortage detection device 200 can be at the in-process of pumping device 600 work, continuously carry out the liquid shortage detection, accurately judge detection container 400 through acquireing the detection information many times to whether accurate judgement stock solution container 100 is liquid shortage and acquire stock solution volume information of stock solution container 100, improve liquid shortage detection device 200's detection accuracy, and be convenient for the user to carry out the fluid replacement operation to stock solution container 100.
Further, after the pumping device 600 is started and continues for the second preset time, whether the household appliance 1 is out of liquid can be continuously detected by the out-of-liquid detecting device 200, if the household appliance 1 is continuously detected to be out of liquid, the pumping device 600 can be selected to continuously work, and after the pumping device 600 continues to work for the second preset time again, whether the household appliance 1 is out of liquid is detected by the out-of-liquid detecting device 200 again.
In some embodiments, the continuously acquiring of the detection information and the controlling of the operation of the household appliance 1 according to the continuously acquiring of the detection information further comprise controlling the pumping device 600 to stop if it is determined that the household appliance 1 is not presently starved according to the continuously acquiring of the detection information. This facilitates the subsequent normal treatment process of the household appliance 1 and improves the working efficiency of the household appliance 1.
Optionally, the step of continuously acquiring the detection information and controlling the household appliance 1 to operate according to the continuously acquired detection information further includes determining that the household appliance 1 is still short of liquid currently according to the continuously acquired detection information, and controlling the pumping device 600 to stop after the pumping device 600 is controlled to continuously operate for a first preset time. This makes it possible to control the household appliance 1 to perform a normal process after the liquid shortage detecting means 200 and the pumping means 600 are operated for a certain time. Thereby, the operation time of the pumping device 600 can be reliably controlled, the pumping device 600 is prevented from performing an insignificant pumping operation, and the operation efficiency of the household appliance 1 is conveniently improved.
It should be understood that, after the pumping device 600 is controlled to stop after the pumping device 600 is continuously operated for the first preset time, the household appliance 1 may be controlled to perform a subsequent normal processing procedure, for example, the laundry processing device is controlled to perform washing, rinsing, etc. normally.
Further, after the pumping device 600 is controlled to stop, the method further comprises controlling the liquid shortage detection device 200 to stop working. Therefore, the liquid shortage detection device 200 can be prevented from carrying out meaningless detection work, the liquid shortage detection device 200 is protected conveniently, and the service life of the liquid shortage detection device 200 is prolonged.
Further, before acquiring the detection information of the liquid shortage detection device 200 of the detection container 400, a process of controlling the household appliance 1 is started.
Specifically, after controlling the pumping device 600 to stop, the method further comprises controlling the household appliance 1 to execute the treatment program. For example, the household appliance 1 may be a washing machine, and the processing program executed by the household appliance 1 after controlling the pumping device 600 to stop may be a washing program. Thus, the household appliance 1 can work normally, the working efficiency of the household appliance 1 is improved, and the automation and intelligence of the household appliance 1 are improved.
Optionally, before the start of the processing program for controlling the household appliance 1, the method further includes acquiring pre-detection information of the liquid shortage detection device 200 for detecting the container 400, and controlling the household appliance 1 to send out a liquid shortage prompt if it is determined that the household appliance 1 is currently in a liquid shortage state according to the pre-detection information. Before the processing procedure of the household appliance 1 is started, the detection container 400 can be pre-detected so as to judge whether the detection container 400 is short of liquid or not, if the detection container 400 is currently short of liquid, the household appliance 1 can be controlled to send out liquid shortage prompt information, a user can check and supplement the cleaning liquid to the liquid storage container 100 in time, and the household appliance 1 can smoothly realize subsequent detection processes and processing procedures.
According to some embodiments of the present invention, the household appliance 1 is a washing machine, the washing machine is provided with a liquid storage container 100 and a pumping device 600, the bottom of the liquid storage container 100 is connected to the detection container 400 through a liquid conveying pipe, the pumping device 600 is used for pumping the washing liquid in the liquid storage container 100 to the detection container 400 through the liquid conveying pipe and then to the washing tub 300 of the washing machine, and the liquid shortage detection device 200 is used for detecting whether the detection container 400 is short of liquid. The liquid deficiency detection method comprises the following steps:
and acquiring pre-detection information of the liquid shortage detection device 200 of the detection container 400, determining that the household appliance 1 is short of liquid currently according to the pre-detection information, and controlling the household appliance 1 to send out a liquid shortage prompt.
The process program controlling the household appliance 1 is started by power-on.
Detection information of the liquid shortage detection device 200 of the detection container 400 is acquired.
And if the household appliance 1 is determined to be short of the liquid currently according to the detection information, controlling the pumping device 600 of the household appliance 1 to start to convey the liquid from the liquid storage container 100 to the detection container 400, and controlling the pumping device 600 to start and maintain for a first preset time or less. And continues to acquire the detection information once every second preset time, which is less than or equal to the time for starting and maintaining the pumping device 600. The operation of the household appliance 1 is controlled according to the detection information which is continuously acquired. Wherein, according to the detection information continuously obtained, if it is determined that the household appliance 1 is not out of liquid currently, the pumping device 600 is controlled to stop; if it is determined that the household appliance 1 is still short of liquid currently, the pumping device 600 is controlled to operate continuously for a first preset time, the pumping device 600 is controlled to stop, and after the pumping device 600 is controlled to stop, the liquid shortage detection device 200 is controlled to stop working, and the household appliance 1 is controlled to execute a processing program.
In some specific examples, the liquid shortage detection device 200, at the first detection, controls the household appliance 1 to perform a normal washing process if it is detected that the household appliance 1 is not in shortage, controls the pumping device 600 to start pumping work if it is detected that the household appliance 1 is in shortage, and continues to detect whether the household appliance 1 is in shortage again after a second preset time interval during the pumping work of the pumping device 600. During the second detection, if the liquid shortage detection device 200 detects that the household appliance 1 is not liquid-deficient, the household appliance 1 is controlled to execute a normal washing process, if the household appliance 1 is liquid-deficient, the pumping device 600 is controlled to start pumping, and in the process of pumping by the pumping device 600, after a second preset time interval, whether the household appliance 1 is liquid-deficient or not is detected again.
