A fermentation tank for fermenting sweet fermented flour paste is characterized by comprising a fermentation tank body, wherein the fermentation tank body is a sealed tank body, the top of the tank body is provided with a feed inlet and an air regulating device, and a stirring device extending into the bottom of a volume cavity of the fermentation tank body is arranged in the middle of the top of the tank body; the feed inlet is sealed and closed through a sealing cover; the fermentation tank body is characterized in that an air pump is arranged in the air regulating device, different pressure regulating gases are selectively pumped into the fermentation tank body by the air pump to regulate the pressure of the fermentation tank body, the part of the air regulating device, which correspondingly extends into the fermentation tank body, is an aeration pipe, the aeration pipe is a rigid pipe body subjected to corrosion protection treatment, extends downwards into the bottom of the fermentation tank body, and aeration holes are arranged at intervals in the height direction of the aeration pipe;
the tank body of the fermentation tank body is divided into an upper tank body and a lower tank body by a middle partition plate, the upper tank body is a primary fermentation tank, the lower tank body is a secondary fermentation tank, and a discharge hole is formed in the bottom of the lower tank body; the middle partition plate is provided with a valve plate so that the sweet fermented flour paste in the upper tank body can be transferred into the lower tank body for secondary fermentation by opening the valve plate; independent heat exchange coil pipes are arranged in the upper tank body and the lower tank body and serve as heat preservation units; the stirring device is provided with independent stirring structures at positions corresponding to the upper tank body and the lower tank body;
the lower tank body is also internally provided with a plurality of adsorption tubes which are transversely arranged in the lower tank body and are staggered with the heat exchange coil and the independent stirring structure in the lower tank body for position fixing; the adsorption tube comprises a hollow ceramic tube body with one closed end, an adsorbent used for adsorbing nitrite is filled in a hollow cavity of the hollow ceramic tube body, the adsorbent is a gel adsorbent, the outer side of the adsorbent is wrapped by a semipermeable membrane, and a through hole communicated with the semipermeable membrane is formed on the tube surface of the hollow ceramic tube body.

The fermentation tank for fermented sweet fermented flour paste according to claim 1, wherein a sensor unit for monitoring temperature, humidity and oxygen content in the fermentation tank is provided in the fermentation tank body, and a display unit for displaying the temperature, humidity and oxygen content is provided on the sealing cover.
3. The fermenter for sweet fermented flour paste according to claim 1, wherein the sealing cover for sealing at the feed inlet is a double-layer sealing cover, and a resin sealant filling port is provided at a sealing edge thereof, and is filled with a sealant after sealing.

6. The fermenter for sweet fermented flour paste according to claim 1, wherein the separate stirring structure in the upper tank further comprises an ultrasonic disperser to perform ultrasonic dispersion at the beginning of the primary fermentation in the upper tank.

The fermentation tank for the fermentation of the sweet fermented flour paste according to claim 1, wherein the bottom of the lower tank body is provided with a fermentation liquid filter frame for filtering out the excess fermentation liquid generated in the lower tank body so as to ensure the viscosity and the mouthfeel of the fermented sweet fermented flour paste.
8. The fermentation tank for sweet fermented flour paste according to claim 1, wherein the length of the adsorption tube is 1/4-1/3 mm in diameter of the lower tank body and 30-50 mm in diameter, and the diameter of the through hole on the adsorption tube is 3-5 mm.
9. The fermentation tank for the fermentation of the sweet fermented flour paste according to claim 1, wherein the bottom of the lower tank body is further provided with a manhole, and the middle partition plate is provided with a detachable structure.
