本发明涉及日用品制备技术领域,尤其涉及一种羊奶手工皂及其制备工艺。所述羊奶手工皂由石油菜提取物、椰子油、强碱、羊奶提取物、表面活性剂、稳定剂、润肤剂、无水乙醇、甘油、10%蔗糖溶液、去离子水组成。本发明通过添加石油菜提取物,与羊奶提取物共同配伍,能协同起到驱螨、抑螨的效果;其次,本发明中含有椰子油和肉豆蔻酸豆酯,润肤效果更佳,能有效抵消表面活性剂对皮肤的伤害。

技术领域
本发明涉及日用品制备技术领域,尤其涉及一种羊奶手工皂及其制备工艺。
背景技术
皮肤是覆盖于人体表面的天然外衣,也是人体最大的器官,健康的皮肤能够完成复杂的生理功能,还能体现人体的美感,使人容光焕发富有健康活力。但是由于螨虫和细菌的侵袭,皮肤会因为代谢废物堵塞毛孔,而变得肤色暗黄,皮肤红肿长痘痘。
面部清洁对于预防螨虫脸非常重要,但是刺激性过强的化学产品会破坏皮肤的天然屏障,甚至会导致皮肤被清洁的越彻底,油脂分泌越亢进的矛盾循环。不少西药成分的杀菌除螨类药物有水杨酸、三氯生等,但是刷酸是通过削薄皮肤角质层来达到祛痘除螨效果,对皮肤伤害比较大。
瑶药石油菜为荨麻科植物波缘冷水花Pilea cavaleriei H.Lév.的全草,别名石花菜、肥奴奴草,小石芥、冷冻草、疳积草,石苋菜、肥猪菜、打不死、石凉菜、青蛙腿,分布在广西、广东、贵州、湖南等地。生于石山阴处,多见于海拔300-1500米的山坡林下石上。全年均可采收,洗净,鲜用或晒干。微苦,性凉;归肺、脾经。清肺止咳,利水消肿,解毒止痛。主治肺热咳嗽,肺结核,肾炎水肿,烧烫伤,跌打损伤,疮疖肿毒。从瑶医理论的角度上讲,石油菜既具风类药的功能,又具打类药的特性,是风打相兼类的瑶药。
基于上述情况,本发明提出了一种羊奶手工皂及其制备工艺,可有效解决以上问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种羊奶手工皂及其制备工艺。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供了一种羊奶手工皂,所述羊奶手工皂由石油菜提取物、椰子油、强碱、羊奶提取物、表面活性剂、稳定剂、润肤剂、无水乙醇、甘油、10%蔗糖溶液、去离子水组成。
优选地,所述羊奶手工皂由以下重量份的原料组成:椰子油20~40份、羊奶提取物25~45份、强碱30~40份、石油菜提取物20~40份、表面活性剂15~30份、稳定剂10~16份、润肤剂8~16份、无水乙醇10~30份、甘油6~10份、10%蔗糖溶液15~35份、去离子水120~140份。
在其中一个实施例中,所述石油菜提取物通过以下方法制备:
取石油菜药材备用,加入药材重量8~10倍的水,浸泡30~35min后,加热煮沸50~60min,200目滤布过滤,浓缩,即得。
优选地,所述强碱为氢氧化钠、氢氧化钾的其中一种。
优选地,所述表面活性剂为月桂醇聚醚硫酸酯钠、椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱、月桂基羟基磺基甜菜碱中的一种或两种以上的组合。
优选地,所述表面活性剂为椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱。
优选地,所述稳定剂包含氯化钠、椰子油二乙醇酰胺、PEG-150二硬脂酸酯、PPG-2羟乙基椰油酰胺中的一种或两种以上的混合。
有限地,所述稳定剂为椰子油二乙醇酰胺。
优选地,所述的润肤剂为肉豆蔻酸豆酯、辛酸辛酯、油醇油酸酯中的一种或两种以上的组合。
优选地,所述润肤剂为肉豆蔻酸豆酯。
本发明还提供一种羊奶手工皂的制备方法,所述方法包括以下步骤:
(1)取椰子油和羊奶提取物,加热溶解混合均匀后恒温至60~65℃,得到奶脂溶液;
(2)取氢氧化钠溶解于去离子水中,搅拌放热,冷却至指定的60~65℃,得到碱液,随后加入到步骤(1)的奶脂溶液中,以200~300r/min搅拌反应90~100min;
(3)向步骤(2)加入石油菜提取物、表面活性剂、稳定剂、润肤剂、无水乙醇,以200~300r/min搅拌反应120~140min;
(4)向步骤(3)加入甘油和10%蔗糖溶液,搅拌均匀,倒入模具中,室温放凉,24~48h后脱模即得。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有如下有益效果:
1.本发明通过添加石油菜提取物,与羊奶提取物共同配伍,能协同起到驱螨、抑螨的效果;其次,本发明中含有椰子油和肉豆蔻酸豆酯,润肤效果更佳,能有效抵消表面活性剂对皮肤的伤害。
2.本发明原材料在国内充足,价格适宜,使其规模化生产没有太高的成本限制;同时,制备方法简单,总体生产成本不高,有利于工业的大规模生产。
具体实施方式
实施例1
按表1称量具体原料,其余步骤制备步骤如下:
(1)取椰子油和羊奶提取物,加热溶解混合均匀后恒温至60℃,得到奶脂溶液;
(2)取氢氧化钠溶解于去离子水中,搅拌放热,冷却至指定的60℃,得到碱液,随后加入到步骤(1)的奶脂溶液中,以300r/min搅拌反应100min;
(3)向步骤(2)加入石油菜提取物、表面活性剂、稳定剂、润肤剂、无水乙醇,以300r/min搅拌反应140min;
(4)向步骤(3)加入甘油和10%蔗糖溶液,搅拌均匀,倒入模具中,室温放凉,48h后脱模即得。

2.根据权利要求1所述的羊奶手工皂,其特征在于,所述石油菜提取物通过以下方法制备:取石油菜药材备用,加入药材重量8~10倍的水,浸泡30~35min后,加热煮沸50~60min,200目滤布过滤,浓缩,即得。
3.根据权利要求1所述的羊奶手工皂,其特征在于,所述强碱为氢氧化钠、氢氧化钾的其中一种。

(1)取椰子油和羊奶提取物,加热溶解混合均匀后恒温至60~65℃,得到奶脂溶液;
(2)取氢氧化钠溶解于去离子水中,搅拌放热,冷却至指定的60~65℃,得到碱液,随后加入到步骤(1)的奶脂溶液中,以200~300r/min搅拌反应90~100min;
