Different types of detection assemblies can be arranged according to actual needs, and are not limited herein.
It should be further noted that the central processing unit in the present technical solution is a conventional processor with analyzing, computing and storing capabilities. The central processing unit can be electrically connected with a display panel of the taking-out device, so that a user can conveniently replace the flexible bagged beverage according to the residual liquid amount displayed by the display panel; this central processing unit also can the electricity be linked in user's intelligent terminal (like smart mobile phone etc.), can set up the early warning liquid measure that one needs to change flexible bagged water beverage at central processing unit in advance, when the surplus liquid measure reached early warning liquid measure, reminds the user to carry out the change of flexible bagged water beverage through intelligent terminal.
More specifically, the detecting component is a hall sensing component 45;

In the present technical solution, the hall sensing assembly 45 is preferably used as a detection assembly, specifically, the hall sensing assembly 45 includes a coupling sleeve 451, a sensing strip (not shown in the figure) and a hall sensor 452, because the lifting rod 42, the coupling sleeve 451 and the sensing strip in the present solution are kept relatively static, when the driver 44 drives the lifting rod 42 to rotate, the coupling sleeve 451 and the sensing strip also synchronously rotate along with the rotation of the lifting rod 42, when the sensing strip rotates to an avoidance gap between the hall sensor 452 and the coupling sleeve 451, the hall sensor 452 can receive a signal of one rotation of the sensing strip, and then the number of rotations of the lifting rod 42 can be obtained through the hall sensing assembly 45, and then the moving distance of the pallet 3 can be obtained through the thread data of the lifting rod pre-stored in the central processing unit; since the space in the accommodating chamber 101 is filled with the whole of the flexible bagged beverage, the area in the horizontal direction in the accommodating chamber 101 is clear, and the space in the accommodating chamber 101 is calculated from the area in the horizontal direction stored in advance in the accommodating chamber 101 and the moving distance of the pallet 3 obtained by the hall sensor assembly 45, thereby obtaining the remaining liquid amount of the flexible bag 5 at that time.
According to the technical scheme, the residual liquid amount of the flexible bagged beverage in the taking-out device is obtained through the combination of the Hall sensing assembly 45 and the central processing unit, and the calculation accuracy of the residual liquid amount is favorably improved.
More specifically, the lifting mechanism 4 further includes a balance bar 46 and a second connecting sleeve 47, the balance bar 46 is fixedly mounted on the base 41, and the balance bar 46 is located outside the barrel body 2; one end of the second connecting sleeve 47 penetrates through the barrel body 2 and then is fixedly connected with the saddle 3, and the other end of the second connecting sleeve 47 is sleeved on the balance rod 46 in a vertically movable mode.
In a preferred embodiment of the present technical solution, the lifting mechanism 4 further includes a balance bar 46 and a second connection sleeve 47, the balance bar 46 is fixedly installed on the base 41, and the balance bar 46 is located outside the barrel body 2; one end of the second connecting sleeve 47 penetrates through the barrel body 2 and then is fixedly connected with the saddle 3, and the other end of the second connecting sleeve 47 is sleeved on the balance rod 46 in a vertically movable mode. The balance rod 46 and the second connecting sleeve 47 are additionally arranged in the scheme, so that the stable movement of the supporting table 3 is favorably ensured, the supporting table 3 is prevented from inclining or being blocked in the moving process, the flexible bagged beverage is extruded to be balanced, and the error of pressure monitoring is reduced.
Preferably, the balance bar 46 in the present technical solution can be a linear optical axis, and a linear bearing is further disposed between the balance bar 46 and the second connection sleeve 47, which is more favorable for ensuring the stable movement of the saddle 3.
Preferably, the barrel body 2 of the technical scheme is provided with a blocking part 21 extending outwards, the blocking part 21 and the barrel body 2 are integrally formed, and the blocking part 21 is used for covering the outer parts of the lifting rod 42 and the balancing rod 46, so that the attractiveness of the taking-out device is improved.
In a further description, one of the balance bars 46 and one of the second connecting sleeves 47 are a group of balance components, and at least two groups of the balance components are provided;
