However, even though the rail transit construction in China has achieved remarkable results, various vibration problems of vehicles are caused by factors such as the continuous improvement of the operating speed of rail vehicles such as high-speed railways and intercity railways, the increase of the operating mileage, the poor vehicle operating environment, the light weight of vehicle bodies and the like. It is worth mentioning that, in order to achieve the purposes of energy conservation, environmental protection and the like, the vehicle body of the rail vehicle is continuously lightened during production and manufacturing, and the method reduces energy consumption and saves raw materials, and simultaneously, the structural rigidity of the vehicle body is reduced, so that the elastic modal vibration of the vehicle body is further aggravated. When the vehicle vibrates in a torsional mode, the guide block slides in the slide rail and is acted by the rubber springs on two sides in the sliding process, the slide rail is of a semicircular structure, the sliding of the guide block has motion components along the running direction of the vehicle and the width direction of the vehicle body, the motion trail of the connecting rod is a conical surface and is equivalent to that the inertial mass block moves on the conical surface and is also acted by the rubber springs, so that the torsional mode vibration of the vehicle body of the rail vehicle is reduced, and the running stability and riding comfort of the vehicle are improved.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following advantages:

The invention can equivalently move the inertia mass block on the conical surface, namely, components along the running direction of the vehicle and the width direction of the vehicle body exist, and the suppression of the vibration is more flexible.
The invention can effectively reduce the torsional mode vibration of the rail vehicle body, and improve the running stability and riding comfort of the vehicle, and has obvious effect.
And fifthly, the assembly structure improves the mounting and dismounting efficiency and reduces the maintenance cost.

As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the present invention provides a device for suppressing torsional mode vibration of a rail vehicle body, which comprises a supporting structure, a guiding structure and a vibration absorbing structure, wherein as shown in fig. 3, the supporting structure mainly comprises a base 11 and a pillar 8, the guiding structure mainly comprises a sliding rail 1, a guiding block 3, a universal joint 4 and a bearing 5, fig. 4 is a schematic structural diagram of elements of the universal joint 4, and the vibration absorbing structure mainly comprises an inertial mass block 9, a connecting rod 10 and a rubber spring 2.
The support structure realizes stable support of the semicircular sliding rail 1 through three pillars 8 and a base 11, the upper end and the lower end of each pillar 8 are respectively fixed with the sliding rail 1 and the base 11 through a third bolt 13 and a fourth bolt 14, and the base 11 is fixed with the roof through a second bolt 12; two circular arc-shaped rubber springs 2 are arranged in the slide rail and are respectively positioned at two sides of the guide block 3, namely two ends of each rubber spring 2 are respectively connected with the top plate 6 and the guide block 3, and the top plate 6 is fixed with the slide rail 1 through a first bolt 7; one end of the universal joint 4 is fixedly connected with the guide block 3, the other end of the universal joint is fixed with the outer ring of the bearing 5, and the inner ring of the bearing 5 is connected with the connecting rod 10; the connecting rod 10 is of a stepped shaft structure and is in interference fit with the inertia mass block 9; the lower end of the connecting rod 10 is also connected with a base 11 through a universal joint 4 and a bearing 5;

Claims (10)
1. An apparatus for suppressing torsional mode vibrations of a rail vehicle body, the apparatus comprising:
a support structure: comprises a base (11) fixed on the roof through a second bolt (12) and three struts (8) fixed on the base (11) through a third bolt (13) along the semi-arc circumferential direction;
the guiding structure is as follows: the universal joint comprises a semicircular slide rail (1) fixed at the tops of three support columns (8) through fourth bolts (14), a guide block (3) sliding in the slide rail (1) and an upper universal joint connected with the guide block (3);
the vibration absorption structure comprises: including connecting rod (10), cover establish inertial mass block (9) on connecting rod (10) and set up rubber spring (2) of guide block (3) both sides in slide rail (1), connecting rod (10) upper end through upper bearing and last universal joint and guide block (3) swing joint, the lower extreme is through lower bearing and lower universal joint and base (11) swing joint.

4. The device for suppressing torsional modal vibrations of a rail vehicle body according to claim 1, wherein both end faces of the slide rail (1) are blocked by a top plate (6) and a first bolt (7), respectively.
5. The device for damping torsional mode vibrations of a rail vehicle body as set forth in claim 4, characterized in that two of said rubber springs (2) are provided and are each shaped as a circular arc.

The device for suppressing torsional mode vibration of a railway vehicle body according to claim 5, wherein one end of the first rubber spring is connected with the top plate (6) on one side of the slide rail (1), the other end is connected with one side of the guide block (3), one end of the second rubber spring is connected with the top plate (6) on the other side of the slide rail (1), and the other end is connected with the other side of the guide block (3).

The device for suppressing torsional mode vibration of a railway vehicle body according to claim 1, wherein the upper end of the connecting rod (10) is connected with an upper bearing inner ring, an upper bearing outer ring is connected with one end of an upper universal joint, the other end of the upper universal joint is connected with the guide block (3), the lower end of the connecting rod (10) is connected with a lower bearing inner ring, and the lower bearing outer ring is fixed on the base (11) through the lower universal joint.
