The working principle is as follows: in the case of using the slitting device for the tape-forming process of the upper cover tape, as shown in fig. 1 to 8, firstly, according to the striping specification of the upper cover tape, the positions of the mounting ring 7, the positioning ring 17 and the rolling sleeve 22 are adjusted, the knob 9 is rotated to drive the rotating plate 11 to rotate, so that the rotating plate 11 drives the fixing rod 14 to be separated from the fixing groove 15 through the protruding rod 12 and the pushing rod 13, the mounting rings 7 are then slid over the mounting rollers 5, the distance between two adjacent mounting rings 7 is adjusted, the knob 9 is then released, the fixing rod 14 is rotated to the original position under the action of the torsion spring and is driven to slide to the original position to be clamped into the corresponding fixing groove 15 to complete the adjustment of the position of the mounting ring 7, then, according to the position of the mounting ring 7, the positioning ring 17 slides on the positioning roller 16, and then, according to the positions of the mounting ring 7 and the positioning roller 16, the winding sleeve 22 rotates on the screw rod 21, so that the adjustment before starting is realized;
then, the upper cover tape on the unreeling roller 2 is pulled out and wound on the guide roller 4, the positioning rollers 16 and the reeling sleeve 22, the first motor 6 and the second motor 23 are started, the first motor 6 drives the mounting roller 5 to rotate, the mounting ring 7 and the cutter 8 realize cutting and slitting, the slit upper cover tape is alternately wound on the upper positioning roller 16 and the lower positioning roller 16 and is positioned between the two positioning rings 17, meanwhile, the auxiliary ring 172 in the positioning rings 17 elastically slides through the spring 171 and is contacted with the upper cover tape through the auxiliary ring 172 to perform auxiliary positioning, the second motor 23 drives the screw rod 21 to rotate through the movable column 24, the reeling operation is performed by the corresponding reeling sleeve 22, after the reeling sleeve 22 finishes reeling, the upper cover tape on the winding sleeve is cut, the mounting disc 20 is rotated, the positions of the screw rod 21 and the reeling sleeve 22 are adjusted, the upper cover tape is wound on the new reeling sleeve 22, and the docking rod 26 is rotated into the docking slot 25, and continuing to perform the winding operation.

the installation roller (5) is mounted inside the support (3) through a bearing, one end of the installation roller (5) penetrates through the support (3) and is connected with the first motor (6), the outer side of the installation roller (5) is sleeved with the installation ring (7), the outer side of the installation ring (7) is fixed with the cutter (8), the other end of the installation roller (5) penetrates through the support (3) and is connected with the knob (9) through a torsion spring, the inner part of the installation roller (5) penetrating through one end of the knob (9) is connected with the rotating rod (10), the rotating rod (10) is sleeved with the rotating plate (11), the outer side of the end part of the rotating plate (11) is fixed with the convex rod (12), the convex rod (12) is sleeved with the push rod (13), the one end of the push rod (13) is connected with the fixing rod (14) through a shaft, one end of the fixing rod (14) penetrates through the installation roller (5) and is located in the fixing groove (15), the fixing groove (15) is arranged on the inner wall of the mounting ring (7);
the positioning roller (16) is arranged on the inner wall of the support (3), the positioning roller (16) is positioned at the lower right part of the mounting roller (5), the positioning roller (16) is sleeved with a positioning ring (17), a limiting rod (18) is fixed on the inner wall of the positioning ring (17), the limiting rod (18) is positioned in a limiting groove (19), and the limiting groove (19) is formed in the outer side of the positioning roller (16);
mounting disc (20), bearing installation are on the inner wall of support (3), mounting disc (20) are located the upper right side of registration roller (16), and the inner wall edge bearing of mounting disc (20) installs screw rod (21) to threaded sleeve is equipped with coiling cover (22) on screw rod (21).

The slitting device for the tape-forming process of an upper cover tape according to claim 1, wherein: the convex rod (12) is eccentrically arranged on the rotating plate (11), and the convex rod (12) drives the fixing rod (14) to slide in the mounting roller (5) in a reciprocating manner through the push rod (13).

The slitting device for the tape-forming process of an upper cover tape according to claim 1, wherein: the fixing rods (14) are distributed in the installation roller (5) at equal intervals, the end parts of the fixing rods (14) are clamped with the fixing grooves (15), and the side edges of the end parts of the fixing rods (14) are designed to be inclined.

The slitting device for the tape-forming process of an upper cover tape according to claim 1, wherein: the two positioning rollers (16) and the two mounting discs (20) are arranged on the support (3) from top to bottom, and the positioning rings (17) on the two positioning rollers (16) are distributed in a vertically staggered mode.

The slitting device for the tape-forming process of an upper cover tape according to claim 1, wherein: the inner wall of the positioning ring (17) is connected with an auxiliary ring (172) through a spring (171), the auxiliary ring (172) and the positioning ring (17) are parallel to each other, and the two positioning rings (17) are arranged correspondingly in a group on the positioning roller (16).

The slitting device for the tape-forming process of an upper cover tape according to claim 1, wherein: one end of the screw rod (21) penetrates through the mounting disc (20) to be connected with a butt joint rod (26), the butt joint rod (26) is located in a butt joint groove (25), the butt joint groove (25) is arranged at one end of the movable column (24), and the movable column (24) is arranged on the inner wall of the support (3) and connected with the second motor (23).
