The present application relates to a positioning device.
Background
In the process of riveting and installing the part, the part needs to be positioned to the installation hole of the workpiece to be pressed into the installation hole by a pressure head, and when some complex structures or structural members interfering with the pressure head of the riveting machine are riveted, the problems that the part is not positioned tightly and is difficult to rivet and press exist.
Disclosure of Invention
In view of the above, it is desirable to provide a positioning device capable of firmly fixing a part when riveting a workpiece with a complicated structure.
The present application provides in one embodiment a positioning device for positioning a part at a mounting hole of a workpiece, comprising: first holder is equipped with: the positioning hole is used for accommodating the part and aligning the part with the mounting hole; the second holder rotates to be connected first holder is equipped with: and the magnetic part is used for adsorbing the first clamping part to enable the first clamping part and the second clamping part to clamp the workpiece.
In one embodiment, the positioning device further comprises a rotating shaft; the first clamping piece is provided with a first transfer part, and the first transfer part is provided with a first sliding groove; the rotating shaft penetrates through the second clamping piece and movably penetrates through the first sliding groove; the rotating shaft is used for connecting the first clamping piece and the second clamping piece; the first sliding groove is used for facilitating the second clamping piece to move towards the first clamping piece so as to press the part into the mounting hole.

The technical solutions of the present application will be described below with reference to the accompanying drawings in the embodiments of the present application, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are only some embodiments of the present application, but not all embodiments.

Some embodiments of the present application will be described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings. In the following embodiments, features of the embodiments may be combined with each other without conflict.
Referring to fig. 1, 2 and 3, in one embodiment of the present application, a positioning device 100 is provided for positioning a part 200 to a mounting hole 310 of a workpiece 300. The positioning device 100 includes a first clamping member 10 and a second clamping member 20. The first clamping member 10 is provided with a positioning hole 10a for receiving one end of the component 200 and aligning it with the mounting hole 310. The second clamping member 20 is rotatably connected to the first clamping member 10 and is disposed on a side of the workpiece 300 facing away from the mounting hole 310. The second clamping member 20 is provided with a magnetic member 20a, the first clamping member 10 has magnetism, and the magnetic member 20a is used for attracting the first clamping member 10, so that the first clamping member 10 and the second clamping member 20 clamp the workpiece 300 to position the part 200 between the second clamping member 20 and the workpiece 300. In one embodiment, the first clamping member 10 and the second clamping member 20 are substantially rectangular parallelepiped, and the magnetic members 20a are two circular strong magnets.
Referring to fig. 2, 3 and 4, in one embodiment, the workpiece 300 is a U-shaped plate with a thickness of 3.2 mm, the mounting holes 310 are formed at the edge of the sidewall of the workpiece 300, and the mounting holes 310 are disposed downward to facilitate the punching of the pressing head 500; the first clamping piece 10 is arranged on the riveting table 400, and the positioning hole 10a is arranged upwards; the part 200 is a rivet, the middle section of the part is provided with a skirt edge 210, the area of the skirt edge 210 is larger than that of the positioning hole 10a and the mounting hole 310, one end of the part 200, which is positioned below the skirt edge 210, is used for being inserted into the positioning hole 10a for positioning, the skirt edge 210 can prevent the part 200 from completely entering the positioning hole 10a, one end of the part 200, which is positioned on the skirt edge 210, is used for aligning with the mounting hole 310 and is inserted into the mounting hole 310 after being punched, and the skirt edge 210 can also prevent the part 200 from being excessively inserted into the mounting hole 310; the second clamping member 20 is placed above the workpiece 300, the ram 500 is used to press the second clamping member 20 after moving downward, and the second clamping member 20 presses the workpiece 300 downward, thereby moving the part 200 into the mounting hole 310.
Referring to fig. 1 and 5, the positioning device 100 further includes a rotating shaft 30. The first clamping member 10 is provided with a first transfer portion 11, the first transfer portion 11 is provided with a first sliding groove 11a, and the first sliding groove 11a penetrates through two ends of the first transfer portion 11 and has a length along the axial direction of the mounting hole 310 (along the moving direction of the pressing head 500). The rotating shaft 30 is disposed through the second clamping member 20, slidably and rotatably disposed through the first sliding slot 11a, and the first sliding slot 11a is used for allowing the second clamping member 20 to move toward the first clamping member 10 during the stamping process, so as to press the component 200 into the mounting hole 310. In one embodiment, the first transfer portion 11 is perpendicular to the first clamping member 10, and the first sliding groove 11a horizontally penetrates through the first transfer portion 11, and the length thereof is arranged along the vertical direction.
Referring to fig. 1 and 5, the second clamping member 20 is provided with a second adapting portion 21, the second adapting portion 21 is provided with a second sliding slot 21a, and the second sliding slot 21a horizontally penetrates through two ends of the second adapting portion 21. In a state where the second clamp 20 clamps the workpiece 300, the second chute 21a is identical to the first chute 11a in the longitudinal direction. The rotating shaft 30 is slidably and rotatably disposed in the second sliding slot 21 a. Similarly, the second sliding groove 21a is also used for allowing the second clamping member 20 to move toward the first clamping member 10 during the punching process to press the part 300 into the mounting hole 310. The rotating shaft 30 is used for connecting the first clamping member 10 and the second clamping member 20. In an embodiment, a receiving groove 21b is formed in the center of the second adaptor portion 21, and the receiving groove 21b is used for receiving the first adaptor portion 11, so that the overall structure is symmetrical and more stable. Specifically, two ends of the rotating shaft 30 are provided with limiting portions 30a, and the limiting portions 30a are used for limiting the rotating shaft 30 along the axis direction, so as to prevent the rotating shaft 30 from sliding out of the first sliding groove 11a and the second sliding groove 21 a.
Referring to fig. 1, a handle 22 is further disposed at an end of the second clamping member 20 away from the second adapting portion 21, and the handle 22 is used for facilitating the rotation of the second clamping member 20.
Referring to fig. 5, a chamfer 11b is formed at an end of the first adapting portion 11 close to the second clamping member 20, a fillet 21c is formed at an end of the second adapting portion 21 close to the first clamping member 10, and the chamfer 11b and the fillet 21c are used for reducing friction.
It will be appreciated that in other embodiments, the first clamping member 10 and the second clamping member 20 may be movably connected by other means, such as flexible material.
The positioning device 100 clamps the workpiece 300 through the magnetic attraction of the first clamping member 10 and the second clamping member 20, so as to position the part 200 between the second clamping member 20 and the workpiece 300, thereby achieving the purpose of firmly fixing the part 200.
Although the present application has been described in detail with reference to the preferred embodiments, it will be understood by those skilled in the art that various changes may be made and equivalents may be substituted without departing from the spirit and scope of the present application. Those skilled in the art can make other changes and the like in the design of the present application within the spirit of the present application as long as they do not depart from the technical effects of the present application. 1. A positioning device for positioning a part at a mounting hole in a workpiece, comprising:
