the top of the supporting disk (3) is provided with a fixed sliding sleeve (53);

a water bucket (82), wherein the upper part of the third connecting rod (81) is provided with the water bucket (82);
a fourth connecting rod (83), wherein the upper part of the third connecting rod (81) is provided with the fourth connecting rod (83);
an input pipeline (84) is arranged on the fourth connecting rod (83);
the fixing rod (85) is arranged on the input pipeline (84);
the piston assembly (86) is arranged on the fixing rod (85) in a sliding mode, and the piston assembly (86) is connected with the input pipeline (84) in a sliding mode;
the second spring (87) is wound on the fixing rod (85), and two ends of the second spring (87) are respectively connected with the fixing rod (85) and the piston assembly (86);
the top of the sliding rack (63) is provided with a first trigger block (88), and the first trigger block (88) is matched with the piston assembly (86);
