Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of bag dust removal, in particular to a back-blowing dust removing method of a bag dust removing device.
Background
Currently, a bag-type dust removing device generally blows compressed air towards an outlet at the top of a bag to blow off dust deposited on the surface of the bag. However, the temperature difference between the compressed air and the dedusting gas is large, the phenomenon of condensation is easy to generate, deposited dust adheres to the cloth bag under the action of condensation, the blockage is aggravated, the dedusting efficiency is affected, and the service life of the cloth bag is shortened.
Therefore, the inventor designs a cloth bag dust collector, and the purified air is pumped out and blown into the dust collection cloth bag through the back blower to remove dust, and as the temperature difference between the purified air and the dust-containing gas before filtration is small and the moisture content is consistent, the dust collection cloth bag is not easy to produce dew condensation after dust removal, the dust is prevented from adhering to the cloth bag after meeting water, the dust collection efficiency is improved, and the service life of the cloth bag is prolonged. However, compared with the traditional compressed air, the air pressure blown by the back blowing machine is relatively small due to the lack of the energy storage air storage tank, and the impact force is insufficient, so that the back blowing air cannot completely enter the dust collection cloth bag, the back blowing ash removal effect is affected, and the dust collection efficiency is reduced.

In order to solve the technical problems, the invention adopts the following technical scheme:
the back-blowing ash removing method of the cloth bag dust removing device is characterized by comprising the steps of firstly obtaining a back-blowing structure which comprises a cloth bag air duct component and a back-blowing component, wherein an outlet of the cloth bag air duct component is arranged upwards, and an air outlet which is opposite to the outlet of the cloth bag air duct component is arranged on the back-blowing component; an air duct component is arranged between the air outlet of the back-blowing component and the outlet of the cloth bag air duct component, and comprises an air guide sleeve for conducting the air outlet of the back-blowing component and the outlet of the cloth bag air duct component and a driving mechanism for driving the air guide sleeve to switch between a conducting state and an opening state; during back blowing, the air guide sleeve is conducted with the air outlet of the back blowing assembly and the outlet of the cloth bag air duct assembly by using the driving mechanism.
Further, the air guide sleeve is sleeved on the outlet of the cloth bag air duct component in an axially movable manner; the driving mechanism is used for driving the air guide sleeve to axially move to be connected between the air outlet of the back blowing assembly and the outlet of the cloth bag air duct assembly in a conducting mode.
Further, the upper end of the wind guiding sleeve is provided with an attractive force ring made of a magnetic material which can be attracted by a magnet, the driving mechanism comprises a first annular electromagnet arranged on the back blowing assembly, and the first annular electromagnet is opposite to the attractive force ring.
Furthermore, permanent magnets uniformly distributed along the circumferential direction are arranged at the lower end of the wind guide sleeve, and the magnetic poles of the permanent magnets are consistent in orientation; the outlet of the cloth bag air duct assembly is also provided with a second annular electromagnet which is arranged corresponding to the permanent magnet, and the second annular electromagnet is positioned below the air guide sleeve and is close to the permanent magnet; the magnetic poles of the second annular electromagnet in the electrified state are opposite to the magnetic poles of the permanent magnet in the same polarity.
Further, a sealing gasket is arranged on the bottom surface of the first annular electromagnet or the surface of the attraction ring.
Further, the air outlet of the back blowing component is also provided with a closeable blowing valve, and an air pressure sensor for detecting air pressure is arranged in the outlet of the cloth bag air duct component; and when the air pressure sensor is in back blowing, detecting the pressure of the air pressure sensor in real time, and once the peak pressure of the air pressure sensor is smaller than a set threshold value or the reduction rate of the peak pressure is larger than a set rate, judging that the cloth bag air duct component is damaged, closing the blowing valve and keeping the air guide sleeve in a conducting state.
When in blowing, an air outlet of the back blowing component adopts pulse blowing, and the peak pressure of the air pressure sensor is smaller than a set threshold value to indicate that the cloth bag is damaged, so that larger peak pressure cannot be established after the cloth bag cannot be blown; similarly, the reduction rate of the peak pressure is larger than the set rate, which indicates that the cloth bag is damaged, so that the blowback gas in the cloth bag directly flows through the damaged part, and the reduction rate of the peak pressure is high. The air guide sleeve is kept in a conducting state, and meanwhile, the blowing valve is closed, so that the damaged cloth bag air duct assembly can be plugged by the air guide sleeve and the blowing valve, and the whole cloth bag dust removing device can still keep working under the condition that the cloth bag is not replaced.
In conclusion, the invention has the advantages of avoiding back blowing gas escaping, being beneficial to improving the back blowing ash cleaning effect, improving the dust removing efficiency and the like.

As shown in fig. 3, the dust discharge cylinder 9 is provided with a discharging valve 11, and the discharging valve 11 is provided with a rotary handle.
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, a plurality of cloth bag air duct assemblies 4 with upward outlets are vertically arranged on the clean air chamber sealing plate 3, and a cylindrical dust collection cloth bag 401 is arranged on the cloth bag air duct assemblies 4; the dust remover main body 1 is also provided with a purified gas outlet 7 and a dust-containing gas inlet 8, the purified gas outlet 7 is communicated with the clean gas chamber 101, and the dust-containing gas inlet 8 is communicated with the dust-containing blanking hopper 102.
During operation, dust-containing gas enters the dust-containing blanking hopper through the dust-containing gas inlet, enters the separated air purifying chamber through the cloth bag air duct assembly, and when passing through the dust removing cloth bag on the cloth bag air duct assembly, dust falls into the dust-containing blanking hopper under the blocking effect of the dust removing cloth bag or is attached to the surface of the dust removing cloth bag, so that dust is removed from the dust-containing gas, and clean gas is discharged through the clean gas outlet.
In the traditional back-blowing type cloth bag dust remover, compressed air is often adopted to back-blow the cloth bag, and the dust on the surface of the cloth bag for dust removal is shaken off or blown off from inside to outside by utilizing the strong gas pressure and impact force of the compressed air. The dust deposited on the surface of the cloth bag can be well removed by strong impact force of the gas pressure in the moment, but the dust removal cloth bag can be damaged and broken due to the excessive impact force. Meanwhile, compressed air is usually conveyed by a high-pressure air storage tank, when the compressed air is sprayed out, the volume of the air is increased, so that the temperature of the air is reduced, when the low-temperature compressed air contacts with a cloth bag with relatively high temperature (the temperature of the cloth bag is close to that of dust-containing air), condensation is formed on the cloth bag, water drops are formed, and after the water drops contact with dust on the surface of the cloth bag, mud-like substances with stronger viscosity are formed to permeate gaps of the cloth bag, filter holes (gaps) of the cloth bag are blocked, the filter holes (gaps) of the cloth bag are not easy to clean, and the filtering efficiency and the service life are seriously influenced.
For this reason, in the present embodiment, as shown in fig. 2 and 3, a back-blowing air supply bin 6 is fixedly disposed at the upper part of the dust remover main body 1, and a back-blowing blower is disposed in the back-blowing air supply bin 6; the air inlet end of the back-blowing air supply bin 6 is connected to the air purifying chamber 101 through a circulating air supply pipe 10, the air outlet end of the back-blowing air supply bin 6 is connected with a back-blowing assembly 5 through an air supply air pipe 601, and the back-blowing assembly 5 is provided with a plurality of air outlets which are opposite to the outlets of the cloth bag air duct assembly 4 one by one.
When dust deposition on the surface of the dust collection cloth bag is excessive, a back blowing blower in a back blowing air supply bin is started, clean air in a clean air chamber is pumped in, the back blowing assembly is blown in through an air supply air pipe, and then the air outlet of the back blowing assembly is opposite to an outlet of the cloth bag air cylinder assembly and reversely blows in the dust collection cloth bag, so that the cloth bag can shake on one hand, dust attached to the surface of the dust collection cloth bag can shake off, on the other hand, back blowing air flows outwards from the inside of the dust collection cloth bag and can blow off the attached dust, and cleaning of the cloth bag is achieved. Meanwhile, the air of the back-blowing air supply bin is sourced from the air purifying chamber, and the temperature and the water vapor content of the air are consistent with those of the dust-containing gas, so that the phenomenon of dew condensation caused by meeting the back-blowing gas and the dust-containing gas can be avoided, the dust can be prevented from being adhered when meeting humidity, the dust removing effect and the dust removing efficiency can be improved, and the service life of the cloth bag can be prolonged.
In this embodiment, a fan bin fixing plate 103 is fixedly arranged at the top of the dust remover main body 1, the back blowing air supply bin 6 is fixed on the fan bin fixing plate 103 through bolts, and the back blowing fan is arranged in the back blowing air supply bin 6.
As shown in fig. 4, the blowback component 5 includes a blowback component fixing plate 502, one side of the blowback component fixing plate 502 is provided with a blowback component connecting cylinder 501, the other side is provided with a plurality of blowback component air outlets 503 corresponding to the cloth bag air duct component 4, and the blowback component fixing plate 502 is further provided with a channel for communicating the blowback component connecting cylinder 501 and the blowback component air outlets 503; the back-blowing component connecting cylinder 501 is communicated with the air supply pipe 601, and the back-blowing component air outlet cylinder 503 and the corresponding dust collection cloth bag 401 are coaxially and oppositely arranged.
In addition, the round cloth bag in the existing cloth bag dust collector is only fixed at the upper end, namely, the round cloth bag is vertically arranged on the air purifying chamber sealing plate 3, and because the lower end of the cloth bag is suspended longer, dust-containing gas enters the dust falling hopper 102 or the compressed air back-blowing cloth bag to cause the vibration of the cloth bag, and the vibration can slow down the deposition of dust on the surface of the cloth bag to a certain extent, but the long-term vibration or vibration easily causes fatigue damage, so that the service life of the cloth bag and the supporting device thereof is influenced.
For this reason, in this embodiment, a horizontal air duct support frame 2 is further disposed in the dust collector main body 1, and the lower end of the cloth bag air duct assembly 4 is fixed on the air duct support frame 2.
Like this, through fixing upper end (air purifying chamber closing plate 3) and lower extreme (dryer support frame 2) of sack dryer subassembly, can increase the stability of sack dryer subassembly, avoid sack dryer subassembly to swing and damage wholly under the effect of dirty gas and blowback gas, be favorable to improving life. In addition, the fixed dust removing cloth bags are parallel to each other, so that enough space is reserved between the dust removing cloth bags, the surface area of the dust removing cloth bags is fully exposed in the dust blanking hopper 102, enough filtering area is ensured, and filtering efficiency is improved.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 6 and 7, the air purifying chamber sealing plate 3 is provided with a plurality of upper air duct fixing holes 301; the air duct supporting frame 2 comprises a plurality of lower air duct fixing rings 202 which are arranged in one-to-one correspondence with the upper air duct fixing holes 301, the lower air duct fixing rings 202 and the upper air duct fixing holes 301 are coaxially arranged vertically, and a framework supporting arm 201 is connected between the plurality of lower air duct fixing rings 202; the upper end and the lower end of the cloth bag air duct assembly 4 are respectively connected to the upper air duct fixing hole 301 and the lower air duct fixing ring 202.
In implementation, as shown in fig. 5, the cloth bag air duct assembly 4 includes an air duct upper fixing ring 402 and an air duct lower fixing ring 403, the air duct upper fixing ring 402 is provided with an air duct upper thread 404, the air duct lower fixing ring 403 is provided with an air duct lower thread 405, the air duct upper fixing hole 301 and the lower air duct fixing ring 202 are respectively provided with an internal thread, the air duct upper thread 404 is screwed with the air duct upper fixing hole 301 through threads, and the air duct lower thread 405 is screwed with the lower air duct fixing ring 202 through threads.
The upper air duct fixing ring on the air duct of the cloth bag air duct assembly is connected with the upper air duct fixing hole on the air purifying chamber sealing plate through screw threads in a screwing mode, the lower air duct fixing ring on the air duct of the cloth bag air duct assembly is connected with the lower air duct fixing ring on the air duct supporting frame through screw threads in a screwing mode, the structure is simple, the cloth bag air duct assembly is installed after the dust removing cloth bag is replaced through rotating the cloth bag air duct assembly under the condition that the dust removing cloth bag is damaged, the structure is simple, later maintenance and replacement are facilitated, and the later maintenance cost is reduced.
In order to facilitate replacement of the dust collection cloth bag, in this embodiment, a cylindrical cloth bag support frame is coaxially arranged on the upper fixing ring 402 of the air duct, and the dust collection cloth bag 401 is sleeved on the cloth bag support frame from bottom to top; the inner diameter of the air duct lower fixing ring 403 is matched with the diameter of the dust removing cloth bag sleeved on the cloth bag supporting frame, so that the cloth bag supporting frame sleeved with the dust removing cloth bag stably passes through the air duct lower fixing ring 403.
When the dust removing cloth bag is replaced, the upper fixing ring 402 of the air duct is screwed off from the upper air duct fixing hole 301, and then the upper fixing ring of the air duct is communicated with the cloth bag supporting frame to be pulled out from the lower fixing ring 403 of the air duct and the upper air duct fixing hole 301 together. The damaged dust removing cloth bag is detached from the cloth bag supporting frame, after a new dust removing cloth bag is replaced, the upper fixing ring of the air duct is communicated with the cloth bag supporting frame and the dust removing cloth bag from top to bottom, and after the upper air duct fixing hole and the lower fixing ring of the air duct are sequentially penetrated, the upper fixing ring of the air duct is screwed on the upper air duct fixing hole, so that the replacement and the installation of the cloth bag air duct assembly can be completed.
When in actual use, the dust removing cloth bag is sewn by adopting a filter material, the sewing precision is affected by various factors, the machining precision cannot be realized, deviation is often generated on the radial dimension of the dust removing cloth bag, and the minimum inner diameter of the dust removing cloth bag is required to be larger than the maximum diameter of the cloth bag support frame in order to ensure that the dust removing cloth bag can be smoothly sleeved on the cloth bag support frame. Thus, after the dust removing cloth bags with different radial sizes are sleeved on the cloth bag supporting frame, different radial sizes can be generated.
In order to enable dust collection cloth bags with different radial sizes to smoothly pass through the lower fixing ring of the air duct along with the cloth bag supporting frame, the dust collection cloth bags can be stabilized by the lower fixing ring of the air duct, and the following structural improvement is adopted in the embodiment:
as shown in fig. 8, the inner diameter of the lower fixing ring 403 of the air duct is larger than the maximum diameter of the dust collection cloth bag sleeved on the cloth bag supporting frame, an elastic rubber ring 408 is installed on the inner hole of the lower fixing ring 403 of the air duct, and the minimum inner diameter of the elastic rubber ring 408 is matched with the diameter of the cloth bag supporting frame.
The minimum inner diameter of the elastic rubber ring 408 is matched with the diameter of the cloth bag supporting frame, namely, the cloth bag supporting frame can just pass through the elastic rubber ring 408 without sleeving a dust removing cloth bag, and the elastic rubber ring 408 is not extruded and deformed. In this way, once the dust removing cloth bag is sleeved, the dust removing cloth bag passes through the elastic rubber ring 408 along with the cloth bag supporting frame, the elastic rubber ring 408 can be extruded, and the deformation capability of the elastic rubber ring 408 is utilized, so that the requirements of passing the dust removing cloth bags with different radial sizes can be met, and the dust removing cloth bag and the cloth bag supporting frame can be reliably fixed in the lower fixing ring of the air duct.
In order to make the elastic rubber ring 408 deform better, specifically, the elastic rubber ring 408 includes a rubber ring clamped on the lower fixing ring 403 of the air duct, the rubber ring is provided with a rubber sheet extending inward in a radial direction, and a plurality of rubber sheets are uniformly distributed at intervals in a circumferential direction and perpendicular to an axial direction of the rubber ring.
Like this, set up the rubber sheet along circumference interval for every rubber sheet can be mutually independent at rubber ring axial bending deformation, make dust removal sack and sack support frame can more easily pass.
Specifically, in order to enhance the supporting strength of the rubber sheet, the following manner may be adopted:
1. a plurality of elastic rubber rings 408 are arranged on the lower fixing ring of the air duct or a plurality of layers of rubber sheets are arranged on the axial direction of the rubber rings.
2. The thickness of the rubber sheet gradually becomes smaller along the direction deviating from the rubber ring. Thus, as the deformation amount of the rubber sheet in the axial direction increases, the greater the thickness of the deformed portion of the rubber sheet, the stronger the supporting force.
In this embodiment, after the dust removing cloth bag and the cloth bag supporting frame pass through the lower fixing ring of the air duct, the dust removing cloth bag and the cloth bag supporting frame also need to rotate along with the upper fixing ring of the air duct, in order to avoid damage caused by relative friction between the dust removing cloth bag and the lower fixing ring of the air duct in the rotating process, a rotatable inner sleeve 407 is further installed on an inner hole of the lower fixing ring 403 of the air duct, and the elastic rubber ring 408 is installed on the inner sleeve 407.
In this way, the dust removing cloth bag is sleeved on the cloth bag supporting frame, penetrates through the elastic rubber ring 408, and can drive the elastic rubber ring 408 and the inner sleeve 407 to rotate together in the process of rotating along with the fixing ring on the air cylinder, so that the dust removing cloth bag is prevented from being damaged due to relative friction of the elastic rubber ring 408 in the rotation process of the dust removing cloth bag.
In this embodiment, the inner sleeve 407 is coaxially mounted on the inner hole of the lower fixing ring 403 of the air duct through the ball bearing sleeve 406. Of course, instead of the ball bushing 406, bearings or bushings may be used.
As shown in fig. 2, in order to make the dust-containing gas smoothly enter the clean air chamber after being filtered by the dust removing cloth bag, the air outlet of the back blowing component 5 is arranged above the corresponding outlet of the cloth bag air duct component 4 at intervals.
Although the structure can meet the requirement that the filtered purified air rapidly enters the air purifying chamber, the structure also provides escape space for the back blowing air blown out from the air outlet of the back blowing component. In the traditional back-blowing type cloth bag dust remover, compressed air has larger pressure and impact force under the energy storage of a compressed air storage tank, and back-blowing gas can quickly pass through a gap between the compressed air and enter a dust removal cloth bag to carry out back-blowing dust removal. However, in this embodiment, in order to avoid the occurrence of the condensation phenomenon, the purified air is drawn by the back blower to be back-blown, and the purified air can be increased in pressure by the back blower, but the pressure is still small compared with the pressure of the compressed air. Considering that in the back blowing process, dust-containing gas still enters the main body of the dust remover and enters the dust removing cloth bag from the outside of the dust removing cloth bag, namely, the outlet of the dust removing cloth bag is provided with outward airflow, the back blowing gas enters the dust removing cloth bag to form obstruction, and the probability of back blowing gas flowing away (escaping) from a gap between the air outlet of the back blowing component 5 and the cloth bag air cylinder component 4 is increased.
For this reason, in this embodiment, an air duct assembly is disposed between the air outlet of the blowback assembly 5 and the outlet of the cloth bag air duct assembly 4, and the air duct assembly includes an air guide sleeve 141 for conducting the air outlet of the blowback assembly 5 and the outlet of the cloth bag air duct assembly 4, and a driving mechanism for driving the air guide sleeve 141 to switch between a conducting state and an opening state.
During back blowing, the air guide sleeve is connected with the air outlet of the back blowing assembly 5 and the outlet of the cloth bag air duct assembly 4 through the driving mechanism, so that back blowing air directly enters the dust collection cloth bag through the air guide sleeve, and back blowing air can be completely blown into the dust collection cloth bag to carry out back blowing dust removal on the dust collection cloth bag, and the dust removal effect is improved. When in filtration, the air guide sleeve 141 is switched to an open state by the driving mechanism, so that the purified air at the outlet of the dust removal cloth bag can smoothly enter the purification chamber, and the purification and filtration are completed.
In this embodiment, the air guiding sleeve 141 is axially movably sleeved on the outlet of the cloth bag air duct assembly 4; the driving mechanism is used for driving the air guide sleeve 141 to move along the axial direction to be connected between the air outlet of the back blowing component 5 and the outlet of the cloth bag air duct component 4.
Of course, in the specific implementation, the air guiding sleeve 141 may be axially movably sleeved on the air outlet of the blowback component 5, but in this embodiment, in order to fully utilize the gravity of the air guiding sleeve 141 to switch the air guiding sleeve to the open state, it is more energy-saving to sleeve the air guiding sleeve 141 on the outlet of the cloth bag dryer component 4.
In order to simplify the driving mechanism and save cost, and facilitate installation of the driving mechanism, in this embodiment, as shown in fig. 9 and 10, the upper end of the air guiding sleeve 141 is provided with a gravitational ring 143 made of a magnetic material that can be attracted by a magnet, and the driving mechanism includes a first annular electromagnet 142 disposed on the blowback assembly 5, where the first annular electromagnet 142 is disposed opposite to the gravitational ring 143.
During back blowing, the first annular electromagnet 142 is electrified and generates magnetic force, and the attraction ring 143 is attracted upwards under the action of the magnetic force to drive the air guide sleeve to move upwards, so that the air outlet of the back blowing assembly 5 and the outlet of the cloth bag air duct assembly 4 are conducted. When in filtration, the first annular electromagnet 142 is powered off, the attraction ring 143 loses the attraction of the magnet and falls under the gravity action of the wind guiding sleeve, so that the purified air can smoothly enter the purification chamber from the outlet of the dust removing cloth bag.
In order to make the attraction ring 143 be more reliably attracted by the first annular electromagnet 142, the lower end of the wind guiding sleeve 141 is also provided with permanent magnets 144 uniformly distributed along the circumferential direction, and the magnetic poles of the permanent magnets 144 face the same direction; the outlet of the cloth bag air duct assembly 4 is also provided with a second annular electromagnet 145 which is arranged corresponding to the permanent magnet 144, and the second annular electromagnet 145 is positioned below the air guide sleeve 141 and is close to the permanent magnet 144; the second ring electromagnet 145 has a magnetic pole in the energized state that is opposite to the magnetic pole of the permanent magnet 144.
During back blowing, the first annular electromagnet 142 and the second annular electromagnet 145 are simultaneously electrified, and the like poles of the adjacent permanent magnets 144 and the like poles of the second annular electromagnet 145 repel each other, so that the air guide sleeve moves upwards by one end distance, and meanwhile, the distance between the attraction ring 143 and the first annular electromagnet 142 is shortened, and the attraction ring 143 is better attracted by the first annular electromagnet 142. In particular, the first annular electromagnet 142 and the second annular electromagnet 145 are connected in parallel, and the air guide sleeve can move up and down by powering on or off.
In order to improve the sealing between the air guiding sleeve and the back-blowing assembly 5, the bottom surface of the first annular electromagnet 142 or the surface of the attraction ring 143 is provided with a sealing gasket.
The principle of the cylindrical bag-type dust removing device provided by the embodiment is as follows:
the inside of the dust remover main body 1 is provided with an air duct support frame 2 and an air purifying chamber sealing plate 3, five cloth bag air duct assemblies 4 are arranged between the air duct support frame 2 and the air purifying chamber sealing plate 3, an air purifying chamber 101 is formed between the air purifying chamber sealing plate 3 and the inside of the dust remover main body 1, dust-containing gas enters the inside of a dust-containing blanking hopper through a dust-containing gas inlet, enters a separated air purifying chamber through the cloth bag air duct assemblies, and when passing through a dust removing cloth bag on the cloth bag air duct assemblies, dust falls into the inside of the dust-containing blanking hopper under the blocking effect of the dust removing cloth bag or is attached to the surface of the dust removing cloth bag, so that dust is removed, and clean gas is discharged through a clean gas outlet.
In back blowing, as shown in fig. 10, the first annular electromagnet 142 and the second annular electromagnet 145 are electrified, the permanent magnet 144 at the lower end of the air guide sleeve drives the air guide sleeve to move upwards under the action of the repulsive force of the second annular electromagnet 145, so that the distance between the attractive force ring 143 at the top of the air guide sleeve and the first annular electromagnet 142 is shortened, the attractive force ring 143 continues to drive the guide sleeve to move upwards under the attraction of the magnetic force of the first annular electromagnet 142, and finally the attractive force ring is attracted to the first annular electromagnet 142, and the air outlet of the back blowing assembly 5 and the outlet of the cloth bag air duct assembly 4 are conducted. The back blowing machine is started to draw out the purified air in the clean air chamber and send the purified air into the back blowing assembly 5, and the purified air is reversely blown into the dust removing cloth bag through the air outlet of the back blowing assembly 5, so that the cloth bag can shake on one hand, dust attached to the surface of the dust removing cloth bag can shake off, on the other hand, the back blowing air flows outwards from the inside of the dust removing cloth bag, and the attached dust can be blown off, so that the cleaning of the cloth bag is realized.
Because the air of the back-blowing air supply bin is sourced from the air purifying chamber, the temperature and the water vapor content of the air are consistent with those of the dust-containing gas, so that the phenomenon of dew condensation caused by meeting the back-blowing gas with the dust-containing gas can be avoided, the dust can be prevented from being adhered when meeting humidity, the dust removing effect and the dust removing efficiency can be improved, and the service life of the cloth bag can be prolonged.
In addition, the damaged filter bag can be temporarily plugged by utilizing the air guide sleeve assembly in the embodiment, and the normal operation of the whole bag-type dust removing device can be maintained under the condition that the filter bag is not replaced. The specific method comprises the following steps: the air outlet of the back blowing component 5 is provided with a closeable blowing valve, and the outlet of the cloth bag air duct component 4 is internally provided with an air pressure sensor for detecting air pressure; and when back blowing, detecting the pressure of the air pressure sensor in real time, and once the peak pressure of the air pressure sensor is smaller than a set threshold value or the reduction rate of the peak pressure is larger than a set rate, judging that the cloth bag air duct component 4 is damaged, closing the blowing valve and keeping the air guide sleeve in a conducting state.
