Description

Traditional Chinese medicine composition for enriching blood and regulating menstruation and preparation method and application thereof
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of health-care food, in particular to a traditional Chinese medicine composition for enriching blood and regulating menstruation and a preparation method and application thereof.
Background
China is a high incidence area of anemia diseases in the world, wherein the incidence rate of male diseases is 20%, the incidence rate of female diseases is 47%, and the incidence rate of female diseases is far higher than that of male diseases. Physiologically, most women consume qi and blood, and pregnancy, childbirth, lactation and menstruation all consume a large amount of qi and blood. Consumption of qi and blood tends to cause blood deficiency, which causes many problems.
In young women, excessive blood loss, hemoglobin and erythrocyte number decrease, and symptoms such as dizziness, vexation, short breath, hypodynamia, inappetence, insomnia, dreaminess, pale face and lips are often caused by menstrual disorder, functional uterine bleeding and the like. When a woman carries a fetus in October, the woman needs sufficient blood to nourish the fetus, and the fetus needs to be nourished by the blood of the mother, so that the pregnant woman generally has symptoms of anemia, anorexia, dizziness, pale complexion and the like. And the excessive blood loss or induced labor and abortion of women during the production can cause excessive bleeding, and various diseases are more easily caused by anemia. Severe anemia can also lead to premature appearance of wrinkles, white hair, and tooth loss. During the post-partum lactation period, the mother needs to enrich the blood and generate milk. When women reach the climacteric period, a series of problems of menorrhagia or disorder, hectic fever, sweating, chest distress, vertigo, waist soreness and bone pain and the like occur due to deficiency of liver and kidney and disharmony between heart and kidney.
The human body is the "body of blood, and only when blood is sufficient, the face looks ruddy, and the skin is tender and glossy. For women, the pursuit of beautiful appearance, slimming and emphasis on nourishing blood is pursued. The traditional Chinese medicine indicates that: "women have the basic of nourishing blood". If women are not good at enriching blood and nourishing blood, the symptoms of blood deficiency such as sallow complexion, pale lips and nails, dry limbs, withered hair, dizziness, dim eyesight, hypodynamia, shortness of breath and the like, namely anemia, can easily occur. Severe anemia patients are also very easy to have premature senility symptoms such as wrinkles, white hair, tooth loss, teeter and the like. Therefore, women are compelling to enrich and nourish blood. Anemia in women affects health and beauty, the complexion is ruddy when qi and blood are full, the spirit is good, the complexion is not smooth when qi is insufficient, and the complexion is not ruddy when blood is insufficient.
Deficiency of both qi and blood can also lead to irregular menstruation. For example: the amount is large and advanced, the traditional Chinese medicine understands that qi has the function of consolidating qi, and qi deficiency does not consolidate blood; the traditional Chinese medicine is understood as blood deficiency after the dosage is small and the patient is dragged; dysmenorrhea is understood as the pain caused by qi and blood deficiency of thoroughfare and conception vessels failing to nourish the uterus, or the pain caused by malnutrition of liver qi stagnation, qi stagnation and blood stasis, or the pain caused by stagnation of qi. Therefore, women usually pay attention to blood tonifying and menstruation regulating. The traditional Chinese medicine for enriching the blood and regulating menstruation generally needs time for decoction, or even if a decoction mode is adopted, the traditional Chinese medicine is inconvenient to heat and carry, and a large number of people in need often cannot meet the requirements for enriching the blood and regulating menstruation. If a health food which has good effects of enriching the blood and regulating menstruation and is convenient to carry and eat can be developed, the method has a huge application prospect.

Control group: randomly dividing 70 female Balb/c mice (weight of 20-25g) into 7 groups, 10 mice in each group, blank group, model group, oral liquid group for tonifying qi and nourishing blood, low, medium and high dose experimental group and comparative experimental group; example 5 solid beverages prepared from the Chinese medicinal composition for enriching blood and regulating menstruation were dissolved and diluted with purified water 3, 2, and 1 times by weight respectively, and used in the low, medium, and high dose test groups, respectively, and granules prepared from the Chinese medicinal composition of comparative example 1 were dissolved and diluted with purified water 2 times by weight respectively, and used in the medium dose test group.
3. Experimental methods
The blank group and the model group are 0.1ml/10g, and distilled water is infused for 1 time every day; the oral liquid for replenishing qi and nourishing blood is administered by 0.1ml/10g for 1 time per day; 0.1ml/10g of low, medium and high dose experimental groups and 0.1ml/10g of comparative experimental group are prepared by distilled water and administrated by drenching for 1 time every day; the experiment was continued for 2 weeks.
The model group, the oral liquid group for benefiting qi and nourishing blood, the low-dose experiment group, the medium-dose experiment group, the high-dose experiment group and the comparative experiment group are respectively injected with 80mg/kg of cyclophosphamide per day in the abdominal cavity from the 5 th day of administration for 10 days continuously. The blank group was injected with an equal volume of physiological saline. After 2 hours from the last dose, each mouse was bled at the inner canthus 0.1ml, anticoagulated with disodium EDTA, and the white blood cell count (WBC), red blood cell count (RBC), and Hemoglobin (HGB) were counted.
4. Results of the experiment
