Abstract
The present invention provides a lock release system for a slider capable of stably operating the slider attached to a fastener chain independently of the shape of the slider, for releasing the lock function of the slider having a lock function and attached to the slider attached to a continuous fastener chain. The pull tab can obtain a locking position for allowing the hair to swing the locking function and a locking releasing position for releasing the locking function. The lock release system includes: a slider stopping mechanism including a control unit for stopping a slider of a slide fastener chain moving to an upstream side or a downstream side in a conveying direction at a predetermined position; a tab stopper that contacts or approaches the slider stopped at a prescribed position; and a pressing member for displacing the slider contacting or approaching the tab stopper to the upstream side or the downstream side in the conveying direction of the fastener chain. The tab stopper restricts the displacement of the tab with respect to the slider displaced by the pressing member, and relatively displaces the tab toward the unlocking position.
Description
Technical Field
The present invention relates to a lock release system and a lock release method for a slider, and more particularly, to a system and a method for releasing a lock function of a slider attached to a fastener chain in a process of continuously manufacturing a fastener based on a continuous fastener chain.
Background
When a slide fastener having a synthetic resin element (element) row is continuously mass-produced based on a continuous fastener chain, the following processing steps are generally sequentially performed. Namely, a step of forming a fastener chain by injection molding a synthetic resin element row on each of opposite edge portions of a pair of left and right long fastener tapes; a step of forming a spacer by partially removing element rows at predetermined intervals in the longitudinal direction of the fastener chain; a step of adhering a reinforcing film to a region of the fastener chain which is located between the spacers; a step of perforating a part of the reinforcing film to form a perforated portion; a step of injection molding an opening member; a step of assembling the opening member; cutting the fastener chain in a position corresponding to the perforated portion in the width direction; and a step of injection molding the upper stopper.
As one type of slider, a slider having a locking function is known. The locking function generally functions in the following manner: the jaw at the tip of the locking member is brought into contact with the element row disposed in the slider, thereby preventing relative movement with respect to the slider element row. The pawl of the lock member is in a locked state or an unlocked state depending on the posture and position of the pull tab with respect to the slider. Therefore, in the case where the slider is of the type having the lock function, in the step of threading the slider onto the above-described cut fastener element, it is necessary to thread the slider onto the fastener element in a state where the lock function is released.
The present inventors have found that, before the step of assembling the opener, the slider is inserted on one side into one of a pair of left and right fastener stringers obtained by injection molding the element rows at the respective opposite edge portions, and the opener is assembled while the element rows of the left and right fastener stringers are inserted through the slider, whereby the production efficiency of the slide fastener can be improved. At this time, the locking function of the slider needs to be released before the opening member is assembled.
As a technique for releasing the lock function of the slider, the following technique is known: the slider is fixed, and the hook is hooked in an annular hole of a pull tab attached to the slider and moved, thereby releasing the lock. Further, international publication No. 2019/003318 discloses a technique of releasing a lock by displacing a tab with respect to a fixed slider by a lock release portion.
However, since the pull tab is displaced by the above-described lock function releasing technique, the pull tab may not be applicable due to a difference in shape such as a size of the ring hole. In addition, neither technique is directed to a slider attached to a fastener chain, and if it is used in a process of manufacturing a slide fastener, it is necessary to perform a dense and complicated adjustment, and it is considered that it is difficult to realize a stable operation.

Disclosure of Invention
The present invention has been made in view of the above-described problems, and an object thereof is to provide a lock release system and a lock release method for a slider that can stably operate a slider attached to a fastener chain, regardless of the shape of the slider.
In order to solve the above-described problems, according to one side of the present invention, there is provided a lock release system of a slider for releasing a lock function of a slider having a lock function and attached with a pull tab, which is attached to a continuous fastener chain, the lock release system of the slider characterized in that: the pull tab is capable of acquiring a lock position for causing the pull tab to exert the lock function and a lock release position for releasing the lock function, and the lock release system includes: a slider stopping mechanism including a control unit for stopping the slider of the fastener chain at a predetermined position during a process of moving to an upstream side or a downstream side in a conveying direction; a tab stopper in contact with or in proximity to the slider stopped at the prescribed position; and a pressing member for displacing the slider contacting or approaching the slider stopper toward the upstream side or the downstream side in the conveying direction of the fastener chain, wherein the slider stopper restricts displacement of the slider with respect to the slider displaced by the pressing member, and relatively displaces the slider toward the lock release position.
In the present invention, first, a slider of a continuous fastener chain attached to a process of moving to an upstream side in a conveying direction or to a downstream side in the conveying direction is stopped at a predetermined position by a slider stopping mechanism. The slider stopping mechanism includes a control section. The control unit can stop the slider at a predetermined position by stopping the drive roller of the fastener chain when the sensor detects the slider, for example. After the slider is stopped at the prescribed position, the slider is held by the pressing member. At this time, the posture of the slider is adjusted by the pressing member. Then, the tab stopper is brought into contact with or close to the slider stopped at the predetermined position. The slider is displaced to the upstream side or the downstream side in the conveying direction by the pressing member. At this time, the tab stopper restricts the displacement of the tab with respect to the slider displaced by the pressing member. This allows the pull tab to be displaced relative to the displaced slider toward the unlocking position, and the unlocking function can be released. In addition, normally, the tab is located at the lock position before the slider is displaced by the pressing member, and the tab is displaced from the lock position toward the unlock position with respect to the slider displaced by the pressing member. Even in the latter case, the pull tab can be reliably arranged at the unlocking position by the relative displacement with respect to the slider.
Generally, the locking function of the slider functions in the following manner: by bringing the pawl at the tip of the lock member (see fig. 27) into contact with the element row in the slider, the slider is prevented from moving relative to the element row. Such a lock function is set to a locked state or an unlocked state depending on the position including the posture of the pull tab attached to the slider with respect to the slider. That is, the pull tab can obtain a lock position for allowing the hair to swing the lock function and a lock release position for releasing the lock function.
In one embodiment of the present invention, the slider is inserted on one side into one of a pair of right and left fastener stringers constituting the fastener chain. Even in this case, the slider can be stopped at a predetermined position by the slider stopping mechanism, and the slider stopper is brought into contact with or close to the slider, and thereafter the slider is displaced by the pressing member, whereby the slider is relatively displaced toward the unlocking position.
In one embodiment of the present invention, the pressing member includes a pair of right and left pressing members that displace the slider by pressing right and left inclined side portions of the slider stopped at the predetermined position. The slider includes an upper blade and a lower blade connected by a connecting column, and the upper and lower blades generally have laterally inclined side portions having a laterally width gradually increasing from the rear opening toward the pair of laterally shoulder openings (see fig. 17). In the present embodiment, the slider is displaced by pressing the left and right inclined side portions of the slider by the pair of left and right pressing members, and the inclined side portions of the slider are moved relative to the pressing members, so that the slider is pressed toward the shoulder opening side from between the left and right pressing members.
In one embodiment of the present invention, the pair of right and left pressing members can take an initial position, a holding position that contacts right and left inclined side portions of the slider stopped at the predetermined position to adjust the posture of the slider, and a pressing position that presses the right and left inclined side portions of the slider. In the present embodiment, the left and right pressing members move from the initial position to the holding position, and thereby the left and right inclined side portions of the slider stopped at the predetermined position are brought into contact with each other with a weak force, that is, a force to such an extent that the slider is not displaced. Then, the slider is pushed from between the left and right pressing members toward the shoulder opening side by moving the left and right pressing members from the holding position to the pressing position, whereby the slider can be displaced.
In one embodiment of the present invention, the pair of right and left pressing members each include a disk-shaped pressing portion. In this case, the slider is easily moved by pressing the inclined side portion of the slider from the peripheral side of the disk-shaped pressing portion.
In one embodiment of the present invention, the slider stopping mechanism includes a sensor capable of detecting the slider, and the control unit stops the movement of the fastener chain when the sensor detects the slider. In this aspect, when the sensor detects the slider, a detection signal is transmitted to the control unit, and the control unit stops the fastener chain by stopping the drive roller of the fastener chain based on the detection signal, thereby stopping the slider at a predetermined position.
In one embodiment of the present invention, the slider stopping mechanism includes a slider stopper that restricts movement of the slider stopped at the predetermined position to a downstream side in the conveying direction or to an upstream side in the conveying direction. In this case, the movement of the slider stopped at the predetermined position to the downstream side in the conveying direction or to the upstream side in the conveying direction is restricted by the slider stopper.
In one embodiment of the present invention, the control unit controls movement of the tab stopper, the pressing member, and the slider stopper. In this case, the control unit controls movement of the tab stopper, the pressing member, and the slider stopper between the initial position and the operating position. The operating position of the pressing member may include the holding position and the pressing position described above. The action position of the pull tab stop is a position in contact with or close to the pull tab.
In one embodiment of the present invention, the slider includes a posture adjustment mechanism for adjusting the posture of the slider stopped at the predetermined position. By adjusting the posture of the slider at the predetermined position by the posture adjustment mechanism, the tab stopper can be applied to the slider accurately or the slider can be displaced reliably by the pressing member. As the posture adjustment mechanism, the pair of right and left pressing members described above can be used. The left and right pressing members can contribute to adjustment of the posture of the slider at the holding position. As the posture adjustment mechanism, a member that can support a slider (slider supporting member) or the like may be used instead of or in addition to the pair of right and left pressing members.
According to another aspect of the present invention, there is provided a lock release method of a slider for releasing a lock function of a slider having a lock function and attached with a pull tab, the method comprising: the pull tab is capable of acquiring a lock position for allowing the pull tab to exert the lock function and a lock release position for releasing the lock function, and the lock release method includes: a step a of stopping the slider of the fastener chain at a predetermined position during the process of moving the slider toward the upstream side in the conveying direction or toward the downstream side in the conveying direction; a step B of bringing a tab stopper into contact with or close to the slider stopped at the predetermined position; and a step C of displacing the slider in contact with or in proximity to the slider stopper toward the upstream side or the downstream side in the conveying direction of the fastener chain, wherein the slider stopper restricts the displacement of the slider with respect to the slider displaced in the step B, and relatively displaces the slider toward the unlocking position.
In the present invention, first, a slider of a continuous fastener chain attached to a process of moving to the upstream side or to the downstream side in the conveying direction is stopped at a predetermined position (step a). Next, the tab stopper is brought into contact with or close to the slider stopped at the predetermined position (step B). The slider is displaced upstream or downstream in the conveying direction (step C). In step C, the tab stopper restricts the displacement of the tab with respect to the displaced slider. Thus, the pull tab can be relatively displaced toward the unlocking position with respect to the displaced slider, and the locking function can be unlocked.
In one embodiment of the present invention, the method further includes a step D of holding the slider stopped at the predetermined position by a pair of right and left pressing members after the step a and before the step B, and the posture of the slider is adjusted by the pressing members in the step D. By holding and adjusting the posture of the slider at a predetermined position by the pair of right and left pressing members, the tab stopper can be accurately applied to the slider in step B or the slider can be reliably displaced in step C.
In one embodiment of the present invention, the slider is inserted on one side into one of a pair of right and left fastener stringers constituting the fastener chain. Even in this case, the slider can be relatively displaced toward the unlocking position by stopping the slider at a predetermined position, bringing the slider stopper into contact with or close to the slider, and then displacing the slider.
In one embodiment of the present invention, the step C is performed by pressing the right and left inclined side portions of the slider stopped at the predetermined position by a pair of right and left pressing members. In the present embodiment, the slider is displaced by pressing the left and right inclined side portions of the slider by the pair of left and right pressing members, and by moving the inclined side portions of the slider relative to the pressing members, the slider is pressed toward the shoulder opening side from between the left and right pressing members.
In one embodiment of the present invention, the step a includes adjusting the posture of the slider stopped at the predetermined position. By adjusting the posture of the slider at the predetermined position, the tab stopper can be accurately applied to the slider or the slider can be reliably displaced.
In one embodiment of the present invention, the step a includes restricting movement of the slider stopped at the predetermined position to an upstream side in a conveying direction or to a downstream side in the conveying direction, and the step C is performed such that the restriction of movement of the slider is released. In this case, the movement of the slider stopped at the predetermined position is restricted to the upstream side or the downstream side in the conveying direction in the step a. By releasing the restriction of the movement in step C, the slider can be displaced to the upstream side or the downstream side in the conveying direction.
Effects of the invention
In the present invention, the slider stopped at the predetermined position is displaced, whereby the slider is relatively displaced toward the unlocking position with respect to the slider. Therefore, the lock function can be released independently of the shape of the pull tab, and the slider attached to the fastener chain can be stably operated.

Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings, but the present invention is not limited to these embodiments. Fig. 1 is an explanatory view schematically showing a synthetic resin slide fastener manufacturing apparatus (hereinafter also simply referred to as "slide fastener manufacturing apparatus") 100. Fig. 2 is a flowchart showing a processing procedure performed by the slide fastener manufacturing apparatus 100. Fig. 3 is a top view of the continuous fastener chain 10 shown cut away. Fig. 4 is a plan view of the fastener chain 10 in a state where the spacer 11 is formed. Fig. 5 is a plan view of the fastener chain 10 in a state where the reinforcing film 12 is bonded. Fig. 6 is a plan view of the fastener chain 10 in a state where the perforated portion 13 is formed.
The slide fastener manufacturing apparatus 100 is an apparatus for continuously mass-producing the slide fastener 30 as a finished product shown in fig. 17 by performing various processes and the like described below on a continuous fastener chain 10 obtained by injection molding the synthetic resin element rows 2,2 on the respective opposite edge portions of the pair of left and right long fastener tapes 1, 1 (see fig. 3) in advance. The fastener chain 10 may also be said to include a pair of left and right fastener stringers 1a, 1a having fastener element rows 2,2 at respective opposite edges of the left and right fastener tapes 1, 1. Referring to fig. 1, a slide fastener manufacturing apparatus 100 includes: 1 st device 110; device 2, 120; 3 rd device 130; and a conveying mechanism 140 for conveying the fastener chain 10 toward the 1 st apparatus 110, next toward the 2 nd apparatus 120, and next toward the 3 rd apparatus 130. Hereinafter, the side to which the fastener chain 10 is sent is referred to as "downstream", and the side opposite to the downstream in the conveying direction is referred to as "upstream". The 1 st temporary storage portion 150a and the 2 nd temporary storage portion 150b, which allow the slide fastener chain 10 to stay during processing, are provided between the 1 st equipment 110 and the 2 nd equipment 120 and between the 2 nd equipment 120 and the 3 rd equipment 130, respectively, in the slide fastener manufacturing apparatus 100. The conveying mechanism 140 includes: a guide roller 141 for guiding the fastener chain 10 in a conveying path passing through the inside and outside of the 1 st apparatus 110, the 2 nd apparatus 120, and the 3 rd apparatus 130; a driving roller 142 (see fig. 18, etc.) for feeding the fastener chain 10 downstream in the conveying direction and rollers such as a tension roller; a roller driving unit 142a (see fig. 21) such as a motor for rotating the driving roller 142 forward and backward; and various members constituting the conveyance path. The conveying mechanism 140 can temporarily stop conveying the fastener chain 10, reverse the conveying direction and convey the fastener chain to the upstream side, or change the conveying speed. By providing the 1 st temporary storage portion 150a and the 2 nd temporary storage portion 150b, the conveying mechanism 140 can be driven independently with respect to the 1 st apparatus 110, the 2 nd apparatus 120, and the 3 rd apparatus 130, respectively.
1 St device
The fastener chain 10 in which the element rows 2, 2 of the left and right fastener stringers 1a, 1a are in the engaged state (closed state) is supplied to the 1st apparatus 110 by the conveying mechanism 140, but the left and right fastener stringers 1a, 1a in which the element rows 2, 2 are in the disengaged state (open state) may be brought into the engaged state (closed state) in the 1st apparatus 110. The 1st device 110 includes: an interval generating mechanism 111 for partially removing the fastener element rows 2 at predetermined intervals in the longitudinal direction of the fastener chain 10 to form interval portions 11 between the opposite edge portions of the fastener tape 1; a film bonding mechanism 112 for bonding the reinforcing film 12 to a rectangular region on the upstream side in the spacer 11 in the left and right fastener tapes 1,1 of the fastener chain 10; and a punching mechanism 113 for forming a rectangular-shaped punched portion 13 on the downstream side in the reinforcing film 12. In the 1st apparatus 110, the fastener chain 10 is processed with the partition 11, the reinforcing film 12, and the perforated portion 13 in the engaged state, so that the left and right fastener tapes 1,1 do not shift during conveyance.
The interval generating mechanism 111 partially removes the left and right fastener element rows 2 in the closed state at predetermined intervals in the longitudinal direction of the fastener chain 10. Thereby, a front-back penetrating spacer 11 is formed between the opposing edges of the left and right fastener tapes 1, 1. Referring to fig. 4, a relatively thick core portion 11a as a reinforcing portion remains at the opposite edge portion of each fastener tape 1 at the spacing portion 11. The presence or absence of the element row 2, the spacing portion 11, the perforated portion 13, and the like serve as references for positioning in the subsequent step, and are detected by a sensor or the like, not shown. The film bonding mechanism 112 bonds the reinforcing film 12 from both front and back sides of the fastener chain 10. The reinforcement film 12 functions as follows: the adhesion of the molten resin can be improved during injection molding of the opening devices (20, 21) described later, and both longitudinal ends of the single slide fastener (30) as a final product can be reinforced, thereby improving operability. Referring to fig. 6, when forming the perforated portion 13, the perforation means 113 perforates 2 and a total of 4 through holes 14 simultaneously at each of the opposite edge portions of the left and right fastener tapes 1,1 on the upstream side of the perforated portion 13 in the reinforcing film 12.
2 Nd device
The fastener chain 10 processed with the spacer 11, the reinforcing film 12, the perforated portion 13, and the like by the 1 st apparatus 110 stays in the 1 st temporary storage portion 150a, and is supplied to the 2 nd apparatus 120 by the conveying mechanism 140. The 2 nd device 120 includes: a slider single-side threading mechanism 121 for threading the slider 3 from the threading portion 13 on one side to the element row of the fastener stringer 1a of one (left side in fig. 7) of the left and right fastener stringers 1a, 1a in an at least partially opened state; an upper stopper and opener injection molding mechanism 122 for simultaneously injection molding the socket body 20 with a stopper, the insert pin 21, and 2 upper stoppers 22, wherein the socket body 20 with a stopper and the insert pin 21 are openers of the upstream-side fastener element portion 10B through which the slider 3 is single-sided, and the 2 upper stoppers 22 are 2 upper stoppers 22 of the downstream-side fastener element portion 10A adjacent to the upstream-side fastener element portion 10B on the downstream side through the perforation portion 13; and a chain closing mechanism 123 for closing the fastener element rows 2, 2 of the left and right fastener stringers 1a, 1a in the at least partially opened state.
Fig. 7 is a plan view of the slide fastener chain 10 in an opened state after the slider 3 is single-sided pierced. Fig. 8 is a plan view of the fastener chain 10 in a state where the opening devices (20, 21) and the upper stopper portion 22 are injection-molded. Fig. 9 is a plan view of the fastener chain 10 to be changed from the open state to the closed state. The left and right fastener stringers 1a, 1a in the closed state in the 1 st apparatus 110 are partially opened upstream of the slider single-side penetration mechanism 121 of the 2 nd apparatus 120, at least on the upstream side and downstream side in the vicinity of the penetration portion 13 to which the slider 3 is attached. Further, the slider 3 may be single-sided pierced by completely opening the left and right fastener stringers 1a, 1a upstream of the slider single-sided piercing mechanism 121 of the 2 nd device 120. In order to open the left and right fastener stringers 1a, 1a in the closed state, for example, the fastener chain 10 is conveyed downstream in a state where a pin or other unshown engagement releasing member is inserted through the hole portion 13, and the fastener rows 2, 2 of the left and right fastener stringers 1a, 1a are separated one by one from the engagement releasing member to be opened. For example, the conveying paths of the left and right fastener stringers 1a, 1a may be branched in the vertical direction, so that the element rows 2, 2 of the left and right fastener stringers 1a, 1a may be separated one by one from the branching point. Referring to fig. 7, in the present embodiment, the slider single-side punching mechanism 121 causes the left shoulder opening 3a of the slider 3 to pass through the opposite edge portion, on which the reinforcing film 12 is bonded and the through hole 14 is formed, from the punched portion 13 of the left fastener stringer 1a, and thereafter, the left and right fastener stringers 1a, 1a are conveyed downstream with respect to the slider 3, whereby the slider 3 is disposed on the left fastener element row 2 (of the upstream fastener element portion 10B).
Referring to fig. 8, the upper stopper and opener injection molding mechanism 122 performs injection molding of the socket body 20 with the socket rod on the left fastener stringer 1a of the upstream-side fastener element portion 10B of the one-sided slider 3, performs injection molding of the insert rod 21 on the right fastener stringer 1a, and performs injection molding of the upper stopper 22 on the left and right fastener stringers 1a, 1a of the downstream-side fastener element portion 10A. The fastener elements (10A, 10B) are portions of the continuous fastener chain 10 that ultimately become the single slide fastener 30, and the upper stopper and opener injection molding mechanism 122 simultaneously molds one opener (20, 21) and the other upper stopper 22 of the 2 fastener elements (10A, 10B).
Fig. 10 is a plan view of the lower die 124 of the upper stopper and opener injection molding mechanism 122 shown on the back side (back side in fig. 10) of the fastener chain 10. FIG. 11 is a schematic cross-sectional view taken along line A-A of FIG. 10. The upper stopper and open injection molding mechanism 122 includes a lower mold 124, an upper mold, not shown, and a runner 125 for supplying molten resin into cavities of the lower mold 124 and the upper mold. The cavity of the lower die 124 and the upper die is divided into 4 cavity portions corresponding to the plunger 21, the socket body 20 with the socket bar, and the 2 upper stopper portions 22, 22. Runner 125 diverges from sprue 126, which is a gate of the molten resin, to 4 cavity portions. The socket body 20 with the box pin is formed with the opposite edge portion of the reinforcing film 12 adhered on the upstream side (upper side in fig. 10) of the perforated portion 13 in the fastener stringer 1a on the left side of the upstream side fastener element portion 10B. The insert pin 21 is formed at an opposite edge portion corresponding to the box pin receptacle 20 in the right fastener stringer 1a of the upstream fastener element portion 10B. The 2 upper stopper portions 22, 22 are formed adjacent to the upstream side ends of the element rows 2, 2 of the left and right fastener stringers 1a, 1a of the downstream side fastener element portion 10A. In injection molding of the box pin receptacle 20 and the insert pin 21, the molten resin is also impregnated into the 4 through holes 14, and the resin cured in the through holes 14 connects the box pin receptacle 20 and the insert pin 21 on the front and back sides of the fastener tape 1. This can improve the fixing force of the socket body 20 with the box pin and the insert pin 21 with respect to the fastener tape 1. After the injection-molded open parts (20, 21) and upper stopper 22 are cured, ejector pins 127 shown in fig. 11, which are retracted into lower mold 124, are protruded from lower mold 124, whereby open parts (20, 21) and upper stopper 22 can be separated from runner 125 as shown in fig. 12. Next, as shown in fig. 13, the lower die 124 (and the upper die) is moved in one of the right and left directions (right side in fig. 13) of the fastener chain 10. This can suppress contact between the fastener chain 10 or the slider 3 and the runner 125 and the sprue 126 when the fastener chain 10 is conveyed downstream.
Fig. 14 is a plan view of the fastener chain 10, which is shown in a closed state by the chain closing mechanism 123. Fig. 15 is a plan view of the fastener chain 10 in a state of being conveyed downstream from the state of fig. 14. The chain closing mechanism 123 includes: a pair of left and right rod-shaped engaging members 123a, and a driving portion (not shown) for moving each engaging member 123a in the left-right direction. The drive unit moves the engagement members 123a between an initial position at which they are away from each other and an approaching position at which they approach each other to clamp the fastener chain 10 so as to engage the left and right fastener element rows 2, 2. Although not shown, each engagement member 123a is provided with a groove for accommodating the fastener tape 1 when in the approaching position. After the slider 3 is single-sided pierced on the fastener chain 10, the left and right engaging members 123a, 123a disposed on the upstream side of the position where the slider 3 is single-sided pierced in the fastener chain 10 in the conveying direction are moved from the initial position to the approaching position, and a part of the left and right element rows 2, 2 is engaged. By conveying the fastener chain 10 downstream while the left and right engaging members 123a, 123a are temporarily maintained at the approaching position, the left and right element rows 2, 2 of the corresponding upstream-side fastener element portion 10B can be closed to the upper end or the vicinity of the upper end. Then, the left and right engaging members 123a, 123a return to the initial positions.
3 Rd device
Fig. 16 is a plan view of the slide fastener chain 10 in a state where the socket body 20 with the stopper rod and the insert rod 21 are combined. Fig. 17 is a plan view showing the completed slide fastener 30, and shows a state in which the slider 3 is pulled down from the upper stopper 22. The 3 rd device 130 includes: a chain combining mechanism 131 for combining the socket body 20 with the socket rod and the plunger 21; and a cutting mechanism 133 for cutting the fastener chain 10 in the width direction at a position corresponding to the perforated portion 13. The chain combining mechanism 131 combines the socket body 20 with the socket rod and the plunger 21 separated in the state of fig. 15. In fig. 16, the socket body 20 with a box pin, not shown, of the downstream side fastener element portion 10A and the insert pin 21 have been combined, and after this combination, the downstream side fastener element portion 10A is conveyed to the downstream side, whereby the slider 3 of the downstream side fastener element portion 10A is moved to an upper stopper portion restricting position where the movement thereof further upward (upstream side) is restricted by abutting against the upper stopper portion 22. The slider 3 can be moved to a position just before the upper stopper 22 shown in fig. 17, instead of being moved to abut against the upper stopper 22. When the slider 3 is positioned at the upper stopper restricting position as shown in fig. 16, most of the upper stopper 22 is hidden in the slider 3. A slider pulling mechanism for pulling down the slider 3 positioned at the upper stopper restricting position may be additionally provided. The slider pulling mechanism pulls down the slider 3 positioned at the upper stopper restricting position to expose the upper stopper 22. The exposed upper stopper 22 can be automatically formed by a detection mechanism using an image acquired by a camera or other imaging means, or by a detection mechanism using a contact or noncontact sensor. Or can also be checked by visual inspection of the operator whether it is formed normally. The visual inspection may be performed after the fastener chain 10 is cut into the slide fastener 30 by the cutting mechanism 133. The object to be inspected by the inspection function includes not only the upper stopper 22 but also the openers (20, 21) or the lower stopper. When the slider 3 combined with the openers (20, 21) is relatively moved to a position (see fig. 17) before the upper stopper 22, the inspection of the upper stopper 22 can be performed in a subsequent step without adding a slider pulling mechanism. Next, the fastener chain 10 is cut at a position corresponding to the perforated portion 13 by the cutting mechanism 133, and a plurality of zippers 30 are obtained. For convenience, the slider 3 in a state of being pulled down from the upper stopper restricting position by the slider pulling-down mechanism is shown in fig. 17 showing the slide fastener 30 after the cutting, but the cutting by the cutting mechanism 133 is performed after the slider 3 is pulled down. By being cut from the perforated portion 13, the reinforcing film portion 12a as a part of the reinforcing film 12 remains at the upper end portions of the left and right fastener stringers 1a, 1a of the slide fastener 30, and the reinforcing film portion 12b as a part of the reinforcing film 12 remains at the lower end portions of the fastener stringers 1a, 1 a.
Next, several embodiments of the lock release system and the lock release method of the slider according to the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings, but the present invention is not limited to such embodiments. The socket body 20 with a box pin and the insert pin 21 are combined by the chain combining mechanism 131 of the 3 rd apparatus 130 described above while the slider 3 is stopped at a predetermined position S (see fig. 20) and the element rows 2 of the left and right fastener stringers 1a, 1a are passed through the stopped slider 3. Therefore, when the slider 3 has a locking function for the element row 2, it is necessary to release the locking function of the slider 3 stopped at the predetermined position S. The locking function generally functions in the following manner: by bringing the pawl 5 (see fig. 27) at the tip of the lock member into contact with the element row 2 in the slider 3, the slider 3 is prevented from moving relative to the element row 2. Such a lock function is set to a locked state or an unlocked state depending on the position including the posture of the pull tab 4 attached to the slider 3 with respect to the slider 3. That is, the pull tab 4 can obtain the lock position for allowing the slider 3 to perform the lock function and the unlock position for unlocking the lock function. The unlocking system and unlocking method of a slider according to the present invention unlock the locking function of the slider 3 before the socket body 20 with a socket bar and the insert bar 21 are combined by the chain combining mechanism 131.
Hereinafter, the left fastener stringer 1A of the fastener chain 10 through which the slider 3 is inserted on one side is also referred to as "1 st fastener stringer 1A", and the right fastener stringer 1A is also referred to as "2 nd fastener stringer 1B". The socket body 20 with a socket bar is injection molded on the 1 st element chain 1A, and the insert bar 21 is injection molded on the 2 nd element chain 1B. Referring to fig. 23, 26, and the like, the slider 3 includes the locking function described above. The slider 3 includes an upper blade 3b, a lower blade 3c, a semi-annular tab coupling portion 3d provided on the upper blade 3b, and a tab 4 attached to the tab coupling portion 3 d. In fig. 7 to 17, the pull tab 4 is not shown. The tab 4 has an annular hole 4a (see fig. 26) on the base end side (the side opposite to the free end), and the tab connecting portion 3d is inserted through the annular hole 4a to connect the tab 4 and the slider 3. The pull tab 4 is rotatable about a base end shaft portion 4b (see fig. 26), and the base end shaft portion 4b defines a base end side of the annular ring 4 a. The upper and lower wing plates 3b, 3c have left and right inclined side portions 3e (see fig. 24, 28, etc.) whose left and right widths gradually increase toward the shoulder opening (3 a) side, which is the upstream side in the conveying direction. A pair of right and left pressing members 190 described later is set to act on right and left inclined side portions 3e of the upper blade 3b of the slider 3. The slider 3, which is inserted through the 1 st fastener tape 1A on one side, moves upstream or downstream in the conveying direction in the following posture: the upper wing plate 3b faces downward and the lower wing plate 3c faces upward, and the left and right shoulder openings (3 a) face the upstream side in the conveying direction and the rear opening faces the downstream side in the conveying direction. Thus, the pull tab 4 comes under the fastener chain 10.
Fig. 18 is a side view illustrating a timing at which the slider 3 of the fastener chain 10 is detected by the 2 nd sensor 152 while moving downstream in the conveying direction in the substantially horizontal conveying path. The 2 nd sensor 152 transmits a detection signal of the slider 3 to the control unit 150 (see fig. 21), and the control unit 150 reversely rotates the driving roller 142 that has previously rotated forward via the roller driving unit 142a (see fig. 21). Thereby, the fastener chain 10 starts to move upstream in the conveying direction. At this time, a slider stopper 160, a slider supporting member 170, and a tab stopper 180, which will be described later, are positioned at the lower initial positions. Fig. 19 is a plan view of the fastener chain 10 at the time of fig. 18, showing a pair of right and left pressing members 190 located at the initial position. Fig. 19, 22, 24, 28 and 34 omit illustration of the element row 2. At the timing of fig. 19, the pair of right and left pressing members 190 are located at initial positions apart from each other. The left-right pressing member 190 is located at a position corresponding to a predetermined position S (see fig. 20) at which the slider 3 is stopped in the conveying direction, or more precisely, at a position corresponding to the left-right inclined side portion 3e of the slider 3 stopped at the predetermined position S (inclined side portion corresponding position). Each pressing member 190 includes a support rod 191 and a disk-shaped pressing portion 192 connected to a shaft portion on one end side of the support rod 191. The other end of the support rod 191 is coupled to a pressing member driving unit 190a (see fig. 21). At the above-described inclined side portion corresponding position in the conveying direction, the left and right pressing members 190 can be moved to the following positions: an initial position where the pressing portions 192 are apart from each other; a holding position (see fig. 24) where the left and right pressing portions 192 come close to each other and contact the inclined side portion 3e of the slider 3 located at the predetermined position S; and a pressing position (see fig. 28) at which the left and right pressing portions 192 are slightly closer to each other from the holding position to press the inclined side portion 3e of the slider 3. The left and right pressing members 190 can adjust the posture of the slider 3 by contacting the left and right inclined side portions 3e of the slider 3 stopped at the predetermined position S at the holding position. The left and right pressing members 190 are displaced from the holding position to the pressing position to press the left and right inclined side portions 3e of the slider 3, thereby displacing the slider 3 to the upstream side in the conveying direction.
Fig. 20 is a side view illustrating a timing when the slider 3 of the fastener chain 10 is stopped at the predetermined position S while being moved upstream in the conveying direction in the conveying path by the slider stopping mechanism. Fig. 21 is a block diagram showing a control structure in the lock release system of the present invention. Fig. 18 and 20 show the following cases: since the fastener chain 10 moves in a state in which the insert pin 21 of the 2 nd fastener tape 1B is mounted on the box body 20 of the box pin of the 1 st fastener tape 1A, the 2 nd fastener tape 1B is partially offset upward with respect to the 1 st fastener tape 1A. Reference numeral 153 in fig. 18 and 20 denotes a plunger guide member that forms a part of the combination mechanism 131. The insert guide 153 is a member for guiding the insert 21 of the 2 nd fastener tape 1B toward the front of the shoulder opening of the non-single-side through side (the side where the slider 3 is not attached) of the slider 3 stopped at the predetermined position S. Reference numeral 154 in fig. 18 and 20 is a movement guide that guides the movement of the fastener chain 10. The 1 st sensor 151 is incorporated in the plunger guide 153. If the 1 st sensor 151 detects the slider 3 approaching the predetermined position S, a detection signal is sent to the control unit 150, and the control unit 150 generates the following operation.
The control unit 150 stops the rotation of the driving roller 142 via the roller driving unit 142 a. Thereby, the movement of the fastener chain 10 to the upstream side in the conveying direction is stopped, and the slider 3 is stopped at the predetermined position S (step a). Therefore, it can be said that the 1 st sensor 151, the control unit 150, the roller driving unit 142a, and the driving roller 142 constitute a slider stopping mechanism. The control unit 150 moves the slider stopper 160 located at the initial position located at the lower position to the upper operating position via the slider stopper driving unit 160 a. The slider stopper 160 at the operating position restricts the movement of the slider 3 stopped at the predetermined position S to the upstream side in the conveying direction. The slider 3 may be stopped at the predetermined position S by the slider stopper 160. The slider stopper 160 may also be said to be a component of the slider stopping mechanism. Further, the control unit 150 moves the slider support member 170, which is located at the initial position before the lower position, to the upper operating position via the slider support member driving unit 170 a. As shown in fig. 18, the slider support member 170 has a substantially horizontal slider support surface 171 on the upstream side in the conveying direction and a slider support surface 172 inclined downward from the slider support surface 171 to the downstream side in the conveying direction. The slider supporting surface 171 of the slider supporting member 170 at the operating position plays a role of supporting the slider 3 at the predetermined position S together with the pair of right and left pressing members 190 to adjust the posture of the slider 3. Therefore, the slider supporting member 170 and the pressing member 190 constitute an attitude adjusting mechanism. The tab support surface 172 of the tab support member 170 at the operating position biases the tab 4 attached to the tab 3 downstream in the conveying direction with respect to the tab 3, and supports the tab 4 in a state inclined downward toward the downstream in the conveying direction. Since the tab 4 is offset downstream in the conveyance direction with respect to the slider 3 located at the predetermined position S, a tab stopper 180 described later does not sandwich the tab 4 between the tab stopper 180 and the slider 3. The slider 4 supported on the slider supporting surface 172 of the slider supporting member 170 is positioned at a lock position where the slider 3 performs a lock function. Further, the control unit 150 moves the left and right pressing members 190 from the initial position (see fig. 19 and 22) to the holding position (see fig. 24) via the pressing member driving unit 190 a. At the moment of fig. 20, the tab stop 180 is still in the lower initial position. In the present embodiment, the tab stopper 180 is disposed between the slider stopper 160 and the slider supporting member 170 in the conveying direction.
Fig. 22 is a plan view of the fastener chain 10 corresponding to fig. 20, taken at the time when the slider 3 is stopped at the predetermined position S. Fig. 23 is a front explanatory view of the slider 3 and the left and right pressing members 190 at the timing of fig. 22, and the illustration of the fastener chain 10 is omitted. At the timing of fig. 22 and 23, the control unit 150 starts moving the left and right pressing members 190 from the initial position to the holding position. Fig. 24 is a plan view of the fastener chain 10 taken at the time of moving the right and left pressing members 190 to the holding position. In the holding position, the pressing portion 192 of each pressing member 190 contacts the inclined side portion 3e of the upper blade 3b located below the slider 3 with a weak force to adjust the posture of the slider 3 (step D). After the left and right pressing members 190 are moved from the initial position to the holding position, the control unit 150 raises the tab stopper 180 located at the initial position located immediately below to the upward operating position. As a result, the tab stopper 180 is brought into contact with or close to the slider 3 at the predetermined position S (step B) (see fig. 26). Thereafter, the control unit 150 returns the slider stopper 160 and the slider supporting member 170, which are positioned at the operating positions, to the initial positions below.
Fig. 25 is a perspective view of the tab stop 180. Fig. 26 is a perspective view showing a state in which the tab stopper 180 is in contact with the slider 3 at the operating position. Fig. 27 is a side explanatory view of fig. 26, the pull tab 4 showing only the base end shaft portion 4b. The tab stopper 180 includes left and right 2 leg portions 181 protruding upward and a concave portion 182 recessed downward between the 2 leg portions 181. The concave portion 182 is a space that opens upward and toward the downstream side in the conveying direction and the upstream side in the conveying direction. Referring to fig. 26 and 27, the upper surfaces of the 2 leg portions 181 of the tab stopper 180 at the operating position are in contact with the upper wing plate 3b of the slider 3. The upper surfaces of the 2 legs 181 may be close to the upper wing plate 3 b. As described above, since the tab support surface 172 of the slider support member 170 deflects the tab 4 to the downstream side in the conveying direction (right side in fig. 27), the leg portion 181 of the tab stopper 180 does not sandwich the tab 4 between the leg portion 181 and the upper blade 3b of the slider 3. Thus, the tab 4 is disposed on the downstream side in the conveying direction from the tab stopper 180 at the operating position. In fig. 26, which shows the timing of applying the tab stopper 180 to the slider 3, the tab 4 shown to be lifted substantially horizontally is located at the lock position. However, the tab 4 may be positioned at the unlocking position at the timing of fig. 26. The tab stopper 180 at the operating position partially accommodates the tab coupling portion 3d of the slider 3 in the recess 182. In other words, the tab stopper 180 gets the operating position by avoiding the tab coupling portion 3d through the recess 182. The concave portion 182 allows passage of the tab coupling portion 3d of the slider 3 displaced from the state of fig. 26 and 27 to the upstream side in the conveying direction (left side in fig. 27), but does not allow displacement of the tab 4 to the upstream side in the conveying direction. That is, the tab stopper 180 at the operating position allows the slider 3 to be displaced to the upstream side in the conveying direction, but restricts the displacement of the tab 4 to the upstream side in the conveying direction.
Fig. 28 is a plan view of the fastener chain 10 taken at the time of moving the right and left pressing members 190 from the holding position to the pressing position. The pressing portions 192 of the respective pressing members 190 press the right and left inclined side portions 3e of the slider 3 by moving the right and left pressing members 190 to the pressing positions. As a result, the inclined side portion 3e of the slider 3 moves relative to the peripheral side surface 192a (see fig. 23) of each pressing portion 192, and the slider 3 is thereby displaced toward the upstream side in the conveying direction (left side in fig. 28) (step C). Fig. 29 is a side view showing a state in which the slider 3 is displaced to the upstream side in the conveying direction by the pressing member 190. Fig. 30 is a side explanatory view similar to fig. 27, with a part of fig. 29 enlarged. The right and left pressing members 190 press the inclined side portions 3e of the slider 3 at the pressing positions, and shift the slider 3 from the position of fig. 27 toward the position of fig. 29 and 30 toward the upstream side in the conveying direction (left side in fig. 27 and 28), and at this time, the tab stopper 180 is kept stationary. The stationary tab stopper 180 restricts the displacement of the tab 4 of the slider 3 to the upstream side in the conveying direction following the displacement to the upstream side in the conveying direction, and relatively displaces the position of the base end shaft portion 4b of the tab 4 in the tab coupling portion 3d of the slider 3 to the downstream side end in the conveying direction or the vicinity thereof, that is, to the lock release position as shown in fig. 29. Thereby, the claw 5 shown in fig. 27 is retracted, and the locking function of the slider 3 is released.
Fig. 31 to 33 are side explanatory views showing embodiments of modifications including a tab stopper and a slider supporting member. In fig. 31 to 33, the same reference numerals are used for the common structures as those of the embodiments described with reference to fig. 18 to 30, and the description thereof is omitted. Fig. 31 shows a timing when the slider 3 is stopped at the predetermined position S by the slider stopping mechanism (step a) and the slider stopper 160 and the slider supporting member 173 are lifted to the operating positions. At this point the tab stop 183 is in the lower home position. In the present embodiment, the slider supporting member 173 is disposed between the slider stopper 160 and the tab stopper 183, and the tab stopper 183 is disposed adjacent to the slider supporting member 173 on the downstream side in the conveying direction. The tab stopper 183 has a tip end portion 183a that is inserted into the annular hole 4a (see fig. 26) of the tab 4 at the operating position. The slider supporting member 173 is provided with a recess (not shown) capable of partially accommodating the tab coupling portion 3d of the slider 3 at the operating position. The slider 4 is sandwiched between the slider support member 173 and the upper blade 3b of the slider 3 at the operating position. Thereby, the pull tab 4 is lifted substantially horizontally. The slider supporting member 173 at the operating position is a posture adjusting mechanism capable of adjusting the posture of the slider 3 via the tab 4. Next, as shown in fig. 32, the tab stopper 183 is raised to come to the action position. Thereby, the tip end portion 183a of the tab stopper 183 is inserted into the annular hole 4a of the tab 4. The tab stopper 183 moved to the operating position is said to be close to the slider 3 at the predetermined position S (step B). Further, immediately before the timing of fig. 32, the left and right pressing members 190 come to the holding position, and the posture of the slider 3 is adjusted (step D). Next, when the left and right pressing members 190 are moved from the holding position to the pressing position, the slider 3 is displaced upstream in the conveying direction as shown in fig. 33 (step C). At this time, the tab 4 is restricted from being displaced to the upstream side in the conveying direction by the tab stopper 183, and is displaced to the downstream side in the conveying direction relative to the slider 3. Thereby, the pull tab 4 is positioned at the lock release position, and the lock function of the slider 3 is released. As shown in fig. 33, immediately before the left-right pressing member 190 moves to the pressing position, the slider stopper 160 and the slider supporting member 173 return to the initial positions.
Fig. 34 is a plan view similar to fig. 24 showing a modification of the pressing member. The pressing member 193 of fig. 34 has a hemispherical pressing portion 194 on the side contacting the right and left inclined side portions 3e of the slider 3.
