本申请提供了一种无线通信资源分配的方法,网络设备为终端设备分配用于承载通信数据第一资源池和包括所述第一资源池的候补资源的第二资源池,所述网络设备测量所述第一资源池和所述第二资源池中的至少一个物理资源的质量参数,当所述第一资源池中的第一物理资源的质量参数满足预设条件#1的情况下,所述网络设备向所述终端设备发送第一指示信息,所述第一指示信息用于指示所述第一资源池中的所述第一物理资源被第二物理资源替换,其中,所述第二物理资源为第二资源池中的物理资源。通过本申请提供的方法能够减少干扰对数据传输的影响,提高数据传输的可靠性。
