Description

Auxiliary power supply device for lighting fixture and lighting fixture
Technical Field
The present invention relates to an auxiliary power supply device for a lighting fixture used in a general house and a lighting fixture.
Background
Lighting devices such as ceiling lamps are widely used in ordinary houses. When these lighting fixtures are mounted on a ceiling (mounting portion), a lighting fixture main body is usually mounted on a lighting fixture mounting adapter dedicated to the lighting fixture, which is mounted on a power supply portion such as a hook-and-loop type ceiling fitting provided on the ceiling (mounting portion). In this way, by using the power supply section and the illumination mounting adapter, the illumination apparatus main body can be mounted to the ceiling (mounting section) with a simple operation. The lighting fixture body is held by the lighting fixture adapter and is electrically and mechanically connected to a power supply unit that supplies AC power from a commercial power supply.
A power supply unit such as a hook-type ceiling fitting used for a lighting apparatus such as a ceiling lamp is a socket dedicated for the lighting apparatus. Accordingly, it has been proposed to use AC power by branching off a part of the AC power supplied from the power supply unit to other lighting apparatuses to thereby achieve equivalent efficiency (for example, refer to patent document 1).

Detailed Description
For easy understanding of the present invention, an example of a general lighting fixture will be described with reference to fig. 6 (a) and (B). Fig. 6 (a) is a schematic perspective view of a lighting fixture using a general lighting mounting adapter, and fig. 6 (B) is a schematic cross-sectional view of a lighting fixture using a lighting mounting adapter.
In a house for ordinary households, a power supply unit called a hook-type ceiling lamp junction box, a hook-type ceiling lamp holder, a hook-type ceiling tool, a hook-type junction box, or the like for mounting a ceiling lamp or the like is mounted on a ceiling. As shown in fig. 6 (a) and (B), the lighting fixture is mounted to the power supply unit 1 of the ceiling (mounting unit) 18 provided in the house.
In addition, AC power is supplied from a commercial power source to a house for ordinary household use. The lighting installation adapter 10 is attached to the power supply unit 1 provided in the ceiling (installation unit) 18, whereby the power supply unit 1 and the lighting installation adapter 10 are mechanically and electrically connected. AC power is supplied from the house power line to the lighting installation adapter 10 through the power supply unit 1 by connection of the power supply unit 1 to the lighting installation adapter 10.
An auxiliary power supply device for a lighting fixture according to an embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. The following description of the embodiments shows a specific example of the present invention, and therefore, the arrangement, functions, numerical values, and the like of the constituent elements described in the embodiments are merely examples, and the scope of the present invention is not limited to these examples.
(Embodiment 1)
An auxiliary power supply device for a lighting fixture and the like according to embodiment 1 of the present invention will be described below with reference to the drawings.
First, the structure of the lighting mounting adapter 10 will be described. Fig. 1 shows a schematic cross-sectional view of a lighting mounting adapter 10. The figure illustrates the lighting installation adapter 10 functioning as an auxiliary power supply device for a lighting fixture. The lighting installation adapter 10 accommodates a DC power supply device 20. In fig. 1, the components such as the hooking fitting 15, the DC power supply device 20, and the DC power supply output terminal 30 are drawn in a schematic cross-sectional view, and cross-sectional lines and internal structures showing the cross-sections are omitted.
The lighting installation adapter 10 has a top plate 12 at an upper portion, a bottom plate 13 at a lower portion, and side plates 14 at side surfaces, and has a substantially cylindrical shape as a whole. The top plate 12 and the bottom plate 13 are substantially circular flat plates, and a pair of hook-shaped hook fittings 15 are fixed to the upper portion of the top plate 12. The hooking fitting 15 is fixed in a hook portion that accommodates the hooking fitting 15 in two arcuate locking grooves (hooking fitting locking grooves) penetrating the power supply portion 1 (mounting portion) provided in the ceiling (mounting portion) 18. Thereby, the lighting installation adapter 10 is fixed to the power supply section 1, and the hook-shaped portion of the hooking fitting 15 is electrically and mechanically connected to the output terminal in the power supply section 1, and the AC power supply is turned on.
The lighting mounting adapter 10 further includes a pair of claw members 16 protruding from a notch hole, not shown, provided through the side plate 14. The claw 16 is biased in the outer direction of the side plate 14 of the lighting mounting adapter 10. Further, a substantially circular opening 84 is provided in the top plate 81 of the lighting fixture body 80.
In order to attach the lighting fixture body 80 to the lighting fixture 10, the lighting fixture 10 is inserted into the opening 84 of the top plate 81. Next, when the top plate 81 is lifted to push the claw 16, the claw 16 is pushed into the side plate 14. The top plate 81 passes over the claw 16, and the claw 16 is located below the top plate 81. The claw 16 is biased in the outer direction of the side plate 14, and thus protrudes again in the outer direction of the side plate 14, and supports the top plate 81 from below.
In addition, in order to detach the top plate 12 from the lighting installation adapter 10, a pair of release levers 17 (the claw 16 and the release levers 17 are collectively referred to as a holding member) provided to the bottom plate 13 of the lighting installation adapter 10 are used. When a hand is placed on the pair of release levers 17 and moved inward, the claw 16 is pulled into the side plate 14, the locking of the top plate 12 is released, and the top plate 12 is detached from the lighting installation adapter 10.
The shape of the illumination mounting adapter 10 is not limited to a substantially cylindrical shape, and various shapes such as a rectangular parallelepiped, a triangular prism, and an eight-prism may be employed.
The lighting installation adapter 10 includes: an AC power supply output cable 19 for transmitting AC power supplied from the power supply unit 1; and an AC power output cable 40 connected to the AC power output cable 19 and outputting AC power to the outside of the housing 11. An AC power output terminal 41 is attached to a distal end portion of the AC power output cable 40. The AC power supply output terminal 41 is connected to an input terminal, not shown, provided in the lighting fixture body 80, and supplies AC power to the lighting fixture body 80. The AC power output cable 40 may be branched to include a plurality of AC power output terminals 41. The AC power output terminal 41 may be provided on the bottom plate 13 of the housing 11 in parallel with the DC power output terminal 30 described later.
Further, a DC power supply device 20 connected to an AC power supply output cable 19 is housed in the housing 11 of the lighting installation adapter 10. The AC power input to the DC power supply device 20 is converted into DC power and is supplied to the DC power supply output terminal 30 through the DC power supply output cable 21. For example, the AC voltage 100V is converted into DC5V or the like. The DC power output terminal 30 is connected to an external electric device that matches an output voltage or the like. In addition, the DC power output terminal 30 is generally provided on the bottom plate 13 of the housing 11 so that the end thereof does not protrude from the bottom plate 13 and is substantially flush with the bottom plate 13. As shown in fig. 2, the DC power output cable 21 may be configured to extend from the bottom plate 13 of the housing 11.
The DC power output terminal 30 is a USB (Universal Serial Bus: universal serial bus) terminal or the like. In addition, the DC power output terminal 30 can be provided at a plurality of places, such as two places, by branching the DC power output cable 21, as needed. Further, a DC power supply socket, other power supply terminals, and the like may be provided.
In use, the DC power output terminal 30 is connected to the USB input terminal of the external electrical device 100 by a USB cable. Through the connection, the DC power output from the DC power supply device 20 is received by the external electrical appliance 100.
The external electrical device 100 is, for example, a lighting fixture (for example, a spotlight or an emergency lighting lamp) having a function different from that of the lighting fixture main body 80, various sensors (for example, an illuminance sensor for measuring the brightness or the like in a room, a temperature sensor for detecting the presence of an unmanned person in the room, a temperature sensor for detecting the condition of the air temperature or humidity or the like in the room), a camera (for example, a monitoring camera, an infrared camera, a video camera), an audio device (for example, a speaker system, a microphone, a radio), an infrared communication device (for example, an infrared signal transmitting/receiving device for transmitting/receiving an infrared signal to/from the lighting fixture main body 80, an external electrical device or the like), an image device (for example, a projection device for projecting characters, symbols, images, or messages on a screen or the like including the lighting shade 90, a television receiver, an electro-optical board), a mobile communication device (for example, a3 rd generation mobile communication system (3G), an LTE (Long Term Evolution G: long term evolution) communication, a LPWA (Low Power Wide Area) communication device, a wireless communication device (for example, a wireless communication device registered in a Bluetooth-enabled system, a wireless communication device) (various wireless communication devices, or wireless communication devices registered in various wireless communication systems).
A relatively light device of the external electric device 100 can be attached to the lighting installation adapter 10 by attachment inserted into the DC power supply output terminal 30, adhesion by double-sided tape/adhesive, and in the case where a metal material such as iron is used for the bottom plate 13 or the like, can be attached to the lighting installation adapter 10 by a magnet. In addition, the device having a weight in the external electric device 100 can be mounted by an appropriate fixing method, such as screw fixation to the bottom plate 13 of the housing 11, mounting to a mounting accessory fixed to the housing 11, or the like.
Here, the structure of the illumination apparatus body 80 will be described with reference to fig. 6 (a) and (B). The lighting fixture body 80 is mounted to the power supply unit 1 using the lighting mounting adapter 10. The top plate 81 of the lighting fixture body 80 is a flat plate made of metal or the like, and has an opening 84 at the center thereof, and is annular in shape as a whole. As described above, the claw 16 of the lighting mounting adapter 10 functions to support the periphery of the opening 84 of the top plate 81 from below. Thereby, the lighting fixture body 80 including the top plate 81 is held by the claw 16 so as not to fall off from the lighting installation adapter 10. A light source 82 and a control unit 83, each of which is composed of a substrate on which a light emitting element such as an LED is mounted, are disposed below the top plate 81. The control unit 83 is provided with a light receiving section 85 of the remote controller 91, a driving circuit not shown, and the like. The light source 82, the control unit 83, the light receiving section 85, the driving circuit, and other members constituting the lighting fixture body 80 are connected by wiring, not shown.
A white paint is applied to the surface of the top plate 81 to efficiently reflect light from the light source 82 toward the lower surface.
The lighting fixture body 80 includes a light receiving section 85, and is remotely operated by a remote controller 91 linked to the light receiving section 85. The remote controller 91 outputs an infrared signal indicating the content (how to control the control content of the lighting fixture main body 80) instructed by the operation performed by the user or the like. The Infrared signal may be, for example, a signal indicating an IR (Infrared) code of the control content. The remote controller 91 outputs an infrared signal indicating the control content of the lighting fixture main body 80 by outputting an infrared signal indicating an IR code corresponding to the operation content, for example.
The light receiving unit 85 provided in the lighting fixture main body 80 receives an infrared signal from the remote controller 91. The light receiving unit 85 is composed of a light receiving element (for example, an infrared sensor) that can receive an infrared signal. The light receiving unit 85 converts the received infrared signal into an electrical signal and supplies the electrical signal to a driving circuit, not shown. The driving circuit controls the light source 82 to turn on/off, adjust light, and the like in accordance with an electric signal (for example, control content indicated by an infrared signal) supplied from the light receiving section 85. That is, the light receiving unit 85 functions as a detection unit that detects the infrared signal transmitted from the remote controller 91.
By the operations of the light receiving unit 85, the driving circuit, and the like, the remote controller 91 realizes remote operation of the lighting apparatus main body 80. For example, when the user performs an operation of lighting the lighting fixture body 80 on the remote controller 91, an infrared signal indicating the lighting is supplied to the lighting fixture body 80, and the control unit 83 receives the infrared signal through the light receiving section 85 and lights the light source 82 based on the infrared signal. For example, when the user performs an operation to turn off the lighting fixture main body 80 on the remote controller 91, an infrared signal indicating the turning off is supplied to the lighting fixture main body 80, and the control unit 83 receives the infrared signal through the light receiving section 85 and turns off the light source 82 based on the infrared signal. When the user performs an operation of dimming the lighting fixture body 80 on the remote controller 91, an infrared signal indicating the dimming and what dimming is performed is supplied to the lighting fixture body 80, and the control unit 83 receives the infrared signal through the light receiving section 85 and performs dimming of the light source 82 based on the infrared signal. The control unit 83 is electrically connected to the power supply unit 1 through the AC power output terminals 41 and 61 and the AC power output cables 40 and 60.
Accordingly, AC power is supplied from the power supply section 1 to the control unit 83 through the lighting installation adapter 10, and the drive circuit supplies the power to the light source 82. The control unit 83 controls the amount of power supplied to the light source 82 (specifically, the amount of current flowing through the light source 82) in accordance with the infrared signal, thereby controlling the light source 82. The driving circuit turns on the light source 82 by supplying power to the light source 82. The drive circuit turns off the light source 82 by stopping the supply of electric power to the light source 82. The driving circuit adjusts the light to change the brightness of the light source 82 by changing the supply amount (specifically, the amount of current) of electric power to the light source 82. The control unit 83 is provided at a position and in a shape that no shadow is generated by the light from the light source 82. In this way, the control unit 83 functions as a light source control unit that controls the light source 82.
In addition, the light receiving unit 85 may be used as one of the external electrical devices 100 including the light receiving unit 85 (for example, referred to as a light receiving member), instead of being disposed inside the lighting fixture main body 80. In this case, the light receiving member is disposed between the DC power output terminal 30 on the lighting fixture body 80 side and the DC power input terminal (not shown) on the lighting fixture body 10 side.
As in the case where the light receiving unit 85 is disposed inside the lighting fixture body 80, the control signal of the light source 82 is output by the same processing as described above based on the infrared signal indicating the control content of the lighting fixture body 80 transmitted from the remote controller 91.
The illumination cover 90 is a member that diffuses light emitted from the light source 82, and covers the entire member constituting the illumination device, such as the light source 82 and the control unit 83, from the lower side (light source side). The illumination cover 90 is detachably attached to the top plate 81 by an engagement member or the like provided on the top plate 81 of the illumination apparatus. The illumination cover 90 is made of a synthetic resin member such as a milky-white acrylic resin.
(Embodiment 2)
Next, an auxiliary power supply device for a lighting apparatus and the like according to embodiment 2 of the present invention will be described with reference to fig. 2.
Fig. 2 shows the lighting installation adapter 10 of fig. 1 in which the DC power output terminal 30 is extended by the DC power output cable 21. By extending the DC power output cable 21 and separating the DC power output terminal 30 from the case 11, DC power can be supplied to the DC power input terminal such as the USB terminal of the external electric device with or without a short cable, and thus the external electric device can be flexibly handled.
Embodiment 3
Next, an auxiliary power supply device for a lighting apparatus and the like according to embodiment 3 of the present invention will be described with reference to fig. 3.
Fig. 3 is an overall view of the auxiliary power supply device for a lighting fixture in a state in which the DC power supply device main body 70 incorporating the DC power supply device 50 is mounted on the lighting mounting adapter 10. The DC power supply device main body 70 incorporates the DC power supply device 50. The AC power output cable 40 led out from the lighting installation adapter 10 is pulled into the DC power supply device body 70 from a small hole (not shown) penetrating the side plate 74 of the DC power supply device body 70, and is connected to the input terminal of the DC power supply device 50. The DC power supply device 50 is electrically connected to the lighting mounting adapter 10 by the AC power output cable 40.
The AC power output cable 40 branches off from the DC power supply device main body 70, one is connected to the DC power supply device 50, and the other extends as the AC power output cable 60 through the small hole 75 of the bottom plate 73. An AC power output terminal 61 is mounted on the end portion of the AC power output cable 60.
The DC power supply unit body 70 has a top plate 72 at an upper portion, a bottom plate 73 at a lower portion, and side plates 74 at side surfaces, and has a substantially cylindrical shape as a whole. Although having a shape substantially similar to that of the illumination mounting adapter 10, two recesses 71 (see fig. 4) are provided from the top plate 72 to the side plate 74 to receive the release lever 17 provided to the illumination mounting adapter 10. In the case where the outer shape of the DC power supply device main body 70 is small-sized to be located further inside than the fixed position of the release lever 17, the recess 71 does not need to be provided. Since the DC power supply device body 70 shown in fig. 3 is small in size compared to the release lever 17, it is not necessarily required to provide a recess. The top plate 72 and the bottom plate 73 are substantially circular flat plates, and the upper portion of the top plate 12 is attached to the bottom plate 13 of the lighting installation adapter 10 by an appropriate attachment means.
Further, details regarding the operation method of the lighting fixture main body 80 by the lighting fixture mounting adapter 10 using the pair of claw members 16 and the release lever 17 are as described in embodiment 1.
The shape of the DC power supply device main body 70 is the same as the shape of the lighting installation adapter 10 in the embodiment, but is not limited thereto, and various shapes such as a rectangular parallelepiped, a triangular prism, and an eight-prism may be employed.
AC power input to the DC power supply device 50 is converted into DC power and output from the DC power supply output terminal 52 through the DC power supply output cable 51. The output voltage is, for example, DC5V. The DC power output terminal 52 is connected to an external electric device that matches an output voltage or the like. The DC power output terminal 52 is generally disposed on the bottom plate 73 of the DC power supply device body 70 so that the distal end thereof does not protrude from the bottom plate 73 and is substantially flush with the bottom plate 73.
The DC power output cable 51 may be configured to extend from a small hole, not shown, in the bottom plate 73 of the DC power supply device body 70.
The DC power supply output terminal 52 is connected to an input terminal, not shown, provided in the lighting fixture body 80, and supplies DC power to the lighting fixture body 80. The AC power output cable 60 may be branched to include a plurality of AC power output terminals 61.
