The above embodiments of the present disclosure have the following beneficial effects: hand hygiene monitoring is carried out through the hand hygiene monitoring system of some embodiments of this disclosure, can fix a position hand hygiene incident accurately, need not carry out frequent adjusting device, has improved the efficiency of hand hygiene monitoring. In particular, the reasons for the inefficiency of hand hygiene monitoring are: the hand hygiene monitoring system is deployed by simply applying a positioning technology and an infrared technology, and meanwhile, the infrared is easily interfered, so that the positioning efficiency of the hand hygiene event is low, equipment needs to be frequently adjusted when the hand hygiene event is positioned, and further, the hand hygiene monitoring efficiency is low. Based on this, some embodiments of this disclosure include not only location base station, response card and wash basin positioner in the hand health monitoring system. The induction card and the hand washing sink positioning device are effectively positioned through the positioning base station. And then, the positioning base station is in communication connection with the server and is used for uploading the position information of the induction card and the timestamp corresponding to the position information of the induction card to the server as the information of the induction card and uploading the position information of the hand washing sink to the server. The server stores the position information of the induction card, the timestamp corresponding to the position information of the induction card and the position information of the hand washing sink, so that whether medical staff are beside the hand washing sink or not can be determined. Secondly, the detection device is in communication connection with the positioning base station and is used for detecting hand hygiene events and sending hand hygiene signals to the positioning base station. The hand hygiene signal includes information that the medical personnel triggered a hand hygiene event. And then, the positioning base station is also used for receiving the hand hygiene signal and uploading a time stamp corresponding to the hand hygiene event and a sensing card position coordinate corresponding to the hand hygiene event as hand hygiene information to the server. Enabling the system to determine the time at which a hand hygiene event occurred and the location of the sensor card that triggered the hand hygiene event based on the hand hygiene information. And finally, the server is used for respectively adding the received induction card information, the hand washing basin position information and the hand hygiene information to an induction card information set, a hand washing basin position information set and a hand hygiene information set. The induction card information set, the hand washing sink position information set and the hand hygiene information set comprise all information of triggering hand hygiene events by medical personnel. The positioning base station is used as a positioning technology, so that the positioning efficiency of the hand hygiene event is improved, and meanwhile, the existence of the induction card, the hand washing sink positioning device, the detection device and the server enables a hospital sense manager to avoid frequently adjusting equipment to monitor the hand hygiene event, so that the hand hygiene event monitoring efficiency is improved.

Like the hand hygiene monitoring system in the embodiment of fig. 2, the hand hygiene monitoring system in this embodiment may also include a positioning base station 201, a sensor card 202, a wash basin positioning device 203, a detection device 204, and a server 205. For a specific structural relationship, reference may be made to the related description in the embodiment of fig. 2, which is not described herein again.
Unlike the hand hygiene monitoring system in the embodiment of fig. 2, the hand hygiene monitoring system in this embodiment further includes a disinfectant positioning device 301, a terminal display screen 302, and an intelligent recognition device 303, where: the disinfectant positioning device 301 is configured to send a disinfectant positioning signal; the positioning base station 201 is in communication connection with the disinfectant positioning device 301, and is configured to receive the disinfectant positioning signal according to a second preset time interval, and perform position tracking on the disinfectant positioning device to obtain disinfectant position information. Wherein the second preset time interval may be 30 seconds. The disinfectant positioning device 301 may be a device for storing disinfectant equipment information and transmitting a disinfectant positioning signal. The disinfectant equipment information can be No. 1 disinfectant. The disinfectant position information may include disinfectant equipment information and disinfectant position coordinates.

The disinfectant hand hygiene monitoring information can be identity information of medical staff triggering a disinfectant hand hygiene event, a timestamp triggering the disinfectant hand hygiene event, a disinfectant serial number triggering the disinfectant hand hygiene event and a distance between the medical staff triggering the disinfectant hand hygiene event and the hand washing sink.
As an example, the hand hygiene monitoring information of the disinfectant can be [ Liqu, woman, gynecologist, No. 2020-12-10-20:27:30, No. 1 disinfectant, 0.5 m ].
Different from the hand hygiene monitoring system in the embodiment of fig. 2, the server 205 in this embodiment is further configured to determine whether the medical staff corresponding to each sensor card information in the sensor card information set enters the medical operation area according to the sensor card information set, the hand washing basin position information set, the disinfectant information set, and the hand hygiene information set.
In some embodiments, the server 205 is in communication connection with the terminal display screen 302, and is configured to send the hand hygiene monitoring information set of the hand washing basin and the hand hygiene monitoring information set of the disinfectant to the terminal display screen for displaying.
In some embodiments, the server 205 is communicatively connected to the intelligent recognition device 303, and in response to that a predetermined number of pieces of hand washing hand hygiene monitoring information satisfying a first preset condition exist in the hand washing hand hygiene monitoring information set, sends the hand washing hand hygiene monitoring information to the intelligent recognition device 303; the server 205 further sends the disinfectant hand hygiene monitoring information to the intelligent recognition device 303 in response to that a predetermined number of disinfectant hand hygiene monitoring information satisfying a second preset condition exists in the disinfectant hand hygiene monitoring information set. The first preset condition can be that the distance between the medical staff triggering the hand hygiene event in the hand hygiene monitoring information and the hand washing sink is more than 2 meters. The second preset condition may be that the distance between the medical staff triggering the disinfectant hand hygiene event and the disinfectant is greater than 2 meters. The predetermined number may be 1, 2, etc.
In some embodiments, the smart identification device 303 is further configured to: receiving the hand hygiene monitoring information of the hand washing sink and the hand hygiene monitoring information of the disinfectant, and identifying and processing the hand hygiene monitoring information of the hand washing sink and the hand hygiene monitoring information of the disinfectant to generate processed hand hygiene monitoring information of the hand washing sink and processed hand hygiene monitoring information of the disinfectant; the intelligent recognition device 303 is in communication connection with the terminal display screen 302, and is configured to send the processed hand hygiene monitoring information of the hand washing sink and the processed hand hygiene monitoring information of the disinfectant to the terminal display screen for display. The identification processing can be regeneration of hand hygiene monitoring information of the hand washing sink and hand hygiene monitoring information of disinfectant, so that the distance between the medical staff triggering the hand hygiene event of the hand washing sink and the hand washing sink is less than 2 meters, and the distance between the medical staff triggering the hand hygiene event of the disinfectant and the disinfectant is less than 2 meters.
The intelligent recognition device 303 is an inventive point of the embodiment of the present disclosure, and solves the second technical problem mentioned in the background art that "the hand hygiene monitoring result cannot be effectively recognized, which is not favorable for monitoring the hand hygiene event and affects the analysis of the hand hygiene monitoring result by the hospital administrator". The factors causing the second technical problem are as follows: when the hand hygiene monitoring is carried out, a device for displaying a hand hygiene monitoring result is lacked, so that when the hand hygiene event is monitored, the hand hygiene monitoring result cannot be identified, and therefore, the monitoring of the hand hygiene event is not facilitated, and the analysis of the hand hygiene monitoring result by a hospitalization manager is influenced. If the above factors are solved, a device for effectively identifying the hand hygiene monitoring result is added, so that the monitoring effect of the hand hygiene event and the capability of a hospital administrator for analyzing the hand hygiene monitoring result can be improved. To this effect, the system incorporates means relating to hand hygiene monitoring: intelligent recognition device. Because the intelligent recognition device can effectively recognize and process hand hygiene monitoring information of the hand washing sink and hand hygiene monitoring information of disinfectant. Therefore, the accuracy of hand hygiene monitoring information and disinfectant hand hygiene monitoring information identification of the hand sink can be improved through the intelligent identification device, and the capability of a hospital sense manager for analyzing hand hygiene monitoring results is improved. Through the introduction of the intelligent recognition device 303, the problem that the analysis of the hand hygiene monitoring result by a hospital supervision person is influenced because the hand hygiene monitoring result cannot be effectively recognized is solved, and therefore the monitoring of the hand hygiene event is not facilitated.

And then, the positioning base station is in communication connection with the server and is used for uploading the position information of the induction card and the timestamp corresponding to the position information of the induction card to the server as the information of the induction card and uploading the position information of the hand washing sink to the server. The server stores the position information of the induction card, the timestamp corresponding to the position information of the induction card and the position information of the hand washing sink, so that whether medical staff are beside the hand washing sink or not can be determined. Secondly, the detection device is in communication connection with the positioning base station and is used for detecting hand hygiene events and sending hand hygiene signals to the positioning base station. The hand hygiene signal includes information that the medical personnel triggered a hand hygiene event. And then, the positioning base station is also used for receiving the hand hygiene signal and uploading a time stamp corresponding to the hand hygiene event and a sensing card position coordinate corresponding to the hand hygiene event as hand hygiene information to the server. Enabling the system to determine the time at which a hand hygiene event occurred and the location of the sensor card that triggered the hand hygiene event based on the hand hygiene information. And finally, the server is used for respectively adding the received induction card information, the hand washing basin position information and the hand hygiene information to an induction card information set, a hand washing basin position information set and a hand hygiene information set. The induction card information set, the hand washing sink position information set and the hand hygiene information set comprise all information of triggering hand hygiene events by medical personnel. The positioning base station is used as a positioning technology, so that the positioning efficiency of the hand hygiene event is improved, and meanwhile, the existence of the induction card, the hand washing sink positioning device, the detection device and the server enables a hospital sense manager to avoid frequently adjusting equipment to monitor the hand hygiene event, so that the hand hygiene monitoring event efficiency is improved.
With continued reference to fig. 4, a communication connection schematic of a hand hygiene monitoring system provided by the present disclosure is shown. As shown in fig. 4, it should be noted that how to implement the communication connection between the positioning base station, the sensing card, the wash basin positioning device, the detection device, the server, the disinfectant positioning device, the terminal display screen, and the intelligent identification device is well known by those skilled in the art, and is not described herein again. It should be noted that fig. 4 does not illustrate all the connection relationships between the components in the system for detecting product quality, but only selectively illustrates the communication connection relationships between the components having communication connections in the system for detecting product quality.
The foregoing description is only exemplary of the preferred embodiments of the disclosure and is illustrative of the principles of the technology employed. It will be appreciated by those skilled in the art that the scope of the invention in the present disclosure is not limited to the specific combination of the above-mentioned features, but also encompasses other embodiments in which any combination of the above-mentioned features or their equivalents is possible without departing from the inventive concept as defined above. For example, the above features and (but not limited to) the features disclosed in this disclosure having similar functions are replaced with each other to form the technical solution.

Claims (10)

1. A hand hygiene monitoring system comprising: location basic station, response card, wash-basin positioner, detection device and server, wherein:
the positioning base station is in communication connection with the induction card and is used for receiving an induction card positioning signal according to a first preset time interval and tracking the position of the induction card to obtain induction card position information, wherein the induction card is used for sending the induction card positioning signal;
the positioning base station is in communication connection with the hand washing sink positioning device and is used for receiving hand washing sink positioning signals and tracking the position of the hand washing sink positioning device to obtain hand washing sink position information, wherein the hand washing sink positioning device is used for sending the hand washing sink positioning signals;
the positioning base station is in communication connection with the server and is used for uploading the induction card position information and a timestamp corresponding to the induction card position information to the server as induction card information and uploading the hand washing sink position information to the server;
the detection device is in communication connection with the positioning base station and is used for detecting a hand hygiene event and sending a hand hygiene signal to the positioning base station;
the positioning base station is further used for receiving the hand hygiene signals and uploading a timestamp corresponding to the hand hygiene event and a position coordinate of the induction card corresponding to the hand hygiene event to the server as hand hygiene information;
the server is used for respectively adding the received induction card information, the hand washing sink position information and the hand hygiene information to an induction card information set, a hand washing sink position information set and a hand hygiene information set.
2. The system of claim 1, wherein the server is further configured to monitor the sensor card information set, the hand washing sink location information set, and the hand hygiene information set to generate a hand hygiene monitoring information set for a hand washing sink.
3. The system of claim 2, wherein the location base station is further configured to determine a healthcare operating area.
4. The system of claim 3, further comprising a sanitizing solution positioning device, wherein:
the disinfectant positioning device is used for sending a disinfectant positioning signal;
the positioning base station is in communication connection with the disinfectant positioning device and is used for receiving the disinfectant positioning signal according to a second preset time interval and carrying out position tracking on the disinfectant positioning device to obtain disinfectant position information.
5. The system of claim 4, wherein the positioning base station is further configured to upload the disinfection solution location information and a timestamp corresponding to the disinfection solution location information to the server as disinfection solution information.
6. The system of claim 5, wherein the server is further configured to add the received sanitizing liquid information to a sanitizing liquid information set and monitor the sensor card information set, the sanitizing liquid information set, and the hand hygiene information set to generate a sanitizing liquid hand hygiene monitoring information set.
7. The system of claim 6, wherein the server is further configured to determine whether a healthcare worker corresponding to each sensor card information in the sensor card information set enters the healthcare operation area according to the sensor card information set, the hand washing basin position information set, the disinfectant information set, and the hand hygiene information set.
8. The system of claim 7, further comprising a terminal display, wherein:
the server is in communication connection with the terminal display screen and is used for sending the hand hygiene monitoring information set of the hand washing sink and the hand hygiene monitoring information set of the disinfectant to the terminal display screen for display.
9. The system of claim 8, further comprising a smart recognition device, wherein:
the server is in communication connection with the intelligent recognition device, and responds to the situation that a preset number of hand-washing hand hygiene monitoring information meeting a first preset condition exists in the hand-washing hand hygiene monitoring information set, and sends the hand-washing hand hygiene monitoring information to the intelligent recognition device;
the server also responds to the disinfectant hand hygiene monitoring information with a preset number meeting a second preset condition in the disinfectant hand hygiene monitoring information set, and sends the disinfectant hand hygiene monitoring information to the intelligent identification device.
10. The system of claim 9, wherein the smart identification device is further configured to:
receiving the hand hygiene monitoring information of the hand washing sink and the hand hygiene monitoring information of the disinfectant, and identifying and processing the hand hygiene monitoring information of the hand washing sink and the hand hygiene monitoring information of the disinfectant to generate processed hand hygiene monitoring information of the hand washing sink and processed hand hygiene monitoring information of the disinfectant;
the intelligent identification device is in communication connection with the terminal display screen and is used for sending the processed hand hygiene monitoring information of the hand washing sink and the processed hand hygiene monitoring information of the disinfectant to the terminal display screen for display.
