In order to achieve a more accurate recommendation effect, optionally, sending recommendation information of the target food to the user client may specifically include: firstly, respectively scoring the same meal through different recommendation mechanisms; then obtaining the recommendation score of the same meal according to the scores of different recommendation mechanisms; and sending recommendation information of the corresponding food to the user client according to the sequence of the recommendation scores from high to low.
For example, each mechanism scores the same meal, and when merging, the scores of the different mechanisms are added up to serve as the final score, i.e. recommendation score, of the meal. Then, the foods with higher scores are recommended in priority according to the sequence of the recommendation scores from high to low.
Exemplary recommendation mechanisms may specifically include: the system comprises a blind box recommendation mechanism, and/or a recommendation mechanism sorted according to user preference, and/or a recommendation mechanism sorted according to the storage time length of the food in the food taking cabinet.
For example, in the blind box recommendation mechanism, the target meal items can be scored according to distribution conditions such as the types, brands, shops, prices and the like of the meal items participating in the blind box recommendation together, so that the distribution conditions are more reasonable, and the participation willingness of the user is improved.
In the recommendation mechanism sorted according to the user preference, the user preference condition can be determined according to the booking frequency, the accumulated booked times, the total booked quantity and the like of the regional users for the target food, and then the target food is scored, and the score of the target food booked in the regional users in a relative meeting set can be higher.
According to the recommendation mechanism of the storage time length sequencing of the food in the food taking cabinet, the target food can be scored according to the storage time length, the perishable degree of the food and the like, and the food which is not easy to store for a long time is placed as an order and obtained as soon as possible.
In this embodiment, the recommendation score of the food item may be updated according to a real-time situation of the food item, so that the recommendation score of the recommended food item may be dynamically changed, and further optionally, in order to improve the accuracy of information recommendation, the method of this embodiment may further include: and dynamically adjusting the recommendation sequencing of the recommended food according to the recommendation score change of the recommended food. In order to improve the ordering probability of the food, the price of the food can be dynamically adjusted.
For the meal which is not placed for a long time in the meal cabinet, in order to reduce food waste, a price subsidy mode can be adopted, and the probability of placing the order of the meal is improved. For example, if the order of a certain food in the food cabinet is not placed after 30 minutes, the food can be recommended to the user at a low price through a blind box mechanism, the interest of the user in participating in the order placing is improved, the probability of placing the order of the food is further improved, and therefore food waste can be reduced as much as possible.
In practical application, there may be still food that is not ordered all the time, and in order to reduce the occurrence of repeated subsequent events, the method of this embodiment may further include: recording the food which is not ordered all the time in the food cabinet; and then updating the contents of the order items delivered in advance next time by the food taking cabinet by using the recorded food items, so that the food items delivered to the food taking cabinet in advance each time are the food items which are placed by the user as much as possible.
The embodiment provides a new delivery method based on the recommendation mechanism of user ordering behavior preference, cabinet taking and fusion of blind boxes. By combining the existing distribution mode, the method can effectively improve the distribution efficiency and improve the user experience.
The foregoing embodiments are described in terms of a delivery process based on a serving side, and further, to fully illustrate the implementation of the present embodiment, the present embodiment provides another delivery process method based on a serving side, which can be applied to a client side of a user, as shown in fig. 3, and the method includes:
step 301, the client submits order information of the food.
The client may specifically be an Application (APP) having functions of taking away from home and the like installed on an intelligent terminal such as a smart phone, a tablet computer, a personal computer, a smart watch, a smart bracelet, a smart refrigerator, a smart cabinet multimedia device, and the like of an ordering user, or an applet, a public number, a WEB Application, and the like.
Step 302, the client receives response information which is returned by the server and is delivered by the order food in the food taking cabinet.
The response information can be returned by the server side when the order food in the order information is matched with the order food delivered in advance in the food taking cabinet. The specific processing procedure of the server side can be as shown in fig. 1 to fig. 2, and is not described herein again.
Optionally, step 302 may specifically include: the client receives notification information of getting food to the food taking cabinet. The notification information can contain information such as the position of the meal taking cabinet, the meal taking code and the like, and a subsequent user can take meals in the meal taking cabinet by inputting the meal taking code. And a plurality of links such as waiting for a merchant to receive orders, a distributor to go to a store, a distributor to take meals to distribute and the like are not needed. The delivery duration of waiting after the order is placed by the user can be effectively reduced, and the user satisfaction is improved.
The embodiment provides a new food delivery scheme based on the preference of the ordering behavior of the user and the food taking cabinet, and can effectively reduce the delivery time length of waiting after the user places an order. Through this embodiment scheme, can improve meal delivery efficiency, the user can take the meal of oneself ordering as early as possible, and then can promote user experience.
Further, as a specific implementation of the method shown in fig. 1 and fig. 2, the embodiment provides a serving-side delivery processing apparatus based on a meal fetching cabinet, as shown in fig. 4, the apparatus includes: an acquisition module 41, a determination module 42, an ordering module 43, and an indication module 44.
The obtaining module 41 is configured to obtain dining behavior information of an entire user in a service area corresponding to the dining cabinet;
a determining module 42, configured to determine meal preference information of the overall user according to the meal behavior information;
an ordering module 43, configured to order in advance according to the meal preference information, so as to deliver ordered meal to the meal taking cabinet in advance;
and the indicating module 44 is configured to indicate that delivery processing is performed by using the order food in the food taking cabinet if the order food placed by the user matches the order food delivered in advance in the food taking cabinet.
In a specific application scenario, the ordering module 43 is specifically configured to perform ordering in advance in a first time period according to the meal preference information.
In a specific application scenario, the indication module 44 is specifically configured to send notification information to the client of the order-giving user to go to the meal taking cabinet for taking meals; or sending instruction information for taking and delivering the food from the food taking cabinet to a deliverer client.
In a specific application scenario, the apparatus further comprises: a sending module;
and the sending module is used for sending recommendation information of the target food item to the user client side if the target food item with the storage time length larger than the preset time length threshold value is not placed in the order food items delivered in advance in the food taking cabinet.
In a specific application scenario, the sending module is specifically configured to score the same meal through different recommendation mechanisms; obtaining the recommendation score of the same meal according to the scores of different recommendation mechanisms; and sending recommendation information of the corresponding food to the user client according to the sequence of the recommendation scores from high to low.
In a specific application scenario, optionally, the recommendation mechanism includes: the system comprises a blind box recommendation mechanism, and/or a recommendation mechanism sorted according to user preference, and/or a recommendation mechanism sorted according to the storage time length of the food in the meal taking cabinet.
In a specific application scenario, the apparatus further comprises: an adjustment module;
and the adjusting module is used for dynamically adjusting the recommendation sequencing of the recommended food according to the recommendation score change of the recommended food.
In a specific application scenario, the apparatus further comprises: a recording module and an updating module;
the recording module is used for recording the food which is not placed in the meal taking cabinet all the time;
and the updating module is used for updating the contents of the order food delivered in advance next time by the food taking cabinet by using the recorded food.
In a specific application scenario, the determining module 42 is specifically configured to extract, from the eating behavior information, the category, and/or brand, and/or store, and/or price of the food items collectively obtained by the overall user, so as to obtain the eating preference information.
It should be noted that other corresponding descriptions of the functional units involved in the serving-side cabinet-based distribution processing apparatus provided in this embodiment may refer to the corresponding descriptions of the methods in fig. 1 and fig. 2, and are not repeated herein.
Further, as a specific implementation of the method shown in fig. 3, the embodiment of the present application provides a fetch cabinet-based distribution processing apparatus applicable to a client side, as shown in fig. 5, the apparatus includes: a sending module 51 and a receiving module 52.
A sending module 51, configured to submit order information of the food;
the receiving module 52 is configured to receive response information, which is returned by the server and used for performing distribution processing by using the order food in the food fetching cabinet, where the response information is returned by the server when it is determined that the order food in the order information matches the order food delivered in advance in the food fetching cabinet.
In a specific application scenario, the receiving module 52 is specifically configured to receive notification information for going to the meal taking cabinet to take a meal.
It should be noted that other corresponding descriptions of the functional units involved in the delivery processing apparatus based on a meal cabinet applicable to the client side provided in this embodiment may refer to the corresponding description of the method in fig. 3, and are not repeated herein.
Based on the methods shown in fig. 1 and fig. 2, correspondingly, the embodiment of the present application further provides a storage medium, on which a computer program is stored, and the computer program, when executed by a processor, implements the methods shown in fig. 1 and fig. 2. Based on the method shown in fig. 3, the present application further provides another storage medium, on which a computer program is stored, and the computer program, when executed by a processor, implements the method shown in fig. 3.
Based on such understanding, the technical solution of the present application may be embodied in the form of a software product, which may be stored in a non-volatile storage medium (which may be a CD-ROM, a usb disk, a removable hard disk, etc.), and includes several instructions for enabling a computer device (which may be a personal computer, a server, or a network device, etc.) to execute the method of the embodiments of the present application.
Based on the method shown in fig. 1 and fig. 2 and the virtual device embodiment shown in fig. 4, in order to achieve the above object, the present application embodiment further provides a server device, which may specifically be a server, a computer device, or other network devices. The client device includes a storage medium and a processor; a storage medium for storing a computer program; a processor for executing a computer program for implementing the above-described method as shown in fig. 1 and 2.
Based on the method shown in fig. 3 and the virtual device embodiment shown in fig. 5, in order to achieve the above object, an embodiment of the present application further provides a client device, which may specifically be a tablet computer, a smart phone, a smart watch, a smart bracelet, or other network devices. The apparatus includes a storage medium and a processor; a storage medium for storing a computer program; a processor for executing a computer program for implementing the above-described method as shown in fig. 3.
Optionally, both the two entity devices may further include a user interface, a network interface, a camera, a Radio Frequency (RF) circuit, a sensor, an audio circuit, a WI-FI module, and the like. The user interface may include a Display screen (Display), an input unit such as a keypad (Keyboard), etc., and the optional user interface may also include a USB interface, a card reader interface, etc. The network interface may optionally include a standard wired interface, a wireless interface (e.g., WI-FI interface), etc.
Those skilled in the art will appreciate that the physical device structure of the client device and the server device provided in the present embodiment does not constitute a limitation to the two physical devices, and may include more or less components, or combine some components, or arrange different components.
The storage medium may further include an operating system and a network communication module. The operating system is a program that manages the hardware and software resources of the two physical devices described above, supporting the operation of the information processing program as well as other software and/or programs. The network communication module is used for realizing communication among components in the storage medium and communication with other hardware and software in the information processing entity device.
Based on the above, further, the embodiment of the present application further provides a delivery processing system based on a meal taking cabinet, and the system includes a server device and a client device.
Wherein the server device is operable to perform the methods shown in fig. 1 and 2 and the client device is operable to perform the methods shown in fig. 3.
The server equipment is used for acquiring dining behavior information of the whole user in the service area corresponding to the food taking cabinet; determining dining preference information of the whole user according to the dining behavior information; and placing orders in advance according to the meal preference information so as to deliver ordered meals to the meal taking cabinet in advance.
And the client equipment is used for submitting the order information of the food to the server equipment.
The server equipment is used for receiving the order information of the food submitted by the client equipment; and if the order food placed by the user is matched with the order food delivered in advance in the food taking cabinet, indicating that delivery processing is carried out by using the order food in the food taking cabinet.
The client device is used for receiving response information which is returned by the server device and is used for carrying out distribution processing by using the order food in the food taking cabinet, wherein the response information is returned by the server device under the condition that the order food in the order information is judged to be matched with the order food which is delivered in advance in the food taking cabinet.
Through the above description of the embodiments, those skilled in the art will clearly understand that the present application can be implemented by software plus a necessary general hardware platform, and can also be implemented by hardware. Through applying the technical scheme of this embodiment, compare with prior art at present, this embodiment provides a new food delivery scheme based on user's behavior preference of ordering and gets the cupboard, can effectively reduce the delivery duration that waits after the user orders. Through this embodiment scheme, can improve food delivery efficiency on the one hand, the user can take the food of oneself ordering as early as possible, and then can promote user experience. On the other hand, the logistics transportation capacity can be reasonably distributed, and the problem of insufficient logistics transportation capacity in the peak distribution period can be improved.

Those skilled in the art will appreciate that the modules in the devices in the implementation scenario may be distributed in the devices in the implementation scenario according to the description of the implementation scenario, or may be located in one or more devices different from the present implementation scenario with corresponding changes. The modules of the implementation scenario may be combined into one module, or may be further split into a plurality of sub-modules.

Claims (10)

1. A distribution processing method based on a meal taking cabinet is characterized by comprising the following steps:
obtaining dining behavior information of an integral user in a service area corresponding to the food taking cabinet;
determining dining preference information of the whole user according to the dining behavior information;
placing orders in advance according to the meal preference information so as to deliver ordered meals to the meal taking cabinet in advance;
and if the order food placed by the user is matched with the order food delivered in advance in the food taking cabinet, indicating that delivery processing is carried out by using the order food in the food taking cabinet.
2. The method according to claim 1, wherein the ordering in advance according to the meal preference information specifically comprises:
and ordering in advance in a first time period according to the meal preference information.
3. The method of claim 1, wherein the instructing the delivery process to utilize the ordered item in the pantry comprises:
sending notification information for going to the meal taking cabinet to take meals to a single-user client; or the like, or, alternatively,
and sending instruction information for taking and delivering the food from the food taking cabinet to a deliverer client.
4. The method of claim 1, further comprising:
and if target food items with the storage time length larger than a preset time length threshold value exist in the order food items delivered in advance in the food taking cabinet and are not placed, sending recommendation information of the target food items to a user client.
5. The method according to claim 4, wherein the sending of the recommendation information of the target food to the user client specifically includes:
respectively scoring the same meal through different recommendation mechanisms;
obtaining the recommendation score of the same meal according to the scores of different recommendation mechanisms;
and sending recommendation information of the corresponding food to the user client according to the sequence of the recommendation scores from high to low.
6. A distribution processing method based on a meal taking cabinet is characterized by comprising the following steps:
submitting order information of the food;
receiving response information which is returned by a server and is delivered by using the order food in the food taking cabinet, wherein the response information is returned by the server under the condition that the order food in the order information is judged to be matched with the order food delivered in advance in the food taking cabinet.
7. A cabinet retrieval based distribution processing apparatus comprising:
the acquisition module is used for acquiring the dining behavior information of the whole user in the service area corresponding to the dining cabinet;
the determining module is used for determining the dining preference information of the whole user according to the dining behavior information;
the ordering module is used for ordering in advance according to the meal preference information so as to deliver ordered meal to the meal taking cabinet in advance;
and the indicating module is used for indicating that the order food in the food taking cabinet is utilized for carrying out delivery processing if the order food placed by the user is matched with the order food delivered in advance in the food taking cabinet.
8. A cabinet retrieval based distribution processing apparatus comprising:
the sending module is used for submitting order information of the food;
the receiving module is used for receiving response information which is returned by the server and used for carrying out distribution processing by using the order food in the food taking cabinet, wherein the response information is returned by the server under the condition that the order food in the order information is judged to be matched with the order food which is delivered in advance in the food taking cabinet.
9. A storage medium having a computer program stored thereon, wherein the computer program, when executed by a processor, implements the method of any of claims 1 to 6.
10. An electronic device comprising a storage medium, a processor and a computer program stored on the storage medium and executable on the processor, wherein the processor implements the method of any one of claims 1 to 6 when executing the computer program.
