Optionally, the antenna 13 is a flexible metal film antenna. The flexible metal film antenna still can keep better working performance under the conditions of bending, folding and the like, and is enough to meet various complex and changeable use scenes of the reminding device.
Specifically, when the wireless module 11 is a radio frequency processing module, the front-end circuit 12 may be a radio frequency front-end circuit, and the radio frequency front-end circuit includes components such as a power amplifier, an antenna switch, a filter, a duplexer, and a low noise amplifier. The power amplifier is used for realizing the radio frequency signal amplification of the transmitting channel; the antenna switch is used for realizing the switching of the receiving and the transmitting of the radio frequency signals and the switching among different frequency bands; the filter is used for reserving signals in a specific frequency band and filtering signals outside the specific frequency band; the duplexer is used for isolating the transmitting signal from the receiving signal, and ensuring that the receiving and the transmitting can work normally under the condition of sharing the same antenna; the low noise amplifier is used for realizing the radio frequency signal amplification of the receiving channel.
Optionally, referring to fig. 2, the reminding apparatus further includes: a bearing part 14; the wireless module 11 and the reminding module 20 are arranged on the bearing part 14. In the embodiment of the present application, the carrier 14 may be a circuit board, the front-end circuit 12 of the wireless module 11 may be integrally disposed on the carrier 14 in a System-on-a-Chip (SOC) manner, and the antenna 13 may be disposed on the carrier 14 in a preferred layout manner.
The SOC chip has the characteristic of remote anti-interference, and can effectively avoid interference signals by adopting a Received Signal Strength Indication (RSSI) detection function and a frequency hopping algorithm in the aspect of interference. In the aspect of data accuracy of the SOC chip, a Cyclic Redundancy Check (CRC) Check function can be adopted, meanwhile, the reliability of data is guaranteed through bidirectional communication, and once communication errors or loss occur, a retransmission mechanism can be started until transmission is successful.
Optionally, referring to fig. 1, the reminding apparatus further includes: and the power supply module 30, and the power supply module 30 is respectively connected with the wireless module 11 and the reminding module 20.
Optionally, referring to fig. 1 and 2, the reminding device further includes: a power supply interface 31; the power interface 31 is arranged on the bearing part 14; the first end of the power interface 31 is respectively connected with the wireless module 11 and the reminding module 20; the other end of the power interface 31 is detachably connected to the power module 30.
Optionally, referring to fig. 1 and 2, the reminding device further includes: switch module 32, switch module 32 sets up on bearing part 14, and switch module 32 one end is connected with power source 31, and the other end of switch module 32 is connected with wireless module 11, warning module 20 respectively.
In the embodiment of the present application, in order to achieve a longer communication distance, the reminding apparatus may be an active device, and the power module 30 may supply power to the wireless module 11, so that the wireless module 11 further supplies power to the reminding module 20. The wireless module 11 has a low power consumption feature, and belongs to a sleep state when idle, and assuming that the power consumption of the reminding module 20 during operation is 1.5 milliamperes, the power consumption during sleep is 11.5 microamperes, and the reminding module 20 operates for 3 minutes a day, the power consumption of the reminding module 20 in an operating state in one day is 1.5 × 3/60 ═ 0.075 milliampere hour; the power consumption of the reminder module 20 in the sleep state in one day is 11.5 × 24/1000 ═ 0.276 milliampere hour; when the total power consumption of one day is 0.075+0.276 is 0.351 ma, if the power of the power module 30 is 550 ma, the annual self-discharge value of the power module 30 is 2-3%, so that the reminding device can guarantee a long endurance time under the power supply of the conventional power module 30, and the requirement of a use scene is met.
Further, the switch module 32 may be a physical trigger switch, such as a push button switch, a toggle switch, etc., that is, the switch module can be turned on and off through a physical trigger operation, and when the switch module 32 is turned on, the power module 30 can supply power to the front-end circuit 12 through the power interface 31; when the switch module 32 is turned off, the power supply module 30 stops supplying power to the front-end circuit 12. Therefore, under the condition that the reminding device 10 is not used for a long time, the power supply of the power module 30 of the reminding device 10 can be manually turned off, and the power consumption is saved.
In addition, the power interface 31 is detachably connected to the power module 30, and a charging inlet 311 is also provided on the power interface 31, so that an external power source can charge the power module 30 through the charging inlet 311. It should be noted that the power module 30 may be directly fixed on the carrying portion 14, or may be disposed outside the carrying portion 14, which is not limited in the embodiment of the present application.
In a specific implementation manner of the embodiment of the present application, optionally, referring to fig. 2, the reminding module 20 includes a plurality of light sources 21 connected in parallel, and different light sources 21 display different colors; the wireless module 11 is configured to control the target light source to light up when receiving a radio frequency signal for the target light source. In this implementation, the reminder module 20 can select one or more target light sources to illuminate to track or identify the target item by illumination color.
For example, assuming that a batch of objects are of three types, and the surface of each object is provided with a reminding device shown in fig. 2, the reminding module 20 includes 3 light sources 21 connected in parallel to each other to respectively display three colors of red, green, and blue, so that the light sources on the objects of the first type can be controlled to display red, the light sources on the objects of the second type can be controlled to display blue, and the light sources on the objects of the third type can be controlled to display green, so as to realize the division and identification of three different types of a batch of target objects. If the user needs to extract the first type of article, the first type of article can be quickly identified and tracked through the striking red color light source.
It should be noted that the reminding module may also include a light source capable of displaying different colors, and the identification and tracking of the target object to which the light source belongs are realized by controlling the light source to display different colors.
Specifically, in a specific implementation manner, referring to fig. 18, a schematic circuit structure diagram of a reminding module according to an embodiment of the present application is shown, where the number of light sources of the reminding module 20 is 3, a first light source is a red light source, a second light source is a green light source, a third light source is a blue light source, the first light source and VIN are anodes of the power module 30, and the second light source and the third light source are connected in parallel and share an anode.
In another specific implementation manner of the embodiment of the application, optionally, the reminding module includes a speaker or the buzzer; the wireless module is used for controlling the loudspeaker to play sound under the condition that the radio-frequency signal aiming at the loudspeaker is received, or controlling the buzzer to play sound under the condition that the radio-frequency signal aiming at the buzzer is received. The user can quickly recognize and track the target object by judging the sound.
The buzzer is a device which is driven by a buzzer sheet to emit buzzing-like sound, the reminding effect is obvious, the manufacturing cost is low, and the radio frequency identification circuit is used for controlling the buzzer to play the sound under the condition of receiving a radio frequency signal aiming at the loudspeaker. The user can quickly recognize and track the target object by judging the sound.
Further, the reminding module can simultaneously comprise a lamp source and a buzzer, so that the radio frequency identification circuit receives radio frequency signals aiming at the lamp source and the buzzer, and simultaneously controls the buzzer to play sound under the condition of controlling the lamp source to be lightened according to the radio frequency information. The user can more quickly identify and track the target object through the reminding effect comprising vision and hearing.
In another specific implementation manner of the embodiment of the present application, referring to fig. 19, a specific structural schematic diagram of another reminding device of the embodiment of the present application is shown, where optionally, the reminding device further includes: a first resilient piece (not shown) and a second resilient piece 33; one end of the first elastic sheet is connected with one surface of the power module 30, and the other end of the first elastic sheet is connected with one surface of the bearing part 14; one end of the second elastic sheet 33 is connected with the power pin 35 on the other side of the power module 30, and the other end of the second elastic sheet 33 is connected with the other side of the bearing part 14.
Compared with the reminding device in fig. 2, the reminding device in fig. 19 can also remove the power interface 31, and adopt the first elastic sheet and the second elastic sheet 33 to connect and fix the power module 30 and the bearing part 14, and the switch module 32 is connected with the power pin 35 to further realize the connection with the power module 30. Specifically, referring to fig. 20, which shows a schematic cross-sectional structure diagram of another reminding device according to an embodiment of the present application, one end of each of the first elastic sheet 34 and the second elastic sheet 33 is respectively fixed to two sides of the power module 30, one end of each of the second elastic sheets 33 is connected to the power pin 35 on the other side of the power module 30, and the other ends of the first elastic sheet 34 and the second elastic sheet 33 are respectively fixed to two sides of the bearing part 14, so that the power module 30 and the bearing part 14 are connected and fixed to each other.
It should be noted that the reminding module 20 may include: one or more of a light source, a buzzer and a loudspeaker. In addition, the shape of the side of the carrying part 14 close to the power module 30 can be matched with the shape of the power module 30, for example, if the power module 30 is circular, the side of the carrying part 14 close to the power module 30 can be arc-shaped, so that the power module 30 can be fitted with the arc-shaped side, the structural compactness of the reminder device is improved, and the occupied space of the reminder device is reduced.
Optionally, referring to fig. 21, an assembly diagram of a reminder device and a housing according to an embodiment of the present application is shown, where the reminder device further includes: the casing 300, wireless module, warning module set up inside casing 300.
In this embodiment of the application, one or more of the wireless module, the reminding module, the power module, the first elastic sheet, the second elastic sheet, the power interface and the switch module may be disposed on the carrying portion 14, and the carrying portion 14 further disposed in the housing 300 after carrying these components, and the housing 300 may play a role in accommodating and protecting, thereby preventing the wireless module, the reminding module and the like therein from being damaged. When the reminding module is a light source, the shell 300 can be perforated or designed to be transparent at least at the position corresponding to the light source, so that the reminding effect of the light source is not blocked.
It should be noted that the housing 300 may be further designed with an openable and closable opening for conveniently taking out or putting in the carrying part 14 from the housing 300.
Optionally, the target object includes one or more of express packages, books, medicines, and supermarket commodities.
Optionally, referring to fig. 21, a barcode layer 320 is disposed on the outer wall of the housing 300.
In this embodiment of the application, the surface of the barcode layer 320 may be printed with a graphic code, the graphic code may include a two-dimensional code, a barcode, and the like, and identification information uniquely corresponding to the reminding device may be recorded in the graphic code, so that when an article shelving process is executed, the identification information of the reminding device may be acquired by scanning the graphic code on the surface of the barcode layer 320.
Optionally, the reminding device further includes: the acoustic magnetic anti-theft label is arranged inside the shell. The acoustomagnetic alarm system comprises an acoustic magnetic antitheft door, a tuning fork, a sound magnetic antitheft label, a sound magnetic antitheft door and a sound magnetic antitheft door, wherein the acoustic magnetic antitheft door utilizes a resonance phenomenon generated by the tuning fork principle, when the frequency of a transmitting signal (an alternating magnetic field) is consistent with the oscillation frequency of the acoustic magnetic antitheft label, the acoustic magnetic antitheft label can resonate according to the principle similar to the tuning fork to generate a resonance signal (the alternating magnetic field), and when the acoustic magnetic antitheft door detects 4-8 times of continuous (adjustable) resonance signals (once every 1/50 seconds), the acoustic magnetic antitheft door can give an alarm.
Referring to fig. 4, after the user 100 finds the corresponding express package 80 on the shelf 90, the reminding device 10 on the express package 80 may be detached, after the power supply of the reminding device 10 is turned off, the express package is placed in a preset storage point for storage, so as to be used for the second time by the reminding device 10, if the user 100 forgets to detach the reminding device 10 from the express package 80, when the user 100 carries the reminding device 10 and the express package 80 to leave from the acousto-magnetic anti-theft gate 200 set at the exit position, the acousto-magnetic anti-theft tag 23 on the reminding device 10 may trigger the acousto-magnetic anti-theft gate 200 to issue an alarm, so as to perform the work of managing the recovery reminding device 10.
Optionally, referring to fig. 2, the wireless module further includes: at least one test contact 15; the test contacts 15 are connected to the radio module 11.
Specifically, the test contact 15 may be connected to the front-end circuit 12 of the wireless module 11, and when the reminding device is in a production test cycle, the test contact 15 may perform operations such as power supply and signal detection on the reminding device, so as to obtain relevant working parameters of the reminding device, and achieve the purposes of quality detection, product optimization, and the like.
In an implementation manner of the embodiment of the application, the wireless module in the reminder device may also be replaced by a bluetooth (bluetooth) module, the bluetooth module is a low-cost short-distance wireless connection module, and is a special short-distance wireless technology connection for establishing a communication environment for fixed and mobile devices, and a transmission distance of the bluetooth module is short, at present, a main working range of the bluetooth technology is about 5 meters to 10 meters, a frequency of bluetooth data transmission is not high, and energy consumption is low in a data transmission process.
It should be noted that, corresponding to the bluetooth module arranged in the reminding device, the wireless control module may also be replaced by a bluetooth device, so as to send a control signal to the bluetooth module in the reminding device through the bluetooth device, so that the reminding module in the reminding device operates.

Referring to fig. 1, an embodiment of the present application provides a reminder management system, including: the wireless control module 40, the reminding device 10 and the reminding device management terminal 50; the reminding device 10 is wirelessly connected with the wireless control module 40, the reminding device management terminal 50 is connected with the wireless control module 40, and the reminding device 10 is used for being arranged on a target object; the reminding device management terminal 50 is used for controlling the wireless control module 40 to send a radio frequency signal; the reminding device 1 is used for receiving the radio frequency signal and controlling the reminding module 20 to execute the reminding operation according to the radio frequency signal.
In the embodiment of the present application, the reminding device 10 may be disposed on the surface of the target object, so that when the target object is identified and tracked, the reminding device 10 can indicate the position of the target object through a reminding operation. In a specific application scenario, the target item may be an express package.
The wireless control module 40 includes a radio frequency antenna and further has a built-in power supply or an external power supply, and the wireless control module 40 supplies power to the radio frequency antenna so as to send a modulated radio frequency signal to the reminding device through the radio frequency antenna.
The reminder device management terminal 50 can receive, store and transmit data and perform arithmetic processing on the data, the reminder device management terminal 50 can be connected with a network, and the reminder device management terminal 50 is connected with the wireless control module 40 to receive the data transmitted by the wireless control module 40 or transmit the data to the wireless control module 40.
Optionally, referring to fig. 2, the system further includes: the code scanning device 60 is connected with the reminding device management end 50; the code scanning device 60 is used for sending the bar code information to the reminding device management terminal 50. The code scanning device 60 may scan and decode the graphic code, and acquire information included in the graphic code, where the graphic code may include a two-dimensional code, a barcode, and the like.
Optionally, referring to fig. 2, the system further includes: a photographing device 70 disposed in a preset area; the shooting device 70 is connected with the reminding device management terminal 50; the shooting device 70 is used for shooting the picture of the preset area and sending the picture to the reminding device management terminal 50. The shooting device 70 can perform shooting operation, acquire the shot picture and send the shot picture to the reminding device management terminal 50 or the server terminal 400. Wherein, camera 70 can shoot with fixed shooting angle, and in addition, camera 70 can fixed set up on the cloud platform to adjust it through the cloud platform and shoot according to multiple shooting angle.
Optionally, referring to fig. 4 and 5, the system further includes: an acoustic-magnetic security door 200; the acoustic-magnetic antitheft door 200 is used for giving an alarm when the acoustic-magnetic antitheft label 23 of the reminding device 10 is in the communication range of the acoustic-magnetic antitheft door 200.
Optionally, the target object includes one or more of express packages, books, medicines, supermarket goods, and shelves.
Referring to fig. 4, in a scenario of an express delivery pickup warehouse, a wireless control module 40, a reminding device management end 50, a code scanning device 60 and a server 400 are arranged in the warehouse, the wireless control module 40, the code scanning device 60 and the server 400 can all be connected with the reminding device management end 50, a target article is an express delivery package 80, further referring to fig. 5, a reminding device 10 and a bill 81 are arranged on the surface of the express delivery package 80, a reminding module of the reminding device 10 can include one or more of a light source, a speaker and a buzzer, the reminding device 10 includes a bar code layer 22 corresponding to the reminding device 10, and an acousto-magnetic anti-theft tag 23.
The express delivery package 80 pickup flow includes: the user 100 may be a pickup user, the user 100 enters an express pickup warehouse, the pickup code is displayed in the client 110, the pickup code is scanned by the code scanning device 60, the code scanning information is sent to the reminding device management terminal 50, the reminding device management terminal 50 forwards the information to the server 400 for verification, the server 400 generates the type of the reminding operation to be executed corresponding to the reminding module of the reminding device 10 according to the code scanning information, the pickup code, the express package 80, the shelf 90 and the reminding device 10, and sends the type of the reminding operation to the reminding device management terminal 50 for displaying the type of the reminding operation, for example, the reminding module is a light source, the reminding operation is a bright green light and the like, the reminding device management terminal 50 may display the type of the reminding operation as a bright green light, and in addition, the reminding device management terminal 50 may also have a targeted indoor navigation warehouse application, reminding device management end 50 can show the position of goods shelves 90 that wait to get express delivery parcel 80 and locate through this indoor navigation application to supply guide user 100 to move towards target goods shelves, and further, reminding device 10 that corresponds with goods shelves 90 also can carry out the reminding operation the same with reminding device 10 that express delivery parcel 80 corresponds, and reminding device 10 that corresponds with goods shelves 90 also can carry out the reminding operation different with reminding device 10 that express delivery parcel 80 corresponds, and this application does not limit to this. The reminding device management terminal 50 further controls the wireless control module 40 to modulate and generate a radio frequency signal including type information of reminding operation, so that the wireless control module 40 sends the radio frequency signal to the reminding device 10 on the goods shelf 90 corresponding to the pickup code and the reminding device 10 on the express package 80, after the reminding device 10 executes the reminding operation, the user 100 can perceive a striking reminding effect through perception, and find the corresponding express package 80 on the goods shelf 90 according to the reminding effect. After the express package 80 is taken, the reminding device 10 on the express package 80 can be detached, after the power supply of the reminding device 10 is turned off, the express package is placed in a preset storage point for storage, so that the reminding device 10 can be used for the second time, finally, the user 100 can carry the express package 80 to leave from an outlet, the express package taking is completed, in the process that the user 100 leaves, the shooting device 70 arranged at the outlet position can shoot images carried by the user 100 and is reserved to the reminding device management end 50 and the service end 400, so that the customer can take the check package. With regard to the reminding device 10 on the shelf 90, after the user 100 finishes taking the article, the user can reset the reminding device, so that the reminding device enters a standby state to wait for executing the next reminding operation.
Further, after the user 100 finishes picking up the express package, the express package 80 that has been picked up successfully and the corresponding reminding device 10 can be unbound, and the express package 80 that has been picked up successfully and the shelf 90 where the express package is located can be unbound for subsequent reuse of the reminding device 10. After the unbinding is successful, the reminding device management terminal 50 can notify the successful unbinding through voice broadcasting or interface display.
It should be noted that, if the user 100 forgets to detach the reminder device 10 from the express delivery package 80, when the user 100 carries the reminder device 10 and the express delivery package 80 and leaves from the acoustic-magnetic security door 200 set at the exit position, the acoustic-magnetic security tag 23 on the reminder device 10 triggers the acoustic-magnetic security door 200 to issue an alarm, so as to perform the work of managing the recovery reminder device 10.

Claims (40)

1. An item management method, comprising:
acquiring target pickup information corresponding to a target article;
determining target reminding device information corresponding to the target pickup information; the target reminding device to which the target reminding device information belongs is bound with the target object;
and controlling the target reminding device to execute reminding operation for reminding the position of the target object according to the target reminding device information.
2. The method according to claim 1, wherein the controlling the target reminding device to perform a reminding operation for reminding the position of the target item comprises:
sending out a radio frequency signal according to the target reminding device information; the radio frequency signal is used for controlling the target reminding device to execute reminding operation for reminding the position of the target object.
3. The method of claim 1, wherein the alert device comprises a plurality of light sources, different ones of the light sources displaying different colors;
the step of controlling the target reminding device to execute a reminding operation for reminding the position of the target object according to the target reminding device information comprises the following steps:
determining the color of a light source corresponding to the target reminding device information;
and informing the target reminding device to light the lamp source corresponding to the lamp source color.
4. The method of claim 1, wherein the alerting device comprises a speaker or buzzer;
the step of controlling the target reminding device to execute a reminding operation for reminding the position of the target object according to the target reminding device information comprises the following steps:
and informing the target reminding device to play sound through the loudspeaker or the buzzer.
5. The method of claim 1, further comprising:
acquiring identification information of an article and reminding device information of a reminding device bound with the article;
establishing a binding relationship between the identification information and the reminding device information;
determining pickup information according to the binding relationship;
and sending the pickup information to a client corresponding to the identification information.
6. The method according to claim 5, wherein the determining pickup information according to the binding relationship comprises:
