All the above optional technical solutions may be combined arbitrarily to form optional embodiments of the present application, and are not described herein again.
Fig. 2 is a schematic flow chart of another method for detecting defective goods in a vending cabinet according to an embodiment of the present disclosure. The method of fig. 2 for detecting defective goods in a vending cabinet may be performed by a server or a terminal device. As shown in fig. 2, the method for detecting defective goods in a vending cabinet includes:
s201, after the current user completes ordering and payment of the target commodity, opening a cabinet door of a vending cabinet;
s202, detecting the operation of taking out the target commodity and putting the target commodity back to the vending cabinet by the current user in real time by using a detection device installed in the vending cabinet;
s203, when the operation that the current user takes out the target commodity and puts the target commodity back to the selling cabinet is detected, the number of times of putting back the target commodity is recorded and obtained;
s204, comparing the obtained number of times of putting back the target commodity with a first threshold value, and marking the target commodity as a suspicious commodity under the condition that the number of times of putting back the target commodity is determined to be greater than or equal to the first threshold value;
s205, detecting the putting back operation of other users except the current user on the suspicious goods, and recording the number of other users under the condition that the putting back operation of other users on the suspicious goods is detected;
s206, when the number of other users is determined to be larger than or equal to the second threshold value, marking the target commodity as an unqualified commodity, and continuing to execute S207 or S209;
s207, under the condition that the target commodity is determined to be unqualified commodity, stopping selling the target commodity;
s208, under the condition that the target commodity is stopped to be sold, the stock quantity of the commodities to be sold in the selling cabinet is updated, and a replenishment prompt is sent;
and S209, when the target commodity is determined to be unqualified commodity and the target commodity is detected to be picked up, giving an alarm prompt.
Specifically, after the current user orders the target commodity and pays successfully, the server opens a cabinet door of the vending cabinet, and detects the operation of taking out the target commodity and putting the target commodity back to the vending cabinet in real time by using a detection device installed in the vending cabinet; when the operation that the target commodity is taken out and put back to the selling cabinet by the current user is detected, the server records the putting-back times of the target commodity put back to the selling cabinet and acquires the putting-back times of the target commodity; then, the server compares the obtained number of times of putting back the target commodity with a first threshold value, and marks the target commodity as a suspicious commodity under the condition that the number of times of putting back the target commodity is determined to be greater than or equal to the first threshold value; further, the server detects the putting back operation of other users except the current user on the suspicious goods, and records the number of other users under the condition that the putting back operation of other users on the suspicious goods is detected; when the number of other users is larger than or equal to a second threshold value, the server marks the target commodity as an unqualified commodity; under the condition that the target commodity is determined to be unqualified, the server stops selling the target commodity, further, under the condition that the target commodity is stopped to be sold, the server updates the stock quantity of the commodities to be sold in the selling cabinet and sends a replenishment prompt to a merchant; or, when the target commodity is determined to be a non-qualified commodity and the target commodity is detected to be picked up, the server sends an alarm prompt to the user.
According to the technical scheme provided by the embodiment of the disclosure, whether the target commodity is unqualified commodity can be quickly and accurately determined by acquiring the replacement times of the target commodity by the current user and the number of other users performing the replacement operation on the target commodity, so that the quality problem of the commodity purchased by the user is avoided, and the shopping experience of the user is improved. In addition, the goods supplementing prompt is sent to the merchant, so that the merchant can be reminded of timely processing unqualified goods, and therefore the inventory quantity and the quality of goods to be sold in the selling cabinet are guaranteed.
In the following, an implementation process of the embodiment of the present disclosure is described with reference to a specific application scenario by taking an unmanned vehicle-mounted vending cabinet as an example.
Suppose that the unmanned vehicle-mounted vending cabinet is used for vending a boxed meal, and 30 boxed meals are placed in the unmanned vehicle-mounted vending cabinet and are numbered with 1-30 boxed meals respectively. Further, a first threshold value indicating the number of times of putting back the user performed the putting back operation on the box lunch package is set to 2, and a second threshold value indicating the number of users other than the user who performed the putting back operation on the box lunch package is set to 3.
The user A purchases 1 part of boxed meal, namely, boxed meal 6, through an application program installed on a mobile phone, and after payment is successful, a cabinet door of the unmanned vehicle-mounted vending cabinet is opened to take the boxed meal 6 (namely, a target commodity); when the user A takes the boxed meal 6 out of the unmanned vehicle-mounted selling cabinet and finds that the outer package of the boxed meal 6 is damaged (for example, soup is leaked), the user A puts the boxed meal 6 back into the unmanned vehicle-mounted selling cabinet and takes the boxed meal 10 again; the camera installed in the unmanned vehicle-mounted vending cabinet detects that the user a has performed the set meal 6 to be put back, and the number of times of putting back the set meal 6 is recorded as 1.
The user B also encounters the same problem as the user a, that is, after finding that the outer package of the boxed meal 6 is damaged, the boxed meal 6 is put back to the unmanned vehicle-mounted sales cabinet and the boxed meal 15 is taken again, at this time, the camera detects that the user B also performs the putting back operation on the boxed meal 6, and the number of putting back times of the boxed meal 6 is recorded as 2. Since the number of times of putting back the box lunch package 6 is 2, which is equal to the first threshold value, the server marks the box lunch package 6 as a suspicious item.
Further, the users C, D, and E also encounter the same problem as the user a in that, after finding that the outer package of the boxed meal 6 is broken, the boxed meal 6 is put back to the unmanned vehicle-mounted sales counter and the boxed meal 1, the boxed meal 8, and the boxed meal 20 are taken again. At this time, the camera detects that the user C, the user D and the user E all perform the putting back operation on the boxed meal 6 marked as suspicious goods, and since the number of the users performing the putting back operation on the boxed meal 6 is 3 and is equal to the second threshold value, the server marks the boxed meal 6 as unqualified goods and stops selling the boxed meal 6.
And finally, the server updates the stock quantity of the boxed meal in the unmanned vehicle-mounted selling cabinet to 24, and sends the updated stock quantity (24 parts) and the quantity (1 part) of the unqualified commodities to the merchant so as to remind the merchant to process the unqualified commodities and replenish the commodities in time. Therefore, after the target commodity is detected based on the number of times of putting back the target commodity and the number of users of different users, whether the target commodity is unqualified can be quickly and accurately determined, so that the quality of the commodity purchased by the users is guaranteed, and the shopping experience of the users is improved.
