The examinee takes the sampling tube and goes to the sampling department and gathers the nucleic acid sample, then sends the sampling tube that finishes sampling to detection mechanism, and detection mechanism detects sample in the sampling tube, then inputs the testing result into the system.
In one embodiment, in S04, the method further includes:
s041: acquiring identity information of the acquirer;
s042: and determining a target area to which the acquirer belongs according to the identity information of the acquirer, and opening nucleic acid detection data of the target area for the acquirer, wherein the nucleic acid detection data comprise the current day detection score, the current day detection positive number, the current day detection negative number and the current day to-be-detected number.
In this embodiment, the acquirers in different areas have different corresponding permissions and see different information through the intelligent registration application, and in step S04, when the user identity is determined to be the acquirer, the identity information is obtained, the target area to which the acquirer belongs is determined, and the nucleic acid detection data of the target area is opened for the acquirer, that is, the data of the target area is opened for the account of the acquirer by the system. The nucleic acid detection data can be displayed in a corresponding nucleic acid detection wish page of the intelligent registration application program in a text mode, a diagram mode and the like.
In one embodiment, the step S1 includes:
s11: receiving a query sampling point instruction input by the examinee;
s12: acquiring position information and navigation information of all sampling points in a specified area according to the sampling point query instruction;
s13: generating a corresponding sampling point exclusive two-dimensional code according to the position information of each sampling point;
s14: and after receiving the information of the specified sampling point input and inquired by the examinee through a query page, jumping to a detail page of the specified sampling point, wherein the detail page comprises the number of persons, addresses and navigation guidance for detecting the current reserved nucleic acid of the specified sampling point and a special two-dimensional code of the specified sampling point.
The embodiment provides a method for inquiring sampling points of an examinee, wherein an inquiry page of an intelligent registration application program comprises sampling point inquiry, travel inquiry and isolation area inquiry, when the examinee clicks the sampling point inquiry, an inquiry sampling point instruction is input, a system acquires position information and navigation information of all sampling points in a specified area, such as a city, or the area where the examinee is located according to the inquiry sampling point instruction, and then generates sampling point exclusive two-dimensional codes of all sampling points correspondingly.
When the examinee clicks the journey query, the system acquires the positioning data of the examinee in a specified period through the mobile terminal of the examinee, displays the journey track of the examinee in a map page according to the positioning data, and obviously marks and displays the track from the user to the risk area; when the examinee clicks the isolation region for query, the position information and navigation information of all isolation regions in the specified region are acquired, the map page is jumped to after a query instruction input by a user through the query page is received, and the isolation regions are marked and displayed in the map page.

1. An intelligent registration system for nucleic acid sampling, comprising:
the pre-registration module is used for acquiring personal information of a detected person and performing real-name authentication on the detected person to finish pre-registration, wherein the personal information comprises a name, a contact mode, a certificate type, a certificate number and an address;
the binding module is used for scanning a sampling tube bar code of a sampling tube and binding the personal information of the detected person with the sampling tube bar code after confirming that the sampling tube bar code is correct;
the recording result module is used for recording the detection result of the detection mechanism after the detection mechanism carries out nucleic acid detection on the sample of the detected person, wherein the sample is the sample which is sampled and placed in the sampling tube after the detected person is detected;
the query module is used for receiving input query detection result information and displaying the detection result;
and the generating module is used for generating a corresponding two-dimensional code according to the detection result.
2. The intelligent registration method for nucleic acid sampling according to claim 1, wherein the pre-registration module comprises a personal registration unit, a batch import unit, and a registration query module;
the personal registration unit is used for generating an information registration page after scanning the sampling point exclusive two-dimensional code, performing real-name authentication on the examinee after the examinee submits the input personal information through the information registration page, and generating a personal exclusive registration code, wherein the sampling point exclusive two-dimensional code is generated based on the sampling point information;
the batch introduction unit is used for acquiring personal information of the examinees reserving nucleic acid detection in batches;
the registration inquiry unit is used for inquiring the personal information and verifying the personal information.

The intelligent registration method for nucleic acid sampling according to claim 1, further comprising a statistical module for collecting the detection results of each subject in each region and obtaining positive results from the detection results to count the number of cases diagnosed and the distribution region of each case diagnosed.
4. The intelligent registration method for nucleic acid sampling according to claim 1, wherein the query module further comprises a trip query unit, a sampling point query unit, and an isolation region query unit;
the journey inquiry unit is used for acquiring positioning data of the examinee in a specified period through a mobile terminal of the examinee, displaying a journey track of the examinee in a map page according to the positioning data, and obviously marking and displaying the track of the user to a risk passing area;
the sampling point query unit is used for acquiring position information and navigation information of all sampling points in a specified area, generating a corresponding sampling point exclusive two-dimensional code according to the position information of each sampling point, and jumping to a detail page of the specified sampling point after a user inputs information for querying the specified sampling point through a query page, wherein the detail page comprises the number of currently reserved nucleic acid detection persons of the specified sampling point, an address, navigation guidance and the sampling point exclusive two-dimensional code of the specified sampling point;
the isolation area query unit is used for acquiring the position information and the navigation information of all isolation areas in the designated area, jumping to a map page after receiving a query instruction input by a user through the query page, and displaying each isolation area in the map page in a labeling manner.
5. The intelligent registration method for nucleic acid sampling according to claim 1, further comprising a science popularization knowledge module, wherein the science popularization knowledge module comprises an epidemic prevention knowledge unit, a news unit and an illness-seeking unit;
the epidemic prevention knowledge unit is used for collecting and/or updating epidemic prevention knowledge data and screening target data meeting conditions from the epidemic prevention knowledge data according to the input screening information of the examinee;
the news unit is used for collecting news information and displaying the news information in a picture-text and/or audio and/or video mode;
the splitting unit is used for collecting splitting information and issuing splitting information aiming at each splitting information.
6. A method for intelligent enrollment of nucleic acid samples using the system of any of claims 1-5, comprising:
s1: the system acquires sampling point information of each region, generates a sampling point exclusive two-dimensional code according to the sampling point information, and generates an information registration page after an examinee scans the sampling point exclusive two-dimensional code through a terminal application program;
s2: the system acquires personal information input by a subject through the information registration page, performs real-name authentication on the subject to complete pre-registration, acquires a sampling tube bar code obtained by scanning a sampling tube by the subject through a terminal application program, and binds the personal information of the subject with the sampling tube bar code after the subject submits and determines binding;
s3: after the detection mechanism detects the sample in the sampling tube, the detection result is recorded into the system for the query of the examinee;
s4: and the system generates a corresponding two-dimensional code according to the detection result.
7. The intelligent registration method for nucleic acid sampling according to claim 6, wherein, before step S1, the method comprises:
s01: acquiring login information of a user;
s02: judging the identity of the user according to the login information, wherein the identity is a subject or a collector;
s03: when the user is judged to be the collector, authorizing the terminal application program to obtain the mobile phone number of the collector, and judging whether the mobile phone number is a preset mobile phone number or not;
s04: if so, opening corresponding acquisition permission so that the acquirer sets a sampling mode through an acquisition setting page of the system, wherein the sampling mode comprises single-person sampling and multi-person integrated sampling;
s05: and after receiving the input of the collector and submitting a binding instruction, acquiring the personal exclusive registration code of the detected person and the sampling tube bar code of the sampling tube from the handheld equipment of the collector, binding the personal exclusive registration code with the sampling tube bar code, and scanning and acquiring the personal exclusive registration code of the detected person and the sampling tube bar code of the sampling tube by the handheld equipment of the collector.
8. The intelligent registration method for nucleic acid sampling according to claim 7, further comprising, in S04:
s041: acquiring identity information of the acquirer;
s042: and determining a target area to which the acquirer belongs according to the identity information of the acquirer, and opening nucleic acid detection data of the target area for the acquirer, wherein the nucleic acid detection data comprise the current day detection score, the current day detection positive number, the current day detection negative number and the current day to-be-detected number.
9. The intelligent registration method for nucleic acid sampling according to claim 6, wherein the step S1 is preceded by:
s11: receiving a query sampling point instruction input by the examinee;
s12: acquiring position information and navigation information of all sampling points in a specified area according to the sampling point query instruction;
s13: generating a corresponding sampling point exclusive two-dimensional code according to the position information of each sampling point;
s14: and after receiving the information of the specified sampling point input and inquired by the examinee through a query page, jumping to a detail page of the specified sampling point, wherein the detail page comprises the number of persons, addresses and navigation guidance for detecting the current reserved nucleic acid of the specified sampling point and a special two-dimensional code of the specified sampling point.
