The present invention will be described in further detail with reference to the accompanying drawings and examples. It is to be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are merely illustrative of the invention and are not limiting of the invention.

In addition, the order of the operations may be re-arranged. The process may be terminated when its operations are completed, but may have additional steps not included in the figure. The processes may correspond to methods, functions, procedures, subroutines, and the like.
Example one
Fig. 1 is a flowchart of a terminal device control method according to an embodiment of the present invention, where this embodiment is applicable to a case of controlling a terminal device, and the method may be executed by a terminal device control apparatus, where the apparatus may be implemented by software and/or hardware, and may be generally integrated in a terminal device. Accordingly, as shown in fig. 1, the method comprises the following operations:
Illustratively, the terminal device may include smart devices such as a smart phone, a tablet computer, a desktop computer, and a vehicle-mounted terminal. The operation object can comprise an application program in the terminal equipment, a virtual button on a webpage, a physical button in the terminal equipment and other controllable objects. Different control events can be generated by controlling different operation objects, namely, when the operation objects respond to corresponding control instructions, corresponding control events are generated. In the embodiment of the present invention, a control instruction for an operation object of a terminal device within a preset time period is monitored, and for example, a control instruction for each operation object of the terminal device, which is input by a user within the preset time period, is monitored, where the control instruction may be a control instruction for different operation objects of the terminal device, or may also be a control instruction for the same operation object of the terminal device, and the control instruction may include a voice control instruction input by the user, or may also include an instruction input by the user through a click operation. The preset time period may be 1s, 10s, or 1min, it should be noted that the length of the preset time period may be adaptively adjusted according to the requirement, and the length of the preset time period is not limited in the embodiments of the present invention
And 103, controlling the terminal equipment according to the control mechanism of the terminal equipment.
In the embodiment of the invention, when the control instruction of the operation object of the terminal equipment meets the preset condition in the preset time period, the control mechanism of the terminal equipment is triggered. It can be understood that, when the control instruction for the operation object of the terminal device in the preset time period satisfies the preset condition, the operation object is not directly controlled according to the control instruction, but the terminal device control mechanism is triggered to control the terminal device according to the terminal device control mechanism. Illustratively, when the number of times of receiving the control instruction of the operation object of the terminal device in a preset time period is larger than a preset threshold, the control mechanism of the terminal device is triggered. As another example, when control instructions for a plurality of operation objects of the terminal are received within a preset time period, the terminal device control mechanism is triggered. It should be noted that, in the embodiment of the present invention, the preset condition is not specifically limited.
Optionally, when the control instruction for the operation object of the terminal device in the preset time period meets the preset condition, triggering a control mechanism of the terminal device includes: when the control instruction is a control instruction for the same operation object of the terminal equipment, judging whether a first frequency of receiving the control instruction for the same operation object of the terminal equipment in a preset time period is greater than a first preset frequency threshold value or not; when the first time is greater than the first preset time threshold, determining a first target control event according to the operation object, the first time and the response duration of the control instruction; wherein the first target control event comprises controlling the operation object to respond to the control instruction; correspondingly, controlling the terminal device according to the control mechanism of the terminal device includes: and executing the first target control event to control the terminal equipment. The advantage of setting up like this lies in, to the multiple frequency control operation of user to same operation object, terminal equipment can respond to selectively, not only can satisfy user's demand, but also greatly reduced CPU load.
For example, when a user wants a terminal device to give a response result to a control instruction input by the terminal device, the user usually frequently inputs the same control instruction to the same operation object of the terminal device for multiple times, which causes the CPU load of the terminal device to be too high and the response speed of the terminal device to be slow. Therefore, in the embodiment of the present invention, it is determined whether the first number of times of receiving the control command for the same operation object of the terminal device within the preset time period is greater than a first preset number threshold, and if so, a first target control event is determined according to the operation object, the first number of times, and a response duration of the operation object to the control command. For example, when the first number of times is larger (e.g., larger than a third preset number threshold, where the third preset number threshold is larger than the first preset number threshold), and the response time of the operation object for the control instruction is larger than a preset time threshold, the first control instruction for the operation object in a preset time period may be used as the control instruction of the first target control event, that is, the operation object is made to respond to the first control instruction in the preset time period. For another example, when the first number of times is smaller (e.g., smaller than a third preset number threshold) and the response time of the operation object to the control instruction is smaller than a preset time threshold, the last control instruction to the operation object in a preset time period may be used as the control instruction of the first target control event, that is, the operation object is made to respond to the last control instruction in the preset time period. Optionally, when the first number of times is greater than the first number of times threshold, a control event list is searched according to the operation object, the first number of times, and the response duration of the operation object to the control instruction, so as to determine the first target control event, where the control event list may be understood as a correspondence table between the response durations of different operation objects, different times, and different operation objects to the control instruction and the control event, and by searching the control event list, it may be determined which control instruction in a preset time period is specifically used as the control instruction of the first target control event. In the embodiment of the present invention, after the first target control event is determined, the terminal device executes the first target control event, that is, controls the operation object in the terminal device to respond to the control instruction of the first target control event.
Optionally, when the control instruction for the operation object of the terminal device in the preset time period meets the preset condition, triggering a control mechanism of the terminal device includes: when the control instruction is a control instruction for different operation objects of the terminal equipment, judging whether a second frequency of receiving the control instruction for the different operation objects of the terminal equipment in a preset time period is greater than a second preset frequency threshold value; when the second time is greater than the second preset time threshold, determining a second target control event according to each operation object, the times of the control instruction of each operation object and the response duration of each operation object to the corresponding control instruction; wherein the second target control event comprises controlling at least one of the different operands to respond to the control instruction; correspondingly, controlling the terminal device according to the control mechanism of the terminal device includes: and executing the second target control event to control the terminal equipment. The advantage of setting up like this lies in, to the multifrequency control operation of user to different operation objects, terminal equipment can respond to selectively, not only can solve because middle page or freeze the action and lead to the fact the user can't carry out the selection operation when, the puzzlement or the anxious problem that produces, but also can satisfy user's demand, greatly reduced CPU load improves terminal equipment's response speed.
For example, when a user wants a terminal device to give a response result to a plurality of control instructions input by the terminal device so as to meet different requirements of the user, the user often inputs the control instructions to a plurality of operation objects of the terminal device frequently, which causes a CPU load of the terminal device to be too high, a response speed of the terminal device to be slow, and even the terminal device to be stuck. Therefore, in the embodiment of the present invention, when the control instruction is a control instruction for different operation objects of the terminal device, it is determined whether a second number of times of receiving the control instruction for the different operation objects of the terminal device within a preset time period is greater than a second preset number threshold, and if so, a second target control event is determined according to each operation object, the number of times of inputting the control instruction for each operation object, and a response duration of each operation object for the corresponding control instruction. The second target control event may include responding to control instructions corresponding to a plurality of operation objects, or may respond to only a control instruction corresponding to one operation object.
Optionally, when the second time is greater than the second time threshold, a control event list is searched according to each operation object, the number of times of the control instruction of each operation object, and the response duration of each operation object to the corresponding control instruction, so as to determine a second target control event, where the control event list may be understood as a correspondence table between the response durations of different operation objects, different times, and different operation objects to the control instruction and the control event, and by searching the control event list, it may be determined which operation objects respond to the control instruction within a preset time period, that is, it is determined which operation objects respond to the corresponding control instruction within the preset time period as the second target control event. Optionally, each operation object, the number of times of the control instruction of each operation object, and the response duration of each operation object to the corresponding control instruction may be input to a pre-trained control event determination model as a triplet input amount, and a second target control event may be determined according to an output result of the control event determination model. The control event determination model is a machine model for learning the corresponding relation between the response time of different operation objects, different times and different operation objects for the control instruction and the corresponding control event. For example, monitoring that control instructions for an operation object a, an operation object B, and an operation object C of a terminal device are received within a preset time period, the times of receiving the control instructions for the operation object a, the operation object B, and the operation object C are a, B, and C, respectively, since the response time of the control instruction corresponding to the operation object a is t1, the response time of the control instruction corresponding to the operation object B is t2, and the response time of the control instruction corresponding to the operation object C is t3, the input amount of the control event determination model may be represented as [ a, t 1; b, t 2; c, t3], one or more of the operator a, the operator B, and the operator C can be a control object of the second target control event according to the output result of the control event determination model. For example, the operation object that has the largest number of received control commands and the shortest response time to the corresponding control command may be used as the control object of the second target control event. In the embodiment of the present invention, after the second target control event is determined, the terminal device executes the second target control event, that is, controls the operation object in the terminal device to respond to the control instruction of the second target control event.
Optionally, when the control instruction is a control instruction for a different operation object of the terminal device, determining whether a second number of times of receiving the control instruction for the different operation object of the terminal device in a preset time period is greater than a second preset number threshold, including: when the control instruction is a control instruction for different operation objects of the terminal equipment, determining the number of the different operation objects related to the control instruction; and when the number is greater than a preset number threshold, judging whether a second frequency of receiving control instructions for different operation objects of the terminal equipment in a preset time period is greater than a second preset frequency threshold. Illustratively, when monitoring that control instructions for different operation objects are received within a preset time period, it is determined whether the number of operation objects related to the control instructions is greater than a preset number threshold, if so, it is further determined whether a second number of control instructions for different operation objects of the terminal device are received within the preset time period is greater than a second number threshold, if so, a control mechanism of the terminal device is triggered, otherwise, each operation object of the terminal device normally responds to the corresponding control instruction.
Optionally, the second target control event includes controlling at least two of the different operands to respond to the control instruction; correspondingly, before executing the second target control event to control the terminal device, the method further includes: determining a response sequence of the control instructions of each operation object; executing the second target control event to control the terminal device, including: and executing the second target control event according to the response sequence to control the terminal equipment. The advantage of setting up like this is, can carry out each second target control event according to the order, not only can greatly reduce the load of the CPU of the terminal equipment, but also can improve the response speed of the terminal equipment. For example, when the second target control event is a response to the corresponding control instructions of at least two operation objects respectively, that is, the second target control event includes at least two control events, the response sequence of each operation object to the corresponding control instruction may be determined according to the response duration of each operation object to the corresponding control instruction, for example, the response duration of the operation object to the corresponding control instruction may be changed from small to large as the response sequence of the control instruction of each operation object, that is, the terminal device preferentially executes the second target control event that takes a shorter time. Further illustratively, according to the predetermined priorities of the operation objects, the response order of the control instructions of each operation object is determined, that is, the terminal device responds to the control instruction corresponding to the operation object with higher priority preferentially.
The terminal equipment control scheme provided by the embodiment of the invention monitors a control instruction of an operation object of the terminal equipment in a preset time period; when a control instruction of an operation object of the terminal equipment meets a preset condition within a preset time period, triggering a control mechanism of the terminal equipment; and controlling the terminal equipment according to the control mechanism of the terminal equipment. By adopting the technical means, the terminal equipment can be effectively controlled, and the user experience is improved.
In some embodiments, when the control instruction for the operation object of the terminal device does not satisfy the preset condition within the preset time period, the terminal device is controlled in response to the control instruction. For example, when the control instruction for the operation object of the terminal device in the preset time period does not satisfy the preset condition, if the number of times of receiving the control instruction for the operation object of the terminal device in the preset time period is less than the preset number threshold, it may be stated that the control operation performed by the user on the terminal device is a small-frequency control operation, and the operation object of the terminal device may respond to the corresponding control instruction normally.
In some embodiments, before monitoring a control instruction for an operation object of the terminal device within a preset time period, the method further includes: determining a current interactive scene; calling a target scene interface corresponding to the current interactive scene, and displaying the target scene interface; monitoring a control instruction for an operation object of the terminal equipment in a preset time period, wherein the control instruction comprises the following steps: monitoring a control instruction of an operation object in the target scene interface within a preset time period. The method has the advantages that the interactive interface of the terminal equipment is associated with the interactive scene, so that the terminal equipment can be further effectively controlled, particularly the situation that the user controls the terminal equipment in real time and frequently is solved, the waiting delay of the user can be reduced, and the user experience is improved.
Illustratively, taking a terminal device as a vehicle-mounted terminal as an example, the interactive scene may include different interactive scenes such as a navigation interactive scene, a call interactive scene, a life information query scene, and the like, where the navigation interactive scene may further specifically include small interactive scenes such as list display and selection, determination and cancellation of destinations and waypoints, and the like. Of course, in interactive scenes such as a call interaction scene and a life information query, small interactive scenes such as list display and selection, determination and cancellation can be included. For example, the current interaction scenario may be determined according to an instruction input by a user. And after the current interactive scene is determined, calling a target scene interface corresponding to the current interactive scene, and displaying the target scene interface in the terminal equipment so that a user can control an operation object in the target scene interface. It is understood that different operation objects may be included in different scene interfaces, and a plurality of sub-scene interfaces may be further included in the scene interface. For example, for the interactive scene of list reality and selection, the scene interface may include control events such as [ previous/next/first/last ] which are selections of pages, and after determining the current page according to the control instruction input by the user, the scene interface of the current page may further include control events such as [ previous/next/first/last ]. Wherein, different control events correspond to different operation objects. Therefore, the control instruction of the operation object in the target scene interface within the preset time period can be monitored.
Example two
Fig. 2 is a flowchart of a terminal device control method according to a second embodiment of the present invention, and as shown in fig. 2, the method according to this embodiment may include:
And 203, monitoring a control instruction of an operation object in the target scene interface within a preset time period.
Wherein the first target control event comprises controlling the operation object to respond to the control instruction.
And step 206, executing the first target control event to control the terminal equipment.

Wherein the second target control event comprises controlling at least one of the different operands to respond to the control instruction;
and step 210, executing the second target control event to control the terminal equipment.

And step 211, responding to the control instruction to control the terminal equipment.
The terminal equipment control mode provided by the embodiment of the invention can selectively respond to the multi-frequency control operation of the same operation object by a user, not only can meet the user requirement, but also can greatly reduce the CPU load. Aiming at the multi-frequency control operation of different operation objects by a user, the terminal equipment can selectively respond, so that the problem of confusion or anxiety caused by the fact that the user cannot click due to middle pages or freezing behaviors can be solved, the user requirements can be met, the CPU load is greatly reduced, and the response speed of the terminal equipment is improved.
