The driving piece can drive the first sliding piece to slide along the third sub-groove and the first sub-groove in sequence, the first sliding piece slides and simultaneously drives the second sliding piece to slide along the second sliding groove, so that the air deflector is driven to move along the direction far away from the air guide opening and simultaneously rotate towards the first direction. Specifically, the driving piece drives the first sliding piece to slide to the first sub-slot from the third sub-slot, and because the first sliding piece is hinged to the second sliding piece, the second sliding piece is driven to slide along the second sliding slot while the first sliding piece slides, the first sliding piece and the second sliding piece move in the sliding process towards the direction away from the air outlet of the air conditioner, and then the first hinged shaft and the second hinged shaft drive the air deflector to move towards the direction away from the air outlet of the air conditioner, so that the air deflector is opened. Furthermore, the terms "first" and "second" are used for descriptive purposes only and are not to be construed as indicating or implying relative importance.
Referring to fig. 1 to 4, the driving device of the air deflector provided by the present invention includes a mounting plate 1, a first sliding member 2, a second sliding member 6 and a driving member.
The mounting plate 1 may be fixedly connected with the housing of the air conditioning system, i.e. the mounting plate 1 is fixed relative to the housing of the air conditioning system. The first slide 2, the second slide 6 and the drive member may all be provided on the mounting plate 1.
The mounting plate 1 is provided with a first chute 1a and a second chute 1 b. The first sliding chute 1a comprises a first sub-chute 1a3, a second sub-chute 1a2 and a third sub-chute 1a1, a first end of the first sub-chute 1a3 and a first end of the second sub-chute 1a2 meet at a first end of the third sub-chute 1a1, and the first sub-chute 1a3 and the second sub-chute 1a2 are relatively far away in a direction away from the third sub-chute 1a 1. That is, the first chute 1a is a "Y" groove as a whole. The first end of the first sub slot 1a3 and the first end of the second sub slot 1a2 are both connected with the first end of the third sub slot 1a 1.
The first sliding member 2 is slidably engaged with the first sliding groove 1a, specifically, the first sliding member 2 can slide into the first sub-groove 1a3 from the third sub-groove 1a1, and the first sliding member 2 can also slide into the second sub-groove 1a2 from the third sub-groove 1a 1. The first sliding member 2 can also slide from the first sub-slot 1a3 to the third sub-slot 1a1, and the first sliding member 2 can also slide from the second sub-slot 1a2 to the third sub-slot 1a 1. The first sliding part 2 is hinged to the air guiding plate 5 through a first hinge shaft 2a, that is, the first sliding part 2 and the air guiding plate 5 can rotate relatively.
The first sliding part 2 is rotatably connected with the second sliding part 6 through a first pin 2b, specifically, the first sliding part 2 and the second sliding part 6 can rotate relatively, and the first sliding part 2 and the second sliding part 6 rotate around the first pin 2b when rotating relatively.
The second sliding member 6 is fixedly connected with a second pin shaft 6b clamped in the second sliding groove 1 b. The second pin shaft 6b is fixedly connected with the second sliding part 6, specifically, the second pin shaft 6b and the second sliding part 6 can be of an integral structure, or the second pin shaft 6b and the second sliding part 6 are in threaded connection, welding, fusion welding and the like.
The second pin 6b can slide along the second sliding groove 1b, and when the second pin 6b slides along the second sliding groove 1b, the second sliding member 6 is driven to slide together. And the second slider 6 is able to rotate relative to the mounting plate 1 about the second pin 6b, i.e. the second slider 6 is able to rotate relative to the mounting plate 1 about the second pin 6b while sliding along the second runner 1 b. The second sliding member 6 is hinged to the air guiding plate 5 through a second hinge shaft 6a, that is, the second sliding member 6 and the air guiding plate 5 can rotate relatively.
The driving member can drive the first sliding member 2 to sequentially slide along the third sub-slot 1a1 and the first sub-slot 1a3, and the first sliding member 2 slides and simultaneously drives the second sliding member 6 to slide along the second sliding slot 1b, so as to drive the air deflector 5 to move along a direction away from the air guiding opening and simultaneously rotate towards the first direction. Specifically, the driving member drives the first sliding member 2 to slide from the third sub-slot 1a1 to the first sub-slot 1a3, and since the first sliding member 2 is hinged to the second sliding member 6, the first sliding member 2 slides while driving the second sliding member 6 to slide along the second sliding slot 1b, and both the first sliding member 2 and the second sliding member 6 move in a direction away from the air outlet of the air conditioner during a sliding process, and then the first hinge shaft 2a and the second hinge shaft 6a drive the air deflector 5 to move in a direction away from the air outlet of the air conditioner, so as to open the air deflector 5. In addition, in the process that the first sliding member 2 slides from the third sub-slot 1a1 to the first sub-slot 1a3, the sliding direction of the first sliding member 2 changes, so in the sliding process, the first sliding member 2 rotates around the first pin 2b relative to the second sliding member 6, the first sliding member 2 drives the first hinge shaft 2a to rotate around the first pin 2b in the rotating process, and then the first hinge shaft 2a drives the air deflector 5 to rotate, so that the air deflector 5 rotates in the first direction while being opened.
Similarly, the driving member can drive the first sliding member 2 to sequentially slide along the third sub-slot 1a1 and the second sub-slot 1a2, and the first sliding member 2 simultaneously drives the second sliding member 6 to slide along the second sliding slot 1b, so as to drive the air deflector 5 to move in a direction away from the air guiding opening and simultaneously rotate in the second direction. Specifically, the driving member drives the first sliding member 2 to slide from the third sub-slot 1a1 to the second sub-slot 1a2, and since the first sliding member 2 is hinged to the second sliding member 6, the first sliding member 2 slides while driving the second sliding member 6 to slide along the second sliding slot 1b, and both the first sliding member 2 and the second sliding member 6 move in a direction away from the air outlet of the air conditioner during a sliding process, and then the first hinge shaft 2a and the second hinge shaft 6a drive the air deflector 5 to move in a direction away from the air outlet of the air conditioner, so as to open the air deflector 5. In addition, in the process that the first sliding member 2 slides from the third sub-slot 1a1 to the second sub-slot 1a2, the sliding direction of the first sliding member 2 changes, so in the sliding process, the first sliding member 2 rotates around the first pin 2b relative to the second sliding member 6, the first sliding member 2 drives the first hinge shaft 2a to rotate around the first pin 2b in the rotating process, and then the first hinge shaft 2a drives the air deflector 5 to rotate, so that the air deflector 5 rotates in the second direction while being opened.
Since the first sub groove 1a3 and the second sub groove 1a2 are relatively distant in a direction away from the third sub groove 1a1, the first direction and the second direction are opposite. When the first direction is clockwise, the second direction is anticlockwise; or when the first direction is counterclockwise, the second direction is clockwise.
When the air deflector driving device provided by the above embodiment is applied, because the first sliding part 2 is hinged to the air deflector 5 through the first hinge shaft 2a, and the second sliding part 6 is hinged to the air deflector 5 through the second hinge shaft 6a, when the air deflector 5 is opened and rotates towards the first direction or the second direction, the first hinge shaft 2a and the second hinge shaft 6a simultaneously apply an acting force to the air deflector 5, and the first hinge shaft 2a and the second hinge shaft 6a jointly drive the air deflector 5 to act and jointly limit the air deflector 5.
As shown in fig. 3 and 4, the second sliding chute 1b extends along a straight line, so that the sliding direction of the second sliding member 6 does not change during the sliding of the second sliding member 6 along the second sliding chute 1b, and therefore the second sliding member 6 does not rotate during the sliding. In the process that the first sliding member 2 slides from the third sub-slot 1a1 to the first sub-slot 1a3, the sliding direction of the first sliding member 2 changes, and therefore in the sliding process, the first sliding member 2 rotates around the first pin 2b relative to the second sliding member 6, and in the rotating process of the first sliding member 2, the first hinge shaft 2a rotates around the first pin 2b, and because the second sliding member 6 does not rotate, the second hinge shaft 6a does not rotate, and further the first hinge shaft 2a drives the air deflector 5 to rotate around the second hinge shaft 6a, so that the air deflector 5 rotates towards the first direction while being opened. In the process that the first sliding part 2 slides from the third sub-groove 1a1 to the second sub-groove 1a2, the sliding direction of the first sliding part 2 changes, and therefore in the sliding process, the first sliding part 2 rotates around the first pin 2b relative to the second sliding part 6, and in the rotating process of the first sliding part 2, the first hinge shaft 2a rotates around the first pin 2b, and because the second sliding part 6 does not rotate, the second hinge shaft 6a does not rotate, and further the first hinge shaft 2a drives the air deflector 5 to rotate around the second hinge shaft 6a, so that the air deflector 5 rotates towards the second direction while being opened.
In order to ensure the stable movement of the second sliding member 6, the number of the second sliding grooves 1b and the number of the second pin shafts 6b can be multiple, the second pin shafts 6b are respectively clamped in the second sliding grooves 1b, and when the second sliding member 6 slides, the second pin shafts 6b respectively slide along the second sliding grooves 1 b. The plurality of second chutes 1b are parallel to each other.
In another embodiment, the first sub-slot 1a3 and the second sub-slot 1a2 may both extend along an arc, the third sub-slot 1a1 extends along a straight line, and the first sub-slot 1a3 and the second sub-slot 1a2 are smoothly connected with the third sub-slot 1a 1. So configured, the first sub slot 1a3 and the second sub slot 1a2 can be tangent to the third sub slot 1a1, so as to facilitate the connection between the first sub slot 1a3 and the second sub slot 1a2 and the third sub slot 1a1, and the first sliding member 2 can slide smoothly.
The first sub-slot 1a3 and the second sub-slot 1a2 are located at a side of the third sub-slot 1a1 close to the air deflector 5, so that the first hinge shaft 2a and the second hinge shaft 6a apply force to the air deflector 5 away from the air outlet.
The third sub slot 1a1 may be disposed in parallel with the second sliding slot 1b, i.e. the extending direction of the third sub slot 1a1 and the extending direction of the second sliding slot 1b are parallel to each other. In addition, the second sliding chute 1b is positioned on one side of the first sliding chute 1a close to the air deflector 5, so that the assembly space is saved, and the assembly is convenient.
In a specific embodiment, the second sliding member 6 has a strip-shaped hole 6c, the first pin shaft 2b is clamped in the strip-shaped hole 6c, the first pin shaft 2b can slide along the strip-shaped hole 6c, and the first sliding member 2 and the second sliding member 6 can rotate around the first pin shaft 2b relatively. The first slider 2 of driving piece drive removes, and first slider 2 drives the removal of second slider 6, and the setting in bar hole 6c provides buffer memory space for second slider 6, and first slider 2 slides a section distance earlier and then drives the slip of second slider 6, appears blocking when preventing that first slider 2 and second slider 6 from beginning to slide simultaneously. Of course, the hole of the second sliding member 6 through which the first pin 2b passes may be a circular hole, and is not limited herein.
The strip-shaped hole 6c may be arranged in parallel with the second runner 1b, i.e. the extension direction of the strip-shaped hole 6c and the extension direction of the second runner 1b are parallel to each other.
In order to ensure the stability of the first sliding part 2 and the second sliding part 6 in the sliding process, a third sliding groove 1c is further formed in the mounting plate 1, and the first pin shaft 2b is clamped in the third sliding groove 1 c. During the sliding process of the first sliding member 2 and the second sliding member 6, the first pin 2b slides along the third sliding slot 1 c.
In the above embodiment, the third chute 1c and the second chute 1b may be parallel to each other. Of course, the third sliding chute 1c may not be parallel to the second sliding chute 1b, and is not limited herein.
For the convenience of connection, the side edge of the air deflection plate 5 is provided with a mounting ear 5a, and the first hinge shaft 2a and the second hinge shaft 6a are both connected to the mounting ear 5 a. The mounting ears 5a may be disposed perpendicular to the air deflection body.
In the above embodiment, the first hinge shaft 2a and the second hinge shaft 6a are arranged in parallel, and the first hinge shaft 2a is farther from the air deflector 5 than the second hinge shaft 6 a. So set up, second articulated shaft 6a is located between aviation baffle 5 and the first articulated shaft 2a, realizes lever effect, and the first articulated shaft 2a of being more convenient for drives aviation baffle 5 and takes place to rotate around second articulated shaft 6a, realizes that aviation baffle 5 rotates to first direction or second direction when opening. Of course, the second hinge shaft 6a may be further away from the air deflector 5 than the first hinge shaft 2a, which is not limited herein.
In another embodiment, the driving member includes a motor 3 and a swing link 4, a first end of the swing link 4 is connected to an output end of the motor 3, and the output end of the motor 3 rotates to drive the first end of the swing link 4 to rotate. The second end of the swing link 4 is connected with the first sliding part 2. The first end of the swing rod 4 rotates to drive the second end of the swing rod 4 to swing, and then the second end of the swing rod 4 drives the first sliding part 2 to slide along the first sliding groove 1 a.
The output end of the motor 3 and the first end of the swing rod 4 may be fixedly connected, or the output end of the motor 3 and the first end of the swing rod 4 may be circumferentially fixed.
The first sliding member 2 may be provided with a slot, and the second end of the swing rod 4 is inserted into the slot.
