本发明公开了一种隐藏式可锁型水龙头,包括水龙头本体,水龙头本体包括一体成型的进水管、出水管及阀体;所述阀体上套接有上侧开口的且与进水管、出水管相通的阀芯孔;所述阀芯孔的底面上成型有台阶凸台,台阶凸台通过轴承与阀芯的底部的轴承台阶孔连接,阀芯的中部外壁封堵住进水管和出水管的内端;所述阀芯上成型有轴向贯穿的通水孔,阀芯的上端固定有开关部,开关部插套在端盖上,端盖固定在阀芯孔的上端口部;所述阀芯的底部设有隐藏锁机构。本发明通过自锁柱可对阀芯进行上锁,防止他人任意通过开关部转过阀芯用水;同时用于解锁自锁柱的球头解锁顶杆位置比较隐秘,可提高防盗功能。

本发明涉及水龙头技术领域,具体涉及一种隐藏式可锁型水龙头。
背景技术
我国既是全球人均水资源最贫乏的国家之一,又是世界上用水量最多的国家,也是水龙头使用最多的国家。我国很多家庭为方便用手将水龙头安装在室外,都无防盗功能,导致很多小孩子随意开启玩水,造成水源的浪费或者被其他人随意使用水或恶意浪费水资源。
发明内容
本发明的目的是克服现有技术的不足,提供一种隐藏式可锁型水龙头,它通过自锁柱可对阀芯进行上锁,防止他人任意通过开关部转过阀芯用水;同时用于解锁自锁柱的球头解锁顶杆位置比较隐秘,可提高防盗功能。
本发明解决所述技术问题的方案是:
一种隐藏式可锁型水龙头,包括水龙头本体,水龙头本体包括一体成型的进水管、出水管及阀体;所述阀体上套接有上侧开口的且与进水管、出水管相通的阀芯孔;
所述阀芯孔的底面上成型有台阶凸台,台阶凸台通过轴承与阀芯的底部的轴承台阶孔连接,阀芯的中部外壁封堵住进水管和出水管的内端;所述阀芯上成型有轴向贯穿的通水孔,阀芯的上端固定有开关部,开关部插套在端盖上,端盖固定在阀芯孔的上端口部;
所述阀芯的底部设有隐藏锁机构。
所述轴承台阶孔的底面上成型有与其偏心设置的第一沉孔;
所述台阶凸台上成型有上大下小的台阶通孔及与台阶通孔下端相通的空槽;
所述隐藏锁机构包括插套在第一沉孔内的自锁柱,自锁柱内套接有压簧,压簧的上端压靠在第一沉孔的底面上;所述自锁柱的下端插套在台阶通孔的上端大孔内且压靠在台阶通孔的台阶面上;
所述台阶通孔的下端小孔套接有球头解锁顶杆,球头解锁顶杆的上端球头压靠在自锁柱的下端面上,球头解锁顶杆穿过台阶通孔的下伸出端成型有按压顶台;
所述球头解锁顶杆的外壁上成型有矩形长槽,矩形长槽的上端套接有限位杆,限位杆插套并固定在台阶凸台内。
所述轴承台阶孔的底面上成型有向下凸起的与第一沉孔同轴心设置的套环;
所述台阶凸台的上底面上成型有与台阶通孔相通的扇形槽,套环插套在扇形槽内且套环的外壁压靠在扇形槽的一侧直面上。
所述套环在扇形槽内的转动幅度为90度。
所述阀芯的外壁上成型有两道密封槽,密封槽内套接有密封圈,密封圈的外壁压靠在阀芯孔的内壁上;
两道密封圈分别位于通水孔的上侧和下侧。
所述阀芯的上端外壁上固定有摩擦环,摩擦环的外壁压靠在阀芯孔的上端内壁上。
所述端盖上成型有向下凸起的压环,压环压靠在推力轴承的上推力片上,推力轴承的下推力片压靠在碟型弹簧上,碟型弹簧的下端压靠在阀芯的沉槽的底面上。
本发明的突出效果是:与现有技术相比,其通过自锁柱可对阀芯进行上锁,防止他人任意通过开关部转过阀芯用水;同时用于解锁自锁柱的球头解锁顶杆位置比较隐秘,可提高防盗功能。

具体实施方式
实施例,见如图1至图4所示,一种隐藏式可锁型水龙头,包括水龙头本体1,水龙头本体1包括一体成型的进水管11、出水管12及阀体13;所述阀体13上套接有上侧开口的且与进水管11、出水管12相通的阀芯孔14;所述阀芯孔14的底面上成型有台阶凸台15,台阶凸台15通过轴承与阀芯2的底部的轴承台阶孔22连接,阀芯2的中部外壁封堵住进水管11和出水管12的内端;所述阀芯2上成型有轴向贯穿的通水孔21,阀芯2的上端固定有开关部3,开关部3插套在端盖4上,端盖4固定在阀芯孔14的上端口部;
所述阀芯2的底部设有隐藏锁机构5。
更进一步的说,所述轴承台阶孔22的底面上成型有与其偏心设置的第一沉孔23;
所述台阶凸台15上成型有上大下小的台阶通孔16及与台阶通孔16下端相通的空槽17;
所述隐藏锁机构5包括插套在第一沉孔23内的自锁柱51,自锁柱51内套接有压簧52,压簧52的上端压靠在第一沉孔23的底面上;所述自锁柱51的下端插套在台阶通孔16的上端大孔内且压靠在台阶通孔16的台阶面上;
所述台阶通孔16的下端小孔套接有球头解锁顶杆53,球头解锁顶杆53的上端球头压靠在自锁柱51的下端面上,球头解锁顶杆53穿过台阶通孔16的下伸出端成型有按压顶台54;
所述球头解锁顶杆53的外壁上成型有矩形长槽531,矩形长槽531的上端套接有限位杆55,限位杆55插套并固定在台阶凸台15内。
更进一步的说,所述轴承台阶孔22的底面上成型有向下凸起的与第一沉孔23同轴心设置的套环24;
所述台阶凸台15的上底面上成型有与台阶通孔16相通的扇形槽18,套环24插套在扇形槽18内且套环24的外壁压靠在扇形槽18的一侧直面上。
更进一步的说,所述套环24在扇形槽18内的转动幅度为90度。
更进一步的说,所述阀芯2的外壁上成型有两道密封槽,密封槽内套接有密封圈61,密封圈61的外壁压靠在阀芯孔的内壁上;
两道密封圈61分别位于通水孔21的上侧和下侧。
更进一步的说,所述阀芯2的上端外壁上固定有摩擦环62,摩擦环62的外壁压靠在阀芯孔14的上端内壁上。
更进一步的说,所述端盖4上成型有向下凸起的压环41,压环41压靠在推力轴承63的上推力片上,推力轴承63的下推力片压靠在碟型弹簧64上,碟型弹簧64的下端压靠在阀芯2的沉槽25的底面上。
工作原理:当需要使用水时,向上按压按压顶台54,按压顶台54带动球头解锁顶杆53上移,球头解锁顶杆53将自锁柱51向上顶并使其脱离台阶通孔16;
然后,转动开关部3,开关部3带动阀芯2转动,阀芯2转动其通水孔21随之转动,通水孔21连接进水管11和出水管12,进水管11中的水通过通水孔从出水管流出;通过阀芯2转过的幅度可控制水流的大小;阀芯2转动时,套环24也随之转动,由于套环24与扇形槽18之间的位置关系,套环24最多只能在扇形槽18内转过90度即阀芯2最多只能转90度,当阀芯转过90度时,水流量达到最大;摩擦环62与阀芯孔14之间的摩擦阻力可有效防止水龙头通水时阀芯自由转动;
当使用完水后,反向转动开关部,阀芯反向转动复位,当自锁柱51移动到台阶通孔16上时,自锁柱51在压簧52的作用下自动插入到台阶通孔16的大端孔内,此时阀芯不能自由转动,从而起到防盗功能。

所述阀芯孔(14)的底面上成型有台阶凸台(15),台阶凸台(15)通过轴承与阀芯(2)的底部的轴承台阶孔(22)连接,阀芯(2)的中部外壁封堵住进水管(11)和出水管(12)的内端;所述阀芯(2)上成型有轴向贯穿的通水孔(21),阀芯(2)的上端固定有开关部(3),开关部(3)插套在端盖(4)上,端盖(4)固定在阀芯孔(14)的上端口部;
所述阀芯(2)的底部设有隐藏锁机构(5)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种隐藏式可锁型水龙头,其特征在于:所述轴承台阶孔(22)的底面上成型有与其偏心设置的第一沉孔(23);
所述台阶凸台(15)上成型有上大下小的台阶通孔(16)及与台阶通孔(16)下端相通的空槽(17);
所述隐藏锁机构(5)包括插套在第一沉孔(23)内的自锁柱(51),自锁柱(51)内套接有压簧(52),压簧(52)的上端压靠在第一沉孔(23)的底面上;所述自锁柱(51)的下端插套在台阶通孔(16)的上端大孔内且压靠在台阶通孔(16)的台阶面上;
所述台阶通孔(16)的下端小孔套接有球头解锁顶杆(53),球头解锁顶杆(53)的上端球头压靠在自锁柱(51)的下端面上,球头解锁顶杆(53)穿过台阶通孔(16)的下伸出端成型有按压顶台(54);
所述球头解锁顶杆(53)的外壁上成型有矩形长槽(531),矩形长槽(531)的上端套接有限位杆(55),限位杆(55)插套并固定在台阶凸台(15)内。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种隐藏式可锁型水龙头,其特征在于:所述轴承台阶孔(22)的底面上成型有向下凸起的与第一沉孔(23)同轴心设置的套环(24);
所述台阶凸台(15)的上底面上成型有与台阶通孔(16)相通的扇形槽(18),套环(24)插套在扇形槽(18)内且套环(24)的外壁压靠在扇形槽(18)的一侧直面上。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种隐藏式可锁型水龙头,其特征在于:所述套环(24)在扇形槽(18)内的转动幅度为90度。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种隐藏式可锁型水龙头,其特征在于:所述阀芯(2)的外壁上成型有两道密封槽,密封槽内套接有密封圈(61),密封圈(61)的外壁压靠在阀芯孔的内壁上;
两道密封圈(61)分别位于通水孔(21)的上侧和下侧。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种隐藏式可锁型水龙头,其特征在于:所述阀芯(2)的上端外壁上固定有摩擦环(62),摩擦环(62)的外壁压靠在阀芯孔(14)的上端内壁上。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种隐藏式可锁型水龙头,其特征在于:所述端盖(4)上成型有向下凸起的压环(41),压环(41)压靠在推力轴承(63)的上推力片上,推力轴承(63)的下推力片压靠在碟型弹簧(64)上,碟型弹簧(64)的下端压靠在阀芯(2)的沉槽(25)的底面上。
