Abstract
本发明涉及建筑施工技术领域,具体为一种用于高层建筑的装配式钢结构。工型接头竖板左右两侧的顶部和底部分别开设有与工型钢横板相适应的第一拼接槽,工型接头横板的左右两侧分别开设有与工型钢竖板相适应的第二拼接槽,工型接头两个竖板的相背面的左右两侧分别开设有相对应的盲孔,盲孔内设置有伸缩弹簧,弹簧的顶端设置有拉杆,工型钢两个横板位于工型接头外部且相对的一侧分别设置有相对应的销槽,销槽内滑动连接有销板,联动板的两端通过铰接关节分别与销板和拉杆铰接;本发明工型钢可以快速拼接到工型接头上,增加工人工作效率,工型接头的原材料由工型钢的料头制作而成,节约了钢结构的原料。

本发明涉及建筑施工技术领域,具体为一种用于高层建筑的装配式钢结构。
背景技术
建筑施工是指工程建设实施阶段的生产活动,是各类建筑物的建造过程,也可以说是把设计图纸上的各种线条,在指定的地点,变成实物的过程;现有的用于高层建筑的装配式钢结构,需要进行拼接加长时,大多数通过焊接进行固定拼接,或者通过连接板和大量的螺栓组件进行拼接,固定大量的螺栓组件需要大量的劳动力,操作较为麻烦,影响工人的施工效率,焊接固定需要大量的设备,操作也较为麻烦。
发明内容
本发明旨在解决上述问题,从而提供一种提高施工效率,节约原料,快速拼接的用于高层建筑的装配式钢结构。
本发明解决所述问题,采用的技术方案是:
一种用于高层建筑的装配式钢结构,包括工型钢,工型钢包括两个横板和与一个竖板,还包括工型接头和联动板,工型接头包括两个竖板和一个横板,工型接头竖板左右两侧的顶部和底部分别开设有与工型钢横板相适应的第一拼接槽,工型接头横板的左右两侧分别开设有与工型钢竖板相适应的第二拼接槽,工型接头两个竖板的相背面的左右两侧分别开设有相对应的盲孔,盲孔内设置有伸缩弹簧,弹簧的顶端设置有拉杆,工型钢两个横板位于工型接头外部且相对的一侧分别设置有相对应的销槽,销槽内滑动连接有销板,联动板的两端通过铰接关节分别与销板和拉杆铰接。
采用上述技术方案的本发明,与现有技术相比,其突出的特点是:
本发明工型钢可以快速拼接到工型接头上,增加工人工作效率,工型接头的原材料由工型钢的料头制作而成,节约了钢结构的原料。
作为优选,本发明更进一步的技术方案是:
还包括螺纹杆,两个螺纹杆分别贯穿工型接头横板顶部的两侧并与之转动连接,螺纹杆杆体的上下两侧均套装有螺纹块,螺纹块上设置有用于限位工型钢横板的L型板,转动螺纹杆使螺纹块移动,螺纹块带动L型板挤压工型钢,从而对工型钢进行进一步固定,并且增加了结构的稳定性,而且L型板对工型钢起到一定的支撑作用,进而增加了结构的强度。
L型板的内表面设置有橡胶垫,在L型板和工型钢之间增加一层缓冲。
位于两个螺纹杆之间的工型接头横板上设置有限位板,限位板的左右两侧开设有限位槽,限位槽内设置有滑块,滑块与螺纹块相连,对螺纹块的移动进行限位。

下面结合实施例对本发明作进一步说明,目的仅在于更好地理解本发明内容,因此,所举之例并不限制本发明的保护范围。
参见图1-图3,一种用于高层建筑的装配式钢结构,包括工型接头1、工型钢2、第一拼接槽3、第二拼接槽4、盲孔5、伸缩弹簧6、拉杆7、销槽8、销板9、联动板10、螺纹杆11、限位板12、限位槽13、螺纹块14、L型板15、橡胶垫16,工型钢2包括两个横板和与一个竖板,工型接头1包括两个竖板和一个横板,工型接头1竖板左右两侧的顶部和底部分别开设有与工型钢2横板相适应的第一拼接槽3,工型接头1横板的左右两侧分别开设有与工型钢2竖板相适应的第二拼接槽4,工型接头1两个竖板的相背面的左右两侧分别开设有相对应的盲孔5,盲孔5内设置有伸缩弹簧6,弹簧的顶端设置有拉杆7,工型钢2两个横板位于工型接头1外部且相对的一侧分别设置有相对应的销槽8,销槽8内滑动连接有销板9,联动板10的两端通过铰接关节分别与销板9和拉杆7铰接;两个螺纹杆11分别贯穿工型接头1横板顶部的两侧并与之转动连接,螺纹杆11杆体的上下两侧均套装有螺纹块14,螺纹块14上设置有用于限位工型钢2横板的L型板15,转动螺纹杆11使螺纹块14移动,螺纹块14带动L型板15挤压工型钢2,从而对工型钢2进行进一步固定,并且增加了结构的稳定性,而且L型板15对工型钢2起到一定的支撑作用,进而增加了结构的强度;L型板15的内表面设置有橡胶垫16,在L型板15和工型钢2之间增加一层缓冲;位于两个螺纹杆11之间的工型接头1横板上设置有限位板12,限位板12的左右两侧开设有限位槽13,限位槽13内设置有滑块,滑块与螺纹块14相连,对螺纹块14的移动进行限位。
使用时,将工型钢2的横板插入第一拼接槽3中,将工型钢2的竖板插入第二拼接槽4中,伸缩弹簧6此时处于放松状态,销板9仅有尾部位于销槽8内,伸缩弹簧6收缩带动拉杆7使联动板10移动,联动板10带动销板9滑入销槽8中,从而对工型钢2进行横向限位,由于限位槽13对螺纹块14的限位,转动螺纹杆11使螺纹块14移动,螺纹块14带动L型板15挤压工型钢2,从而对工型钢2进一步进行固定。
本发明工型钢可以快速拼接到工型接头上,增加工人工作效率,工型接头的原材料由工型钢的料头制作而成,节约了钢结构的原料。

1.一种用于高层建筑的装配式钢结构,包括工型钢,工型钢包括两个横板和与一个竖板,其特征在于:还包括工型接头、联动板和螺纹杆,工型接头包括两个竖板和一个横板,工型接头竖板左右两侧的顶部和底部分别开设有与工型钢横板相适应的第一拼接槽,工型接头横板的左右两侧分别开设有与工型钢竖板相适应的第二拼接槽,工型接头两个竖板的相背面的左右两侧分别开设有相对应的盲孔,盲孔内设置有伸缩弹簧,弹簧的顶端设置有拉杆,工型钢两个横板位于工型接头外部且相对的一侧分别设置有相对应的销槽,销槽内滑动连接有销板,联动板的两端分别通过铰接关节与销板和拉杆铰接;
