Detailed Description
The technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present invention, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are only a part of the embodiments of the present invention, and not all of the embodiments.
Examples of which are illustrated in the accompanying drawings, wherein like reference numerals refer to the same or similar elements or elements having the same or similar function throughout. The embodiments described below with reference to the drawings are illustrative and intended to be illustrative of the invention and are not to be construed as limiting the invention.
Referring to fig. 1-2, a reed structure for warping comprises a mounting base 1 and a plurality of reed dents 2 arranged on the top of the mounting base 1, wherein the mounting base 1 is hollow and is rotatably connected with a rotating shaft 3 which is deviated from the reed dents 2 outwards, a plurality of radial fan blades 4 which are arranged on the rotating shaft 3 and have the surfaces of the blades rotating vertically and are attached to the mounting base 1 are arranged at equal intervals, an air inlet 5 which blows upwards vertically is arranged at the bottom of the mounting base 1 corresponding to the radial fan blades 4, the air flow path part of the air inlet 5 is shielded by the radial fan blades 4 so as to drive the radial fan blades 4 to rotate and blow upwards, a guide plate 11 which guides the air obliquely towards the top of the mounting base 1 is correspondingly arranged at the top of an inner cavity of the mounting base 1 corresponding to the air inlet 5, and an air blowing notch 12 which is arranged towards the reed dents 2 is arranged at the top of the mounting base 1 corresponding to the guide plate 11, meanwhile, the other side surface of the mounting seat 1 corresponding to the reed dent 2 is provided with a negative pressure air inlet notch 13.
In particular, the method comprises the following steps of,
the center line of the negative pressure air inlet notch 13 coincides with the vertical center line of the rotating shaft 3, so that the radial fan blades 4 are closest to the top of the mounting base 1. Meanwhile, the outer end part of the radial fan blade 4 is extended outwards (in the embodiment, the whole fan blade is in a trapezoidal shape) so as to increase the area of the fan blade close to the mounting seat 1 and increase the gas flow area;
meanwhile, in order to increase the flow velocity of gas when the radial fan blade 4 passes through the top of the inner cavity of the mounting base 1, acceleration baffles 14 are arranged at the top of the inner cavity of the mounting base 1 and on two end sides of the radial fan blade 4, the bottom of each acceleration baffle 14 is higher than the radial fan blade 4 so as to avoid influencing the flow of air outside, and the acceleration baffles are arranged so that the air is more concentrated when the radial fan blade 4 passes through the baffles and the effect of accelerating the air in the acceleration baffles 14 can be achieved; the accelerating baffles 14 are recessed along the rotation direction of the radial fan blades, so that the flow speed can be further increased.
In the same way, the method for preparing the composite material,
in order to accumulate the sucked fiber hairiness, an axial fan blade 6 capable of blowing air in the axial direction is further arranged on the rotating shaft 3.
For better exhaust, a plurality of exhaust holes are formed in the mounting base 1 corresponding to the rotation direction of the radial fan blades 4, so that air flow generated by rotation of the radial fan blades 4 can be conveniently exhausted, larger impact of the air flow on the mounting base 1 is avoided, and of course, a filter screen is arranged on the side wall (the left side wall in the figure 1) corresponding to the exhaust holes.
Referring to fig. 3, in operation, compressed air is pumped into the air inlet 5 by using an air pipe, the air is vertically ejected upwards along the air inlet 5, and the radial fan blades 4 are partially shielded from the air inlet path, so that the air can drive the radial fan blades 4 to rotate, because the inside of the mounting base 1 is equivalent to a relatively closed space, the blades of the radial fan blades 4 and the inner side wall of the mounting base 1 form a retracted channel, the air flow rate can be increased, after passing through the retracted channel, (the radial fan blades 4 also rotate, and the space of the circulation channel also tends to expand), the air circulation space expands, and the air is further accelerated, resembles the working principle of a laval (laval) nozzle, and is guided out to the air blowing notch 12 by the guide plate 11; because the radial fan blades 4 are in clearance contact with the inner side wall of the mounting seat 1, intermittent acceleration action can be formed, intermittent air impact action can be formed, and hairiness adhered to the reed dent 2 can be better impacted and treated.
The flow rate of the accelerated air is relatively stable when the accelerated air passes through the guide plate 11, so that the air blowing notch 12 is further contracted inwards, and the flow rate can be further increased (because the flow rate of the compressor is generally not supersonic).
Meanwhile, according to bernoulli's equation, the larger the air flow rate is, the smaller the pressure is, therefore, when radial fan blades 4 are tightly attached to the top of mount 1, the air pressure P1 is lower than the external atmospheric pressure P2, and therefore, the blown-up hairiness enters the inside of mount 1 through negative pressure air inlet notch 13. Of course, the rotating shaft 3 can extend out of the mounting base 1 and be externally connected with a motor drive to ensure the rotating speed.
In the present application, the structures and the connection relations that are not described in detail are all the prior art, and the structures and the principles thereof are known in the prior art and are not described herein again.
The above description is only for the preferred embodiment of the present invention, but the scope of the present invention is not limited thereto, and any person skilled in the art should be considered to be within the technical scope of the present invention, and the technical solutions and the inventive concepts thereof according to the present invention should be equivalent or changed within the scope of the present invention.
