Abstract
The invention relates to a self-cleaning system of an air jet loom, which consists of a blowing device, a collecting device and a protective cover device, wherein the blowing device and the collecting device are correspondingly arranged on left and right side wall plates below a rear opening of a heald frame of the air jet loom; the blowing device consists of a blowing port and a blowing structure, and an air outlet of the blowing structure is arranged on the inner side of the edge of the blowing port; the collecting device consists of a plurality of collecting ports, a pipeline, a cotton collecting box and a fan, wherein the pipeline connects the collecting ports with the cotton collecting box, the cotton collecting box is communicated with the inside of the fan and is separated by a filter screen, a negative pressure structure is arranged in the fan, and the collecting ports face to the air jet loom; the protective cover device comprises a cover plate and two baffles, and the two baffles are arranged at the left end and the right end of the cover plate. The system can effectively clean flying and noil generated at the front opening and the rear opening of the walking heald frame, airflow weft insertion, reed beating-up and the like, and ensures the cleanness of the fabric interweaving environment.

Background
In the weaving process of the air jet loom, a large amount of fly waste and noil are generated due to friction between warp yarns and weft yarns caused by drafting and shedding, airflow weft insertion, reed beating-up and the like, so that a workshop is polluted, the respiratory tract health of staff is influenced, and the efficiency and the fabric quality of the loom are influenced. The existing cleaning method mainly comprises a workshop itinerant cleaning machine and manual regular cleaning at regular time. The dust removal device mainly removes dust from flying cotton in the workshop environment, is limited in cleaning, cannot timely clean flying cotton or noil generated by mutual friction of front and rear warps of the heald frame, only ensures the cleanness of the workshop environment, and cannot effectively ensure the quality of cloth cover. The back frame has high labor cost and limited cleaning, and the flying cotton and the noil at the front opening and the back opening of the heald frame and the weaving opening can not be cleaned, so that the flying cotton and the noil can still be woven into the fabric to generate defects in the weaving process, thereby not only affecting the quality of the cloth cover, but also easily generating broken warp and affecting the weaving efficiency.

The technical scheme is as follows: a self-cleaning system of an air jet loom comprises a blowing device, a collecting device and a protective cover device, wherein the blowing device and the collecting device are correspondingly arranged on left and right side wall plates below a rear opening of a heald frame of the air jet loom, and the protective cover device surrounds a main nozzle of the air jet loom and a front opening of the heald frame; the blowing device consists of a blowing port and a blowing structure, wherein an air outlet of the blowing structure is arranged on the inner side of the edge of the blowing port, and the blowing port is opened towards the back of the heald frame; the collecting device comprises 3-7 collecting ports, a pipeline, a cotton collecting box and a fan, wherein the pipeline connects the collecting ports with the cotton collecting box, the cotton collecting box is communicated with the inside of the fan and is separated by a filter screen, a negative pressure structure is arranged in the fan, the lower plane of the cotton collecting box can be opened, and the collecting ports face to the air jet loom; the protective cover device is composed of a cover plate and two baffles, the two baffles are arranged at the left end and the right end of the cover plate, an opening is arranged on the baffle at one side, the outer side of the opening is communicated with a collecting port, an inverted U-shaped opening is arranged at the lower end of the baffle at the other side, and the U-shaped opening is reversely buckled on the main nozzle.
The air blowing opening is cuboid or cylindrical.
The collecting opening is in a horn shape, a cylindrical shape or a cuboid shape.
The collecting ports are arranged at three positions and respectively face to the main nozzle system of the air jet loom, the heald frame rear opening symmetrical to the position of the air blowing port and the lower part of the heald frame rear opening.
The cover plate consists of an upper cover plate and a side plate, the upper cover plate is connected with the side plate through a bearing, and the side plate can be rotationally lifted through the bearing.
The blowing structure is a fan or an air pipe.
The negative pressure structure is an impeller or an air ring type negative pressure pump.
The protective cover device protects the collecting opening and the whole weaving opening from the main nozzle system to the opposite side of the main nozzle, and is isolated from the surrounding environment.
The collecting port facing the main nozzle system of the air jet loom is arranged on the wall plate of the air jet loom corresponding to the main nozzle of the air jet loom and is used for absorbing flying cotton and cotton noil caused by air jet picking and reed beating; the collecting port which is opened towards the back of the heald frame and is symmetrical to the position of the air blowing port is used for sucking away flying cotton and efficiently sucking away the flying cotton and the noil blown from the air blowing port; the collecting port facing the lower part of the heald frame rear opening is arranged below the heald frame rear opening, and the port faces upwards and is used for collecting the flying cotton and the noil which fall from the heald frame rear opening due to the friction of the warp yarns.
When the width of the fabric in the air jet loom is less than 230cm, one collecting opening is arranged towards the lower part of the rear opening of the heald frame; when the width of the fabric in the air jet loom is 230cm to 280cm, two collecting openings are arranged towards the lower part of the rear opening of the heald frame; when the width of the fabric in the air jet loom is larger than 280cm, three collecting openings are arranged at the lower part facing the rear opening of the heald frame.
An inverted U-shaped baffle is arranged above the main nozzle system, so that the airflow sprayed by the nozzle system can be prevented from diffusing to the periphery to reduce the airflow strength, the airflow is concentrated, and the weft insertion strength is ensured; secondly, the machine table is not affected by air flow, and the weaving quality is guaranteed. The protective cover device isolates the whole weft insertion and beating-up process from the surrounding environment, thereby not only preventing flying flowers in the air from entering warp and weft interweaving to form defects, not influencing the machine table, ensuring the weaving quality, but also preventing the air flow sprayed by the nozzle system from diffusing to the periphery to reduce the air flow strength, concentrating the air flow and improving the weft insertion efficiency by about 5 percent.

1. the collecting port of the invention can effectively and comprehensively remove flying cotton and noil, and avoid the influence of the flying cotton and the noil generated in places which cannot be cleaned manually on the efficiency of the loom and the grey cloth quality.
2. The self-cleaning system can avoid the influence of flying of different raw materials formed by weaving the fabrics of different raw materials by adjacent machines on the quality of the fabric, so that the weaving efficiency of the machines is not influenced.
3. The self-cleaning system can be self-cleaned and cleaned in real time, labor cost is reduced, cleanness of the weaving machine is guaranteed, dust-free production is guaranteed, efficiency and quality of the weaving machine are improved, and cloth cover defects caused by untimely cleaning are avoided.
4. The clean and tidy workshop environment is guaranteed, the suspended flying in the air of a workshop is reduced, and the harm to the respiratory tract of workers in the workshop is reduced.
5. The safety of a workshop is guaranteed by reducing the flying, the flying is flammable and explosive, and the fire hazard can be effectively reduced.

The embodiment provides a self-cleaning system of an air jet loom, which comprises a blowing device, a collecting device and a protective cover device, wherein the blowing device and the collecting device are correspondingly arranged on left and right side wall plates below a rear opening of a heald frame of the air jet loom, and the protective cover device surrounds a main nozzle of the air jet loom and a front opening of the heald frame; the blowing device consists of a rectangular air blowing port 1 and a fan, an air outlet of the fan is arranged on the inner side of the edge of the air blowing port 1, and the air blowing port 1 opens towards the back of the heald frame; the collecting device consists of 5 horn-shaped collecting ports 3, a pipeline 4, a cotton collecting box 5 and a fan 6, wherein the pipeline 4 connects the collecting ports 3 with the cotton collecting box 5, the cotton collecting box 5 is communicated with the interior of the fan 6 and is separated by a filter screen 7, an impeller is arranged in the fan, the lower plane of the cotton collecting box 5 can be opened, and the collecting ports 3 face the air jet loom; the protective cover device is composed of a cover plate 9 and two baffle plates 10, the two baffle plates 10 are arranged at the left end and the right end of the cover plate 9, the cover plate 9 is composed of an upper cover plate and a side plate, the upper cover plate and the side plate are connected through a bearing, the side plate can be lifted through the bearing in a rotating mode, an opening is formed in the baffle plate 10 on one side, the outer side of the opening is communicated with a collecting opening, an inverted U-shaped opening is formed in the lower end of the baffle plate 10 on the other side, and the U-shaped opening.
The width of the fabric in the air jet loom is more than 280cm, so five collecting ports 3 are arranged, wherein one collecting port 3 faces to a main nozzle system of the air jet loom, one collecting port 3 faces to a heald frame rear opening which is symmetrical to the position of an air blowing port, the rest three collecting ports face to the lower part of the heald frame rear opening, and the ports face upwards.
When the loom operates, the fan and the fan 6 are opened, the fan blows up the flying cotton and the noil, negative pressure is formed in the pipeline 4 due to the starting of the fan 6, the flying cotton and the noil caused by airflow weft insertion and reed beating-up are sucked away towards the collecting port of the main nozzle system of the air jet loom, the flying cotton is sucked away towards the collecting port of the rear opening of the heald frame which is symmetrical to the position of the blowing port, and the flying cotton and the noil which fall at the rear opening of the heald frame due to the friction of the warp yarns are sucked away towards the collecting port below the rear opening of the heald frame. After a period of time, the lower plane of the cotton collecting box 5 is opened to clean the flying cotton and the noil.
The self-cleaning system of the air jet loom can effectively clean flying and noil generated at the front opening and the rear opening of a walking heald frame, airflow weft insertion, reed beating-up and the like, ensure the cleanness of a fabric interweaving environment, reduce cloth cover defects, reduce broken warp and stop warp and improve the weaving efficiency.

5. A self-cleaning system for an air jet loom as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the cover plate (9) is composed of an upper cover plate and a side plate, the upper cover plate is connected with the side plate through a bearing, and the side plate can be rotationally lifted through the bearing.
6. A self-cleaning system for an air jet loom as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the blowing structure (2) is a fan or an air pipe.
