Fig. 4 is a schematic flowchart of still another method for determining a box-changing strategy of goods according to the present disclosure, which is applied to a warehouse logistics system, as shown in fig. 4, and includes:
s401, identifying the first container to obtain parameter information corresponding to the first container.
Wherein the parameter information includes first dimension information of the first container.
The parameter information further comprises heat information of the goods in the first container;
the corresponding heat information of the goods in the first container is the same.
S402, if the first size information is larger than a first preset value corresponding to second size information of the target container, determining to load part of the goods into at least one first target container so that the load capacity of each first target container reaches the load capacity corresponding to the first preset value, and determining to load the target goods into other first target containers or second target containers according to the heat degree information of the goods.
Wherein the target cargo comprises cargo of the first cargo box except for cargo loaded into at least one first target cargo box. The target cargo is a part of the cargo in the first container, and the corresponding heat degree information is identical to the heat degree information of the cargo in the first container.
For example, the first preset value corresponding to the second size information of the target container may be smaller than or equal to the second size information.
Optionally, the method further comprises:
and S403, if the first size information is smaller than or equal to a first preset value corresponding to the second size information of the target container, determining to load the target container into the first target container or the second target container according to the heat degree information of the cargo.
In one possible implementation manner, determining to load the target cargo into the other first target cargo container or the second target cargo container according to the heat degree information of the cargo includes: judging whether the heat degree information of the goods is larger than a second preset value or not; and if the heat information is greater than the second preset value, loading the target cargo into other first target cargo boxes.
Specifically, if the heat in the first container is higher than the second preset value, it is indicated that the heat of the goods is higher, and in order to ensure that the goods with higher heat can be put into storage in time, the target goods corresponding to the first container can be also loaded into the empty target container to be directly put into storage, so that the box changing process of the goods in the first container can be completed as soon as possible, and the loading of other goods does not need to be waited, so that the storage time of the goods in the container can be shortened.
The above possible implementation manners are also applicable to determining to load the target cargo into the first target cargo box or the second target cargo box according to the heat information of the cargo, which is not described herein again.
In another possible implementation manner, determining to load the target cargo into another first target cargo box or a second target cargo box according to the heat degree information of the cargo includes: judging whether the heat degree information of the goods is larger than a second preset value or not; and if the heat information is larger than the second preset value, determining third size information of the target cargo, searching whether a third target cargo box with the difference value between the residual capacity and the third size information smaller than the third preset value exists in the second target cargo box, and if so, determining to load the target cargo into the third target cargo box.
Optionally, if the third target container does not exist, the target container is determined to be loaded into the other first target containers, and the other first target containers are controlled to be in the temporary storage state.
Alternatively, whether or not there is remaining capacity in the second target container may be stored in the control device in advance.
Specifically, in order to shorten the warehousing time of goods with higher heat degree and improve the utilization rate of the target container as much as possible, the third size information of the target goods corresponding to the first container can be determined, and whether a second target container with residual capacity not much different from the size of the target goods exists in the second target container is searched, namely, the third target container is searched.
The third size information of the target cargo may be size information of a target container to be loaded corresponding to the target cargo, or a volume of the target cargo, and the like, which is not limited herein.
Optionally, if the target goods corresponding to the first container does not exist, the target goods corresponding to the first container are loaded into other first target containers, that is, the first target containers are placed into empty target containers, so that the first target containers are in an unfilled state, and in order to improve the utilization rate of the containers, the unfilled target containers can be temporarily stored to wait for new goods to arrive.
In yet another possible implementation manner, determining to load the target cargo into the other first target cargo container or the second target cargo container according to the heat degree information of the cargo includes: and if the heat information is not larger than the second preset value, determining third size information of the target cargo, searching whether a fourth target cargo box with the residual capacity larger than or equal to the third size information exists in the second target cargo box, and if so, determining to load the target cargo into the fourth target cargo box.
Optionally, if the fourth target container does not exist, the target container is determined to be loaded into the other first target containers, and the other first target containers are controlled to be in the temporary storage state.
Optionally, further, if it is determined that the load capacity corresponding to the fourth target container after the target cargo is loaded does not reach the load capacity corresponding to the first preset value, determining the remaining capacity of the fourth target container, and storing the remaining capacity of the fourth target container.
Specifically, if the heat information of the goods in the first container is less than or equal to the second preset value, it indicates that the heat of the goods is low, and the requirement of the goods on the warehousing speed may not be high. In order to facilitate goods delivery, the target goods can be placed together as much as possible, so that whether a fourth target container capable of completely loading the target goods exists in the second target container or not can be searched by determining third size information corresponding to the target goods, and if the fourth target container exists, the target goods corresponding to the first container are placed into the fourth target container.
Optionally, if the target container does not exist, the target container is loaded into an empty target container, and the target container is temporarily stored. Further, if a fourth target container exists and the load capacity of the fourth target container does not reach the warehousing degree after the target cargo is loaded into the fourth target container, determining and storing the residual capacity of the fourth target container so as to determine a corresponding box changing strategy for other cargos.
Further, in a possible implementation manner, if the fourth target container is a multi-cell container, determining to load the target cargo into the fourth target container includes: determining the heat information of the existing goods in each goods grid in the fourth target goods box; and determining to load the target cargo into a second target cargo grid of a fourth target cargo box according to the heat information of the target cargo, wherein the deviation between the heat information of the existing cargo in the fourth target cargo box and the heat information of the target cargo is less than or equal to a fourth preset value.
The second target cargo space may be an empty cargo space or a cargo space loaded with other cargo but not yet fully loaded.
Specifically, in order to facilitate shipment of goods and the like, goods with equivalent heat or higher heat can be placed as much as possible, and based on this, when the fourth target container is a multi-cell container, if the deviation between the heat information of the target goods and the heat information of the existing goods in the fourth target container is less than or equal to a fourth preset value, it indicates that the difference between the heat of the target goods and the heat of the existing goods in the fourth target container is not large, and the target goods can be placed in the cells of the fourth target container. Furthermore, in order to distinguish different goods and bring convenience to goods delivery, when the fourth target container has an empty goods lattice, the target goods can be put into the empty goods lattice.
Optionally, the parameter information comprises information of a type of goods in the first container.
Accordingly, in one possible implementation, the fourth target container is a multi-cell container, and the determining to load the target cargo into the fourth target container includes: acquiring the type information of the existing goods in each goods grid in the fourth target goods box; and loading the target cargo into a first target cargo grid of a fourth target cargo box according to the type information of the target cargo, wherein the type information of the existing cargo in the fourth target cargo box is related to or identical to the type information of the cargo.
The first target cargo space may be an empty cargo space or a cargo space loaded with other cargo but not yet fully loaded.
The method can be used for placing the goods in a classified manner, and the goods are convenient to take out of a warehouse, carry, sort and the like.
Specifically, in order to facilitate warehouse-out or sorting, transferring and the like, the same type or similar types of goods may be placed together, and based on this, when the fourth target container is a multi-cell container, if the type information of the existing goods in the fourth target container is related to or the same as the type information of the goods, the target goods are loaded into the first target cell of the fourth target container. Further, in order to distinguish the batches of the same kind of goods, etc., the target goods may be placed in the empty goods grid, that is, the first target goods grid may be the empty goods grid.
And S404, outputting a box changing strategy.
S404 and S203 have the same technical features, and reference may be made to S203 for specific description, which is not described herein again.
On the basis of the above embodiment, further, if the first size information is greater than a first preset value corresponding to the second size information of the target container, determining to load part of the cargo into at least one first target container so that the load capacity of the first target container reaches the load capacity corresponding to the first preset value; according to the heat information of the goods, the target goods are loaded into other first target containers or second target containers; and if the first size information is smaller than or equal to a first preset value corresponding to second size information of the target container, determining to load the target container into the first target container or the second target container according to the heat information of the cargo, and combining the heat information of the cargo when determining the box changing strategy to further optimize the box changing strategy.
Fig. 5 is a schematic structural diagram of an apparatus for determining a box-changing strategy of goods according to the present disclosure, as shown in fig. 5, the apparatus includes:
the obtaining module 51 is configured to identify the first container, and obtain parameter information corresponding to the first container.
And the processing module 52 is used for determining a box changing strategy when the goods of the first container are loaded into the target container according to the parameter information.
And the output module 53 is used for outputting the box changing strategy.
Optionally, the parameter information comprises first dimension information of the first container.
The processing module 51 is specifically configured to determine a box-changing strategy according to the first size information and the second size information of the target container, where the box-changing strategy includes loading the goods into at least one first target container and/or at least one second target container, the first target container is an empty target container, the second target container is a container already loaded with other goods and having a remaining capacity, and the second target container includes at least one of the following containers: single-lattice cargo box, multi-lattice cargo box.
Optionally, the processing module 52 is specifically configured to determine to load the goods into the first target container or the second target container if the first size information is smaller than or equal to a first preset value corresponding to the second size information of the target container, where the target goods includes the goods in the first container.
Optionally, the processing module 52 is specifically configured to determine to load part of the cargo into at least one first target cargo box if the first size information is greater than a first preset value corresponding to the second size information of the target cargo box; determining the volume of the target cargo, wherein the target cargo comprises the cargo of the first container except the cargo filled into the first target container; and loading the target cargo into other first target cargo containers or second target cargo containers according to the volume of the target cargo.
Optionally, the parameter information further comprises heat information of the goods in the first container.
The processing module 52 is specifically configured to, if the first size information is greater than a first preset value corresponding to the second size information of the target container, determine to load part of the cargo into at least one first target container, so that the load capacity of the first target container reaches the load capacity corresponding to the first preset value, and determine to load the target cargo into another first target container or a second target container according to the heat degree information of the cargo.
Optionally, the parameter information further comprises heat information of the goods in the first container.
The processing module 52 is specifically configured to determine to load the target cargo into the first target cargo box or the second target cargo box according to the heat degree information of the cargo if the first size information is smaller than or equal to a first preset value corresponding to the second size information of the target cargo box, where the target cargo includes the cargo in the first cargo box.
Optionally, the processing module 52 is specifically configured to determine whether the heat information of the cargo is greater than a second preset value; if the heat degree information is larger than a second preset value, loading the target cargo into other first target cargo boxes; or determining third size information of the target cargo, searching whether a third target cargo box with the difference value between the residual capacity and the third size information smaller than a third preset value exists in the second target cargo box, and if so, determining to load the target cargo into the third target cargo box.
Optionally, the processing module 52 is further configured to determine third size information of the target cargo if the heat information is not greater than the second preset value, and find whether a fourth target cargo box with a remaining capacity greater than or equal to the third size information exists in the second target cargo box, and if so, determine to load the target cargo into the fourth target cargo box.
Optionally, the processing module 52 is further configured to determine to load the target cargo into another first target cargo container and control the other first target cargo container to be in the temporary storage state if the third target cargo container or the fourth target cargo container does not exist.
Optionally, the processing module 52 is further configured to determine the remaining capacity of the fourth target container if it is determined that the load capacity corresponding to the fourth target container after the target container is loaded with the target cargo does not reach the load capacity corresponding to the first preset value.
Optionally, the parameter information further includes information about the type of the cargo.
The fourth target container is a multi-lattice container, and the processing module 52 is specifically configured to obtain information on types of existing goods in each lattice in the fourth target container; and loading the target cargo into a first target cargo grid of a fourth target cargo box according to the type information of the target cargo, wherein the type information of the existing cargo in the fourth target cargo box is related to or identical to the type information of the cargo.
Optionally, the fourth target container is a multi-cell container, and the processing module 52 is specifically configured to determine heat information of existing goods in each cell in the fourth target container; and loading the target cargo into a second target cargo grid of a fourth target cargo box according to the heat information of the target cargo, wherein the deviation between the heat information of the existing cargo in the fourth target cargo box and the heat information of the cargo is less than or equal to a fourth preset value.
The cargo box-changing device can execute the method for determining the cargo box-changing strategy, and the content and effect of the method can refer to the embodiment part of the method, which is not described again.
Fig. 6 is a schematic structural diagram of an electronic device provided in the present disclosure, and as shown in fig. 6, the electronic device of this embodiment includes: a processor 61, a memory 62; the processor 61 is communicatively connected to the memory 62. The memory 62 is used to store computer programs. The processor 61 is adapted to call a computer program stored in the memory 62 to implement the method in the above-described embodiment.
Optionally, the electronic device further comprises: a transceiver 63 for enabling communication with other devices.
The electronic device may execute the method for determining the box-changing strategy of the goods, and the content and effect of the method may refer to the embodiment of the method, which is not described again.

Claims (10)

1. A method for determining a box-changing strategy for goods, wherein the method is applied to a warehouse logistics system, the warehouse logistics system comprises a first transmission line, a second transmission line and a control device, the first transmission line is used for transmitting a first container, the second transmission line is used for transmitting a target container, the control device is used for executing the method for determining the box-changing strategy for goods, and the method comprises the following steps:
identifying a first container to obtain parameter information corresponding to the first container;
determining a box changing strategy when the goods of the first container are loaded into the target container according to the parameter information;
and outputting the box changing strategy.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein the parameter information includes first size information of the first container;
the determining of the box-changing strategy when the goods of the first container are loaded into the target container according to the parameter information comprises:
determining the box-changing strategy according to the first size information and second size information of target containers, wherein the box-changing strategy comprises loading the goods into at least one first target container and/or at least one second target container, the first target container is an empty target container, the second target container is a target container which is already loaded with other goods and has residual capacity, and the second target container comprises at least one of the following containers: single-lattice cargo box, multi-lattice cargo box.
3. The method of claim 2, wherein determining the box change strategy based on the first size information and second size information of the target container comprises:
and if the first size information is smaller than or equal to a first preset value corresponding to second size information of a target container, determining to load the goods into the first target container or the second target container.
4. The method of claim 2, wherein determining the box change strategy based on the first size information and second size information of the target container comprises:
if the first size information is larger than a first preset value corresponding to second size information of the target container, determining to partially load the target container into at least one first target container;
determining a volume of target cargo, the target cargo comprising cargo of the first container other than the cargo loaded into the first target container;
and loading the target cargo into other first target cargo containers or second target cargo containers according to the volume of the target cargo.
5. The method of claim 2, wherein the parameter information further includes heat information of the cargo in the first bin;
the determining the box changing strategy according to the first size information and the second size information of the target container comprises:
and if the first size information is larger than a first preset value corresponding to second size information of a target container, determining to load part of the goods into at least one first target container so that the load capacity of each first target container reaches the load capacity corresponding to the first preset value, and determining to load the target goods into other first target containers or second target containers according to the heat degree information of the goods, wherein the target goods comprise the goods except the goods loaded into the first target containers in the goods of the first containers.
6. The method of claim 2, wherein the parameter information further includes heat information of the cargo in the first bin;
the determining the box changing strategy according to the first size information and the second size information of the target container comprises:
and if the first size information is smaller than or equal to a first preset value corresponding to second size information of the target container, determining to load the target cargo into the first target container or a second target container according to the heat information of the cargo, wherein the target cargo comprises the cargo in the first container.
7. The method of claim 5, wherein determining whether to load the target cargo into the other first target cargo container or the second target cargo container based on the heat information of the cargo comprises:
judging whether the heat degree information of the goods is larger than a second preset value or not;
if the heat degree information is larger than the second preset value, loading the target cargo into other first target cargo boxes; or determining third size information of the target cargo, searching whether a third target cargo box with the difference value between the residual capacity and the third size information smaller than a third preset value exists in the second target cargo box, and if so, determining to load the target cargo into the third target cargo box.
8. An apparatus for determining a box change strategy for goods, comprising:
the acquisition module is used for identifying the identification information of a first container to obtain the parameter information corresponding to the first container;
the processing module is used for determining a box changing strategy when the goods of the first container are loaded into the target container according to the parameter information;
and the output module is used for outputting the box changing strategy.
9. An electronic device, comprising:
at least one processor; and
a memory communicatively coupled to the at least one processor; wherein the content of the first and second substances,
the memory stores instructions executable by the at least one processor to enable the at least one processor to perform the method of any one of claims 1 to 7.
10. A computer program product comprising computer programs/instructions, characterized in that the computer programs/instructions, when executed by a processor, implement the method according to any of claims 1 to 7.
