Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of fire safety of oil storage tanks, and particularly relates to an inflatable oil-free air sealing structure of an external floating roof oil tank.
Background
An annular gap of 250mm is formed between the outer edge plate of the floating roof of the outer floating roof oil tank and the oil tank wall plate, and the gap is a necessary space for the floating roof to move up and down, so that the floating roof can be lifted and floated normally. However, this gap forms an annular space with the exposed oil surface, which is in contact with the atmosphere and becomes a major factor in the evaporation loss of the oil. In order to prevent the exposed oil surface in the annular space from contacting the atmosphere and prevent the evaporation of oil and gas, a sealing device is usually arranged in the annular space. The sealing device of the external floating roof tank generally adopts a double-sealing mode. One-time sealing is used for directly sealing the oil surface, and is the most main sealing measure. In 1970-2000, with the frequent occurrence of safety accidents such as external floating roof tank fire and the like and the demand for energy conservation, secondary sealing is generated, namely, a secondary seal is added on the prior sealing device to form double sealing. The formed double seal has good adaptability and sealing effect, and effectively prevents evaporation loss.
Both the american API 650 annex C and the japanese JISB 8501 document require the use of primary and secondary seals, and the national standard GB 50737 "design specification for oil reserves" 7.5.7.1 also mentions that the seal should consist of a primary seal and a secondary seal. Leading technical guideline for storage tanks for light petroleum products (trial) in 3.7.11 also mentions "provision of primary and secondary seals for floating-roof tanks". At present, under the actual production management operation condition of large-scale petroleum storage tanks in China, the edge of a floating plate is basically provided with a primary sealing device and a secondary sealing device as shown in figure 5. Wherein, the primary sealing device comprises primary sealing filler and primary sealing wrapping tape. The primary sealing filler and the primary sealing wrapping belt are fixed at the outer edge plate of the floating roof. The secondary sealing device comprises an oil separating film, a rain baffle, a fixing bolt and a sliding sheet, wherein one end of the secondary sealing device is fixed at the outer floating roof edge plate, and the other end of the secondary sealing device is attached to the wall of the oil tank.
However, in the actual operation of the external floating roof oil tank, due to the floating and sinking and deformation of the tank body, or the aging and damage of the primary seal, and the continuous volatilization of the residual oil on the tank wall, oil gas accumulation often occurs in the space between the primary seal device and the secondary seal device of the external floating roof oil tank, and partial concentration even exceeds the oil gas explosion lower limit, at this moment, ignition sources such as thunder, static electricity, open fire and the like are met, and the explosion accident of the seal ring can be caused. Sealing ring burning explosion accidents caused by lightning strike occur at home and abroad, the ratio of the occupied statistical data is extremely high, and the safe operation of the external floating roof oil tank is seriously threatened.
In order to prevent the occurrence of the explosion accident of the sealing ring, on one hand, the generation of an ignition source is stopped, and particularly, the lightning strike is prevented; on the other hand, forced ventilation or nitrogen introduction is adopted to reduce oil gas accumulation between the primary seal and the secondary seal. However, due to technical, engineering and construction quality reasons, the two measures cannot be completely solved. Therefore, the hidden danger of burning and explosion of the sealing ring of the external floating roof oil tank exists objectively and cannot be eradicated completely. Therefore, a new method is needed to be developed, the incidence rate of the burning and explosion accidents of the sealing ring is reduced, and the harm of the burning and explosion accidents of the sealing ring is reduced.
