本发明公开了一种PVC激光雕刻板材,包括PVC基板、阻燃粘接层、铜板和镀锌层,所述阻燃粘接层设于PVC基板上,所述铜板设于阻燃粘接层上,所述镀锌层设于铜板上;所述PVC基板包含以下重量份的原料:PVC80‑100份、二氧化硅气凝胶10‑30份、玻璃纤维5‑10、硅烷偶联剂1‑5份、光稳定剂1‑5份、增塑剂5‑10份、稳定剂3‑10份和润滑剂1‑5份。本发明属于PVC板技术领域,具体是指一种PVC激光雕刻板材。

本发明属于PVC板技术领域,具体是指一种PVC激光雕刻板材。
背景技术
PVC地板是当今世界上非常流行的一种新型轻体地面装饰材料,也称为 “轻体地材”,是一种在欧美及亚洲的日韩广受欢迎的产品,风靡国外,从80年 代初开始进入中国市场,至今在国内的大中城市已经得到普遍的认可,使用非 常广泛,比如家庭、医院、学校、办公楼、工厂、公共场所、超市、商业、等 各种场所。PVC主要采用聚氯乙烯材料生产的地板,具体是以聚氯乙烯及其共 聚树脂为主要原料,加入填料、增塑剂、稳定剂、着色剂等辅料,在片状连续 基材上,经涂敷工艺或经压延、挤出或挤压工艺生产而成。
目前,PVC板一般是做成薄板状后,贴合墙面或地面进行拼装,而如今对 装饰的需求,大都在PVC板上印刷或覆膜制成各种图案,这类方法制得的图 案容易磨损,不易长期保持,而激光雕刻可在板材批量雕刻图案,而现有的 PVC板在激光雕刻过程中,雕刻区域受热容易变形,雕刻成的图案会变形失 真。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种PVC激光雕刻板材,以解决上述背景技术中提 出的问题。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明提出的一种PVC激光雕刻板材,包括PVC 基板、阻燃粘接层、铜板和镀锌层,所述阻燃粘接层设于PVC基板上,所述 铜板设于阻燃粘接层上,所述镀锌层设于铜板上,激光可直接雕刻锌而不能雕 刻铜板,因而可在镀锌层上进行激光雕刻,铜板可使PCV板免受高温的损 害,阻燃粘接层可起到连接铜板和PVC基板,同时保护PVC基板;所述PVC 基板包含以下重量份的原料:PVC80-100份、二氧化硅气凝胶10-30份、玻璃纤维5-10、硅烷偶联剂1-5份、光稳定剂1-5份、增塑剂5-10份、稳定剂3-10 份和润滑剂1-5份,硅烷偶联剂可将玻璃纤维、二氧化硅气凝胶与PVC有机结 合,二氧化硅气凝胶本身材质较轻,就有较好的保温性和阻燃性,玻璃纤维具 有较好的绝缘性,二氧化硅气凝胶和玻璃纤维的加入,改善PVC板的性质, 使其更为轻便,且具有良好的保温、绝缘和阻燃的特性,光稳定剂的加入,可 延长PVC板在光照下的老化时间,延长使用寿命。
优选的,所述硅烷偶联剂为乙烯基硅烷类偶联剂。
优选的,所述稳定剂为Ca-Zn稳定剂或三盐基硫酸铅。
优选的,所述润滑剂为蜡。
优选的,所述阻燃粘接层包括第一粘接层、阻燃隔层和第二粘接层,第一 粘接层将阻燃隔层与PVC基板粘接,第二粘接层将铜板与阻燃隔层粘接。
优选的,所述镀锌层的厚度为2~3mm。
采取上述方案取得有益效果如下:本发明提供的一种PVC激光雕刻板 材,设计合理,利用局部特性原理,在激光雕刻的面域,采用附有镀锌层的铜 板,激光可直接雕刻镀锌层,而无法雕刻铜板,进而对PVC基板起到保护作 用,同时铜板材质较为柔软,可随PVC基板形变而形变,复合效果好,PCV 基板采用玻璃纤维、二氧化硅气凝胶填充,不仅更为轻便,同时具有良好的保 温、阻燃和绝缘特性。

一种PVC激光雕刻板材,包括PVC基板1、阻燃粘接层2、铜板3和镀锌 层4,所述阻燃粘接层2设于PVC基板1上,所述铜板3设于阻燃粘接层2 上,所述阻燃粘接层2包括第一粘接层5、阻燃隔层6和第二粘接层7,第一 粘接层5将阻燃隔层6与PVC基板1粘接,第二粘接层7将铜板3与阻燃隔 层6粘接,所述镀锌层4设于铜板3上,所述镀锌层4的厚度为2~3mm;所述PVC基板1包含以下重量份的原料:PVC80份、二氧化硅气凝胶10份、玻 璃纤维5、硅烷偶联剂3份、光稳定剂2份、增塑剂8份、Ca-Zn稳定剂5份 和蜡2份。
实施例2
一种PVC激光雕刻板材,包括PVC基板1、阻燃粘接层2、铜板3和镀锌 层4,所述阻燃粘接层2设于PVC基板1上,所述铜板3设于阻燃粘接层2 上,所述阻燃粘接层2包括第一粘接层5、阻燃隔层6和第二粘接层7,第一 粘接层5将阻燃隔层6与PVC基板1粘接,第二粘接层7将铜板3与阻燃隔 层6粘接,所述镀锌层4设于铜板3上,所述镀锌层4的厚度为2~3mm;所述PVC基板1包含以下重量份的原料:PVC100份、二氧化硅气凝胶30份、 玻璃纤维10、硅烷偶联剂5份、光稳定剂5份、增塑剂10份、三盐基硫酸铅 8份和蜡5份。
实施例3
一种PVC激光雕刻板材,包括PVC基板1、阻燃粘接层2、铜板3和镀锌 层4,所述阻燃粘接层2设于PVC基板1上,所述铜板3设于阻燃粘接层2 上,所述阻燃粘接层2包括第一粘接层5、阻燃隔层6和第二粘接层7,第一 粘接层5将阻燃隔层6与PVC基板1粘接,第二粘接层7将铜板3与阻燃隔 层6粘接,所述镀锌层4设于铜板3上,所述镀锌层4的厚度为2~3mm;所述PVC基板1包含以下重量份的原料:PVC90份、二氧化硅气凝胶20份、玻 璃纤维8份、硅烷偶联剂5份、光稳定剂4份、增塑剂8份、三盐基硫酸铅8 份和蜡5份。

1.一种PVC激光雕刻板材,其特征在于,包括PVC基板、阻燃粘接层、铜板和镀锌层,所述阻燃粘接层设于PVC基板上,所述铜板设于阻燃粘接层上,所述镀锌层设于铜板上;所述PVC基板包含以下重量份的原料:PVC80-100份、二氧化硅气凝胶10-30份、玻璃纤维5-10、硅烷偶联剂1-5份、光稳定剂1-5份、增塑剂5-10份、稳定剂3-10份和润滑剂1-5份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种PVC激光雕刻板材,其特征在于,所述硅烷偶联剂为乙烯基硅烷类偶联剂。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种PVC激光雕刻板材,其特征在于:所述稳定剂为Ca-Zn稳定剂或三盐基硫酸铅。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种PVC激光雕刻板材,其特征在于:所述润滑剂为蜡。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种PVC激光雕刻板材,其特征在于:所述阻燃粘接层包括第一粘接层、阻燃隔层和第二粘接层。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种PVC激光雕刻板材,其特征在于:所述镀锌层的厚度为2~3mm。
