Claims (10)

1. An electric toothbrush head, characterized in that it comprises: the U-shaped inner ring, the U-shaped middle ring and the U-shaped outer ring; wherein the content of the first and second substances,

3. The powered toothbrush head of claim 2, wherein: the first mounting wall and the third mounting wall form an included angle of 60-90 degrees; the second mounting wall and the fourth mounting wall form an included angle of 60-90 degrees.
4. The powered toothbrush head of claim 1, wherein: the U-shaped inner ring and the U-shaped outer ring are made of TPE materials, and the U-shaped middle ring is made of PE materials.
5. The powered toothbrush head of claim 1, wherein: the first connecting block and the first connecting groove are welded in a hot melting mode, and the second connecting block and the second connecting groove are welded in a hot melting mode.

injection molding: manufacturing the TPE material into a U-shaped inner ring and a U-shaped outer ring through compression molding or injection molding, and manufacturing the PE material into a U-shaped middle ring;
welding: heating the first connecting groove, the second connecting groove, the first connecting block and the second connecting block through hot melting equipment, carrying out hot melting welding on the first connecting block and the first connecting groove, and carrying out hot melting welding on the second connecting block and the second connecting groove;
hair planting: and implanting the nylon bristles into the brush pores through a bristle planting machine.
