firstly, inserting a thermoplastic straight pipe fitting lining layer 1 into a winding drum 4, then providing electric support for a driving motor I5 and a driving motor II 9 through an external power supply, driving a gear disc I6 to rotate through the driving motor I5, driving the winding drum 4 to rotate through the mutual meshing of the gear disc I6 and an annular rack I3, winding a steel wire 11 wound with a fiber bundle 21 on the outer side of the winding drum 1 along with the slow movement of the thermoplastic straight pipe fitting lining layer 1, paying off the steel wire 11 wound on a steel wire winding roller 10 under the action of a driving motor II 9, guiding the steel wire 11 through a guide roller I14 and a guide roller II 20, and synchronously driving a right angle gear II 16 and a transmission rod 17 to rotate through the mutual meshing of a right angle gear I15 and a right angle gear II 16 in the rotary paying-off process of the steel wire winding roller 10, the right-angle gear III 18 is fixed with the bottom end of the transmission rod 17, then the right-angle gear III 18 is driven to rotate, meanwhile, the right-angle gear III 18 is meshed with the annular rack II 22 on the outer side of the thread passing cylinder 19, so that the thread passing cylinder 19 is driven to rotate by the right-angle gear III 18 in the rotating process, the fiber bundle 21 wound on the fiber yarn winding roller 8 is wound on the steel wire 11 in the autorotation process of the thread passing cylinder 19, then the steel wire 11 wound with the fiber bundle 21 is wound on the outer side of the thermoplastic straight pipe lining layer 1 through the autorotation of the winding cylinder 4, on one hand, the fiber bundle 21 is wound on the steel wire 11 and is directly wound on the thermoplastic straight pipe lining layer 1, the thickness of the fiber yarn on the outer side of the thermoplastic straight pipe lining layer 1 is invisibly increased, the multilayer winding effect is realized, and the overall anti-extrusion effect of the thermoplastic straight pipe is improved, on the other hand, the effect of setting immediately when the steel wire 11 is bent or curled is utilized to prevent the fiber from sliding, so that the fiber can be wound uniformly, the overall anti-extrusion effect and anti-bending effect of the thermoplastic straight pipe are further improved, meanwhile, the winding drum 4 is arranged obliquely, the winding drum 4 is enabled to rotate around the thermoplastic straight pipe lining layer 1 by the width of the steel wire 11 wound with the fiber bundle 21, the steel wire 11 wound with the fiber bundle 21 is obliquely and uniformly arranged and wound on the outer side of the thermoplastic straight pipe lining layer 1, the phenomenon that two adjacent steel wire 11 winding rings on the thermoplastic straight pipe lining layer 1 are oblique and contacted with each other is presented, compared with the prior art that the fiber wire rings are wound in a vertical spiral manner, when the outer side of the thermoplastic straight pipe lining layer 1 with the same length is bent, in the prior art, only one limiting wire has an anti-bending effect on the thermoplastic straight pipe fitting inner liner 1, and due to the design that the two adjacent steel wire 11 winding rings are inclined and mutually overlapped when the thermoplastic straight pipe fitting is bent, the connectivity between the two adjacent steel wire 11 winding rings in the thermoplastic straight pipe fitting inner liner 1 with the same length can be increased, so that the thermoplastic straight pipe fitting is protected by a plurality of fiber wires when the thermoplastic straight pipe fitting is bent, the integral anti-bending performance of the thermoplastic straight pipe fitting is improved, and the use is convenient.
From the above, the winding cylinder 4 is obliquely arranged, and the winding cylinder 4 is advanced by the width of the steel wire 11 wound with the fiber bundle 21 from the thermoplastic straight pipe fitting lining layer 1 by one circle, so that the steel wires 11 wound with the fiber bundle 21 are obliquely and uniformly arranged and wound on the outer side of the thermoplastic straight pipe fitting lining layer 1, the inclination and mutual contact of the adjacent two steel wire 11 winding rings on the thermoplastic straight pipe fitting lining layer 1 are presented, the inclination and mutual lap joint of the adjacent two steel wire 11 winding rings when the thermoplastic straight pipe fitting is bent are designed, the connectivity between the adjacent two steel wire 11 winding rings in the thermoplastic straight pipe fitting lining layer 1 with the same length can be increased, the protection of the thermoplastic straight pipe fitting lining layer 1 in the thermoplastic straight pipe fitting by a plurality of fiber yarns when the thermoplastic straight pipe fitting is bent is carried out, and the overall bending resistance of the thermoplastic straight pipe fitting is improved, is convenient to use.

s1, putting the selected polyethylene resin or polypropylene resin, the stabilizer and the processing aid into a mixer in sequence, mixing at a high speed, stirring at a low speed to reduce the mixing temperature, stirring to form clinker, and then putting into a storage tank for standby;
s2, adding raw materials into a charging barrel of a conical double-screw extruder, plasticizing and melting the raw materials in the conical double-screw extruder at a certain speed, obtaining a thermoplastic straight pipe piece lining layer (1) through an extruder head, cooling the thermoplastic straight pipe piece lining layer (1), and winding steel wires (11) on the thermoplastic straight pipe piece lining layer (1) through the inner part of a winding barrel (4) by using a tractor (25) at the top of a supporting base (7) at two sides of the supporting barrel (2);
s3, inserting the thermoplastic straight pipe fitting lining layer (1) into the winding drum (4) through a tractor (25), then providing electric support for a driving motor I (5) and a driving motor II (9) through an external power supply, driving the gear disc I (6) to rotate through the driving motor I (5), driving the winding drum (4) to rotate through the mutual meshing of the gear disc I (6) and the annular rack I (3), winding the steel wire (11) wound with the fiber bundle (21) on the outer side of the winding drum (1) along with the slow movement of the thermoplastic straight pipe fitting lining layer (1), paying off the steel wire (11) wound on the steel wire winding roller (10) under the action of the driving motor II (9), guiding the steel wire (11) through the guide roller I (14) and the guide roller II (20), and simultaneously in the rotating paying off process of the steel wire winding roller (10), the right-angle gear II (16) and the transmission rod (17) are synchronously driven to rotate by mutual meshing of the right-angle gear I (15) and the right-angle gear II (16), the right-angle gear III (18) is fixed to the bottom end of the transmission rod (17), then the right-angle gear III (18) is driven to rotate, meanwhile, the right-angle gear III (18) is meshed with the annular rack II (22) on the outer side of the thread passing cylinder (19) mutually, so that the thread passing cylinder (19) is driven to rotate by the right-angle gear III (18) in the rotating process, the fiber bundle (21) wound on the fiber yarn winding roller (8) is wound on the steel wire (11) in the self-rotating process of the thread passing cylinder (19), and then the steel wire (11) wound with the fiber bundle (21) is wound on the outer side of the thermoplastic straight pipe fitting lining layer (1) through the self-rotating process of the winding cylinder (4);
s4, sequentially drawing the thermoplastic straight pipe fitting lining layer (1) wound with the fiber bundles (21) and the steel wires (11) through a drawing machine (25), positioning through a positioning ring, heating through a heating system, conveying to an extruder, coating an outer protection layer through the extruder, and cooling after coating to obtain the thermoplastic straight pipe fitting.
