the rear positioning assembly comprises a second height base plate, a second positioning seat and a second positioning pin which are sequentially distributed from bottom to top, and the second positioning pin is used for being inserted into a rear hole of the wiper arm;
the upper clamp comprises a support rod and a pressing arm which are connected with an output shaft of the air cylinder; the pressure arm is connected to the support rod;
and a first elastic pressing block and a second elastic pressing block are arranged below the pressing arm and respectively pressed at the front part and the rear part of the upper surface of the wiper arm.
5. The device for cutting off the rim charge at the head of the wiper arm as claimed in claim 4, wherein a plurality of mounting positions for mounting the first height pad and the second height pad are distributed on the bottom plate of the fixture in an array.
6. The wiper arm head trim cut out apparatus of claim 5, wherein the clip base plate is attached to the upper adjustment plate by a quick disconnect construction.
7. The wiper arm head trim cut-off device of claim 6, wherein the clamp base plate is positioned on the lower adjustment plate by a front positioning pin and a rear positioning pin.
8. The device for cutting off the rim charge at the head of the wiper arm as claimed in claim 1, wherein the movable base plate is driven by a linear lead screw to move back and forth on the working platform.
9. The wiper arm head trim cut-off device of claim 8, wherein two linear guides are provided between the movable base plate and the working platform.
10. The device for cutting off the rim charge at the head of the wiper arm according to claim 1, wherein the number of the rotary cutters driven by the motor is two, and the rotary cutters are symmetrically distributed along the left and right of the working platform;
the rotary cutter comprises five coaxially distributed disc cutters, and the outer edges of the disc cutters are saw-tooth-shaped cutting edges;
the five disc cutters cut the rough materials at different positions of the head of the wiper arm.
