Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of traditional Chinese medicines, and particularly relates to a traditional Chinese medicine composition for treating acute and chronic rhinitis, an oral preparation and preparation thereof.
Background
Rhinitis, an inflammatory disease of the nasal cavity, is inflammation of the mucous membrane of the nasal cavity caused by viruses, bacteria, allergens, various physicochemical factors and certain systemic diseases. Rhinitis is classified into: acute rhinitis, chronic rhinitis, allergic rhinitis, rhinitis medicamentosa, and the like. Acute rhinitis is mainly manifested by nasal obstruction, sneezing, watery nasal discharge, fever, aversion to wind, headache, etc. Chronic rhinitis is characterized by lasting course for more than a few months or repeated attack, failure to recover to normal in intermittent periods, nasal obstruction, continuous running nose, moderate nasal noise, swelling mucous membrane, increased secretion, no clear pathogenic microorganism infection and the like. Chronic rhinitis is a common clinical disease, greatly affects daily life and work of many patients, and requires early treatment. At present, the clinical treatment mainly adopts methods such as drug treatment, surgical treatment, laser treatment, electric ironing and the like, the drug treatment has the advantages of strong pertinence and quick response, but has certain side effect, the symptoms and root causes are not treated, the recurrence is easy after the drug is stopped, the surgical treatment mainly takes the damage to the physiological structure as the cost, the curative effect is obviously improved compared with the past, and the long-term curative effect is not satisfactory enough.
The acute rhinitis is characterized by common cold nasal obstruction, nasal asphyxia, stroke, cold, common cold and the like in ancient medical books, the differentiation of the common cold nasal obstruction is mainly divided into two types of symptoms of exogenous wind-cold and exogenous wind-heat, the major treatment method of 'pungent dispersing and resuscitation' is adopted, and the methods of benefiting lung, strengthening exterior, relieving exterior, regulating middle warmer, clearing lung, eliminating phlegm, clearing lung and stomach and the like are adopted according to the specific conditions of the disease condition on the basis of the wind-heat and wind-cold symptoms, and meanwhile, the superficial dispersion is not too excessive to avoid dissipating vitality and the like. The traditional Chinese medicine considers that the chronic rhinitis is caused by stagnated heat of lung and yangming meridians, unsmooth qi and blood, deficiency of lung and spleen, deficiency of qi and blood, stasis of qi and blood, obstruction of channels and collaterals and pathogenic factors stagnating nasal orifices. In traditional Chinese medicine, the lung is considered to open into the nose, the lung and the nasal orifice are smooth, the smell is sensitive, if the lung qi is insufficient and the defensive yang is not firm, the lung is easy to be attacked by pathogenic toxin and loses the function of purifying and purifying, so that the spleen and the stomach are damaged, the spleen and the stomach are weak, the transportation and transformation are not healthy, the functions of ascending the clear and descending the turbid are lost, the damp turbidity is retained in the nasal orifice, the venation is blocked, and the qi and blood are unsmooth in running to cause the disease; or the nasal obstruction is caused by the retention of pathogenic toxin in the veins and the inhibition of qi and blood, which is caused by qi stagnation and blood stasis when exogenous pathogenic factors attack the nasal orifice. At present, traditional Chinese medicine treatment for rhinitis mainly adopts traditional Chinese medicine external treatment and traditional Chinese medicine internal treatment, the traditional Chinese medicine external treatment is an external treatment mode that a single traditional Chinese medicine or a compound nasal drop prepared by a compound is used for nasal drops, or powder is directly blown on the surface of nasal mucosa, or ointment is applied to the nose, and the like, the traditional Chinese medicine has the advantages of quick response, temporary symptoms and root causes, easy relapse after stopping the medicine, and the traditional Chinese medicine internal treatment mainly adopts dialectical treatment, can clear heat, diminish inflammation, dispel wind, dredge orifices, is used for treating sneeze, nasal obstruction, headache and the like caused by the rhinitis, and has the characteristics of treating both symptoms and root causes, having obvious curative effect, avoiding side effects of western medicines, and the like. The existing traditional Chinese medicine for treating rhinitis has slow action and poor curative effect, and still cannot meet the medication requirements of patients. The inventor combines the hereditary secret formula and the summary of the experience of the inventor for many years, utilizes the theory of traditional Chinese medicine, and obtains the traditional Chinese medicine composition for treating chronic rhinitis after the verification of taking medicine by patients for more than twenty years, and the traditional Chinese medicine composition has obvious curative effect for treating acute and chronic rhinitis.
