The image to be detected can be normalized, and the influence of data with different physical meanings and dimensions in the image to be detected on a target detection result is avoided.
The one or more pre-processes may be performed on the image to be detected at the same time, which is not particularly limited in this embodiment.
After the image to be detected is preprocessed, target detection is carried out on the preprocessed image to be detected based on a target detection model, and a target detection result of each object to be washed in the preprocessed image to be detected is obtained.
In the embodiment, the image to be detected is preprocessed, so that the influence of noise, size or dimensional data in the original image to be detected on the target detection result can be effectively avoided, the accuracy of the target detection result is improved, and the accuracy of determining the dosage of the detergent and/or the type of the detergent is improved.
The detergent determination device provided by the present invention is described below, and the detergent determination device described below and the detergent determination method described above may be referred to in correspondence with each other.

The mobile terminal collects the image to be detected, processes the image to be detected and determines the dosage of the detergent, so that the difficulty caused by the built-in camera of the washing equipment is effectively avoided.
Meanwhile, the method for determining the amount of the detergent by the mobile terminal has the following advantages:
1, separating washing equipment from a mobile terminal, and facilitating respective design and adjustment;
2, acquiring and/or processing the image to be detected through the mobile terminal, so as to avoid modifying the use habit of a user, redesigning washing equipment or purchasing new equipment;
3. when the target detection model needs to be updated, only the software of the mobile terminal for controlling the washing equipment needs to be updated, the whole washing equipment does not need to be updated or replaced again, and the target detection model can be updated independently;
4. the user can check the image to be detected and/or the result of processing the image to be detected at any time and any place on the mobile terminal, and can check or modify the parameters related to the determination of the detergent dosage in the mobile terminal at any time and any place, so that the user can be better interacted with the mobile terminal.
In summary, compared with the method for determining the amount of the detergent used for acquiring the image to be detected by the built-in camera of the washing device, the method for determining the amount of the detergent used by the mobile terminal has the characteristics of portability, interaction, adjustability, convenience for user operation and the like.
The washing device is used for washing an object to be washed in a washing area, and may be a dishwasher or an industrial product washing device, and the like, which is not specifically limited in this embodiment.
The object to be washed is an object that needs to be washed, including but not limited to chopsticks, dishes and baking tools, and this embodiment is not particularly limited thereto.
The target detection model may be a neural network model, and this embodiment is not particularly limited thereto. The structure of the neural network model can be set according to actual requirements, such as the number of hidden layers in the neural network model, the number of nodes in each layer, initial parameters and the like.
Optionally, when the object to be washed needs to be washed, the user places the object to be washed in a washing area of the washing device;
in order to achieve a better washing effect, when a user puts an object to be washed, the washing equipment can prompt the user not to stack and put the object to be washed through voice.
After the washing object is put, the washing area is kept in a state of not being pushed into the washing device. The washing equipment prompts a user to add detergent, and the user clicks a camera of the terminal to shoot an object to be washed in a washing area of the washing equipment so as to collect an image to be detected in the washing area of the washing equipment; the image to be detected comprises all objects to be washed in the washing area. The present embodiment is not limited to the type of the objects to be washed in the image to be measured, nor to the number of the objects to be washed.
Then, the terminal detects the target of the image to be detected based on the target detection model, the specific steps are that the image to be detected is input into a pre-trained neural network model, the image to be detected is processed through the neural network model, and then the target detection result of each object to be washed in the image to be detected is output, and the specific formula is as follows:

wherein D is a target detection result of each object to be washed in the image to be detected, and M (-) is a target detection model function; and I is an image to be detected.
The target detection result includes, but is not limited to, a position of a bounding box of each object to be washed, category information, and a confidence, which is not specifically limited in this embodiment.
The category information may be main attributes of the object to be washed, including material, usage, size, and the like, which is not specifically limited in this embodiment. For example, the objects to be washed are divided into a stainless steel pot, a frying pan, a plastic spoon and the like.
It should be noted that the neural network model collects sample images and labels of the sample images according to the history. The label of the sample image comprises a pre-labeled bounding box position, pre-acquired category information, confidence and the like.
The search module 302 is configured to search, according to the category information in the target detection result of each object to be washed, a detergent type and/or a detergent amount corresponding to the category information of each object to be washed in a pre-constructed database;
the database stores the corresponding relation between the category information and the type of the detergent and/or between the category information and the dosage of the detergent in advance. A plurality of groups of corresponding relations are stored in the database, and the specific number can be set according to actual requirements.
It should be noted that the database may be preset by a manufacturer of the washing equipment according to the characteristics and experience of the equipment, and according to actual requirements during the use process. Different users have different eating habits, the required amount of detergent and the types of detergent are different, and different models of washing equipment have different detergent requirements. Therefore, the database is closely related to the user information, namely, each user corresponds to one database for each device, and the detergent dosage can be recommended to the user more accurately and intelligently.
In addition, after the database is successfully constructed, the user can adjust the database according to the actual requirements of the user to adapt to the use habit of the user, so that the terminal can determine the type and/or the amount of the detergent according to the updated database.
Optionally, after the target detection result of each object to be washed is obtained, the type and/or the amount of the detergent corresponding to the type information of each object to be washed is searched in the database according to the type information in the target detection result of each object to be washed.
The determining module 303 is configured to determine a detergent type and/or a detergent amount required for washing according to the detergent type and/or the detergent amount corresponding to the category information of each object to be washed in the washing apparatus.
Optionally, after the amount of detergent and/or the type of detergent corresponding to the category information of each object to be washed in the washing device is obtained, objects to be washed using the same type of detergent are classified into one type, and then the amounts of detergent corresponding to the category information of the corresponding objects to be washed under each type are added to obtain various amounts of detergent required for washing, where a specific formula is as follows:

It is to be noted that the kind of detergent and/or the amount of each detergent required for the finally obtained washing may be the kind of detergent and/or the amount of each detergent required for the finally actually added washing in the washing apparatus; the user can also be provided with a reference, and the type of the detergent and/or the amount of each detergent needed by the washing which is finally and actually added into the washing equipment can be manually modified after the user makes proper adjustment according to actual requirements, if the user feels that the amount of the detergent is recommended to be adjusted.
In the prior art, an effective method for automatically determining the type and/or the amount of the detergent required for washing is not developed, and when a user uses washing equipment, the user often encounters a situation that the use amount and the type of the detergent cannot be judged, and the type and/or the amount of the detergent required for washing are determined mainly by the experience of the user. In the process of using the washing equipment, if the user can judge the type and/or the amount of the detergent needed by washing by himself, the judgment is inaccurate, and the use experience of the user is influenced. The implementation directly carries out target detection on the image to be detected collected in the washing area of the washing equipment, automatically and accurately determines the type and/or the dosage of the detergent required by washing according to the target detection result, effectively reduces the learning cost of a user, improves the use experience of the user, and avoids unnecessary waste.
According to the embodiment, the image to be detected is collected in the washing area of the washing equipment, the target detection result of each object to be washed in the image to be detected is obtained based on the target detection model, the detergent usage amount and/or the detergent type corresponding to the category information in the target detection result of each object to be washed is searched in the database, and the detergent type and/or the detergent usage amount required by final washing are obtained according to the detergent type and/or the detergent usage amount corresponding to the category information of each object to be washed in the washing equipment.
On the basis of the foregoing embodiment, the search module in this embodiment is specifically configured to: taking the object to be washed with the confidence coefficient larger than the target value in the target detection result as a target object; and respectively searching the type and/or the dosage of the detergent corresponding to the type information of each target object in the database according to the type information of each target object.
On the basis of the above embodiment, the present embodiment further includes a display module, specifically configured to: displaying the detergent type and/or the detergent amount corresponding to the target detection result and the class information of each object to be washed, and the detergent type and/or the detergent amount required by the washing, so that a user can determine whether to re-determine the detergent type and/or the detergent amount required by the washing according to the display result; when a first instruction for re-determining the type and/or the amount of the detergent required by the washing is received, acquiring a new image to be detected in the washing equipment again; and carrying out target detection on the new image to be detected based on the target detection model, and re-determining the type and/or the dosage of the detergent required by washing according to the target detection result of each object to be washed in the new image to be detected.
On the basis of the foregoing embodiments, the search module in this embodiment is further configured to: when a second instruction for updating the database is received, updating one or more of the category information, the detergent type and the detergent dosage in the database according to the second instruction; wherein the updating comprises adding, deleting or modifying; and respectively searching the detergent type and/or the detergent consumption corresponding to the category information of each object to be washed in the updated database according to the category information of each object to be washed.
On the basis of the foregoing embodiments, the present embodiment further includes an adding module, configured to: and sending the detergent type and/or the detergent amount required by the washing to the washing equipment, and adding the detergent of the detergent type and/or the detergent amount required by the washing to the washing area by the washing equipment.
On the basis of the foregoing embodiments, the detection module in this embodiment is further configured to: preprocessing the image to be detected; wherein the pre-processing comprises one or more of resizing, denoising, and normalizing; and performing target detection on the preprocessed image to be detected based on the target detection model, and acquiring target detection results of all objects to be washed in the preprocessed image to be detected.
Fig. 4 illustrates a physical structure diagram of an electronic device, which may include, as shown in fig. 4: a processor (processor)401, a communication Interface (communication Interface)402, a memory (memory)403 and a communication bus 404, wherein the processor 401, the communication Interface 402 and the memory 403 complete communication with each other through the communication bus 404. In addition, the logic instructions in the memory 403 may be implemented in the form of software functional units and stored in a computer readable storage medium when the software functional units are sold or used as independent products. Based on such understanding, the technical solution of the present invention may be embodied in the form of a software product, which is stored in a storage medium and includes instructions for causing a computer device (which may be a personal computer, a server, or a network device) to execute all or part of the steps of the method according to the embodiments of the present invention. And the aforementioned storage medium includes: a U-disk, a removable hard disk, a Read-Only Memory (ROM), a Random Access Memory (RAM), a magnetic disk or an optical disk, and other various media capable of storing program codes.
In another aspect, the present invention also provides a computer program product comprising a computer program, the computer program being storable on a non-transitory computer readable storage medium, the computer program, when executed by a processor, being capable of executing the detergent determination method provided by the above methods, the method comprising: performing target detection on an image to be detected based on a target detection model, and acquiring target detection results of objects to be washed in the image to be detected; acquiring and obtaining the image to be detected in a washing area of washing equipment; respectively searching the detergent type and/or detergent dosage corresponding to the class information of each object to be washed in a pre-constructed database according to the class information in the target detection result of each object to be washed; and determining the type and/or the amount of the detergent required by washing according to the type and/or the amount of the detergent corresponding to the type information of each object to be washed in the washing equipment.
In yet another aspect, the present invention also provides a non-transitory computer-readable storage medium having stored thereon a computer program which, when executed by a processor, implements a detergent determination method provided to perform the above methods, the method comprising: performing target detection on an image to be detected based on a target detection model, and acquiring target detection results of objects to be washed in the image to be detected; acquiring and obtaining the image to be detected in a washing area of washing equipment; respectively searching the detergent type and/or detergent dosage corresponding to the class information of each object to be washed in a pre-constructed database according to the class information in the target detection result of each object to be washed; and determining the type and/or the amount of the detergent required by washing according to the type and/or the amount of the detergent corresponding to the type information of each object to be washed in the washing equipment.

Claims (10)

1. A detergent determination method, comprising:
performing target detection on an image to be detected based on a target detection model, and acquiring target detection results of objects to be washed in the image to be detected; acquiring and obtaining the image to be detected in a washing area of washing equipment;
respectively searching the detergent type and/or detergent dosage corresponding to the class information of each object to be washed in a pre-constructed database according to the class information in the target detection result of each object to be washed;
and determining the type and/or the amount of the detergent required by washing according to the type and/or the amount of the detergent corresponding to the type information of each object to be washed in the washing equipment.
2. The detergent determination method according to claim 1, wherein the step of respectively searching for the detergent type and/or the detergent amount corresponding to the class information of each object to be washed in a pre-constructed database according to the class information in the target detection result of each object to be washed comprises:
taking the object to be washed with the confidence coefficient larger than the target value in the target detection result as a target object;
and respectively searching the type and/or the dosage of the detergent corresponding to the type information of each target object in the database according to the type information of each target object.
3. The detergent determination method according to claim 1, further comprising:
displaying the detergent type and/or the detergent amount corresponding to the target detection result and the class information of each object to be washed, and the detergent type and/or the detergent amount required by the washing, so that a user can determine whether to re-determine the detergent type and/or the detergent amount required by the washing according to the display result;
when a first instruction for re-determining the type and/or the amount of the detergent required by the washing is received, acquiring a new image to be detected in the washing equipment again;
and carrying out target detection on the new image to be detected based on the target detection model, and re-determining the type and/or the dosage of the detergent required by washing according to the target detection result of each object to be washed in the new image to be detected.

The detergent determination method according to any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein the step of respectively searching for the detergent type and/or the detergent dosage corresponding to the class information of each object to be washed in a pre-constructed database according to the class information in the target detection result of each object to be washed comprises:
when a second instruction for updating the database is received, updating one or more of the category information, the detergent type and the detergent dosage in the database according to the second instruction;
wherein the updating comprises adding, deleting or modifying;
and respectively searching the detergent type and/or the detergent consumption corresponding to the category information of each object to be washed in the updated database according to the category information of each object to be washed.
5. The detergent determination method according to any one of claims 1 to 3, further comprising:
and sending the detergent type and/or the detergent amount required by the washing to the washing equipment, and adding the detergent of the detergent type and/or the detergent amount required by the washing to the washing area by the washing equipment.
6. The detergent determination method according to any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein the performing target detection on the image to be detected based on the target detection model to obtain the target detection result of each object to be washed in the image to be detected comprises:
preprocessing the image to be detected; wherein the pre-processing comprises one or more of resizing, denoising, and normalizing;
and performing target detection on the preprocessed image to be detected based on the target detection model, and acquiring target detection results of all objects to be washed in the preprocessed image to be detected.
7. A detergent determination device, comprising:
the detection module is used for carrying out target detection on the image to be detected based on the target detection model and acquiring the target detection result of each object to be washed in the image to be detected; acquiring and obtaining the image to be detected in a washing area of washing equipment;
the searching module is used for respectively searching the detergent type and/or the detergent consumption corresponding to the class information of each object to be washed in a pre-constructed database according to the class information in the target detection result of each object to be washed;
and the determining module is used for determining the type and/or the amount of the detergent required by washing according to the type and/or the amount of the detergent corresponding to the type information of each object to be washed in the washing equipment.
8. An electronic device comprising a memory, a processor and a computer program stored on the memory and executable on the processor, characterized in that the processor, when executing the program, carries out the steps of the detergent determination method according to any of claims 1 to 6.
9. A non-transitory computer-readable storage medium, on which a computer program is stored, which, when being executed by a processor, carries out the steps of the detergent determination method according to any one of claims 1 to 6.
10. A computer program product comprising a computer program, characterized in that the computer program realizes the steps of the detergent determination method according to any one of claims 1 to 6 when executed by a processor.
