The alert module 103 is configured to issue an alert upon receiving an instruction from the processor. The communication module 204 is configured to enable communication with the floor cleaning appliance and/or other equipment.
By adopting the control device for cleaning the floor, the following technical effects can be realized: and judging whether articles easy to swallow by children exist in the articles to be cleaned according to the size of the articles to be cleaned. If not, the original cleaning process is carried out. If the swallow-prone object exists, an alarm is given to prompt the user, so that the swallow-prone object can be found and cleaned in time. Therefore, the cleaning tool can identify and clean the articles to be cleaned, and can effectively prevent children from eating the cleaning tool by mistake. In addition, the device can be independently placed indoors for use, and can also be installed on other household appliances. The use is flexible and convenient. The household appliances include, but are not limited to, a sweeping robot, a dust collector and an air conditioner.
In addition, the device can be in communication connection with the intelligent household appliance through the communication module 204. For example, the intelligent air conditioner is in communication connection with a home, the detected information is sent to the air conditioner, and the air conditioner is controlled to perform corresponding operations, including sounding a prompt tone, changing the wind direction and the like. Therefore, linkage between intelligent household appliances can be realized, and the use is more convenient.
Alternatively, the detection module 101 may be a radar sensor. The radar sensor includes a terahertz proximity radar sensor, a microwave radar sensor, and the like. In this way, parameters such as the size, distance, and movement speed of the child of the article to be cleaned can be detected.
Alternatively, the detection module 101 may also be an image recognition module. The image recognition module comprises a camera. Therefore, the image recognition module can directly acquire the image information of the area to be detected, and can also determine the motion state and the motion speed of the child according to the change of the images before and after the time interval T.
Optionally, the alarm module 103 includes one or more of an alarm, a light alarm and an audible alarm interconnected with other devices. Therefore, the user can be ensured to receive the alarm prompt in time.
Optionally, the step of issuing an alarm by interconnecting with other devices includes: and sending the prompt information to a mobile phone end and/or a computer end of the user. Therefore, when the user and the control device are in different spaces, the user can know the actual ground condition in time.
Optionally, the Light alarm comprises an LED (Light-Emitting Diode) flashing in a predetermined pattern and/or Emitting Light of a different color. In this way, the user is made aware of easily swallowed items on the floor.
Optionally, the audible alarm comprises a speaker emitting a preset alert tone. Thus, the user can know the current ground situation according to the voice.
Optionally, the control device for floor cleaning further comprises a display screen. The display screen is configured to display a distance from the easy-to-swallow item, a number of easy-to-swallow items, and the like. Therefore, the user can know the ground condition more intuitively and accurately and perform corresponding operation.
As shown in connection with fig. 4, embodiments of the present disclosure provide a method for floor cleaning, comprising:
and S01, detecting the to-be-cleaned object in the area to be detected by the detection module.
And S02, the processor judges whether an easily swallowed article with the size smaller than the preset value exists in the articles to be cleaned.
And S03, if the easily swallowed object exists, the alarm module gives an alarm to prompt the user to clean the easily swallowed object.
And S04, if the swallowable article does not exist, the processor controls the floor cleaning device to perform cleaning operation on the area to be cleaned.
By adopting the method for cleaning the ground, provided by the embodiment of the disclosure, the following technical effects can be realized: and judging whether articles easy to swallow by children exist in the articles to be cleaned according to the size of the articles to be cleaned.
Optionally, the preset value is determined according to the age and/or height of the child. Thus, due to different ages. The articles which are easy to swallow by children with different heights are different in size, different thresholds are set for different children, and the detection result is more accurate.
Optionally, the larger the child's age, the larger the preset value. And/or the higher the height of the child, the larger the preset value. Like this, can adjust the detection default value according to children's age, height, make the testing result more accurate effective.
Optionally, the preset values include a first preset value x and a second preset value y.
Referring to fig. 5, optionally, S02, the processor determining whether there is an easily swallowed article with a size smaller than a preset value in the article to be cleaned includes:
and S021, detecting the length of the to-be-cleaned object in each direction by the detection module, and sending the length to the processor.
S022, the processor compares the acquired plurality of lengths and determines a maximum length and a minimum length.
S023, when the minimum length is smaller than the first preset value x and the maximum length is smaller than the second preset value y, the processor determines that the article to be cleaned is an easily swallowed article.
Therefore, whether the article to be cleaned is an easily swallowed article can be accurately judged.
Wherein, the length of the object to be cleaned in all directions can be obtained by the radar sensor.
Further, the radar sensor can detect the material of the article. And the processor judges whether the easy-to-swallow metal object is a metal object according to the detection result. And if the metal object is the metal object, giving an alarm. Therefore, the user can be reminded of paying attention to metal objects around the child, and the metal objects are prevented from hurting the child. For example, metal objects such as magnetometers can cause greater damage to children than other types of easily swallowed objects.
In other embodiments, the lengths of the cleaning article in all directions can be acquired by the image recognition module. The image recognition module can directly acquire the image information of the area to be detected, and can also determine the motion state and the motion speed of the child according to the change of the images before and after the time interval T.
Still further, the image recognition module can send images of the identified easy-to-swallow items to the user, and the user selects certain items as security items according to actual conditions. During later use, the item is no longer identified as an easy-to-swallow item. Therefore, the situation that the toy, the nipple and other articles with small sizes are identified as easily swallowed articles can be avoided, the detection of the easily swallowed articles is continuously optimized, and the detection result is more accurate.
Optionally, the value range of the first preset value x is [2cm, 4cm ]. In particular, x may be 2.5cm, 3cm or 3.5 cm. The x is set according to the diameter of the esophagus of the child. Because the first preset value is larger than the diameter of the child esophagus, the articles with the size larger than the first preset value cannot enter the child esophagus. In this way, items that are at risk of swallowing can be excluded.
Optionally, the value range of the second preset value y is [5cm, 15cm ]. In this way, a suitable second preset value can be selected. Not only can avoid too small y value to eliminate swallowing risk, but also can avoid too large y value to misjudge the safe article as an easily swallowed article, thereby giving out alarm for many times.
Alternatively, the value of y may be set autonomously by the user. In particular, the user may set the security article according to its size. For example, if the maximum length of the safety toy for children is greater than 8cm, y is set to 8 cm. Thus, erroneous judgment can be reduced while the easy-to-swallow object is ensured to be identified.
Optionally, the alert comprises: the alarm is sent out by interconnecting with other equipment, and/or a light alarm and/or an audio alarm.
More specifically, a plurality of alarm modes may be set. For example, in the automatic cleaning mode, the alarm is a light alarm. In the manual mode, the alarms are light alarms and sound alarms. In this way, different use cases can be distinguished by different alarm modes. The user is prompted, the user is made to know the situation, and meanwhile excessive prompting disturbance to the user is avoided.
As shown in connection with fig. 6, another method for floor cleaning is provided by embodiments of the present disclosure, including:
and S11, detecting the to-be-cleaned object in the area to be detected by the detection module.
And S12, under the condition that the cleaning article exists in the cleaning area, the processor judges whether the easy-to-swallow article with the size smaller than the preset value exists in the cleaning article.
If an easy-to-swallow item is present, S13, the alert module issues an alert to prompt the user to clean the easy-to-swallow item.
And S14, the processor controls the floor cleaning device to enter an automatic sweeping mode.
S15, the processor receives a distance between the easy-to-swallow item and the child.
And S16, controlling the floor cleaning device to stop the automatic sweeping mode when the distance is smaller than the distance threshold value r.
If no easy-to-swallow item is present, S17, the processor controls the floor cleaning device to perform a sweeping operation.
Wherein the value of r is related to the motion state of the child.
By adopting the method for cleaning the ground, whether the object easy to swallow by children exists in the object to be cleaned is judged according to the size of the object to be cleaned. In addition, the movable range of the floor cleaning device is limited by setting the r value, and the floor cleaning device is prevented from being too close to a child to cause collision.
Optionally, the floor cleaning device comprises a sweeping robot.
Optionally, the value of r related to the motion state of the child includes:
in the case where the child is at rest, r 1.
In the case where the child is in motion, r 2.
Wherein r1< r 2.
Therefore, the r value can be adjusted according to the specific motion state of the child, and the adjustment of the r value is more accurate.
Optionally, the value of r2 is related to the movement speed of the child and increases with the increase of the movement speed. Therefore, the limit of the r value is further refined according to the movement speed of the child, so that the value of r is more accurate and closer to the actual situation.
Optionally, r has a value in the range of [0.5m, 1.5m ]. The value range of r1 is [0.5m, 1m ]. The value range of r2 is [1m, 1.5m ]. Like this, children's motion speed is big more, and safety range is big more, can effectively avoid cleaning device to be too close to children.
Furthermore, the detection module detects the speed and the direction of the movement of the child and sends data to the processor, and the processor plans a cleaning path according to the data. Therefore, the cleaning path can be optimized, and the situation that the cleaning path is too close to a child or even collides in the cleaning process is avoided as much as possible.
Optionally, the detection module comprises a radar sensor. In this way, the speed and direction of movement can be directly measured.
As shown in connection with fig. 7, another method for floor cleaning is provided by embodiments of the present disclosure, including:
s21, the detection module detects the cleaning article in the cleaning area.
And S22, under the condition that the cleaning article exists in the cleaning area, the processor judges whether the easy-to-swallow article with the size smaller than the preset value exists in the cleaning article.
If an easy-to-swallow item is present, S23, the alert module issues an alert to prompt the user to clean the easy-to-swallow item.
S24, the processor controls the floor cleaning device to enter a manual sweeping mode.
If no easy-to-swallow item is present, S25, the processor controls the floor cleaning device to perform a sweeping operation.
By adopting the method for cleaning the ground, the following technical effects can be realized: and judging whether articles easy to swallow by children exist in the articles to be cleaned according to the size of the articles to be cleaned. In addition, compare in automatic cleaning, can accurately clear up easily swallowed article fast more by user manual control, also can avoid too close to children at the cleaning in-process, bump. Optionally, the floor cleaning apparatus comprises a vacuum cleaner.
Optionally, the alarm is divided into multiple modes to reflect different ground conditions. For example, the alert mode may be refined based on the number of easy-to-swallow items. Specifically, the processor obtains the number of easily swallowed items, and if the number of easily swallowed items is 1, the alarm module sends out a prompt A, such as a yellow light. If the number of easily swallowed objects is greater than 1, the alarm module gives a prompt B, such as a red light. After all the swallowable objects are cleaned, the alarm module gives out a prompt C, such as a green light. Therefore, different practical situations can be distinguished through different prompts, and a user can more clearly master the ground situation so as to carry out the next operation. The situation that the user cleans incompletely in a manual cleaning mode to cause repeated alarm sending is avoided.
Optionally, the alarm includes that the distance between the user's cell-phone end and the easily swallowed object, the position of the easily swallowed object and so on are sent to the user, let the user make clear of the position of the easily swallowed object, are favorable to the user to find the easily swallowed object fast and clear up.
