According to a seventh aspect of the present invention, there is provided a temperature acquisition apparatus comprising: a body; the temperature acquisition assembly is arranged on the body; and the communication device is arranged on the body and is used for being in communication connection with the cooking device and/or the terminal.
The invention provides a temperature acquisition device which comprises a body, a communication device and a temperature acquisition assembly. The temperature acquisition device is arranged on the body, and the communication device is also arranged on the body. The temperature acquisition device can communicate with the cooking device and the terminal through the communication device. The temperature acquisition device is arranged in a cooking cavity of the cooking device, acquires temperature data of the cooking cavity through the temperature acquisition assembly, sends the temperature data to the terminal through the communication device to be output and displayed, and sends the temperature data to the cooking device so as to control the cooking process according to the temperature data.
In addition, according to the temperature acquisition device in the above technical solution provided by the present invention, the following additional technical features may also be provided:
in one possible design, the temperature acquisition assembly includes: the first temperature sensor is arranged at the first end of the body and used for collecting the temperature value in the cavity of the cooking device; and the second temperature sensor is arranged at the second end of the body and used for collecting the temperature value of the food material of the cooking device.
In this design, the temperature acquisition assembly includes a first temperature sensor and a second temperature sensor. The first temperature sensor and the second temperature sensor are respectively arranged at the first end and the second end of the body. The second end of the body is used for being inserted into food materials in the cooking cavity, and the second temperature sensor arranged at the second end of the body is used for collecting the internal temperature of the food materials. A method of selecting a temperature collection device, a selection device of a temperature collection device, a cooking device, a terminal, a temperature collection device, and a readable storage medium according to some embodiments of the present invention are described below with reference to fig. 1 to 12.

as shown in fig. 1, a first embodiment of the present invention provides a method for selecting a temperature acquisition device, which specifically includes:
step 102, controlling the cooking device to start to operate according to a set mode;
104, acquiring a plurality of temperature data through a plurality of temperature acquisition devices;
and 106, screening a target temperature acquisition device in the plurality of temperature acquisition devices according to the plurality of temperature data.
Wherein, the number of the temperature acquisition devices is N, N is more than 1, and N is an integer. The number of the temperature data is also N, and the temperature data corresponds to the temperature acquisition device.
The selection method of the temperature acquisition device provided by the embodiment of the invention is used for selecting and acquiring the temperature acquisition device of the temperature in the cavity of the cooking device and/or the temperature of the food material. Wherein, a plurality of temperature acquisition devices homoenergetic are gathered temperature data. The number of the temperature acquisition devices is N, N is an integer and is more than 1.
And in the process of operating the cooking device in the set mode, acquiring the temperature data acquired by each temperature acquisition device, wherein the temperature data correspond to the temperature sensors, namely, each temperature data is acquired by the corresponding temperature acquisition device. By analyzing and processing each of the plurality of temperature data, a target temperature acquisition device of the plurality of temperature acquisition devices located within a cooking cavity of the cooking appliance can be determined.
Cooking device and a plurality of temperature acquisition device communication connection, through carrying out analysis processes to the temperature data that temperature acquisition device gathered in cooking device operation process, can confirm the target sensor who is located cooking device's culinary art intracavity among a plurality of temperature acquisition device, realized the automatic selection to temperature acquisition device. Under the condition that the cooking device is connected with a plurality of temperature acquisition devices, a user does not need to manually select a temperature sensor, operation steps of the user are reduced, and use experience of the user is improved.
It is worth mentioning that the above selection method may be applied to the terminal and/or the cooking appliance.
The terminal controls the cooking device to operate in a set mode by sending an instruction to the cooking device, is connected with a plurality of temperature acquisition devices, reads temperature data acquired by the temperature acquisition devices in the operation process of the cooking device, and determines the temperature acquisition devices in a cooking cavity of the cooking device according to the temperature data.
In some embodiments, the terminal is a mobile phone, the cooking device is a steaming and baking integrated machine, and the temperature acquisition device is a temperature probe with a bluetooth function. The mobile phone is in communication connection with the temperature sensor through the Bluetooth, and the mobile phone is in communication connection with the steaming and baking integrated machine through the Bluetooth. A user puts one of the plurality of Bluetooth probes into the cooking cavity, and the mobile phone determines that the plurality of temperature probes are connected with the Bluetooth of the mobile phone in the process of searching the temperature probes through the Bluetooth. The user sends a control instruction to the steaming and baking all-in-one machine through the mobile phone so that the steaming and baking all-in-one machine operates in a set mode, temperature data acquired by the temperature probe are read through the mobile phone, the target temperature acquisition device located in the cooking cavity is determined according to the read plurality of temperature data, namely, the data processing process is carried out in the mobile phone, and the data processing amount of the cooking device is reduced. The temperature probes in the cooking cavity can be quickly selected under the condition that the mobile phone of the user is connected with the plurality of temperature probes.
During the operation process of the cooking device, the cooking device needs to cook according to the temperature data acquired by the temperature acquisition device positioned in the cooking cavity. The user passes through cooking device's operating panel, and direct control cooking device moves under the mode of setting for, and cooking device obtains the temperature data that temperature acquisition device gathered at cooking device operation in-process, confirms the temperature acquisition device who is in cooking device's culinary art intracavity according to temperature data.
In some embodiments, the cooking device is a steaming and baking integrated machine, and the temperature acquisition device is a temperature probe with a Bluetooth function. The user puts into the culinary art intracavity with one in a plurality of bluetooth probes, evaporates roast all-in-one and goes up direct and nearby temperature acquisition device communication connection after the electricity. The steaming and baking integrated machine starts to operate in a set mode, temperature data acquired by the temperature probes are acquired, a target temperature acquisition device located in a cooking cavity is determined according to a plurality of read temperature data, after the target temperature acquisition device is automatically selected, the cooking device continues to execute normal cooking steps, the temperature data acquired by the target temperature acquisition device is used as a control basis, the cooking device can automatically select the temperature probes located in the cooking cavity before cooking starts, and the accuracy of temperature parameters in the subsequent cooking process is improved.
As shown in fig. 2, in any of the above embodiments, the step of screening the target temperature acquisition device in the plurality of temperature acquisition devices according to the plurality of temperature data specifically includes:
step 202, acquiring a set temperature change curve corresponding to a set mode;
step 204, screening a plurality of temperature data by setting a temperature change curve to obtain target temperature data;
and step 206, determining a target temperature acquisition device according to the target temperature data.
In this embodiment, the target temperature acquisition device is selected according to the plurality of temperature data, and a set temperature change curve corresponding to the operation of the cooking device needs to be obtained first, and the set temperature change curve is a curve in which the temperature changes with time. A plurality of temperature data collected by a plurality of temperature collecting devices are screened by setting a temperature change curve, so that target temperature data conforming to the set temperature change curve are determined, and the temperature collecting devices collecting the target temperature data are target temperature collecting devices arranged in the cooking cavity.
In some embodiments, in the case of screening the target temperature collection device by using a mobile phone, the mobile phone communicates with the server through an APP (application program) or directly communicates with the cooking device to obtain a set temperature change curve corresponding to the set mode.
It can be understood that the setting mode is only used for screening a plurality of temperature acquisition devices, the operating parameters of the setting mode are prestored in the cooking device before the cooking device leaves a factory, and the set temperature change curve corresponding to the setting mode is also prestored in the cooking device.
As shown in fig. 3, in any of the above embodiments, the step of screening a plurality of temperature data by setting a temperature variation curve to obtain target temperature data specifically includes:
step 302, determining the acquisition time corresponding to a plurality of temperature data;
step 304, extracting a set temperature value from a set temperature change curve according to the acquisition time;
step 306, calculating according to a temperature value in the plurality of temperature values and a set temperature value to obtain a plurality of temperature difference values;
step 308, selecting a target temperature difference value from the plurality of temperature difference values according to the set difference value to determine target temperature data.
In this embodiment, the temperature data includes a temperature value and a collection time corresponding to the temperature value. And determining the acquisition moments of the plurality of temperature data, and searching for corresponding set temperature values in the set change temperature curve according to the acquisition moments. And calculating difference values of the set temperature values and the temperature values in the plurality of temperature data respectively to obtain a plurality of temperature difference values, wherein the plurality of temperature difference values correspond to the plurality of temperature sensors one to one. And comparing the plurality of temperature difference values with the target temperature difference values one by one, and taking the temperature difference value with the temperature difference value smaller than the target temperature difference value as the target temperature difference value. Because the temperature difference is smaller than the target temperature difference, it can be determined that the temperature data corresponding to the target temperature difference is similar to the temperature data in the set temperature change curve, and thus the temperature data is the target temperature data. And searching a temperature acquisition device corresponding to the acquired target temperature data as a target temperature acquisition device.
In any of the above embodiments, the cooking appliance includes a cooking cavity and a heating device. The heating device is used for heating the cooking cavity, wherein the heating device comprises a steam generating device and/or an electric heating device. Controlling the cooking device to start to operate according to a set mode, which specifically comprises the following steps: and controlling the heating device to intermittently heat the cooking cavity.
In this embodiment, a cooking cavity is provided in the cooking device, the cooking cavity is used for containing food materials, and the heating device is used for inputting heat into the cooking cavity so as to heat and cook the food materials contained in the cooking cavity. Heating devices include, but are not limited to, electric heating devices and steam generating devices. The cooking device is one of a steam box, an oven, a steaming and baking integrated machine and a micro steaming and baking integrated machine.
And in the process that the cooking device operates according to the set mode, the heating device is controlled to intermittently heat the cooking cavity. Through controlling heating device intermittent type formula heating, can make the temperature data that the temperature acquisition device that is located the culinary art intracavity gathered, distinguish with the temperature data that the temperature acquisition device that is located outside the culinary art chamber gathered more easily.
As shown in fig. 4, in some embodiments, the heating device is an electric heating device. And in the process that the cooking device operates according to the set mode, the electric heating device stops operating for the second time after operating for the first time at the set power, and stops operating for the fourth time after operating for the third time at the set power.
In other embodiments, the heating device is a steam generating device. And in the process that the cooking device operates according to the set mode, the steam generating device stops operating for the second time after operating for the first time at the set power, and stops operating for the fourth time after operating for the third time at the set power.
In other embodiments, the heating device is a steam generating device and an electric heating device. And in the process that the cooking device operates according to the set mode, the steam generating device and the electric heating device operate for the first time length at the set power, then stop operating for the second time length, operate for the third time length at the set power, and then stop operating for the fourth time length.
In these embodiments, the first duration, the second duration, the third duration, and the fourth duration are the same duration. The first duration, the second duration, the third duration, and the fourth duration may also be selected to be different durations.
In any of the above embodiments, the step of acquiring a plurality of temperature data by a plurality of temperature acquisition devices specifically includes: and reading the temperature data acquired by each temperature acquisition device when the heating device stops running.
In this embodiment, the temperature data acquired by the plurality of temperature acquisition devices is read when the heating device stops operating. Because heating device stopped operation, the intracavity temperature value of culinary art chamber rises fastly slowly, and intracavity temperature value is steady relatively promptly, and when heating device stopped operation, the temperature data that the temperature acquisition device that is located the culinary art intracavity gathered are more accurate. The condition that the temperature acquisition device in the cooking cavity cannot be identified due to inaccurate temperature data acquired by the temperature acquisition device in the cavity is avoided, and the accuracy of automatic identification and selection of the temperature acquisition device in the cooking cavity is further improved.
In any of the above embodiments, the method for selecting a temperature acquisition device is applied to a cooking device or a terminal, and after the step of screening a target temperature acquisition device among a plurality of temperature acquisition devices, the method further includes: the control terminal is in communication connection with the target temperature acquisition device, and/or the cooking device is controlled to be in communication connection with the target temperature acquisition device.
In this embodiment, the above method for selectively controlling the temperature acquisition device is applied to a terminal or a cooking device. After the target temperature acquisition device is selected, the control terminal and/or the cooking device are/is connected with the target temperature acquisition device through the communication device. In the subsequent culinary art operation process of cooking device, the temperature data that target collection system gathered directly transmits to the terminal through communication device and exports the demonstration, makes the user can know the intracavity temperature in the cooking device and eat the material temperature from the terminal, can also send temperature data to cooking device, and the cooking device of being convenient for controls subsequent culinary art operation according to temperature data.
In any of the above embodiments, the temperature acquisition device-based selection method is applied to a terminal, and before the step of acquiring a plurality of temperature data by a plurality of temperature acquisition devices, the method further includes: the terminal sends a control instruction to the cooking device so that the cooking device can operate according to a set mode.
In this embodiment, the temperature acquisition device can also be used for the terminal, before the step of operating the cooking device in the set mode, the terminal sends a corresponding control instruction to the cooking device, and after receiving the control instruction, the cooking device starts to operate in the set mode.
In some embodiments, the control instruction includes a cooking instruction of the cooking device, and after the cooking device receives the cooking instruction, before cooking starts, whether a plurality of temperature collecting devices are connected to the terminal or the cooking device is detected. After detecting that the terminal or the cooking device is connected with a plurality of temperature acquisition devices, the cooking device operates in a set mode, reads the temperature data of the plurality of temperature acquisition devices and selects a target temperature acquisition device. After the target collection device is selected, the cooking device enters a cooking mode corresponding to a cooking instruction, the operation of the cooking device is controlled according to temperature data collected by the target temperature collection device, meanwhile, the temperature data collected by the target temperature collection device is transmitted to the terminal, so that a user can check temperature information in the cooking device through the terminal, and the effect of automatically identifying the target temperature collection device before cooking is started is achieved.
In other embodiments, the control instructions only include instructions for setting an operation mode, the cooking device operates in the setting mode, the temperature data of the plurality of temperature acquisition devices is read, and the target temperature acquisition device is selected. And establishing communication connection between the target temperature acquisition device and the cooking device and/or the terminal. The temperature acquisition device realizes that the user automatically identifies and matches the corresponding temperature acquisition device through the terminal, and is suitable for the terminal to be connected with the cooking device for the first time and to be connected with the temperature acquisition device for the first time.

as shown in fig. 5, a second embodiment of the present invention provides a temperature acquisition device selection device 500, including:
a control unit 502 for controlling the cooking apparatus to start operating according to a set mode;
an obtaining unit 504, configured to collect multiple temperature data through multiple temperature collecting devices;
the selecting unit 506 is configured to screen a target temperature acquisition device of the plurality of temperature acquisition devices according to the plurality of temperature data.

The selection device 500 of the temperature acquisition device provided by the embodiment of the invention is used for selecting and acquiring the temperature acquisition device of the temperature and/or the temperature of the food material in the cavity of the cooking device. Wherein, a plurality of temperature acquisition devices all can gather temperature data. The number of the temperature acquisition devices is N, N is an integer and is more than 1.
In the process of operating the cooking device in the set mode, temperature data acquired by each temperature acquisition device is acquired, the temperature data correspond to the temperature sensors, and each temperature data is acquired by the corresponding temperature acquisition device. The temperature probes in the cooking cavity can be quickly selected under the condition that the mobile phone of the user is connected with the plurality of temperature probes.
During the operation process of the cooking device, the cooking device needs to cook according to the temperature data acquired by the temperature acquisition device positioned in the cooking cavity. In any of the above embodiments, the selecting unit 506 is further configured to obtain a set temperature variation curve corresponding to the set mode; screening a plurality of temperature data by setting a temperature change curve to obtain target temperature data; and determining a target temperature acquisition device according to the target temperature data.
In this embodiment, the target temperature acquisition device is selected according to a plurality of temperature data, and a set temperature change curve corresponding to the operation of the cooking device needs to be obtained first, where the set temperature change curve is a curve in which the temperature changes with time. A plurality of temperature data collected by a plurality of temperature collecting devices are screened by setting a temperature change curve, so that target temperature data conforming to the set temperature change curve are determined, and the temperature collecting devices collecting the target temperature data are target temperature collecting devices arranged in the cooking cavity.
In some embodiments, in the case of screening the target temperature collection device by using a mobile phone, the mobile phone communicates with the server through an APP (application program) or directly communicates with the cooking device to obtain a set temperature change curve corresponding to the set mode.
It can be understood that the setting mode is only used for screening a plurality of temperature acquisition devices, the operating parameters of the setting mode are prestored in the cooking device before the cooking device leaves a factory, and the set temperature change curve corresponding to the setting mode is also prestored in the cooking device.
In any of the above embodiments, the selecting unit 506 is further configured to: determining the acquisition time corresponding to a plurality of temperature data; extracting a set temperature value from a set temperature change curve according to the acquisition time; calculating according to a temperature value in the plurality of temperature values and a set temperature value to obtain a plurality of temperature difference values; and selecting a target temperature difference value from the plurality of temperature difference values according to the set difference value to determine target temperature data.
In this embodiment, the temperature data includes a temperature value and a collection time corresponding to the temperature value. And determining the acquisition moments of the plurality of temperature data, and searching for corresponding set temperature values in the set change temperature curve according to the acquisition moments. And performing difference calculation on the set temperature values and the temperature values in the plurality of temperature data respectively to obtain a plurality of temperature difference values, wherein the plurality of temperature difference values correspond to the plurality of temperature sensors one to one. And comparing the plurality of temperature difference values with the target temperature difference values one by one, and taking the temperature difference value with the temperature difference value smaller than the target temperature difference value as the target temperature difference value. Because the temperature difference is smaller than the target temperature difference, it can be determined that the temperature data corresponding to the target temperature difference is similar to the temperature data in the set temperature change curve, and thus the temperature data is the target temperature data. And searching a temperature acquisition device corresponding to the acquired target temperature data as a target temperature acquisition device.
In any of the above embodiments, the cooking device includes a cooking cavity and a heating device. The heating device is used for heating the cooking cavity, wherein the heating device comprises a steam generating device and/or an electric heating device. According to the setting mode, the control unit 502 is further configured to: and controlling the heating device to intermittently heat the cooking cavity.

Terminal 1000 can be selected from a cell phone, a tablet computer, a laptop computer, and the like.

as shown in fig. 12, a seventh embodiment of the present invention provides a temperature acquisition apparatus 1200, including: a body 1220, a temperature collection assembly 1240, and a communication device 1260.
The temperature collection assembly 1240 is disposed in the body 1220;
the communication device 1260 is disposed on the body 1220, and the communication device 1260 is used for communication connection with the cooking device and/or the terminal.
The temperature acquisition device 1200 provided by the embodiment of the invention comprises a body 1220, a communication device 1260 and a temperature acquisition assembly 1240. The temperature collecting device 1200 is disposed on the body 1220, and the communication device 1260 is also disposed on the body 1220. The temperature collection device 1200 can communicate with the cooking appliance and the terminal through the communication device 1260. Temperature acquisition device 1200 sets up in cooking device's culinary art intracavity, gathers the temperature data in cooking chamber through temperature acquisition subassembly 1240 to send temperature data to the terminal through communication device 1260 and export the demonstration, and send temperature data to cooking device, so that cooking device controls the culinary art process according to temperature data.

the second temperature sensor 1244 is disposed at the second end of the body 1220, and is used for collecting a temperature value of the food material of the cooking apparatus.
In this embodiment, the temperature acquisition assembly 1240 includes a first temperature sensor 1242 and a second temperature sensor 1244. A first temperature sensor 1242 and a second temperature sensor 1244 are provided at the first end and the second end of the body 1220, respectively. A second end of the body 1220 is for insertion into the ingredients of the cooking cavity, and a second temperature sensor 1244 provided at the second end of the body 1220 is for collecting the internal temperature of the ingredients. A first temperature sensor 1242 is provided at a first end of the body 1220, the first end being for collecting a temperature value within the cooking cavity.
The temperature acquisition device 1200 is a probe-type temperature sensor, and the communication device 1260 can be a wireless communication device 1260, such as a bluetooth device. After the second end of the probe is inserted into the food material, the first end is located in the cooking cavity, the temperature data in the cavity of the cooking cavity is collected through the first temperature sensor 1242, and the temperature data of the food material is collected through the second temperature sensor 1244 located inside the food material. And transmits the food material temperature data and the cavity temperature data to the terminal and the cooking appliance through the wireless communication means 1260.
Example eight:

in the operation process of the cooking device, N temperature data are obtained through N temperature acquisition devices, wherein the N temperature data correspond to the N temperature acquisition devices respectively, and N is an integer greater than 1;
selecting a target temperature acquisition device of the N temperature acquisition devices according to the N temperature data;
the step of selecting a target temperature acquisition device of the N temperature acquisition devices according to the N temperature data specifically includes:
acquiring a set temperature change curve, wherein the set temperature change curve corresponds to the set mode;
screening the target temperature data in the N temperature data according to the set temperature change curve;
determining that the temperature acquisition device corresponding to the target temperature data is the target temperature acquisition device;
the step of screening the target temperature data from the N temperature data according to the set temperature variation curve specifically includes:
acquiring the acquisition moments of the N temperature data, and acquiring a set temperature value in the set temperature change curve according to the acquisition moments;
difference calculation is carried out on temperature values corresponding to the N temperature data and the set temperature value respectively to obtain N temperature difference values;
screening a target temperature difference value in the N temperature difference values according to a set difference value, and determining the temperature data corresponding to the target temperature difference value as target temperature data;
and controlling the terminal or the cooking device to be connected with the target temperature acquisition device.
2. The method for selecting the temperature acquisition device according to claim 1, wherein the cooking device comprises a heating device and a cooking cavity, and the method for controlling the cooking device to operate according to a set mode specifically comprises the following steps:
controlling the heating device to intermittently input heat into the cooking cavity;
wherein the heating device comprises an electric heating device and/or a steam generating device.
3. The method for selecting the temperature acquisition device according to claim 2, wherein the step of acquiring N temperature data by N temperature acquisition devices during the operation of the cooking device specifically comprises:
and reading the temperature data of each temperature acquisition device in the N temperature acquisition devices when the heating device stops inputting heat into the cooking cavity.
4. The method for selecting a temperature collection device according to claim 1, wherein the method for selecting a temperature collection device is used for a terminal, and further comprises, before the step of controlling the cooking device to operate according to a set mode:
and sending a control instruction to the cooking device to control the cooking device to operate according to a set mode.

the selection unit is used for selecting a target temperature acquisition device from the N temperature acquisition devices according to the N temperature data;
the step of selecting a target temperature acquisition device of the N temperature acquisition devices according to the N temperature data specifically includes:
acquiring a set temperature change curve, wherein the set temperature change curve corresponds to the set mode;
screening the target temperature data in the N temperature data according to the set temperature change curve;
determining that the temperature acquisition device corresponding to the target temperature data is the target temperature acquisition device;
the step of screening the target temperature data from the N temperature data according to the set temperature variation curve specifically includes:
acquiring the acquisition time of the N temperature data, and acquiring a set temperature value in the set temperature change curve according to the acquisition time;
calculating difference values of temperature values corresponding to the N temperature data and the set temperature value respectively to obtain N temperature difference values;
screening a target temperature difference value in the N temperature difference values according to a set difference value, and determining the temperature data corresponding to the target temperature difference value as target temperature data;
after the step of selecting a target temperature acquisition device of the N temperature acquisition devices according to the N temperature data, the method further comprises:
and the control terminal or the cooking device is connected with the target temperature acquisition device.

selection means for a temperature acquisition device according to claim 5.
9. A terminal, comprising:
a memory having a program or instructions stored therein;
a processor executing a program or instructions stored in the memory to implement the steps of the method of selecting a temperature acquisition device according to any of the preceding claims 1 to 4.
10. A temperature acquisition device characterized by performing the steps of the method for selecting a temperature acquisition device according to any one of the preceding claims 1 to 4, the temperature acquisition device comprising:
a body;
the temperature acquisition assembly is arranged on the body;
and the communication device is arranged on the body and is used for being in communication connection with the cooking device and/or the terminal.
11. The temperature-acquisition device of claim 10, wherein the temperature-acquisition assembly comprises:
the first temperature sensor is arranged at the first end of the body and used for collecting the temperature value in the cavity of the cooking device;
and the second temperature sensor is arranged at the second end of the body and is used for collecting the temperature value of the food material of the cooking device.
12. A readable storage medium, characterized in that it has stored thereon a program or instructions which, when executed by a processor, implement the steps of the method of selecting a temperature acquisition device according to any one of claims 1 to 4.
