水稻是稻属谷类作物,代表种为稻。水稻原产于中国和印度,七千年前中国长江流域的先民们就曾种植水稻。世界上近一半人口以大米为主食。水稻除可食用外,还可以酿酒、制糖作I业原料,稻壳和稻秆可以作为牲畜饲料。中国水稻主产区主要是长江流域、珠江流域、东北地区。水稻属于直接经济作物,大米饭是中国居民的主食,目前国内的水稻种植面积常规稻是2.45亿亩,而杂交稻的种植面积是2亿亩。
近年来,随着经济的发展,工业、农业以及城市生活垃圾的排放造成土壤重金属污染与土壤盐碱化越来越严重,重金属污染与其他有机化合物的污染不同,不少有机化合物可以通过自然界本身物理的、化学的或生物的净化,使有害性降低或解除,而重金属具有富集性,很难在环境中降解。土壤的重金属污染不仅直接的威胁到人们的生命安全,还使农产品种子的萌发例如水稻种子的萌发受到严重的影响,进而严重影响水稻的产量,甚至使出产的稻米受到污染,影响食用者的身体健康。另外,我国有盐碱地区面积约占总耕地面积的10%,主要分布在干旱、半干旱地区和滨海地区。随着土壤次生盐碱化现象日趋严重,土壤盐碱化已成为制约盐碱地水稻生产主要的因素之一,故开展水稻种质资源的耐盐性综合评价和耐盐品种筛选提高水稻种子的耐盐性,对于有效利用盐碱地,促进盐碱地水稻栽培具有重要现实意义。
发明内容
为此,本发明实施例提供一种可提高水稻种子性能的浸种催芽方法,通过培养液的配备,使用茶鞣质、聚二甲基硅氧烷、姜黄素和烷基苯磺酸钠对水稻种子的浸渍,能大大增加水稻种子的抗氧化性,促进种子的出芽,有利于后期水稻生长,氢氧化钾和氯化汞对水稻种子的浸渍,能有效提高水稻秧苗的耐盐碱性能,提高盐碱土壤的水稻种植产量,通过营养液的配备,利用花椒水、杜仲水、多效唑和解草啶,在刺激水稻种子出芽的同时,进一步抑制了重金属的毒性,同时对出芽后水稻幼苗提供了营养,提高了水稻食用的安全性,硫酸锌、芸苔素内酯、DA-6胺鲜酯和6-糠氨基嘌呤液能抑制病细菌的滋生,使出芽率高,出芽整齐,抗逆性强,操作简单,以解决现有技术中由于土壤的重金属污染与土壤盐碱化导致水稻种子的自然萌发率低,严重影响水稻产量,出产的水稻影响食用者身体健康的问题。
为了实现上述目的,本发明实施例提供如下技术方案:一种可提高水稻种子性能的浸种催芽方法,具体步骤如下:
步骤一:选种及种子的清洗风干:挑选颗粒饱满的种子在乙醇水溶液中洗净,随后用12-17℃的温水浸泡5-7小时,后将种子以1-2cm的厚度平铺在竹席上,沥水45-53min,将竹席转移到通风、干燥的地方晾晒8-10h,得到干燥的水稻种子;
步骤二:培养液的配备:向烧杯中加入蒸馏水,后按氢氧化钾0.3-0.5g/L、氯化汞1-2g/L、氯化胆碱0.5-1.2g/L、胆碱酯酶0.1-0.3g/L、茶鞣质7-83mg/L、聚二甲基硅氧烷3-5g/L,姜黄素3-5g/L和烷基苯磺酸钠1.2-1.5g/L的配比辅助以20-25KHZ的超声震动,得到培养液,后将水稻种子在26-28℃的培养液浸泡11-12h;
步骤三:催芽箱的配备:准备具有漏水功能的催芽箱,在催芽箱底部放置接水容器,备少量腐熟的麦麸及秸秆粉末与沙土混合,再利用铲子将混合沙土摊平到催芽箱底部内,后淋湿混合沙土,再在催芽箱中准备可调节温度的加温器和呈环状分布的水管,在水管上设置喷雾头;
步骤四:埋种:将浸泡过的种子按10-25mm的深度埋到混合沙土中,使催芽箱内温度保持在22-28℃,空气湿度在29-36%,静置6-9h;
步骤五:营养液的配备:将1.0%硫酸锌、2.5g/L花椒水、2.0%杜仲水、多效唑500-700倍液、1.5mg/L解草啶、芸苔素内酯1900-2500倍液、DA-6胺鲜酯2000-2200倍液和6-糠氨基嘌呤1400-1700倍液按比例混合制得营养液;
步骤六:催长:将营养液通入到水管内,每5-6h打开一次喷雾头对混合沙土进行加湿,使催芽箱内温度上升到29-32℃,空气湿度在37-43%,静置15-26h皮;
步骤七:出芽播种:将催芽箱内温度降低到15-18℃,将空气湿度降低到25-30%,保持1-2h,再将催芽箱升温到30-34℃,空气湿度升高到32-40%,保持0.8-1.9h,连续2-3次,在升温时同时按每平方米100ml的营养液用量用喷雾对混合沙土进行加湿,后对出芽的稻种进行播种。
进一步地,在步骤一中的种子长直径为7-10mm,种子平铺在竹席上的厚度为1-2cm,乙醇水溶液由碳酸氢钠、乙醇、水按7:10:350的比例混合而成。
进一步地,在步骤二中的水稻种子与培养液的料液比为200-500g/L。
进一步地,在步骤三中混合沙土的含水量为55%-65%。
进一步地,在步骤五中1.0%硫酸锌、2.5g/L花椒水、2.0%杜仲水、多效唑500-700倍液、1.5mg/L解草啶、芸苔素内酯1900-2500倍液、DA-6胺鲜酯2000-2200倍液和6-糠氨基嘌呤1400-1700倍液的混合比例为0.7:0.6:1:0.58:1.2:2:1:0.8。
进一步地,在步骤六中混合沙土的含水量为66%-75%。
本发明实施例具有如下优点:
1、本发明通过培养液的配备,与现有技术相比,使用茶鞣质、聚二甲基硅氧烷、姜黄素和烷基苯磺酸钠对水稻种子的浸渍,能大大增加水稻种子的抗氧化性,促进种子的出芽,有利于后期水稻生长,氢氧化钾和氯化汞对水稻种子的浸渍,能有效提高水稻秧苗的耐盐碱性能,提高盐碱土壤的水稻种植产量;
2、本发明通过营养液的配备,与现有技术相比,利用花椒水、杜仲水、多效唑和解草啶,在刺激水稻种子出芽的同时,进一步抑制了重金属的毒性,为出芽后的水稻提供了营养,提高了水稻食用的安全性,硫酸锌、芸苔素内酯、DA-6胺鲜酯和6-糠氨基嘌呤液能抑制病细菌的滋生,使出芽率高,出芽整齐,抗逆性强,操作简单。

实施例1:
本发明提供一种可提高水稻种子性能的浸种催芽方法,具体步骤如下:
步骤一:选种及种子的清洗风干:将碳酸氢钠、乙醇、水按7:10:350的比例混合制成乙醇水溶液,挑选长直径为7-10mm的种子在配好的乙醇水溶液中洗净,随后用12-17℃的温水浸泡5-7小时,后将种子以1-2cm的厚度平铺在竹席上,沥水45min,将竹席转移到通风、干燥的地方晾晒8-10h;
步骤二:培养液的配备:向烧杯中加入蒸馏水,后按氢氧化钾0.3g/L、氯化汞1g/L、氯化胆碱0.5g/L、胆碱酯酶0.1g/L、茶鞣质7μg/mL、聚二甲基硅氧烷3g/L,姜黄素3g/L和烷基苯磺酸钠1.2g/L的配比辅助以20kHz的超声震动,得到培养液,后按水稻种子与培养液为500g/L的料液比,将水稻种子在26-28℃的培养液浸泡11h;

步骤四:埋种:将浸泡过的种子按25mm的深度埋到混合沙土中,使催芽箱内温度保持在22℃,空气湿度在29%,静置6h;
步骤五:营养液的配备:将1.0%硫酸锌、2.5g/L花椒水、2.0%杜仲水、多效唑700倍液、1.5mg/L解草啶、芸苔素内酯2500倍液、DA-6胺鲜酯2200倍液和6-糠氨基嘌呤1700倍液按0.7:0.6:1:0.58:1.2:2:1:0.8的比例混合制得营养液;
步骤六:催长:将营养液通入到水管内,每6h打开一次喷雾头对混合沙土进行加湿,让混合沙土的含水量保持在66%,使催芽箱内温度上升到29℃,空气湿度在37%,静置15h;
步骤七:出芽播种:将催芽箱内温度降低到15℃,将空气湿度降低到25%,保持1h,再将催芽箱升温到30℃,空气湿度升高到32%,保持0.8h,连续2次,在升温时同时按每平方米100ml的营养液用量用喷雾对混合沙土进行加湿,后对出芽的稻种进行播种。
实施例2:
本发明提供一种可提高水稻种子性能的浸种催芽方法,具体步骤如下:
步骤一:选种及种子的清洗风干:将碳酸氢钠、乙醇、水按7:10:350的比例混合制成乙醇水溶液,挑选长直径为7-10mm的种子在配好的乙醇水溶液中洗净,随后用12-17℃的温水浸泡5-7小时,后将种子以1-2cm的厚度平铺在竹席上,沥水50min,将竹席转移到通风、干燥的地方晾晒8-10h;
步骤二:培养液的配备:向烧杯中加入蒸馏水,后按氢氧化钾0.4g/L、氯化汞1.5g/L、氯化胆碱0.8g/L、胆碱酯酶0.2g/L、茶鞣质51μg/mL、聚二甲基硅氧烷4g/L,姜黄素4g/L和烷基苯磺酸钠1.35g/L的配比辅助以23kHz的超声震动,得到培养液,后按水稻种子与培养液为350g/L的料液比,将水稻种子在26-28℃的培养液浸泡11h;
步骤三:催芽箱的配备:准备具有漏水功能的催芽箱,在催芽箱底部放置接水容器,备少量腐熟的麦麸及秸秆粉末与沙土混合,再利用铲子将混合沙土摊平到催芽箱底部内,后淋湿混合沙土,使混合沙土的含水量为60%,再在催芽箱中准备可调节温度的加温器和呈环状分布的水管,在水管上设置喷雾头;
步骤四:埋种:将浸泡过的种子按18mm的深度埋到混合沙土中,使催芽箱内温度保持在26℃,空气湿度在33%,静置8h;
步骤五:营养液的配备:将1.0%硫酸锌、2.5g/L花椒水、2.0%杜仲水、多效唑600倍液、1.5mg/L解草啶、芸苔素内酯2200倍液、DA-6胺鲜酯2100倍液和6-糠氨基嘌呤1550倍液按0.7:0.6:1:0.58:1.2:2:1:0.8的比例混合制得营养液;
步骤六:催长:将营养液通入到水管内,每5.5h打开一次喷雾头对混合沙土进行加湿,让混合沙土的含水量保持在70%,使催芽箱内温度上升到30.5℃,空气湿度在40%,静置20h;
步骤七:出芽播种:将催芽箱内温度降低到16.5℃,将空气湿度降低到27%,保持1.5h,再将催芽箱升温到32℃,空气湿度升高到36%,保持1.5h,连续3次,在升温时同时按每平方米100ml的营养液用量用喷雾对混合沙土进行加湿,后对出芽的稻种进行播种。
实施例3:
本发明提供一种可提高水稻种子性能的浸种催芽方法,具体步骤如下:
步骤一:选种及种子的清洗风干:将碳酸氢钠、乙醇、水按7:10:350的比例混合制成乙醇水溶液,挑选长直径为7-10mm的种子在配好的乙醇水溶液中洗净,随后用12-17℃的温水浸泡5-7小时,后将种子以1cm的厚度平铺在竹席上,沥水53min,将竹席转移到通风、干燥的地方晾晒8-10h;
步骤二:培养液的配备:向烧杯中加入蒸馏水,后按氢氧化钾0.5g/L、氯化汞2g/L、氯化胆碱1.2g/L、胆碱酯酶0.3g/L、茶鞣质83μg/mL、聚二甲基硅氧烷5g/L,姜黄素5g/L和烷基苯磺酸钠1.5g/L的配比辅助以25kHz的超声震动,得到培养液,后按水稻种子与培养液为200g/L的料液比,将水稻种子在28℃的培养液浸泡12h;
步骤三:催芽箱的配备:准备具有漏水功能的催芽箱,在催芽箱底部放置接水容器,备少量腐熟的麦麸及秸秆粉末与沙土混合,再利用铲子将混合沙土摊平到催芽箱底部内,后淋湿混合沙土,使混合沙土的含水量为65%,再在催芽箱中准备可调节温度的加温器和呈环状分布的水管,在水管上设置喷雾头;
步骤四:埋种:将浸泡过的种子按10mm的深度埋到混合沙土中,使催芽箱内温度保持在28℃,空气湿度在36%,静置9h;
步骤五:营养液的配备:将1.0%硫酸锌、2.5g/L花椒水、2.0%杜仲水、多效唑500倍液、1.5mg/L解草啶、芸苔素内酯1900倍液、DA-6胺鲜酯2000倍液和6-糠氨基嘌呤1400倍液按0.7:0.6:1:0.58:1.2:2:1:0.8的比例混合制得营养液;
步骤六:催长:将营养液通入到水管内,每5h打开一次喷雾头对混合沙土进行加湿,让混合沙土的含水量保持在75%,使催芽箱内温度上升到32℃,空气湿度在43%,静置26h;
步骤七:出芽播种:将催芽箱内温度降低到18℃,将空气湿度降低到30%,保持2h,再将催芽箱升温到34℃,空气湿度升高到40%,保持1.9h,连续3次,在升温时同时按每平方米100ml的营养液用量用喷雾对混合沙土进行加湿,后对出芽的稻种进行播种。
对照组:
具体种植步骤如下:
步骤一:选种及种子的清洗风干:将碳酸氢钠、乙醇、水按7:10:350的比例混合制成乙醇水溶液,挑选长直径为7-10mm的种子在配好的乙醇水溶液中洗净,随后用17℃的温水浸泡7小时,后将种子以1cm的厚度平铺在竹席上,沥水53min,将竹席转移到通风、干燥的地方晾晒10h;
步骤二:按水稻种子与蒸馏水为200g/L的料液比,将水稻种子在28℃的蒸馏水浸泡12h;
步骤三:催芽箱的配备:准备具有漏水功能的催芽箱,在催芽箱底部放置接水容器,备少量腐熟的麦麸及秸秆粉末与沙土混合,再利用铲子将混合沙土摊平到催芽箱底部内,后淋湿混合沙土,使混合沙土的含水量为65%,再在催芽箱中准备可调节温度的加温器和呈环状分布的水管,在水管上设置喷雾头;
步骤四:埋种:将浸泡过的种子按10mm的深度埋到混合沙土中,使催芽箱内温度保持在28℃,空气湿度在36%,静置9h;
步骤五:催长:将蒸馏水通入到水管内,每5h打开一次喷雾头对混合沙土进行加湿,让混合沙土的含水量保持在75%,使催芽箱内温度上升到32℃,空气湿度在43%,静置26h;
步骤七:出芽播种:将催芽箱内温度降低到18℃,将空气湿度降低到30%,保持2h,再将催芽箱升温到34℃,空气湿度升高到40%,保持1.9h,连续3次,在升温时同时按每平方米100ml的蒸馏水用量用喷雾对混合沙土进行加湿,后对出芽的稻种进行播种。
下表为对实施例1-3和对照组的从出芽到播种收获不同阶段的测试数据:

由上表可知,实施例1-3的提高水稻种子性能的浸种催芽方法均能提高水稻种子的出芽率,增加水稻种子的抗污染性和耐盐性,增加水稻种植产量,但是实施例3的提升程度最大,使用茶鞣质、聚二甲基硅氧烷、姜黄素和烷基苯磺酸钠对水稻种子的浸渍,能大大增加水稻种子的抗氧化性,促进种子的出芽,有利于后期水稻生长,氢氧化钾和氯化汞对水稻种子的浸渍,能有效提高水稻种子的耐盐碱性能,提高盐碱土壤的水稻种植产量,利用花椒水、杜仲水、多效唑和解草啶,在刺激水稻种子出芽的同时,进一步抑制了重金属的毒性,为水稻种子出芽提供了大量的营养,提高了水稻食用的安全性,硫酸锌、芸苔素内酯、DA-6胺鲜酯和6-糠氨基嘌呤液能抑制病细菌的滋生,使出芽率高,出芽整齐,抗逆性强,操作简单,降低了水稻后期病虫害的维护成本。
虽然,上文中已经用一般性说明及具体实施例对本发明作了详尽的描述,但在本发明基础上,可以对之作一些修改或改进,这对本领域技术人员而言是显而易见的。因此,在不偏离本发明精神的基础上所做的这些修改或改进,均属于本发明要求保护的范围。
Claims (6)
1.一种可提高水稻种子性能的浸种催芽方法,其特征在于:具体步骤如下:
步骤一:选种及种子的清洗风干:挑选颗粒饱满的种子在乙醇水溶液中洗净,随后用12-17℃的温水浸泡5-7小时,后将种子以1-2cm的厚度平铺在竹席上,沥水45-53min,将竹席转移到通风、干燥的地方晾晒8-10h,得到干燥的水稻种子;
步骤二:培养液的配备:向烧杯中加入蒸馏水,后按氢氧化钾0.3-0.5g/L、氯化汞1-2g/L、氯化胆碱0.5-1.2g/L、胆碱酯酶0.1-0.3g/L、茶鞣质7-83mg/L、聚二甲基硅氧烷3-5g/L,姜黄素3-5g/L和烷基苯磺酸钠1.2-1.5g/L的配比辅助以20-25kHz的超声震动,得到培养液,后将水稻种子在26-28℃的培养液浸泡11-12h;

2.根据权利要求1所述的一种可提高水稻种子性能的浸种催芽方法,其特征在于:在步骤一中的种子长为7-10mm,种子平铺在竹席上的厚度为1-2cm,乙醇水溶液由碳酸氢钠、乙醇、水按7:10:350的质量比例混合而成。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种可提高水稻种子性能的浸种催芽方法,其特征在于:在步骤二中的水稻种子与培养液的料液比为200-500g/L。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种可提高水稻种子性能的浸种催芽方法,其特征在于:在步骤三中混合沙土的含水量为55%-65%。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种可提高水稻种子性能的浸种催芽方法,其特征在于:在步骤五中1.0%硫酸锌、2.5g/L花椒水、2.0%杜仲水、多效唑500-700倍液、1.5mg/L解草啶、芸苔素内酯1900-2500倍液、DA-6胺鲜酯2000-2200倍液和6-糠氨基嘌呤1400-1700倍液的混合比例为0.7:0.6:1:0.58:1.2:2:1:0.8。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种可提高水稻种子性能的浸种催芽方法,其特征在于:在步骤六中混合沙土的含水量为66%-75%。
