Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of positioning, and particularly relates to a personnel management method and equipment based on Bluetooth positioning.
Background
In the prevention, control and management work of some places, video observation and personnel positioning are important management means which are widely applied at present. A method for preventing illegal contact between illegal people who break the law in related places mainly comprises the steps of enabling multiple cameras in the places to be connected to a unified monitoring platform and displayed on a spliced large screen or a local PC (personal computer) in a mode that human eyes look at pictures, and judging whether illegal actions such as talking, gesture making, eye contact and the like occur in the same area or not by people when pictures in all areas are browsed in real time. Although the mode of staring at the picture by human eyes can achieve the effect of preventing illegal contact to a certain extent, the method has the following defects: 1. the labor cost is too high, the capability of browsing video pictures is limited, and equipment deployed in the same time period cannot cover all monitoring pictures; 2. certain blind areas exist at installation and deployment point positions of related video equipment, and the same personnel have the probability of illegal contact in the blind areas.
The other method is that each person wears related equipment to realize the visualization of the positioning of the person, and the system judges whether illegal contact behaviors exist or not and gives an early warning in time by detecting the linear distance between two bound devices and combining the condition of the person when the linear distance between the two bound devices is smaller than a preset distance threshold. By adopting the method, the early warning of illegal contact can be realized without a great deal of police force input. However, this approach still has the following disadvantages: 1. only the absolute position of the positioning is taken into account and it is not determined whether there is a possibility of illegal contact in the physical space. If two persons wearing the positioning tags are respectively in two adjacent areas, although the distance between the two persons does not reach the alarm threshold, the barriers between the two areas can be penetrated by sound and can also be illegally contacted; 2. the situation that a third party helps to transfer information is not considered; 3. the situation that a mark is left at a place to transmit information cannot be considered, namely one person enters a special place at a certain time period to leave an illegal contact message, the other person enters the place at different time periods to check the message, the person enters the same place at different time periods, and illegal contact cannot be warned; 4. the case of public goods conveying information cannot be considered.
Therefore, the above two methods for solving the illegal contact have some limitations, and the recognition degree in some scenes is still insufficient.

Drawings
Fig. 1 is a flowchart of a method for managing people based on bluetooth positioning in embodiment 3 of the present invention.
Detailed Description
The invention is further described with reference to specific embodiments and the accompanying drawings.
Example 1
As shown in fig. 1, the present embodiment provides a method for managing people based on bluetooth positioning, including:
judging whether at least two persons simultaneously meet a preset area condition and a preset distance condition; the preset area conditions comprise: at least two persons are in the same area; the preset distance condition comprises the following steps: the distance between the persons is less than a preset threshold. Illustratively, the preset distance threshold is 3 meters.
If yes, triggering an illegal contact early warning prompt, wherein the illegal contact early warning prompt comprises flashing of an indicator light and/or sounding of a prompt.
It should be noted that, in this embodiment, even if the people are not in the same area and the distance between the people does not reach the alarm threshold, it is necessary to determine whether there is an illegal contact condition between the areas where the people are located according to the specificity of the real geographic information, and if there is a condition of illegal contact, an illegal contact warning prompt is triggered, otherwise, the illegal contact warning prompt is not triggered.
Specifically, before judging whether the preset region condition and the preset distance condition are simultaneously met between at least two persons, the method further comprises the following steps: importing real geographic information of a scene, and establishing an association relation between at least two persons.
For people, people in a certain area may include two types: people with event associations and people without event associations. Whether the personnel belongs to personnel with event correlation or personnel without event correlation is judged by only judging whether the personnel have event correlation or not, and the judgment can be realized by the prior art of binding a bracelet, a foot ring or other portable equipment with the personnel and the like, and the details are not repeated here.
Specifically, when the association relationship between at least two persons is established, the method may specifically include:
establishing a risk personnel library of personnel with event correlation;
and adding the personnel without the event association, which have intersection with the personnel with the event association, into the risk personnel library.
When the specific execution is carried out, the method further comprises the following steps:
determining whether the person without the event association is in a risk person bank of persons with the event association;
if not, judging whether the personnel without event association meet the preset area condition;
and if so, adding the personnel without event correlation into the risk personnel library.
Taking a person B without event correlation and a person A with event correlation as examples, when the method is specifically executed, judging whether the person B without event correlation is in a risk person library of the person A with event correlation, if the condition is met, directly judging that the person B has the same risk as the person A with event correlation, then continuously judging whether a preset area condition and a preset distance condition are met between at least two persons, and if the condition is met, triggering an illegal contact early warning prompt; if the person B without the event association is not in the risk person bank of the person a with the event association but has been in the same area as the person a with the event association, the person B without the event association is added to the risk person bank in consideration of the possibility of illegal contact between the person B without the event association and the person a with the event association in the area.
The Bluetooth positioning base station is deployed in a relevant place, so that a person wears an anti-disassembly positioning bracelet, a foot ring or other portable equipment, and the positioning system acquires data and then intelligently pre-warns illegal contact behaviors possibly caused by analysis and judgment at different angles; in the process of analyzing, researching and judging, not only the absolute distance is considered, but also the barrier factors such as the wall body and the like are considered, so that the cost of manual judgment is reduced; and meanwhile, multilayer logic is added to judge whether a third person and a fourth person possibly transmit information, so that the position information of related personnel can be calculated in real time, the illegal contact early warning is enhanced, and the condition of false alarm of the illegal contact early warning is prevented.
Example 2
Substantially the same as in example 1. Because the situation of false early warning still exists when the person is early warned from a single angle to perform early warning on possible illegal contact behaviors, the method for managing the personnel based on the Bluetooth positioning, which is provided by the embodiment, further comprises the following steps of:
and establishing a risk position database according to the stop positions of the persons with the event correlation.
Judging whether the personnel passing through the same position are in a risk personnel database or not, wherein the position refers to the staying position of the personnel in the risk position database;
if so, judging whether the time for the personnel to stay at the position exceeds the preset time;
if the number of the contact points exceeds the preset value, triggering an illegal contact early warning prompt;
if not, judging whether the time for the personnel to stay at the position exceeds the preset time or not;
and if so, adding the personnel into the risk personnel bank.
Taking the personnel B and the personnel A with event correlation as an example, when the method is specifically executed, firstly, the positions where the personnel A with event correlation stay are found, a risk position library is established, and then whether the personnel B passing through the same positions are in the risk personnel library of the personnel A with the same personnel is judged; triggering an alarm if the person B passes through the area passed by the person A with the event correlation and stays for N minutes, or not triggering the alarm; if person B is not in the risk personnel bank of person A with an event association, but also stays in the area where person A with an event association stays for more than N minutes, person B is added to the risk personnel bank of person A with an event association.
Through double verification in time and space, a risk position library is added, the false alarm rate is reduced from the perspective of long-time detention in a public place, and the accuracy of illegal contact alarm is improved.
Example 3
The method is basically the same as embodiment 2, except that the method for managing personnel based on bluetooth positioning further comprises:
judging whether the personnel without event correlation is in a risk personnel bank of personnel of the same personnel;
judging whether people without event correlation and people with the same contact a public article or not;
and if so, triggering an illegal contact early warning prompt.
By arranging the labels on the public articles, an analysis means is added, the possibility of illegal contact is analyzed from the aspect of the articles, the false alarm rate is further reduced, and the accuracy of illegal contact alarm is improved.
