Abstract
The invention discloses an emergency early warning linkage method, an emergency early warning linkage system, computer equipment and a storage medium, and relates to the technical field of intelligent public management. The method comprises the following steps: collecting basic information of personnel; monitoring the occurrence of an early warning event, and generating early warning information; generating integrated information when the portrait information in the early warning information is matched with the portrait information in the personnel basic information; and acquiring personnel checking information of the access control system, and keeping the access control system closed when checking the existence of the integrated information. The invention ensures the real-time performance of the early warning event, integrates the identity information of personnel and the early warning event information by adopting a portrait comparison technology, and timely sends the integrated information to the entrance guard system of the entrance. When people go out, the people are inquired that the early warning event exists, the entrance guard system does not pass, and the escape of the personnel causing the trouble is effectively prevented. The problem that the existing primary early warning management system can only generate early warning event warning and cannot efficiently coordinate and process is effectively solved.

Background
The emergency early warning refers to early warning information such as natural disasters, accident disasters, public health events and the like which are suddenly generated or cause or possibly cause serious events and need to be applied in a processing mode. At present, the early warning of the emergency is achieved mainly through the combination of technologies such as video mobile detection, infrared detection, image comparison, big data and the like according to early warning monitoring indexes and monitoring index standards established by early warning targets.

and the access control system checks when the personnel enter and exit, and keeps the access control system in a closed state when checking the existence of the integrated information.

Referring to fig. 1, as shown in the drawings, an embodiment of the present invention provides an emergency warning linkage method, including:
s1, collecting basic information of personnel;
s2, monitoring the occurrence of the early warning event, and generating early warning information;
s3, generating integrated information when the portrait information in the early warning information is matched with the portrait information in the personnel basic information;
and S4, acquiring the personnel checking information of the entrance guard system, and keeping the entrance guard system closed when the integrated information is checked.
Specifically, in a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the basic information of the person at least includes identification card information and portrait information, that is, the identification card information and the portrait information in the basic information of the person are used as the identification attribute corresponding to the person. The identity card information is collected and read through identity card reading equipment, and the identity card reading equipment can be arranged on access equipment of a management area. The portrait information is collected and read through a camera which can be arranged at the entrance and exit equipment of the management area. The monitoring of the early warning event and the generation of the early warning information can be completed through a camera with AI intelligent identification, and the early warning event and the early warning information are deployed at each corresponding node of a management area to form a monitoring network.
Specifically, in a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the warning information at least includes portrait information, warning event, warning location, and warning time. The early warning event can be an unlawful act, such as smoking in a public place, defecation with the ground, lawn trampling and the like, or other illegal criminal acts, such as theft, robbery and the like.
In order to conveniently and rapidly process information and improve the timeliness of processing the early warning event, the basic information of personnel, the early warning information and the personnel checking information are uploaded to a server through a network. The server has a database storage function and an operation control function of the processor, is deployed in a monitoring room of a management area, can be connected with the large monitoring screen for facilitating background checking, and can play back the whole occurrence process of the early warning event through the large monitoring screen.
On the other hand, as shown in fig. 2, the present invention further provides an emergency warning linkage system, which includes: the system comprises a personnel basic information acquisition device 100, an early warning device 200, a server 300 and an access control system 400. The basic information collecting device 100 is configured to collect basic information of a person, where the collected basic information of the person at least includes identification card information and portrait information, that is, the identification card information and the portrait information in the basic information of the person are used as identification attributes of the person. The identity card information is collected and read through identity card reading equipment, and the identity card reading equipment can be arranged on access equipment of a management area. The portrait information is collected and read through a camera which can be arranged at the entrance and exit equipment of the management area.
The early warning device 200 is used to monitor and capture early warning events and generate corresponding early warning information. The early warning device 200 is implemented by a camera with AI intelligent recognition, and is deployed at each corresponding node of the management area to form a monitoring network.
The server 300 is used for storing the basic information of the personnel and the early warning information, matching the early warning information with the basic information of the personnel, generating integration information and storing the integration information, so that the subsequent access control system can check the personnel entering and exiting the access control system in linkage, and check whether the personnel has an early warning event.
The access control system 400 checks when people come in and go out to obtain the person checking information of the person coming in and going out, then uploads the person checking information of the person to the server 300, checks whether the portrait information of the person checking information is matched with the portrait information in the integrated information through the server 300, and if the person coming out is checked to have the integrated information in the server 300, namely the person has an early warning event record, the server 300 issues closing information to the access control system 400, so that the access control system 400 is kept in a closing state.
On the other hand, as shown in fig. 3, the present invention further provides a computer device 10, where the computer device 10 includes a memory 20, a processor 30, and a computer program 40 stored in the memory 20 and executable on the processor 30, and the processor 30 implements the emergency alert linkage method when executing the computer program 40.
In another aspect, the present invention further provides a storage medium, where a computer program is stored, and when the computer program is executed by a processor, the method for linking emergency warning and early warning is implemented.
In summary, the invention integrates the identity information of the personnel and the early warning event information by adopting the portrait comparison technology while ensuring the real-time performance of the early warning event, and timely issues the integrated information to the entrance guard system of the entrance and exit. When people go out, the people are inquired that the early warning event exists, the entrance guard system does not pass, and the escape of the personnel causing the trouble is effectively prevented. The problem that the existing primary early warning management system can only generate early warning event warning and cannot efficiently coordinate and process is effectively solved.
Those skilled in the art will appreciate that the architecture shown in fig. 3 is merely a block diagram of some of the structures associated with the disclosed aspects and is not intended to limit the computing devices to which the disclosed aspects apply, as particular devices may include more or less components than those shown, or may combine certain components, or have a different arrangement of components.
It should be understood that, the sequence numbers of the steps in the foregoing embodiments do not imply an execution sequence, and the execution sequence of each process should be determined by its function and inherent logic, and should not constitute any limitation to the implementation process of the embodiments of the present invention.
Illustratively, a computer program may be partitioned into one or more modules/units, which are stored in a memory and executed by a processor to implement the present invention. One or more modules/units may be a series of computer program instruction segments capable of performing certain functions, the instruction segments being used to describe the execution of a computer program in a computer device.
The computer device can be a desktop computer, a notebook, a palm computer, a cloud server and other computing devices. The computer device may include, but is not limited to, a processor, a memory. Those skilled in the art will appreciate that fig. 3 is merely an example of a computing device and is not intended to be limiting and may include more or fewer components than those shown, or some of the components may be combined, or different components, e.g., the computing device may also include input output devices, network access devices, buses, etc.
The Processor may be a Central Processing Unit (CPU), other general purpose Processor, a Digital Signal Processor (DSP), an Application Specific Integrated Circuit (ASIC), an off-the-shelf Programmable Gate Array (FPGA) or other Programmable logic device, discrete Gate or transistor logic, discrete hardware components, etc. A general purpose processor may be a microprocessor or the processor may be any conventional processor or the like.
The storage may be an internal storage unit of the computer device, such as a hard disk or a memory of the computer device. The memory may also be an external storage device of the computer device, such as a plug-in hard disk, a Smart Media Card (SMC), a Secure Digital (SD) Card, a Flash memory Card (Flash Card), etc. provided on the computer device. Further, the memory may also include both internal and external storage units of the computer device. The memory is used for storing computer programs and other programs and data required by the terminal device. The memory may also be used to temporarily store data that has been output or is to be output.
It will be apparent to those skilled in the art that, for convenience and brevity of description, only the above-mentioned division of the functional units and modules is illustrated, and in practical applications, the above-mentioned function distribution may be performed by different functional units and modules according to needs, that is, the internal structure of the apparatus is divided into different functional units or modules to perform all or part of the above-mentioned functions.

collecting basic information of personnel;
monitoring the occurrence of an early warning event, and generating early warning information;
generating integrated information when the portrait information in the early warning information is matched with the portrait information in the personnel basic information;
and acquiring personnel checking information of the access control system, and keeping the access control system closed when checking the existence of the integrated information.

7. An emergency alert linkage system, comprising:
