The device binding refers to establishing a mapping relationship between a device identifier and a user identifier, and further determining the usage right of the device, wherein the mapping relationship can be a one-to-one mapping relationship, a one-to-many mapping relationship from the user identifier to the device identifier, a one-to-many mapping relationship from the device identifier to the user identifier, or a many-to-many mapping relationship.
In the process of using the device, the user needs to bind the device with the user to determine the right to use the device. On one hand, from the safety aspect, the user and the equipment are bound, so that the equipment can be prevented from being controlled by other people; on the other hand, for the equipment capable of performing intelligent control, due to the consideration of using convenience, the user can realize control and authority management of the equipment after logging in an account by the user equipment, for example, the intelligent air conditioner installed in a user family, and after the equipment identification of the intelligent air conditioner is bound with the user identification, the user can remotely control the intelligent air conditioner through the equipment such as a mobile phone, a tablet and the like, or view the operation data, the historical data and the like of the air conditioner.
In the related art, the binding method of the user equipment is as follows: when the equipment is configured to be connected, the user terminal receives the prompt information, the user executes target operation on the equipment according to the prompt information, for example, the user presses a designated button to finish binding, the user executes the target operation on the equipment according to the prompt information, which is equivalent to binding verification, and the binding method is complex and not friendly to the user.
In the device configuration method provided by the embodiment of the invention, the data are interacted among the mall server, the logistics platform (logistics server) and the device management platform, and the automatic binding of the device identifier and the user identifier can be realized through the data interaction among the three platforms.
After purchasing a certain device, the shopping user generates order information at the mall server, and alternative user identifications can be resolved based on the order information. The logistics platform is also connected with a logistics terminal, the logistics terminal can be a scanning gun, and the logistics platform can obtain equipment identification through the logistics terminal; the logistics platform can be in communication connection with the mall server, so that order information can be obtained. In some embodiments, the device management platform may be communicatively connected to the logistics platform, or the device management platform may be communicatively connected to the logistics platform and the mall server, or the device management platform may be communicatively connected to the logistics terminal and the mall server.
The device configuration method according to the embodiment of the present invention is described below with reference to fig. 1 to 2. The execution main body of the method can be a device management platform, the device management platform is used for establishing and storing the mapping relation between the device and the user, and the device management platform can be a device management server.
As shown in fig. 1, the device configuration method provided in the embodiment of the present invention includes steps 110 to 120.
Step 110, a binding request is received, wherein the binding request comprises a device identifier and a target user identifier.
It will be appreciated that when a device needs to be bound to a user, the device needs to be network configured. The network configuration of the equipment can be performed by manual network configuration of a user or by automatically discovering new peripheral equipment through network configuration auxiliary tools such as an APP (application program) and the like, for example, a user terminal logs in a user account through the APP, and then initiates network configuration on the APP.
The device identifier included in the binding request is a device identifier of the device to be bound, the target user identifier included in the binding request is a target user identifier of the user to be bound, and the target user identifier can be an account number, a mobile phone number, a mailbox or other unique identifiers of the user.
In actual implementation, step 100, receiving a binding request, where the binding request includes a device identifier and a target user identifier, includes at least the following three embodiments.
Embodiment one: and receiving a first binding request sent by the equipment, wherein the first binding request comprises an equipment identifier and a target user identifier.
In other words, the binding request is sent for the device, such as the device having a data sending module that sends the device identification and the target user identification to the device management platform. In actual execution, the device may have a scanning module, where the scanning module of the device may scan the two-dimensional code of the user terminal to obtain a target user identifier, and send the target user identifier and the device identifier to the device management platform; of course, it may also be initiated by other means, including but not limited to NFC tags.
Embodiment two: and receiving a second binding request sent by the user terminal, wherein the second binding request comprises the target user identifier and the equipment identifier.
When the network configuration is performed on the device through the user terminal, the user terminal may send a second binding request to the device management platform, where the second binding request may include a target user identifier corresponding to the user terminal, the target user identifier may be an account number, a mobile phone number, a mailbox or other unique identifiers of the user, or the target user identifier may also be multiple, where the multiple target user identifiers form a group, and the group may be a family group, a company group, a custom group or the like according to different usage scenarios. In actual execution, the user terminal can be provided with a scanning module, the scanning module of the user terminal can scan the two-dimensional code of the equipment to obtain the equipment identifier, and the target user identifier and the equipment identifier are sent to the equipment management platform; of course, it may also be initiated by other means, including but not limited to NFC tags.
Embodiment III: receiving a first binding request sent by equipment, wherein the first binding request comprises an equipment identifier and a target user identifier, and receiving a second binding request sent by a user terminal, and the second binding request comprises the target user identifier and the equipment identifier.
The user terminal also sends the target user identification to the device, which also sends the target user identification and the device identification to the device management platform.
In other words, when a binding request is initiated, the device and the user terminal both send the binding request, and when the device management platform receives the first binding request and the second binding request, and the device identifiers included in the two binding requests are the same and the target user identifiers are the same, the next judgment is performed.
Step 120, determining that the corresponding alternative user identifier of the device identifier in the pre-stored mapping relationship information of the user device is consistent with the target user identifier, and binding the device identifier and the target user identifier, wherein the alternative user identifier is confirmed based on order information of the device corresponding to the device identifier.
It may be appreciated that the device management platform pre-stores user device mapping relationship information, where the user device mapping relationship information includes at least one pair of mapping between an alternative user identifier and a device identifier, and for each pair of mapping between an alternative user identifier and a device identifier, the alternative user identifier has a binding possibility with the device identifier.
The alternative user identification is confirmed based on the order information of the device corresponding to the device identification, in other words, each device corresponding to the device identification must correspond to certain order information, and the alternative user identification is also confirmed based on the order information. Such as the user corresponding to the alternative user identification purchased the device corresponding to the device identification.
When the fact that the corresponding alternative user identification in the user equipment mapping relation information of the equipment identification is consistent with the target user identification is determined, the rationality and the correctness of the current binding can be determined according to the pre-stored user equipment mapping relation information and the current binding request, and the equipment identification and the target user identification are directly bound.
Step 120 includes: searching for an alternative user identifier corresponding to the equipment identifier from pre-stored user equipment mapping relation information based on the equipment identifier; and determining that the alternative user identification is consistent with the target user identification, and binding the equipment identification and the target user identification.
It can be understood that in the pre-stored mapping relation information of the user equipment, the equipment identifier has a unique corresponding alternative user identifier, and if the alternative user identifier is consistent with the target user identifier bound by the current request, the equipment identifier and the target user identifier can be directly bound, so that the physical control right of the user to the equipment is realized. The method is simple, convenient and accurate.
That is, when the device identifier and the target user identifier corresponding to the first binding request and the second binding request exist in the mapping relationship information of the user device, the physical control right of the user to the device can be realized without the need of the user to confirm again by the current binding request.
According to the device configuration method provided by the embodiment of the invention, before the network is configured for the device, the mapping relation of the device and the user is stored in the device management platform, so that the automatic binding of the device identifier and the user identifier can be realized, the user operation is simplified, and the user experience is improved.
It can be understood that in the first embodiment, if technologies such as "automatic device discovery" and "automatic configuration" are combined, the network distribution binding can be automatically completed after the device is powered on, and then the network distribution binding of the batch of devices can be automatically completed.
In some embodiments, the alternative user identification includes an order user identification corresponding to the order information. In this way, automatic binding can only be achieved if the target user identity is consistent with the alternative user identity. The binding accuracy of the device configuration method is high.
In other embodiments, the candidate user identification includes an order user identification corresponding to the order information and a user identification having a target association relationship with the order user identification.
It should be noted that, the user identifier having the target association relationship with the order user identifier may be determined based on the target group in which the order user identifier is located, including a home group or other custom groups.
The plurality of candidate user identifications are determined based on the group relation of the users corresponding to the order user identifications, so that the mapping relation of one device identification corresponding to the plurality of candidate user identifications can be formed in the generated user equipment mapping relation information, and the automatic binding can be realized only by using the target user identification as any one of the candidate user identifications. The above group relationships may be stored on a mall platform or on a device management platform.
Thus, the application scene of automatic binding can be expanded, for example, a wife purchases a certain device, and when the home group of the wife comprises a husband, the husband uses the mobile terminal to carry out network allocation on the device, the automatic binding can be realized. In some embodiments, the device configuration method further comprises: determining that the corresponding alternative user identification of the equipment identification in the pre-stored user equipment mapping relation information is inconsistent with the target user identification, and sending a confirmation request to the user terminal; and receiving confirmation information sent by the user terminal based on the confirmation request, and binding the equipment identifier and the target user identifier.
If the user a purchases a certain device and sends the device to the user B, the alternative user identifier corresponds to the user a, the user B is an actual user, the target user identifier corresponds to the user B, and the situation that the alternative user identifier is inconsistent with the target user identifier occurs.
It can be understood that in the pre-stored mapping relation information of the user equipment, the equipment identifier has a unique corresponding alternative user identifier, if the alternative user identifier is inconsistent with the target user identifier of the current request binding, the possibility of false binding may exist, and binding rechecking can be realized through reconfirmation. The reconfirmation can be realized by the mode that the equipment displays the verification code and the user terminal inputs the verification code, or the user terminal receives the prompt information, and the user executes the target operation on the equipment according to the prompt information.
In some embodiments, the user device mapping relationship information is generated based on the alternative user identification and the device identification corresponding to the order information. The alternative user identification is determined based on order information stored in the mall server, and the equipment identification is collected by a logistics terminal connected with the logistics platform.
The alternative user identification is based on order information confirmation, the equipment identification also corresponds to the order information, and the alternative user identification and the equipment identification corresponding to the same order information have a high possibility that binding needs to be realized. The user equipment mapping relation information generated in this way has high reference value.
It should be noted that after a shopping user places an order from a mall (such as an e-commerce platform), order information is generated and stored in a mall server, and in different embodiments, the order information may be sent from the mall server to different platforms, including but not limited to a logistics platform and a device management platform; the logistics platform can acquire the equipment identifier through the logistics terminal, and the equipment identifier can be sent from the physical platform to the equipment management platform or sent to the equipment management platform after the logistics platform generates the user equipment mapping relation information.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 2, the user equipment mapping relationship information is generated for the logistics platform, and correspondingly, before determining that the corresponding alternative user identifier in the pre-stored user equipment mapping relationship information is consistent with the target user identifier in step 120, the device configuration method further includes: and receiving the mapping relation information of the user equipment sent by the logistics platform.
After the user purchases the equipment, the equipment is sent to the receiving place selected by the user from the storage place through logistics, the logistics platform records the equipment identification and the user identification, so that the user equipment mapping relation information is stored and established in the logistics platform, and the user equipment mapping relation information can be sent to the equipment management platform.
Specifically, after a user purchases a bill, order information is generated and stored in a mall server, the order information is sent from the mall server to a logistics platform, alternative user identifications (user IDs) can be determined based on the order information, or the order information can be obtained through scanning of a logistics terminal during logistics shipment, equipment identifications (equipment IDs) can also be obtained through scanning of the logistics terminal during logistics shipment, the logistics platform forms mapping between the alternative user identifications and the equipment identifications to obtain user equipment mapping relation information, and the user equipment mapping relation information is sent to the equipment management platform. When the device management platform receives the device identifier and the target user identifier, the device management platform can realize automatic binding by comparing the device identifier with the mapping relation information of the user device if the device management platform is consistent with the mapping relation information of the user device. Of course, the order information or the alternative user identification may require encryption processing to be sent from the physical stream terminal to the physical stream platform.
In other embodiments, before determining that the candidate user identifier corresponding to the device identifier in the pre-stored mapping relationship information of the user device is consistent with the target user identifier in step 120, the device configuration method further includes: receiving an alternative user identifier and an equipment identifier sent by a logistics terminal; and generating user equipment mapping relation information based on the equipment identifier and the alternative user identifier.
After purchasing and ordering, the user generates order information and stores the order information in a mall server, the order information is sent to a logistics platform from the mall server, equipment identifiers and alternative user identifiers can be obtained through scanning of a logistics terminal during logistics shipment, the logistics terminal sends the equipment identifiers and the alternative user identifiers to an equipment management platform, of course, data can be encrypted during sending, and after receiving the alternative user identifiers and the equipment identifiers sent by the logistics terminal, the equipment management platform can map the alternative user identifiers and the equipment identifiers to obtain user equipment mapping relation information. When the device management platform receives the device identifier and the target user identifier, the device management platform can realize automatic binding by comparing the device identifier with the mapping relation information of the user device if the device management platform is consistent with the mapping relation information of the user device.
In still other embodiments, before determining that the candidate user identifier corresponding to the device identifier in the pre-stored mapping relationship information of the user device is consistent with the target user identifier in step 120, the device configuration method further includes: receiving order information and equipment identification sent by a logistics terminal; based on the order information, determining an alternative user identification corresponding to the order information; and generating user equipment mapping relation information based on the equipment identifier and the alternative user identifier.
After purchasing and placing an order, the user generates order information and stores the order information in a mall server, the order information is sent to a logistics platform from the mall server, equipment identification and the order information can be obtained through scanning of a logistics terminal when logistics is carried out, the logistics terminal sends the equipment identification and the order information to an equipment management platform, certainly, data can be encrypted during sending, after receiving the order information and the equipment identification sent by the logistics terminal, the equipment management platform analyzes the order information to obtain alternative user identifications, and then mapping is formed between the alternative user identifications and the equipment identifications to obtain user equipment mapping relation information. When the device management platform receives the device identifier and the target user identifier, the device management platform can realize automatic binding by comparing the device identifier with the mapping relation information of the user device if the device management platform is consistent with the mapping relation information of the user device.
In still other embodiments, before determining that the candidate user identifier corresponding to the device identifier in the pre-stored mapping relationship information of the user device is consistent with the target user identifier in step 120, the device configuration method further includes: receiving order information and equipment identification sent by a logistics terminal; the order information is sent to a mall server, and an alternative user identifier corresponding to the order information returned by the mall server is received; and generating user equipment mapping relation information based on the equipment identifier and the alternative user identifier.
After purchasing and placing an order, the user generates order information and stores the order information in a mall server, when the commodity circulation is delivered, equipment identification and order information can be obtained through scanning of a commodity circulation terminal, the commodity circulation terminal can transmit the equipment identification and the order information to an equipment management platform, certainly, data can be encrypted during transmission, after receiving the order information and the equipment identification transmitted by the commodity circulation terminal, the equipment management platform transmits the order information to the mall server, the mall server analyzes an alternative user identification corresponding to the order information, the mall server returns the alternative user identification to the equipment management platform, and then the equipment management platform maps the alternative user identification and the equipment identification to obtain user equipment mapping relation information. When the device management platform receives the device identifier and the target user identifier, the device management platform can realize automatic binding by comparing the device identifier with the mapping relation information of the user device if the device management platform is consistent with the mapping relation information of the user device.
