Description

Sugarcane leaf photographing method
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the field of biotechnology research, and relates to a sugarcane leaf photographing method.
Background
The leaf is the most important component of the plant, and the green flat body with a large surface area can facilitate the gas exchange and the light energy absorption between mesophyll cells and the outside, so that the photosynthesis and the transpiration can be realized. The sugarcane leaves are plant leaves which are rich in resources and low in price, contain various antioxidant components such as flavonoids, polyphenols and the like, and are important sources of exogenous antioxidant substances for human bodies. Sugarcane top is also a high-quality organic fertilizer source which can be utilized on the spot.
Therefore, the research on the sugarcane leaves is of great significance, and among them, the selection of proper sugarcane leaves for research is particularly important through observation of the shapes, colors and the like of the sugarcane leaves, and in later published papers and periodicals, the requirements on photographs of the sugarcane leaves are very strict, but the sugarcane leaves curl a few minutes after being collected and are not easy to fix on a photographic background, so that the research on the sugarcane leaves is very unfavorable. The invention provides a sugarcane leaf photographing method, which can keep sugarcane leaves in a unfolding state within 24 hours before photographing and can clearly shoot the sugarcane leaves which are completely unfolded.
The invention content is as follows:
the invention aims to provide a photographing method of sugarcane leaves, which can obtain a picture of the sugarcane leaves with good stretching.
The technical scheme for achieving the aim comprises the following steps.
A photographing method of sugarcane leaves comprises the following steps:
(1) taking down sugarcane leaves in the field, wherein the length of the sugarcane leaves from leaf ears to leaf tails is 1-1.5 m, and carrying out moisture preservation treatment on the leaf ears;
(2) after the sugarcane leaves are transported back to a room, the leaf ear parts are soaked in water for no more than 24 hours, the water submerges the leaf ear parts for 3-12 cm to keep the sugarcane leaves in a spread state, the leaf ears are cut off after moisture in the leaf ear parts is sucked dry and are placed on a photographed background, three sections of double-sided adhesive tape vertical to leaf veins are respectively stuck to the head part, the middle part and the tail part of the back of the sugarcane leaves, so that the sugarcane leaves are fixed on the photographed background and are kept in the spread state;
(3) and (6) taking a picture.
In some embodiments, the length of the double-sided adhesive tape does not exceed the width of the leaf width of the head, middle and tail of the corresponding sugarcane leaf.
In some of these embodiments, the water in step (2) is 5-12 cm above the lobe segment, more preferably, the water in step (2) is 5-10 cm above the lobe segment.
In some embodiments, the method further comprises attaching double-sided adhesive to the back of the sugarcane leaf at the crimps.
In some embodiments, the sugarcane leaf blade described in step (1) is taken from the sugarcane variety willow city 01-122 tillering stage.
In some embodiments, the moisturizing treatment of the leaf ears in step (1) is to moisturize the leaf ears by placing a moisturizing bag on the leaf ears.
In some of these embodiments, the lengths of the double-sided adhesive tapes are 1-6 cm, respectively, and more preferably, the lengths of the double-sided adhesive tapes are 2-5 cm, respectively.
In some of these embodiments, the auris sativa is immersed in water in step (2) for a period of time ranging from 5 to 24 hours, more preferably from 6 to 21 hours.
In some of these embodiments, the photographed background in step (3) is black waterproof paper.
The sugarcane leaves are curled within a few minutes after being collected and cannot be easily fixed on a photographing background, and in long-term experience, the inventor of the application finds that if the sugarcane leaves picked from a field are subjected to moisturizing treatment and transported back to the room, leaf ears are placed in water for 3-12 centimeters (particularly preferably more than 5 centimeters), the sugarcane leaves are not easy to shrink, so that the sugarcane leaves before photographing are kept in a unfolded state as far as possible within 24 hours without being remarkably shrunk, double-sided adhesive instead of transparent adhesive is selected for adhering the sugarcane leaves, photographed pictures can be prevented from being easily reflected, the sugarcane leaves are completely displayed, the whole pictures are cleaner and tidier, and the research on the sugarcane leaves can provide good assistance.

Results of the experiment
The photo taken in example 1 is shown in fig. 2, when the leaf ear is put in water for 5-7 hours and the water is 5cm over the leaf ear, the sugarcane leaf is not shriveled, the sugarcane leaf can be smoothly stuck by double-sided adhesive tape, the shot photo is not easy to reflect light, the sugarcane leaf is completely displayed, and the whole photo is very clean and tidy. In example 2, the sugarcane leaves did not shrink when the leaf ears were placed in water for 20-21 hours and the water was 5cm over the leaf ears. The photograph taken in comparative example 1 is shown in fig. 1, and the sugarcane leaf is stuck with a transparent tape which not only reflects light but also shields a part of the leaf, although the leaf is also properly treated and the unfolded state of the leaf is good. In comparative example 2, when the sugarcane leaves were placed in water and the water was 2cm over the leaf ears, some of the sugarcane leaves were shriveled. In comparative example 3, when the leaf ears were put in water for 20 to 21 hours and the water was over 12cm of the leaf ears, the sugarcane leaves were not shrunken and the photographing effect was also good.
Therefore, the sugarcane leaf blade ear parts are creatively placed in water, and when the water is 3cm above the sugarcane leaf blade ears and especially 5-12 cm below the sugarcane leaf blade ears, the sugarcane leaf blades can still be enabled not to shrink in a large area even if the sugarcane leaf blade leaves are placed for 20 hours and cannot be photographed in time, then the double-sided adhesive tape is selected to be pasted on the sugarcane leaf blades, the photographed photos can still achieve that the sugarcane leaf blades are completely unfolded, the photographed photos are not reflective, the whole photos are clean and tidy, and the sugarcane leaf blade is well helped for researching the sugarcane leaf blades.
While the preferred embodiments of the present invention have been described in detail, it will be understood by those skilled in the art that the invention is not limited thereto, and that various changes and modifications may be made without departing from the spirit of the invention, and the scope of the appended claims is to be accorded the full range of equivalents.
