the driving module is connected with the second forward and reverse rotating motor, the control unit controls the second forward and reverse rotating motor to be turned on or turned off through the driving module, and the second forward and reverse rotating motor is linked with the second rotating frame 11 to rotate vertically by-90 degrees to +90 degrees.

The on-line video device for the power transmission monitoring system according to claim 1 or 2, wherein a wiper is mounted on a side surface of the second rotating frame, the wiper comprises a fastening member, a forward and reverse rotation motor is mounted inside the fastening member, an output end of the forward and reverse rotation motor is connected with a swinging member, a wiper strip is arranged on one side of the swinging member, and a rubber strip is arranged on one side of the wiper strip.

The on-line video device for the power transmission monitoring system according to claim 3, wherein the control unit controls the forward and reverse rotation motor to be turned on or off through the driving module, and the forward and reverse rotation motor is linked with the wiper strip and the rubber strip to move back and forth on the camera lens through the swinging member so as to clean dust on the camera lens.
5. The on-line video device for a power transmission monitoring system according to claim 3, wherein a support column is mounted on a side surface of the second rotating frame, and the second rotating frame is connected with a rain cover through the support column.
6. The on-line video unit for a transmission monitoring system of claim 2, wherein the output of the second counter-rotating electrical machine is fixedly attached to the second turret by a second reinforcing plate.

The on-line video device for the power transmission monitoring system according to claim 1, wherein a top cover is arranged on the top of the control box, and an antenna is arranged through the top cover; the control box is provided with fixing columns, and the circuit board is fastened inside the control box through the fixing columns.

The on-line video apparatus for a transmission monitoring system according to claim 1, wherein a lithium battery is installed inside the first rotating frame; an assembly groove is formed in the assembly base, and an assembly hole is formed in the assembly groove; the bottom welding of mounting panel has the installation pole.
9. The online video unit for a power transmission monitoring system according to claim 1, wherein the temperature sensor is electrically connected to the control unit.
