A rapidly actuatable impeller pump comprising: a pump body and a liquid inlet buffer tank; the liquid inlet buffer box is arranged at a water inlet of the pump body, a flow guide pipe is arranged in the liquid inlet buffer box, the lower end of the flow guide pipe penetrates out of the liquid inlet buffer box and is connected with a water inlet pipe, a limiting spring is arranged in the liquid inlet buffer box, a liquid blocking plug is fixed at the lower end of the limiting spring, and the liquid blocking plug is positioned at the upper end of the flow guide pipe; after the pump body starts, feed liquor surge-box internal pressure reduces for the separation of liquid blocking plug and the honeycomb duct upper end mouth on honeycomb duct upper portion, because pressure effect makes liquid enter into the feed liquor surge-box by the inlet tube, the honeycomb duct in, when the pump body was shut down, liquid blocking plug can the quick closure on the honeycomb duct under spacing spring's effect, effectively prevent the inside liquid backward flow of the pump body, can ensure impeller pump quick start when starting impeller pump next time, and need not external check valve, save conveying system's installation cost.

The upper part of the liquid inlet buffer tank 2 is provided with a water filling port 44, and the water filling port 44 is provided with a water filling valve 45.
A brush plate 46 is fixed inside the liquid inlet buffer tank 2, and the brush plate 46 is closely attached to the lower end surface of the filter screen 29. When the filter screen 29 rotates, the brush plate 46 scrapes the lower end surface of the filter screen 29 to prevent the filter screen 29 from being clogged.

The impeller pump of claim 1, wherein the filtering screen is provided with liquid inlets in an annular array at the middle part, the liquid inlets are all located inside the isolating cylinder, a flow guide plate is installed at the liquid inlet, and the included angle between the flow guide plate and the filtering screen is 45 degrees.
5. The rapidly starting vane pump of claim 1 wherein said inlet buffer tank is provided at an upper portion thereof with a fill port, said fill port being fitted with a fill valve.
6. The impeller pump of claim 1, wherein a brush plate is fixed inside the inlet buffer tank, and the brush plate is closely attached to the lower end face of the filter screen.
