Description

Switch rail bottom protective sleeve and preparation method and application thereof
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of turnouts, in particular to a switch rail bottom protective sleeve and a preparation method and application thereof.
Background
With the development of high-speed rails, the demand of high-speed turnouts is increasing, and the protection of high-speed turnout rail members is more and more important. At present, when a high-speed turnout of a special passenger line leaves a factory, a switch machine packs and transports a whole set of turnout to the site, a stock rail and a switch rail are closely matched, an elastic iron base plate is assembled under a rail piece according to the distance between switch sleepers, but the bottom of the switch rail is not integrally protected. In the laying site of the tongue rail bottom, when a lifting machine lifts the tongue rail assembly, a lifting belt or a lifting appliance can be in direct contact with the tongue rail bottom, so that the tongue rail bottom is scratched, and when the tongue rail assembly is assembled and adjusted, the tongue rail needs to be opened and closed, tools used by constructors in operation can be in direct contact with the tongue rail bottom and apply force to the tongue rail bottom, so that the tongue rail bottom can be damaged to a certain degree.
Therefore, aiming at the special structure of the tongue rail bottom, the invention particularly provides a special protective sleeve for protecting the tongue rail bottom, in order to avoid the damage of the tongue rail bottom, improve the product quality and improve the safety performance of a high-speed turnout.
In view of the above, the present invention is particularly proposed.
