Abstract
The invention discloses a high-leveling transparent woodenware powder coating with a curing temperature lower than a water boiling point, which comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: the coating comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 50-80 parts of unsaturated polyester resin, 5-25 parts of cross-linking agent, 0.5-1.5 parts of flatting agent, 0.8-2 parts of defoaming agent and 0.5-2 parts of photoinitiator; the curing temperature of the powder coating is reduced from 130 ℃ to 90-95 ℃, the curing temperature is lower than the boiling point of water, and the powder coating is cured by light, so that the high-temperature baking process of the powder coating is omitted, the damage to wood base materials is effectively reduced, the qualification rate of products is improved, the production efficiency is improved, and the energy consumption is reduced.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of powder coatings, in particular to a high-leveling transparent woodware powder coating with the curing temperature lower than the water boiling point and a preparation method thereof.
Background
The powder coating is an economical and environment-friendly coating, and has the characteristics of no solvent, no Volatile Organic Compound (VOC), recyclability, high coating efficiency, high mechanical strength of a coating film and the like.
Most of powder coatings have the curing temperature of 130 ℃ and higher curing temperature, and during the curing process, due to high-temperature baking, wood substrates crack and generate bubbles, so that the existing MDF woodware powder coatings have the problems of high application temperature, easy film foaming, wood substrate deformation and the like.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention provides a high-leveling transparent woodenware powder coating with a curing temperature lower than the boiling point of water and a preparation method thereof, which at least solve the technical problems of wood substrate deformation and foaming caused by high curing temperature of the existing powder coating.
The invention provides a high-leveling transparent woodenware powder coating with a curing temperature lower than a water boiling point, which comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight:
the coating comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 50-80 parts of unsaturated polyester resin, 5-25 parts of cross-linking agent, 0.5-1.5 parts of flatting agent, 0.8-2 parts of defoaming agent and 0.5-2 parts of photoinitiator.
Further, the coating comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight:
65-80 parts of unsaturated polyester resin, 10-20 parts of cross-linking agent, 1-1.5 parts of flatting agent, 0.8-2 parts of defoaming agent and 1.2-2 parts of photoinitiator.
Further, the crosslinking agent is a vinyl ether carbamate co-crosslinking agent.
Further, the leveling agent is an acrylate copolymer adsorbed by silicon dioxide, and the effective component is 50% -70%.
Further, the defoaming agent is an amide defoaming agent, and the melting point of the defoaming agent is 70-105 ℃.
Further, the photoinitiator is 2,4, 6-trimethylbenzoyl-diphenylphosphine oxide.
Further, the polyester resin WPU is 500-1500g/mol unsaturated polyester resin selected from DSM brand.
The WPU is 200-600g/mol and is selected from DSM brand.
The invention also provides a preparation method of the high-leveling transparent woodware powder coating with the curing temperature lower than the boiling point of water, which specifically comprises the following processes: premixing raw materials, extruding, tabletting, crushing, grinding and screening;
the extrusion temperature is 40-45 ℃, 65-70 ℃ and 65-70 ℃, and the rotation speed of the extrusion screw is 15-25 HZ;
the milling is ACM jet milling;
the sieve is a 160-180-mesh sieve with the particle size of 30-35 microns.
The invention also provides a use method of the high-leveling transparent woodware powder coating with the curing temperature lower than the boiling point of water, which specifically comprises the following steps:
s1, pretreatment: sealing edges of the substrate water paint, and rolling UV putty for sealing and filling;
s2, powder spraying treatment: hanging plate-preheating-spraying-solidifying; the curing temperature is 90-95 ℃ and the curing time is 3 minutes.
Further, the curing temperature is 95 ℃.
The curing temperature of the powder coating is reduced from 130 ℃ to 90-95 ℃, the curing temperature is lower than the boiling point of water, and the powder coating is cured by light, so that the high-temperature baking process of the powder coating is omitted, the damage to wood base materials is effectively reduced, the qualification rate of products is improved, the production efficiency is improved, and the energy consumption is reduced.

Example 2 a high leveling transparent woodenware powder coating with a curing temperature lower than the water boiling point comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 65 parts of unsaturated polyester resin, 15 parts of cross-linking agent, 1.5 parts of flatting agent, 1 part of defoaming agent and 1.5 parts of photoinitiator.
Example 3 high leveling transparent woodenware powder coating with curing temperature lower than water boiling point, comprising the following raw materials in parts by weight: 78.3 parts of unsaturated polyester resin, 17.8 parts of cross-linking agent, 1.2 parts of flatting agent, 0.8 part of defoaming agent and 1.9 parts of photoinitiator.
Comparative example 1, a Medium Density Fiberboard (MDF) low temperature curing powder coating, 70 parts of polyester resin, 15 parts of a crosslinking agent, 1 part of a leveling agent, 1 part of a defoaming agent, and 1.5 parts of a photoinitiator.
Wherein, the crosslinking agent in the embodiments 1-3 and the comparative example 1 is a vinyl ether carbamate co-crosslinking agent, and the weight ratio of WPU: 200-600g/mol, example 3 was selected from DSM brand;
the leveling agent is an acrylate copolymer adsorbed by silicon dioxide, wherein the effective components of the leveling agents in examples 1 and 2 are 50% -70%, and the effective components of the leveling agents in example 3 are 66% -68%;
the antifoaming agent is an amide antifoaming agent, the melting point of the antifoaming agent in examples 1-2 is 70-105 ℃, and the melting point of the antifoaming agent in example 3 is 73-83 ℃;
the photoinitiator is 2,4, 6-trimethylbenzoyl-diphenyl phosphine oxide;
wherein, the unsaturated polyester resin in the examples 1 to 3 is WPU, 500-1500g/mol, and the examples 2 and 3 are selected from DSM brands.
Comparative example 2, a commercial Medium Density Fiberboard (MDF) low temperature curing powder coating TIGER brand, 525 series.
Examples 1-3, comparative example 1 preparation of a powder coating comprising the following process:
s1, premixing raw materials;
s2, extruding, wherein the rotating speed of an extrusion screw is 16HZ, and the extrusion temperature is four temperature sections of 45 ℃, 70 ℃ and 70 ℃;
s3, tabletting and crushing;
s4, grinding and screening, wherein the grinding is ACM jet mill; sieving with 180 mesh sieve to obtain particle of 31 μm.
Examples 1-3, comparative examples 1, 2 methods of use: edge sealing is carried out on a Medium Density Fiberboard (MDF) by using water paint, so that edge cracking is prevented, and burrs are removed; coating UV putty on two sides by roller for sealing and filling; then the powder is hung down to finish powder spraying through hanging plates, preheating (increasing conductivity), high-voltage electrostatic powder spraying and medium-wave red external ultraviolet curing.
The curing adopts medium wave infrared temperature control and ultraviolet light, and the curing is carried out for 3 minutes at 95 ℃.

As can be seen from Table 1, the transparent woodenware powder coating of example 3, which has a curing temperature lower than the boiling point of water, has low curing temperature of the coating, good surface flatness, good adhesion, high transparency, and excellent appearance and protective properties of the coating.
Table 2, examples 1 to 3, and comparative examples 1 to 2 show the results of the powder coating performance test.
As shown in Table 2, the leveling agent provided by the invention adopts the acrylic ester copolymer adsorbed by silicon dioxide, so that excellent leveling property is provided, and the coating can eliminate film shrinkage cavity, orange peel and the like; the defoaming agent is an amide defoaming agent, so that coating pinholes are eliminated and the transparency is not influenced; the woodware powder coating has the curing temperature of less than 100 ℃, effectively reduces the damage to wood base materials, improves the qualification rate of products, and simultaneously improves the production efficiency and reduces the energy consumption; meanwhile, the problem of sand marks on the surface of the coating is solved, and a high-leveling and high-gloss surface is realized; the powder coating disclosed by the invention has the advantages of excellent chemical resistance, high transparency, high mechanical strength of a coating film, good applicability, no solvent, no Volatile Organic Compound (VOC), recyclability and high coating efficiency.

2. The high-leveling transparent woodenware powder coating with the curing temperature lower than the water boiling point of claim 1, which is characterized by comprising the following raw materials in parts by weight:
65-80 parts of unsaturated polyester resin, 10-20 parts of cross-linking agent, 1-1.5 parts of flatting agent, 0.8-2 parts of defoaming agent and 1.2-2 parts of photoinitiator.
3. The high leveling clear wood powder coating with curing temperature lower than water boiling point of claim 2, wherein the cross-linking agent is vinyl ether carbamate co-cross-linking agent.
4. The high-leveling transparent woodenware powder coating with the curing temperature lower than the water boiling point as claimed in claim 2, wherein the leveling agent is acrylate copolymer adsorbed by silicon dioxide, and the effective component is 50% -70%.
5. The high leveling transparent woodenware powder coating with the curing temperature lower than the water boiling point as claimed in claim 2, wherein the defoaming agent is an amide defoaming agent with the melting point of 70-105 ℃.
6. The high leveling clear woodenware powder coating with curing temperature lower than water boiling point of claim 2, wherein the photoinitiator is 2,4, 6-trimethylbenzoyl-diphenylphosphine oxide.
7. The high leveling transparent woodenware powder coating with the curing temperature lower than the water boiling point as claimed in claim 2, wherein the WPU of the polyester resin is 500-1500 g/mol.
The WPU of the vinyl ether carbamate co-crosslinking agent is 200-600 g/mol.
8. The method for preparing a powder coating according to any one of claims 1 to 7, comprising the following steps: premixing raw materials, extruding, tabletting, crushing, grinding and screening;
the extrusion temperature is 40-45 ℃, 65-70 ℃ and 65-70 ℃, and the rotation speed of the extrusion screw is 15-25 HZ;
the milling is ACM jet milling;
the sieve is a 160-180-mesh sieve with the particle size of 30-35 microns.
9. Use of a powder coating according to any of claims 1-7, characterized in that it comprises the following steps:
