In order to ensure that the barrel assembly 2 has sufficient supporting force, the width of the second supporting portion 5 is not less than 10cm in the present invention, and is different according to the diameter of the barrel assembly 2, specifically, the larger the radius of the barrel assembly 2 is, the larger the width of the second supporting portion 5 is, but the two are not in a linear relationship. For example, when the diameter of the cable drum is smaller than 1m, the width of the second supporting portion 5 is 10cm, and when the diameter of the cable drum is between 1 and 3m, the width of the second supporting portion 5 is 15cm.
The end support 1 is provided with an annular disc, rib plates and a mounting frame, wherein the mounting frame is positioned in the center of the annular disc, the end face of the outer side of the annular disc is provided with the rib plates, and the mounting frame is provided with a central cylinder, a connecting rib group and an annular support plate; the central cylinder is connected with the annular supporting plate through a plurality of circumferentially distributed connecting rib groups, a first installation part 6 and a second installation part 7 are arranged on the annular supporting plate, and the first installation part 6 and the second installation part 7 are of groove structures with openings facing away from the central direction of the installation frame. Thus, the first supporting part 4 and the first mounting part 6 can realize embedded connection, and it should be noted that, in a specific design, the width of the first supporting part 4 and the width of the first mounting part 6 can form transition fit, so that when in mounting, the first supporting part 4 is embedded and mounted on the first mounting part 6 by applying a certain pre-pressure, thereby ensuring that the connection of the two parts is more reliable; the second supporting parts 5 are similar to the second installing parts 7 in installation mode, but it should be noted that two first supporting parts 4 need to be installed in one second installing part 7, and when the second installing part 7 is designed, the width of the second supporting part 7 is slightly smaller than the thickness of the two second supporting parts 5, so that the second supporting parts 5 are installed in an extrusion mode, the stabilizing effect is improved, and meanwhile, the end faces of the second supporting parts 5 of the two adjacent arc plates 3 can be well attached.
