In order to realize the relative movement of the first sliding plate 310 and the second sliding plate 320, the first sliding plate 310 and the second sliding plate 320 are respectively connected with an air cylinder 330 in a transmission way.
One of the air cylinders 330 is directly arranged at the end of the first sliding plate 310, and the other air cylinder 330 is fixedly connected with the second sliding plate 320 through a connecting plate 18.
The end surface of the cutting knife 322 is an inclined surface 323, and the grinding surface 315 of the grinding block 313 is matched with the inclined surface 323 to grind the cutting knife 322. The cutting blade 322 moves toward the grinding hole 312, and the grinding surface 315 contacts with the inclined surface 323 of the cutting blade 322, thereby realizing the grinding operation of the cutting blade 322.
The first sliding plate 310 and the second sliding plate 320 are provided with sliding grooves 316, wherein the size of the sliding grooves 316 is matched with the size of the conveying rollers 210. One end of the sliding groove 316 close to the first pressing plate 311 or the second pressing plate 321 is provided with a cutting edge 317. When the first sliding plate 310 and the second sliding plate 320 slide on the conveying roller 210, the cutting edge 317 can scrape off the residual glue on the conveying roller 210, and the cleanness of the conveying roller 210 is ensured.
One end of the first pressing plate 311, which is far away from the first sliding plate 310, is provided with a guide round corner 318; and one end of the second pressure plate 321, which is far away from the second sliding plate 320, is provided with a guide round corner 318. In order to enable the first pressing plate 311 and the second pressing plate 321 to be pressed on the impregnated paper 400 conveniently and prevent the impregnated paper 400 from being pressed and tilted, a guide round corner 318 is arranged at one end of the first pressing plate 311 and one end of the second pressing plate 321 to play a role in guiding.
The end surfaces of the first sliding plate 310 and the second sliding plate 320 are both provided with a shearing edge 319. The cutting edges 319 of the first and second sliding plates 310 and 320 may cut the embossed impregnated paper 400 to a desired width, or may remove burrs at the edges of the impregnated paper 400.
The daub hole 314 communicates with the air bag 340. The plurality of glue smearing holes 314 are arranged on the side wall of the first pressing plate 311, wherein the plurality of glue smearing holes 314 are uniformly arranged. The air bag 340 is extruded by the grinding block 313, glue in the air bag 340 flows into the glue smearing holes 314 and then is sprayed out of the glue smearing holes 314, and in order to achieve the uniformity of the glue smearing, the glue smearing holes 314 are uniformly formed in the side wall of the first pressing plate 311, so that the glue can be uniformly coated on the cut impregnated paper 400.
The first sliding plate 310 is provided with a mounting hole 325 suitable for inserting the second pressing plate 321; the second sliding plate 320 is also provided with the mounting hole 325 suitable for the first pressing plate 311 to be inserted. The first pressure plate 311 can be inserted into the mounting hole 325 on the second sliding plate 320, and the second pressure plate 321 can also be inserted into the mounting hole 325 on the first sliding plate 310, thereby ensuring that the cutting is finished. When the cutting blade 322 enters the grinding hole 312 and is ground by the grinding block 313, the first sliding plate 310 and the second sliding plate 320 do not contact the impregnated paper 400, i.e. the width of the impregnated paper 400 is smaller than the distance between the first sliding plate 310 and the second sliding plate 320.
In order to enable the first pressing plate 311 and the second pressing plate 321 to compress the impregnated paper 400, and then cut the impregnated paper 400, the length of the cutting knife 322 is smaller than that of the first pressing plate 311 or the second pressing plate 321.
The working principle is as follows: when the conveying part 200 conveys the impregnated paper 400 to the cutting part 300, the first sliding plate 310 and the second sliding plate 320 move relatively to enable the first pressing plate 311 and the second pressing plate 321 to be matched to press the impregnated paper 400 on two adjacent conveying rollers 210, the first sliding plate 310 and the second sliding plate 320 slide on the conveying rollers 210, the cutting edge 317 cleans the conveying rollers 210 to ensure that the conveying rollers 210 are clean, the cutting knife 322 cuts the impregnated paper 400, the cutting knife 322 is driven by the second sliding plate 320 to continuously move towards the grinding hole 312, the grinding block grinds the cutting knife 322, the cutting knife 322 presses the grinding block 313 to enable the grinding block 313 to press the air bag 340, and the air bag 340 sprays glue from the inside of the gluing hole 314 to the cut impregnated paper 400.
