After a certain amount of dust is collected, the rotation of the suction fan 9 drives the rotation of the first bevel gear 14, so that the connecting rod 16 rotates on the rotating block 15, the connecting rope 17 is loosened under the self weight of the pressing net 20, the pressing net 20 can press the upper surface of the dust, meanwhile, the third bevel gear 27 is driven to rotate on the fixing block 26 through the second bevel gear 25, the pushing block 28 slides on the processing table 1, the pushing block 28 is matched with the pressing net 20, the density of the dust block during forming is higher, further, when workers intensively clean the dust blocks in the storage frame 6, the loose condition of the dust blocks is reduced, and the workload of secondary cleaning of the workers is reduced.
(3) Cleaning of the press wire 20 and the drive rod 29 and the drive belt 8
When the transmission belt 8 moves, the cleaning blocks 18 are always attached to the transmission belt 8, so that the cleaning blocks 18 can clean dust on the transmission belt 8, and the dust flying condition is reduced;
when the double-shaft motor 7 rotates reversely, the connecting rope 17 is wound, so that the pressing net 20 moves upwards, the pressing net 20 contacts the impact frame 22, the impact frame 22 slides on the fixing rod 21, the first spring 23 is compressed and deformed, the impact frame 22 cannot influence the movement of the pressing net 20, and the blocking of the pressing net 20 is reduced;
when the pushing block 28 slides, the driving rod 29 pushes the wiping block 30, so that the wiping block 30 slides on the storage frame 6, the second spring 33 is compressed and deformed, and when the driving rod 29 moves reversely, the wiping block 30 is attached to the driving rod 29 under the condition that the second spring 33 is restored to be deformed, so that dust adhered to the driving rod 29 is cleaned, and the cleaning workload of workers is reduced.
In summary, the following steps: the invention has the advantages that the device can automatically absorb dust and extrude water through the transmission of the transmission belt 8, so that the whole device can automatically discharge water, and meanwhile, the cleaning workload of personnel can be reduced through the cleaning block 18, the impact frame 22 and the wiping block 30.
The device can also make the pushing block 28 and the pressing net 20 to make the density of the formed dust block larger through the transmission of the connecting rope 17, the transmission rod 10, the first bevel gear 14 and the second bevel gear 25, so that workers can more conveniently clean the dust in a centralized way.
